At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.

- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the rest of your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of professional experience shipping software. Bonus points if you’ve excelled at a small, high-growth startup.
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
- Experience wearing multiple hats and working across the stack, both collaboratively and independently.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a Manager to lead and grow our Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) function within the Field Engineering team in EMEA, driving expansion and retention across our Commercial and Enterprise books. You will manage a team of CSAs responsible for the post-onboarding strategic technical ownership of Fivetran + dbt Lab’s most important customers from initial engagement through ongoing adoption, workload expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, commercial impact and strategic excellence. You will ensure customers realise expanding value from Fivetran + dbt Labs through structured workload-based engagement, foster and evangelise a culture of proactive, data-driven customer ownership across the Revenue Org, and lead initiatives alongside senior stakeholders that continue to mature the CSA function both in-region and globally.
This is a full-time position based remotely out of Ireland. Whilst all Solution Architect positions are remote, we encourage being in the office where possible. Furthermore, our SAs also do their best to be onsite with customers in-person; travel therefore is optional but encouraged.
This position will report into the EMEA Director of Customer Solutions Architecture, working alongside a leadership team that encompasses a Principal CSA.
What You'll Do
As a CSA Manager, you will:
Lead a team of Senior and Lead Customer Solutions Architects across NEMEA, DACH, and France/Benelux, ensuring high-quality post-sales technical ownership across Fivetran + dbt Lab's Enterprise portfolio.
Own accountability for the expansion and retention outcomes across the assigned book, measured on Incremental ARR (iARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), ensuring book coverage, engagement depth, and measurable outcomes across regions and verticals.
Develop and mature the CSA function, formalising methodology, reinforcing operational discipline, and evolving the ways the team operates to scale across the Enterprise segment.
Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership (RVPs, SE Managers, and their teams) to align the CSA motion with regional GTM priorities, ensuring the Pod (AE / SA / CSA) operates as a single account team rather than three parallel functions.
Oversee half-yearly portfolio planning, including CSA to AE pairings, tier assignments, vertical ownership, and coverage across regional and specialist territories.
Enable team development and growth, providing 1x1 coaching, managing career development plans (CDPs) against the CSA competency framework, and creating an environment where senior, tenured technical ICs continue to grow.
Cultivate the operational and AI-driven stack that sits at the foundation of the CSA role, that gives the team a proactive, data-first view of the book and ensure the team continues to treat it as a differentiator.
Work with partners and other GTM stakeholders to unlock cross-portfolio expansion, particularly with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt and adjacent technology partners.
Have a signal-based mindset for identifying attrition and churn risks, using the platform and holistic data available to you to build plans alongside customer stakeholders for protecting accounts and thus protecting revenue.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (Customer Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Delivery Solutions Architecture, or equivalent), ideally within SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to tie post-sales technical engagement directly to measurable business outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR).
Technical familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), data integration technologies, and modern data stack tooling (including dbt).
Experience managing senior, tenured technical ICs, with the ability to add value beyond individual technical depth by leading through coaching, calibration, and cross-functional advocacy.
Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior cross-functional peers (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Partners) and senior customer stakeholders alike.
Data-native management style, comfortable using data and AI tooling in your own practice: pulling your own numbers, using LLMs and agent-based tools to inform decisions, and treating operational tooling as an input to your judgement.
Cross-regional adaptability, comfortable working effectively across different sales cultures, languages and customer profiles within EMEA.
Analytical mindset, with comfort in leveraging metrics to drive accountability and decision-making.
Adaptability and growth orientation, thriving in dynamic environments and helping scale functions globally.
Nice to Have
Knowledge or practical use of Fivetran and/or dbt. If not those tools specifically, then industry equivalents (data integration platforms such as Airbyte, Matillion, Stitch, Talend, Informatica; transformation tooling such as Coalesce, SQLMesh, or similar).

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Success Managers at Ramp drive value for customers and revenue for the business by ensuring fast, effective onboarding and activation of newly closed customers. As a Senior Scaled CSM, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes at scale while helping shape the processes, playbooks, and customer strategy that fuel Ramp’s growth.
You’ll own a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, balancing efficiency and personalization through strong judgment, structured execution, and thoughtful use of scalable motions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with high ownership, and consistently drives customer outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation of a large portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, driving customers to full Ramp adoption within 60 days through efficient, scalable motions.
