Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic transactional attorney to join the IP team within our growing legal department. In this role, you will be responsible for the IP side of Anthropic's transactions, partnering with the M&A and commercial counsel who lead each deal. You will conduct IP diligence and negotiate IP terms for our acquisitions and investments, help advise on IP terms in our most complex commercial and research agreements, and drive the playbooks and processes that make our processes scalable. You will partner closely with the Head of IP (direct manager), our M&A and Commercial Legal teams, and Corporate Development on questions and issues that are very often new.
Responsibilities
Lead the IP workstream on acquisitions and strategic investments, from diligence through letters of intent, definitive agreements, closing, and integration, alongside our M&A counsel and outside counsel
Partner with commercial counsel on the IP aspects of complex enterprise, partnership, research collaboration, and vendor agreements, advising on and negotiating IP terms
Serve as the primary point of contact on IP terms for commercial legal and other colleagues, and help train them so they can resolve more IP questions on their own
Drive the playbooks, templates, and processes that let a lean team handle IP terms across a high volume of deals
Contribute to broader IP strategy, particularly where transactions intersect with open source, trade secrets, patents, or new business models
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
Have substantial experience leading IP due diligence and negotiating IP terms in technology M&A
Have first-chair experience negotiating IP provisions in complex commercial technology agreements, such as licenses, joint development agreements, and services agreements
Have the ability to communicate IP risks and tradeoffs clearly to business leaders and non-specialist lawyers, and to exercise sound judgment about when to hold a position
Have strong working knowledge of open source licensing, employee and contractor IP assignment obligations, and trade secret protection
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of transactional IP experience at a nationally recognized law firm, a technology company, or both
Experience building negotiation playbooks, templates, or diligence processes that other lawyers relied on
Experience with AI, machine learning, data licensing, or other emerging technology
Curiosity about AI and a commitment to its responsible development

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and close pipeline in our larger accounts. Bigger deals, more people in the room, and a real commercial case to make. You'll own it end to end, from the first cold conversation to signature.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there: multi-threading across the account and building the commercial narrative that gets AI search visibility onto a team's budget. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Keep the CRM and pipeline organised, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progression
- Share customer feedback and work with product and engineering to shape what we build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- Repeatedly achieving president's club
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

Editions, our network of delivery-only kitchens, is a key differentiator in France commercial ambition.
The Account Management Lead – Editions France role is created as part of a wider reorganisation of the Editions business as part of our regional strategy. The role reports to Paris regional leadership and is designed to combine strategic partner leadership, P&L ownership and organisation building across the Editions network.
The Role
As
Account Management Lead – Editions France
, you will lead the Editions commercial team for France constituted of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Managers. You will be the guardian of the Editions strategy for France, accountable for its coordination and its execution on the ground, growing the performance and profitability of our sites while driving occupancy and the differentiation Editions brings to the French market.
You will own a portion of the Editions P&L. That means holding the commercial scorecard for new kitchens, making financial decisions with a clear view of both partner and Deliveroo profitability, and steering your team's portfolio towards sustainable growth rather than volume alone.
You will be accountable for the development plan for your team, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs to monitor the business. Your role will be commercially focused, however Editions is as much a project management discipline as a commercial one: you will work hand in hand with Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction, Kitchen Layout, Site Operations, Marketing and the International Editions team to bring kitchens live and keep them performing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Editions Strategy & Growth
Act as the guardian of the Editions strategy for France, ensuring its coordination across teams and its disciplined execution site by site
Lead your team's portfolio strategy, growing the performance and profitability of each Editions site in line with agreed targets
Develop the business so that it fits within, and contributes to, the wider regional strategy, bringing the specificity of the French network to regional and international forums
Build and deliver joint business plans with restaurant partners, identifying growth and profitability opportunities, defining mutual goals and finding compelling ways to solve them (menu optimisation, virtual brands, pricing, packaging, catchment expansion)
Coordinate with the Media team to identify and negotiate revenue opportunities to generate additional value from Editions sites
Occupancy & Commercial Performance
Own the occupancy trajectory of the French network, partnering closely with Local teams to positively drive occupancy and secure signed contracts within agreed timelines
Own and enforce the Editions commercial scorecard for new kitchens, profitability checks against P&L guidelines, launch package, site specificities, ensuring the process is applied consistently across the team
Steer the lead generation and pipeline process, mapping high-potential restaurants and cuisine gaps by site, and mobilising other commercial stakeholders to qualify interest
Lead commercial negotiations with business owners and C-suite operators, supporting proposals with a robust P&L rationale
P&L Ownership & Governance
Own a portion of the Editions P&L, accountable for revenue, profitability and the financial health of your perimeter
Set, own and deliver performance targets across occupancy, partner health, site profitability and Deliveroo output metrics
Run a clear operating rhythm on reporting, velocity, sign-to-live, occupancy and sales reviews, and use it to make decisions, not just to describe results
Kitchen Launches & Cross-functional Execution
Work with Site Managers, Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction and Kitchen Layout teams to secure the successful build and launch of new kitchens
Coordinate with Global team on kitchen implementation, and with Marketing and Operations on launch packages, so that every opening lands on time and performs from week one
Manage and oversee project execution end to end, including B2B communication and cross-business-unit workshops
Propose process optimisation and automation: Deliveroo moves fast, and you will improve the processes that let Editions scale
Senior Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior point of contact and face of Deliveroo Editions for top restaurant partners, building trusted, long-term relationships and representing Deliveroo at partner events
Establish a strong operating rhythm with partners, including quarterly business reviews and monthly performance check-ins
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights on Deliveroo, competitors and broader industry trends
Team Leadership: Support and coach your Account Managers and Sales Managers to build and execute strong commercial and operational plans, and to raise the standard of account management across the Editions network
What You’ll Need to Thrive

How we’re using AI today
On the Legal team, AI helps us move faster without sacrificing quality. We use it to draft and review commercial agreements, implement negotiation playbooks, and prepare the groundwork for legal review. AI also helps us stay on top of regulatory developments, synthesize research across jurisdictions, and identify risks in novel situations like new product launches or partnership structures. The result is a team that can operate at higher volume with greater consistency, while creating more time for the judgment calls, collaboration, and meaningful decisions that matter most.
What we're looking for:
- Juris Doctor with active bar membership in Canada or the United States and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including time at a nationally recognized law firm and ideally a mix of late-stage private and public company work. Experience in technology or SaaS is preferred.
- Experience leading or supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, transaction documentation, and post-closing integration.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, securities laws, entity management and experience preparing for or managing public company compliance.
- Experience advising on international expansion, including subsidiary formation and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting financing transactions and related securities law compliance.
- Ability to identify legal and business risks, develop practical mitigation strategies, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing external counsel and coordinating cross-functional teams on complex legal matters.
- Excellent judgment, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to legal work.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining a high standard of execution.
What you can expect:
- Lead the legal workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Advise on legal considerations and regulatory requirements related to international operations and expansion.
- Oversee corporate entities, corporate records, and related governance processes, including the incorporation and ongoing management of global subsidiaries
- Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
- Support Finance on a variety of matters, including insurance renewals, tax planning, financial statements, employee equity, commission plans, and other strategic projects.
- Review marketing materials and advise on applicable compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees on relevant legal and regulatory topics.
- Identify legal risks across the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, including overseeing external counsel, developing case strategies, and supporting negotiations.
- Manage 1Password’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to leaders across the business, balancing thoughtful risk management with the needs of a fast-moving company.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process.
