Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
- Title: Engineering Operations Manager
- Department: Spacecraft Hardware
- Location: Espoo
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Management Lead
- Contract: Permanent
- Working style: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This role ensures complex space system projects are executed with clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional coordination, reducing risk and enabling high-quality outcomes. By driving disciplined planning, effective decision-making, and consistent Design-to-Build adoption, it strengthens execution while fostering a motivated and collaborative team culture.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy – day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTED OUTCOMES
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
ICEYE’s growing portfolio of high-impact programs requires dedicated leadership for select critical projects. While Directors oversee many initiatives and engineers lead most development work, the Engineering Operations Manager (EOM) will take charge of key efforts such as next-generation satellite designs and major technology upgrades, coordinating subsystem owners and assigned engineers.
The EOM is accountable for project execution and has authority over allocated resources. They propose project timelines aligned with organizational needs, request appropriate resourcing, and then own and manage the schedule across engineering teams.
For other space-system projects, the EOM proactively identifies bottlenecks, escalates challenges with recommended actions to Directors or VPs, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
The EOM facilitates efficient technical decision-making by assembling the right experts, resolving most issues directly, and involving Directors or senior leadership when decisions carry major implications.
They use available tools to motivate teams and enable project leads to work effectively. Delivering a project at the cost of team morale or collaboration is considered a failure for the role.
Finally, the EOM owns the implementation of the design-to-build process, ensuring consistent quality and execution across all subsystem owners and project leaders.
Success requires comprehensive planning and foresight across the project lifecycle.
PROJECT/SUBSYSTEM LEADERSHIP (CRITICAL PLANNING TASKS)
- Perform work breakdown (WBS).
- Build, monitor, and maintain the project timeline.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Ensure documentation is in place and aligns with D2B standards.
ENABLING OTHER PROJECT COORDINATORS & SUBSYSTEM OWNERS
- Run the project management process, including resource allocation and reporting.
- Develop ways to share best project management practices.
- Aligning with the supply chain on prioritization of orders and providing visibility on critical items.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAITS
- Technical Acumen: Able to understand the technical requirements and complexity of the project and dissect what the main bottlenecks and challenges would be.
- Hands-on Experience: Possess hands-on experience and knows how long things take because you have done them or worked closely with stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Able to understand where to take risk and comfortably take that risk when needed for project success.
- Contingency Thinker: Know that the project needs a Plan A, B, C, D... and is always ready to change direction to succeed.
- Proactive Drive: High energy and drive; you respond to challenges by saying, "let me take a look," and immediately devise a plan with compromises to achieve success.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Managerial Task
- Peer Interview
- Stakeholder Interview

About Xsolla
Xsolla is a global video game commerce company that provides the tools and infrastructure the gaming industry relies on to build, distribute, and monetize games. Working with developers and publishers of every size, from independent studios to the largest franchises in the world, Xsolla operates as a merchant of record and processes payments across more than 200 countries and territories, supporting over 1,000 payment methods, 130 currencies, and 25 languages. Its platform spans the full game lifecycle, including web shops, Pay Station, Login, Launcher, the In-Game Store, and a broad suite of LiveOps and monetization tools.
Strategic Initiatives and Capital Markets
Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla has built an expanding set of strategic and capital markets initiatives. The company connects developers with capital through programs such as the Xsolla Funding Club, and it has extended its footprint into the public markets through Xsolla SPAC 1 (Nasdaq: XSLLU), a publicly listed acquisition vehicle focused on gaming, fintech, adtech, and related technology sectors. These activities sit alongside a growing portfolio of partnerships, market expansion programs, and new business lines led by the Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships organization.
Market Opportunity
The opportunity is significant. The global games market is on track to exceed 300 billion dollars, and the sector has matured into a genuine institutional asset class. Industry trackers recorded roughly 161 billion dollars of games industry mergers and acquisitions in , and private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and sovereign investors continue to deploy capital into the studios, platforms, and infrastructure that power the industry. Xsolla sits at the center of this commerce layer, which positions the company to play a meaningful role in how capital flows through gaming.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.
Expressions of Interest
Xsolla welcomes confidential conversations with qualified candidates and trusted introductions. Please direct expressions of interest, together with a resume and a short note on relevant experience, to the Xsolla Talent Acquisition team via the application button linked below.
Role Overview
As Head of Investor Capital and Relations, you will be responsible for the full arc of capital engagement, from sourcing and cultivating investors, to structuring and executing capital raises, to maintaining disciplined, compliant, and trusted relationships once capital is committed. Your remit will span private capital formation, sovereign and strategic institutional relationships, and the investor relations function associated with Xsolla's publicly listed activities.
You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.

Cultivating and stewarding these relationships is central to this role.
Originate relationships.
Build and steward relationships with sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, family offices, and large institutional allocators, with particular emphasis on the Gulf, Asia, and North America.