- Lead onboarding with strong executive presence, setting clear agendas, controlling call flow, and driving as much progress as possible in minimal touchpoints.
- Ensure fast, thorough, and complete implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and the “why” behind key workflows.
- Confidently navigate and position Ramp’s full product suite, including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations, tailoring recommendations to customer workflows and business goals.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and blockers, and problem-solve alongside Product, Engineering, and Support when needed.
- Drive revenue by minimizing implementation delays and reinforcing the value of Ramp as a core financial operating system.
- Use customer data, usage signals, and patterns to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and intervene proactively.
- Balance implementation work, follow-ups, proactive outreach, and group onboarding while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Partner closely with Product to surface customer feedback, identify trends, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve onboarding processes, contributing to playbooks, enablement materials, and scalable best practices.
- Act as a multiplier for the team by sharing insights, patterns, and coaching peers through examples and collaboration.
- Help maintain an industry-leading customer experience while operating at high volume and pace.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success managing a high-volume book of business while consistently driving customer outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead confident, structured customer conversations and handle objections effectively.
- Experience balancing scale and personalization through group onboarding, automation, and targeted 1:1 engagement.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ideate solutions.
- Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics and signals to guide decisions and assess risk.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key performance metrics in fast-paced environments.
- High adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a scaling organization.
- Strong curiosity about product design and the ability to communicate why Ramp works the way it does.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or payments.

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core team and perform a healthy mix of design and implementation tasks to advance the technical foundation behind the Fivetran product offering.
This team is tasked with evolving a high performance extract-load-trans form data integration system that enables our engineering teams to correctly implement hundreds of data connectors with minimal maintenance effort. The role will challenge you to reason about relational semantics, powerful abstractions, data representation, and software performance. You don’t need to be a subject matter expert before you join us (you will be one before you leave!), but you will need to have experience working carefully with a high impact software team — especially in environments where the best option may not be obvious, your decisions have cascading implications, and where you sometimes need to measure twice before you cut once. A successful candidate will be humble enough to collect diverse input and build consensus, will be experienced and confident enough to be decisive when it’s needed, and will be practical enough to build and iterate on the system while it’s in production. We are also looking for expertise and productivity with both modern and legacy software development environments.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
Technologies You’ll Use
C (our main language), Python (used in testing), relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server), make
GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Jenkins, GCP , Azure, AWS
macOS/Linux/Unix/Windows, git
What You’ll Do
Learn deeply about Fivetran in order to focus development on practical and relevant system improvements
Contribute to the development and planning of our roadmap
Collaborate with a small but mighty core team, and with a broader set of stakeholders
Work across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, prototype, implementation, review, release, monitoring
Review and approve pull requests
Care and feel ownership of our product, and leverage your skills towards improving it
Skills We’re Looking For
You are execution-oriented, and understand the need to target your “innovation budget” for the greatest impact: you find the middle ground between “perfect, but takes forever to code” and “fixes it now, but nobody will ever be able to understand what I did”
You know how to design and code systems and software that is effective, intuitive, easy-to-operate, and elegantly simple
You have worked with the relevant tooling and techniques: cloud services, network protocols, serialization, relational databases, etc.
You have knowledge of complex structures, object orientation, exceptions, memory management techniques.
Bonus Skills
Experience with data replication, ETL/ELT tools, cloud and software defined infrastructure tools (for instance AWS Cloud Formation, Kubernetes, Docker), API technologies and analytics is definitely a plus
Knowledge of DBMS internals is a strong plus
Familiarity with low level concepts, such as encoding and the internals of network communication, is a strong plus
Familiarity with system level programming (such as process and memory management and inter-process communication) is a plus

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people use Notion every day, and we’re growing quickly. The Infrastructure Security team’s mission is to build a secure-by-default foundation across Notion’s technical stacks—architecting systems that make the secure path the easy path. As an IC4 on this team, you’ll own meaningful infrastructure security problems end-to-end: from identifying risk, to designing pragmatic controls, to shipping secure defaults that scale across engineering.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Proactively enhance the security posture of our AWS accounts and cloud infrastructure.
- Create secure frameworks for secrets management and authentication/authorization.
- Design and deploy robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Provide guidance and education on security and privacy best practices to cross-functional partners.
