About Pinecone
Pinecone is the leading vector database for building accurate and performant AI applications at scale in production. Pinecone's mission is to make AI knowledgeable. More than 9000 customers across various industries have shipped AI applications faster and more confidently with Pinecone's developer-friendly technology. Pinecone is based in New York and raised $138M in funding from Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ, Menlo Ventures, and Wing Venture Capital.
ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE:
Pinecone is looking for a full-stack engineer to bring a new level of visibility, control, and trust to our product experiences. From cost metrics and spend alerts to interactive usage dashboards, we’re looking for a product-focused engineer who will deliver transparent and accurate insights to our customers.
As a member of the Experience Platform team, you’ll have direct ownership over the billing, management, and authentication interfaces that we need our customers to understand and trust. You understand the responsibility and care this type of work requires, while also moving quickly to match Pinecone’s rapid growth. You’ll do this by working closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to identify user and system needs and build the right thing, at the right abstraction level, at the right time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shape our product experience. Influence the rollout of products, propose and build new features, and advocate for experiences that will build confidence with our customers.
- Ship end-to-end experiences across API, SDK, and web. You'll own the full surface, from the HTTP layer to the UI, and you'll make calls across all of it.
- Own integrations with billing systems and vendor APIs, designing for resiliency against outages, schema drift, and inconsistent data.
- Create observable, auditable systems with monitoring, alerting, and verification mechanisms that give leadership and customers confidence in the numbers.
- Bring AI-assisted development practices to the team — use the best tools available and help establish patterns that let a small team move at a pace that shouldn't be possible.
- Partner with finance, product, and design to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and push back when the abstraction level isn't right.
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineers at Pinecone operate with high autonomy. You'll be an active partner in setting strategy on APIs, interfaces, observability, and our product experience — not just executing on a roadmap. We care more about how you think and how you work than whether your resume checks every box. In exchange, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success with mentorship and technical guidance.
You should have:
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience
- A bias toward automation and leverage — you reach for systems and tooling before you reach for elbow grease
- Hands-on experience shipping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as a genuine part of your workflow
- Proven ability to design and deliver APIs for a rapidly scaling product surface
- Proficiency building web interfaces with React or similar
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong intuition for what makes APIs easy for both humans and agents to use correctly
Bonus points for:
- Experience at a SaaS company with usage-based or consumption pricing models
- Experience building billing-specific features, such as usage dashboards or cost reporting
- Strong familiarity with a compiled language like Rust, Go, or Java
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs and building defensively against inconsistent or delayed data
- Experience with queueing and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub
Perks & Benefits:
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources
- 401(k) Plan
- Equity award
- Flexible time off
- Paid parental leave
- WFH Equipment Stipend
All qualified applicants will receive considerations for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, veteran status, and any other legally protected status under federal, state, or local anti-discrimination laws.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the RL teams
Our Reinforcement Learning teams lead Anthropic's reinforcement learning research and development, playing a critical role in advancing our AI systems. We've contributed to all Claude models, with significant impacts on the autonomy and coding capabilities of Claude Fable 5.1 and Claude Opus 5.5. Our work spans several key areas:
Developing systems that enable models to use computers effectively
Advancing code generation through reinforcement learning
Pioneering fundamental RL research for large language models

Enhancing model reasoning capabilities
We collaborate closely with Anthropic's alignment and frontier red teams to ensure our systems are both capable and safe. We partner with the applied production training team to bring research innovations into deployed models, and are dedicated to implementing our research at scale. Our Reinforcement Learning teams sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and engineering excellence, with a deep commitment to building high-quality, scalable systems that push the boundaries of what AI can accomplish.
About the role
We're hiring for the Code RL team within the RL organization. As a Research Engineer, you'll advance our models' ability to design silicon. Hardware design is difficult and unforgiving – exactly the sort of domain we want Claude to excel at.
You'll leverage your chip design expertise and turn it into tasks and signals for models to learn from. Specifically, you will:
Invent, design, and implement RL environments and evaluations for agentic RTL generation, design (including formal) verification, physical design optimization.
Work on cross-cutting RL considerations such as EDA-tool latency optimization and proxy rewards.
Conduct experiments and shape our roadmap.
Deliver your work into research and production training runs.
Collaborate with other researchers and engineers across and outside Anthropic.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have expertise in ASIC or FPGA design: RTL, design verification (UVM, formal methods, coverage-driven), physical design (synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure), PPA optimization, DFT, ECOs.
Are fluent with industry EDA tools and processes.
Have taped out chips and have experience going from spec to silicon.

Are passionate about AI's potential and committed to developing safe and beneficial systems.
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with reinforcement learning, evaluations or environments.
Built tooling or automation around chip design flows.
Worked on ML accelerators or high-performance compute hardware.
Familiarity with high-level synthesis or architecture simulators.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$500,000
—
$850,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth engineer to help grow Notion’s Startups and SMB programs. You’ll work closely with our Ecosystem Growth Lead to help more businesses grow with Notion.
You can spot opportunities in the data and own the executing on the plan that follows. You’re comfortable getting into the tools yourself, moving quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and staying accountable for results.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Work with a small team that operates like a growth lab. Startups and SMBs are the proving ground for ideas that can change how Notion grows.
- Build and launch new growth programs, from creator-led acquisition to AI-powered systems for testing new audiences and campaigns. Bring your own ideas and take responsibility for getting them off the ground.
- Move quickly from a rough hypothesis to a live experiment. Write code for new in-product experiences and build alongside Storytelling, Product, and Engineering to get your work into customers’ hands.
- Use SQL and customer research to find overlooked opportunities. Measure what changes customer behavior and revenue, and use the results to choose where to go next.
- Turn the strongest experiments into programs other teams can run. Build the systems and playbooks for them to expand across Notion, then take on the next growth challenge.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years and a record of shipping growth or operations projects. You can explain what you personally built and what changed as a result.
- Typescript, Full-stack, and Systems-thinking
- Strong SQL and analytical judgment. You can work through messy data and distinguish a promising signal from a misleading result.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns or automated workflows in tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- The ability to take an ambiguous goal and execute on growth initiatives. You unblock yourself where possible and communicate clearly when you need another team’s help.
- Experience with self-serve SaaS or startup and SMB customers is a plus. If you’ve done similar work but with a different title, we’d love to hear from you!
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a GRC Analyst to join our Compliance & Security team and help make risk management, audit and compliance a continuous part of how Supabase runs. You’ll work closely with engineering, security, IT, and legal to help us define our risk tolerance, keep our compliance programs (including SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022) current, test controls on a rolling basis, and answer customer and vendor security reviews quickly and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Run risk assessments across the company and major product changes. Score likelihood and impact, propose treatments, and bring the results to leadership to inform risk tolerance decisions.
- Maintain the risk register, track remediation to closure, and report status to compliance and security leadership.
- Monitor controls on a rolling basis, using automated tests where they exist and manual testing where they don’t. Triage failures, prioritize by the risk register, and align each finding with an owner and a due date.
- Support internal audit, whether performed by an external partner or in-house: propose scope from the risk register, supply evidence, and track findings to closure.
- Run day-to-day operations for our compliance programs: evidence collection, control owner follow-up, and readiness ahead of each audit period.
- Extend continuous control validation beyond what our compliance platform covers. Build custom tests with AI coding tools, work with engineering and IT to pull evidence from source systems instead of collecting screenshots, and check that each test proves what the control requires.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, or security compliance at a SaaS or technology company
- Are comfortable working with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls, a compliance platform such as Drata, Vanta, and evidence from systems like AWS, GCP, Google Workspace, and Okta
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