Prepare materials.
Prepare board level and investor level materials, and contribute to the narrative that the company presents to the market.
Ensure compliance.
Ensure that all investor facing communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant, and that material information is handled appropriately.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership
Build the team.
Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team over time.
Work across the firm.
Partner seamlessly across finance, legal, strategy, communications, and the founders to deliver a unified message to the market.

Familiarity with gaming, technology, fintech, or other high growth sectors is a clear advantage, as is comfort operating across the Gulf, Asia, and North American markets.
Skills and Competencies
Exceptional financial acumen, with the ability to build and interrogate the analysis behind a capital raise.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn a complex strategy into a clear and persuasive investment narrative.
Significant relationship capital and the gravitas to engage principals, investment committees, and senior executives.
Sound judgment, discretion, and the highest standards of integrity when handling sensitive and material information.
The drive and resourcefulness to build a function from the ground up in a fast moving environment.
Education and Credentials
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required.
An advanced degree such as an MBA, or a professional credential such as the CFA, is strongly preferred.
Relevant securities licenses, or the willingness to obtain them, are viewed favorably.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As the Engineering Manager for Baseten's Cloud Platform team, you will directly manage a team of cloud platform engineers responsible for building the systems and processes that keep our infrastructure scalable, reliable, and efficient — from automated deployments and monitoring to performance optimization and incident response.
You are a people-first leader with a strong cloud infrastructure background. You set a high bar for reliability and operational excellence, engage credibly in technical discussions and code reviews, and know how to build a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll spend most of your time close to the work: unblocking your team, shaping technical direction on day-to-day decisions, and developing your engineers. At Baseten, we work closely with our users to understand their struggles operationalizing ML — you'll keep your team connected to that mission and translate user learnings into better infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of cloud platform engineers; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development through regular 1:1s.
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive day-to-day technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions; translate the infrastructure roadmap into clear team priorities and milestones, and hold execution against them.
- Establish standards and best practices for reliability, performance, and operational excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from specification through production.
- Exercise and encourage good judgment on tooling and architectural tradeoffs, with a bias against unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure work with business priorities; represent your team's progress, capacity, and technical tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
- Serve as the escalation point for major incidents; drive resolution with urgency, ensure the team learns systematically, and stay connected to users so those learnings feed back into infrastructure improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience directly managing engineers in a cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE context (not managing managers).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with the ability to engage credibly in architectural discussions and code reviews.
- Strong background building and maintaining scalable, production infrastructure.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end — from specification to execution — and coach your team to do the same.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Track record of recruiting and growing engineering talent.
- Openness to learning about ML infrastructure; prior machine learning experience is not required.
NICE TO HAVE