- Participate in (and help drive) mitigation strategies during security-related incident response.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Security architecture and expertise: you’ve built and maintained systems to secure cloud architectures, ranging from secrets management to Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Backend/infrastructure development: you’ve written and shipped production-grade code, and can contribute to the codebase and architecture to raise the bar on secure systems design.
- Working in production: you can debug systems in production and continuously improve components with minimal disruption.
- Pragmatic, risk-based prioritization: you model threats, balance trade-offs, and focus security investments where they drive the most business impact.
- Empathetic communication: you communicate nuanced ideas clearly in writing and in real time; in disagreements, you engage thoughtfully and look for the right compromise.
NICE TO HAVES:
- AWS security best practices, zero trust architectures, and/or deep IAM expertise.
- Data security or privacy engineering experience.
- Experience applying AI tooling to defensive security workflows.
- Participation in security communities (local or regional groups, conferences).
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $230,000 - $280,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
As we grow into the place to deploy AI-native apps and agents, we design for two users at once — developers and the agents working on their behalf. We treat the agent as a first-class customer, not an afterthought: every primitive should feel as considered for an agent as it does for a developer.
We're hiring a Staff Product Designer to own Agent Experience (AX) end to end — the whole programmatic surface and the whole loop: an agent deploys, a human reviews what happened, the agent hits an error and recovers, the human grants it exactly the access it needs. Every hop crosses an interface boundary, and today those boundaries show seams. Your job is to design the loop as one product.
That takes real craft across every surface an agent touches — the CLI, the API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints and Skills, and the documentation that teaches an agent how to operate — plus real craft in web UI, because half the loop is a human deciding whether to trust what an agent just did. Most designers are strong on one side of that line; we want someone strong on both. This isn't design following the company's strongest bet; it's design leading it.
We think about agent-native design in three areas: the interfaces agents need to operate, the human ↔ agent handoff where a person supervises and trusts agent work, and trust, safety, and governance — how access is granted, scoped, and revoked. This role owns all three. The first two are where the product is moving fastest today, but all three are in scope from day one — the whole point is to design them as one coherent experience rather than three disconnected efforts.
You'll inherit real signal to build on: an AX audit and scoring framework, a developer community that already trusts the product, and a design team treating agent experience as a first-class discipline.
YOU WILL:
- Design the full programmatic interface, not just the CLI. The agent operates Render through many doors — the CLI, the API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and Skills — and they should feel like one coherent product, not a set of independently evolved tools. You'll own the interaction model and the error language across all of them, so an agent can run deploy → verify → debug → iterate without a human in the loop. A one-command path from empty directory to running app matters, but so does an API call an agent can reason about and an MCP surface it can operate reliably. An error message an agent can't parse and recover from is a broken feature, and you'll treat it that way — on every surface.
- Design documentation as an agent-facing product. Docs aren't just for humans anymore; they're how an agent learns to operate the platform. You'll design Blueprints, Skills, and reference material that teach an agent to use Render correctly — treating docs-as-experience as a first-class programmatic surface, with the same rigor as any command or endpoint.
- Close the human-operated gap in onboarding. Today the default first-deploy path runs service-by-service through the UI — the one thing an agent fundamentally can't operate. You'll design a configuration-first path where the whole system is described in code (Blueprints) and deployed in one motion, so the programmatic loop doesn't break at step one.
- Design the dashboard surfaces where agent work becomes visible to humans. When an agent deploys, retries, or fails on someone's behalf, a person needs to see what happened, why, and whether to trust it. You'll design the review, supervision, and activity surfaces for agent-driven work — web UI held to the same rigor as any flagship flow, because this is where confidence in the whole agent story is won or lost.
- Design agent auth and access. Consent, scoping, and token management — so a developer can grant an agent or third-party app exactly the access it needs, see what that access is being used for, and revoke it without fear. Least-privilege should feel legible and safe rather than all-or-nothing. This is half policy design, half interface design, and it's where "can I trust this?" gets answered.
- Design one model, expressed everywhere. The core objects of the platform — applications, services, environments — should mean the same thing whether you meet them in the dashboard, the CLI, the API, an SDK, MCP, or a Blueprint. You'll design that model once and hold every surface to it, so a human and an agent are always looking at the same product.
- Surface the agent-operable paths at moments of intent. Copy-a-prompt CTAs, post-signup CLI install, post-error tooling suggestions. The programmatic paths already exist but aren't discovered — you'll place them where developer intent is highest.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of product design experience, ideally on developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, or another technical, credibility-driven product. You may have worked as a product designer, a designer who codes, or something harder to label — the title matters less than the work. At this level, we expect someone who has owned a major surface or product area end to end and set the direction others built against.
- Craft that spans GUI and non-GUI surfaces. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive — the wording of an error, the shape of a command, the structure of an API response, the spacing of a dashboard — and you're as rigorous about a CLI message or an SDK method as you are about a screen. Your portfolio shows strong web UI work alongside text-first thinking: command design, API ergonomics, MCP/SDK design, docs-as-experience, or conversational interfaces.
- You design the whole journey, not a surface at a time. Your portfolio shows end-to-end experiences — a user carried coherently across interface boundaries, CLI to API to SDK to dashboard and back — where you designed the model once and expressed it everywhere it appears, rather than polishing one surface in isolation.
- A genuine point of view on what AI-native products mean for design — including how a product should show up to an agent, and not only to a person.
- Comfort near code. You can read it, prototype with it, and collaborate with engineers without a translation layer in between.
- The judgment to define quality where no established playbook exists, and the rigor to hold that bar once you've set it.
- Clear, direct communication and cross-org influence. You can make the case for AX to technical and non-technical partners alike, in rooms where it's easy to treat it as purely an engineering concern — and you can align product, engineering, and leadership around a direction without formal authority over them.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing or shipping a CLI, SDK, API, or MCP surface used at scale.
- Experience designing agent-facing documentation, Blueprints, Skills, or other material intended to teach a model how to operate a system.
- Familiarity with OAuth, scoped tokens, or least-privilege access models — or an appetite to make permissions feel humane.
- Hands-on experience building with coding agents or LLM-driven tooling, with a view on where the agent loop breaks down today.
- Design-engineering literacy: motion, prototyping, or front-end fluency.
- Experience evolving a developer-first product toward larger teams and enterprises without losing the original audience.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that show your craft and point of view on developer experience.
This is a new category, and nobody has all the answers yet — including us. If you're the kind of designer who's curious enough to figure things out, ship, learn what's wrong, and try again, we'd love to hear from you.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

1Password is opening a new flagship office in Toronto, and we need a senior technical leader to own the workplace technology that powers it. As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously evolving the technology experience across network infrastructure, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and workplace endpoint services.
This is an onsite, senior individual contributor role based in Toronto, reporting to the Manager of IT Support. You will serve as the company's primary subject matter expert for workplace networking and AV technologies, establishing the technical standards that will be replicated across future office locations. Beyond building the Toronto office, you will provide ongoing engineering leadership, drive technology improvements, mentor Workplace Technology Specialists supporting regional offices, and act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and workplace technology issues. If you enjoy owning systems end to end, building scalable solutions, and solving challenging technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is an onsite opportunity within Toronto, Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, routing, switching, and WAN/ISP redundancy using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
- Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
- Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Experience building automation workflows and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support office builds, technology standardization, and regional workplace initiatives.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a remote first organization supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance requirements.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple office locations.
What you can expect:
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired, wireless, dedicated IT room infrastructure, and redundant internet connectivity with automated failover.
- Serve as the technical owner for workplace networking across the company, developing scalable standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
- Own the physical security technology stack, including access control, camera systems, and integrated workplace technologies.
- Partner with the Security team on governance, compliance, audit requirements, and building integrations while driving long term platform reliability and lifecycle planning.
- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.
- Build and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Provide onsite coverage for workplace technology operations during planned absences and support additional office builds and major technology initiatives as needed.
What success looks like:
- The Toronto office launches with resilient, well designed networking, AV, and physical security systems that become the blueprint for future 1Password offices.
- Workplace infrastructure continues to evolve through proactive engineering, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle improvements rather than reactive support.
- Regional Workplace Technology Specialists are enabled through mentorship, documentation, and standardized engineering practices.
- Employees have a seamless workplace technology experience, while complex technical issues are resolved through thoughtful engineering solutions.
- Routine operational work becomes increasingly automated, allowing more time to focus on strategic infrastructure improvements and future office expansion.