- Background in multi-cloud environments or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience building and managing on-call rotations and incident response processes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Developer Advocate who is a trusted presence in developer communities. This role is about showing up where developers already spend time, contributing real value, and building long-term trust.
If people already listen to you because you're smart, practical, and credible, this role may be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Content creation and editorial
Create content that developers and analysts actually want: practical tutorials, clear explanations, honest opinions, and demos grounded in real use cases as blog posts, videos, talks, and whatever formats fit the moment
Act as an editor and curator for internal engineers, guest contributors, marketing colleagues and other advocates: validate technical claims, test code snippets, and edit drafts to ensure high editorial & technical standards
Produce video content (screencasts, shorts, explainers) that expands Metabase's educational reach and complements written tutorials
Build and maintain demo projects, sample workflows, and integrations that showcase Metabase's capabilities in practical, real-world scenarios
Community building
Develop and execute plans to build, enable, and nurture Metabase's developer community — through events, meetups, livestreams, courses, social media, partnerships, and whatever formats fit the moment
Show up and be genuinely helpful in the places developers spend time — Slack communities, forums, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, social platforms, and wherever the conversation is actually happening
Build real relationships with developers, community leaders, contributors, and power users
Represent Metabase at events, conferences, and meetups as a credible practitioner, not a booth rep
Feedback and measurement
Bring what you're hearing back to the people building the product: friction points, workarounds, complaints, praise, and feature requests that only surface in honest community conversations
Represent the community's needs internally — synthesizing feedback and sharing learnings with engineering, product, and marketing teams in a way that's actionable, not just anecdotal
Track and monitor community health and content performance metrics, assess how well initiatives are achieving their goals, and adjust effort accordingly
What We're Looking For
You've worked with data: you're comfortable with SQL, databases, metrics, and analytics workflows, and you can talk about them in a way that earns respect from working developers and analysts
You have experience building community across some combination of: Twitter/X, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, meetups, public speaking, and live events
Your communication style is clear, direct, and human
You identify as a teacher and a learner, a builder and a doer
You're empathetic, inclusive, and warm, and you get a buzz from helping people — whether that's a beginner stuck on their first query or a senior engineer pushing the limits of what Metabase can do
You have good judgment about when to speak, when to listen, and when to stay out of it entirely
You can create content independently: you don't need a brief, a brand guide, or editorial approval to ship something good
Bonus: you've contributed to or built on top of open source projects
Bonus: experience with embedded analytics, BI tooling, or the modern data stack
What success looks like
Developers recognize your name and trust your input
The conversations you're part of are useful and human, not transactional
Internal teams gain real, actionable insight from what you're hearing in the community
The content and demos you produce become genuine resources people share and return to
Metabase earns credibility in places we never had to pay to be
Why this role matters
Developers are good at spotting marketing from a mile away. This role exists to earn respect the hard way: by being present, being helpful, and knowing what you're talking about. If that's already how you operate, we'd love to talk.
If there's anything more you'd like to tell us about yourself or your interests, use the "additional information" section on the application page. We're real humans reading applications and we love to hear what you have to say.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $135K–$190K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, with R&D initiatives likely to lead to more, and we're investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers across many development teams and carries high-scale production traffic and data transfer every day. It has grown faster than its foundations, and this year is about closing that gap.
Today, much of that work still leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is moving that work from expert-driven support to paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure. The goal is a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about it, one that just works, so they can focus on their own products instead of ours.
The concrete version sits on this year's roadmap: spinning up a new global region or application environment should take hours, not days. Right now it takes days. Getting there means building the foundations underneath it. We need a real multi-region, cross-account network architecture and a testing and continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top.
We're the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for "the easy path is also the safe path" is high. You'd be joining a team of four, growing to seven this year (this is one of those hires), and we're looking for a Staff engineer to set technical direction and lead it through real production adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a Staff-level role, so success is measured by leverage rather than just your own commits. On a team this size you'll stay hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, aligning teams on pragmatic standards, and carrying platform investments through to adoption. Concretely, you will:
- Take ambiguous infrastructure problems and turn them into proposals the org can rally around, then drive them through RFCs and architecture reviews across teams.
- Design self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations, with contracts and docs teams actually use.
- Set delivery standards using Terraform, GitOps with Argo CD, progressive rollout, and good testing, including building the continuous-deployment flow we're missing today.
- Evolve the multi-tenant EKS foundations toward better reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and the multi-region, cross-account connectivity we need.
- Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.
We judge this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONS
We're actively investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil. We care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You'll help shape where these earn their place and where they don't. Early targets include:
- Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.
- Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.
- Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.
If you've built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.
On-call
Operational ownership is part of the job. You'll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing. As a Staff engineer, you'll also improve the health of on-call itself, with better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on, full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, long-term maintainability.
- A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure platforms in production. We hire for skill and impact, not years.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms, plus solid Linux, networking, and production-ops fundamentals.
- Experience setting technical direction and leading work that needs cross-team alignment.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); experience leading migrations or adoption programs across teams.
You don't need every item here. We value deep expertise in one area, strong systems judgment, and curiosity across the rest.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, shadow on-call.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Own a strategic platform problem with a clear plan and metrics; lead an improvement from design to production.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Lead a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establish durable patterns that change how Docker engineers build and operate services.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$238,250 – CA$382,250 + equity
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity

Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

They will set a high bar for the function, bring energy and clarity to the team, and help build the commercial infrastructure required to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
We are looking for a vigilant, hands-on operator. Someone who sees the market moving, spots the story before it’s obvious, writes and edits with precision, and turns strategy into shipped work quickly.
This person should be as comfortable shaping a founder keynote or editorial thesis as they are reviewing launch copy, assessing funnel performance, coaching a team member, or pushing a cross-functional project over the line.
The right candidate has led and inspired high-performing marketing teams in a high-growth technology environment. They know how to build a brand and narrative that cuts through, develop exceptional talent, and create a measurable growth engine. They understand crypto or are deeply motivated to learn it.
The work must be technically grounded, human in delivery, and anchored in clear business outcomes for the customer segments we serve.
What you'll do:
Marketing leadership and team building
Lead and inspire the marketing function across brand, product marketing, communications, content, social, partnerships, campaigns, and creative.
Set an ambitious vision for marketing and create the energy, clarity, and momentum required to bring the team with you.
Build a high-performing culture that values speed, creativity, ownership, and exceptionally high standards.
Manage and develop a team across multiple workstreams while remaining close enough to the work to improve it directly.
Build the team thoughtfully, knowing when to hire, when to level up existing contributors, and how to create role clarity without slowing execution.
Establish clear priorities, OKRs, operating rhythms, and feedback loops that enable fast execution and strong cross-functional alignment.
Brand, communications, and executive thought leadership
Define and strengthen the market position of Offchain and its products, building brands that are distinctive, credible, and relevant to the audiences we serve.
Establish Offchain and its products as credible voices in the evolution of programmable markets, tokenization, financial infrastructure, and blockchain adoption.
Develop a clear narrative architecture that connects company, product, and ecosystem stories while giving individual products room to build distinct identities.
Partner with founders, executives, PR, product, BD, and ecosystem teams to develop high-quality communications across earned, owned, and partner channels.
Guide founder and executive storytelling across keynotes, op-eds, interviews, panels, social, and strategic announcements.
Build a stronger editorial engine, including essays, reports, partner stories, market commentary, launch narratives, and recurring content franchises.
Ensure external communications are precise, differentiated, defensible, and grounded in real product value.
Demand generation, marketing infrastructure, and revenue impact
Build the marketing capabilities required to translate awareness and engagement into qualified demand, customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and commercial outcomes.
Partner closely with Business Development to understand the evolving needs of customers and identify the marketing materials, programs, and campaigns needed to move opportunities forward.
Establish the measurement and attribution infrastructure required to understand how campaigns, content, events, partnerships, web activity, product engagement, and executive channels contribute to enterprise pipeline, customer adoption, monetizable activity, and revenue.
Understand which marketing programs influence conversion and where investment should increase, decrease, or shift.
Build dashboards and reporting rhythms that make marketing performance visible to leadership and actionable for the team.
Develop a disciplined experimentation framework for identifying and scaling new sources of qualified demand, monetizable volume, customer adoption, and revenue.
Balance near-term commercial objectives with the long-term growth and health of the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Campaigns, partnerships, and market intelligence
Develop and execute high-impact campaigns across owned, earned, paid, partner, and executive channels.
Build partner marketing motions that make strategic launches feel larger, clearer, and more commercially relevant.
Monitor market shifts, competitor moves, policy conversations, institutional adoption, developer behavior, and media narratives.
Turn market intelligence into fast action: messaging updates, executive talking points, campaign ideas, social responses, partner opportunities, and content angles.
Operate with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
Measurement and business impact
Define how marketing success is measured across brand awareness, narrative adoption, developer engagement, partner amplification, qualified demand, enterprise pipeline, launch performance, network growth, monetizable activity, and revenue contribution.
Build reporting habits that show what is working, what needs to change, and where marketing is creating measurable business impact.
Guide the team in using data to improve campaigns, content, channels, audience strategy, conversion, and resource allocation.
Manage budget, marketing technology, vendors, and agency relationships with discipline.
What you'll need:
10 to 15+ years of marketing experience, ideally across high-growth technology, fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, crypto, or enterprise software.
5+ years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, content, campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market.
Track record of exceptional leadership, building and inspiring high-performing teams while raising the ambition and quality of the work.
Experience building distinctive brands and market narratives in complex, technical, or rapidly evolving categories.
Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how marketing drives customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
The ability to set a clear vision and strategy while staying close to execution, creative quality, and team development.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive for Digital Native Business based in Tokyo, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Japan's fastest-moving technology companies. This is a greenfield, new business role: you'll build your territory from the ground up, owning the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to close across Japan's internet services, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media companies. You'll work directly with founders, technical leaders, and product teams to help them build with Anthropic's AI as a core part of their products and operations.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning net-new logos across Japan's digital native companies, including internet services, gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and media
Build a greenfield territory from scratch: develop your own account list, generate pipeline through self-sourced outbound prospecting, and create repeatable plays for landing new accounts
Run fast, consultative sales cycles with founders, CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of AI, positioning Claude as the foundation for AI-powered products and competitive differentiation
Land new accounts quickly and set them up for expansion, working closely with technical buyers and developer teams who evaluate hands-on
Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to win technical evaluations and accelerate time to production for customers building on our models
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of sales experience in Japan with a clear track record as a hunter: consistently winning net-new logos and generating the majority of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
Experience selling to digital native, internet, or high-growth technology companies, and comfort engaging technical buyers such as engineering and product leaders, not just business stakeholders
A track record of opening greenfield territories or segments with little existing brand presence, building pipeline and closing revenue from zero
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets driven primarily by new business, with the ability to manage high-velocity cycles alongside larger strategic deals
Strong commercial instincts for usage-based and consumption models, and the ability to connect product adoption to revenue growth
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You are a true team player who thrives in ambiguous, startup-like environments
A strategic, analytical approach to territory and account prioritization combined with high-energy, persistent execution
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and responsibly for broad benefit
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
What we offer
Competitive base salary and commission structure commensurate with experience
Equity participation
Comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid work model with flexibility
Access to cutting-edge AI technology and world-class research team
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

- Full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience & expertise creating content from end to end
- Experience working with Japanese enterprises a plus

- You love sharing and presenting the things you’ve built
- Ability to deliver complex information to customers in a clear and concise way
