Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Why you should join Fin today
AI is transforming everything—fast. We’re at the forefront, shaping the AI Agent category and redefining customer service with Fin. Soon, Fin will handle the vast majority of customer interactions, setting a new standard for support.
This shift isn’t just changing what we build—it’s changing how we work. Our team is constantly evolving, integrating AI into design, development, and go-to-market strategies.
At Fin, design is in our DNA. With 60+ designers across R&D and Brand—and two co-founders from design—you’ll never have to fight for your place at the table. Here, designers lead from the start, shaping products that millions of people interact with daily. If you want to work on cutting-edge AI experiences that push the boundaries of product design, there’s no better place to be.
Why this role exists
In a world where it’s easier and easier to get software off the ground and to 75% built, it’s the last 25% that really matters. We need deep craft specialists—people who will raise the quality bar, bring a spark of creativity, drive best-in-class interaction and visual design, and push execution excellence across our most strategic product areas. This is not a strategy-only or people-management role. We need a maker, a doer, a leader in craft.
If you have a deep passion for interaction design, product thinking, and pixel-perfect execution—and the leadership and autonomy to drive impact without waiting for direction—this is the role for you.

—articulating your decisions with clarity and conviction.
Operates with
agency, ownership, and autonomy
—doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Who This Role Is Not For
This role is
not
for you if:
You prefer
strategy, research or system design
over execution—this is a
craft-heavy role
.
You need
a lot of direction or structured processes
—you should thrive in open-endedness and ambiguity.
You
don’t obsess over details
—we’re looking for someone who sweats the pixels.
You primarily work on
marketing sites
—this role is about designing deep,
functional
software experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
Owning
end-to-end design for
high-impact product areas
from concept to execution.
Defining
new interaction patterns and design paradigms
for Fin, our automation, and AI-powered tools.

to define problems, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintaining
high standards of craft
while balancing speed and execution.
Contributing to
design culture
—mentoring others, pushing for greatness in a team, refining processes, and sharing knowledge inside and outside Fin.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
You’ve raised the design bar.
Your work is referenced as an example of
exceptional craft and taste.
You’ve shipped product with major business impact.
The areas you own are
visibly better because of you.
You operate autonomously.
You don’t need direction—you
see what needs to be done and do it.
Engineers love working with you.
Your designs are
considered, clear, and easy to implement.
Your peers trust your judgment.
When you push for quality, people listen.
Interview Process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time and energy consuming–we aim to be thorough, speedy and transparent in our approach. You should expect for the entire process to be no more than 4 weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with various members of our team and have the opportunity to fully validate that Fin and the role is the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you're driven to push the boundaries of product design and have the craft, autonomy, and taste to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for an engineer who can walk into messy, cross-functional workflows and turn them into clean, automated systems that scale. This role focuses on identifying high-friction operational processes across the company and replacing them with durable, API-driven automation. You will work across IT, Security, Engineering, and Business teams to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and build systems that scale with the company.
This is not a ticket-driven IT role. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, driving initiatives end-to-end from problem discovery through implementation and rollout. You will be part of the Business Technology - Corporate Engineering team and report to the Director of Business Technology.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Identify and automate high-impact operational workflows across onboarding, offboarding, access management, and service delivery
Replace manual, fragmented processes with scalable, API-driven systems
Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, identity providers, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments
Develop internal tools and automation using platforms like Retool, Okta Workflows, and custom scripts or services
Apply infrastructure-as-code to manage and version system configurations
Incorporate AI into workflows to improve efficiency in areas like ticket routing, knowledge retrieval, and decision support
Design and automate access and security workflows that enforce least-privilege and auditability
Own and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and rollout
The ideal candidate has:
4–7+ years of experience in IT, platform engineering, automation, or similar roles
Strong scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Node.js, PowerShell, or similar
Experience building API-driven automation across multiple systems
Ability to design and implement workflows that span multiple tools and teams
Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or similar
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
What will make you stand out:
Hands-on experience with identity and access systems (Okta, SSO, SCIM, RBAC), including implementation and ongoing management
Proven ability to build and scale internal tools using platforms like Retool or other low-/no-code solutions
Familiarity with security automation and orchestration (e.g., Tines), with an eye toward reducing manual effort and risk
Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline and enhance operational workflows
Strong understanding of compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) and how they shape systems and processes
Focused on driving meaningful outcomes
Able to identify root-cause, system-level issues and design durable solutions rather than quick fixes
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with competing priorities and constraints
Operates with urgency while building scalable, maintainable solutions
Defaults to automation and efficiency wherever possible
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Technologies we use:
Okta, Okta Workflows, Retool, FreshService (ITSM), Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Confluence and Jira), MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Kandji/Iru, Intune), Airtable, AWS and GCP, Terraform, Rippling (HRIS), SOAR (Tines), and AI-enabled operational tooling (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $189,000 - $220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We are looking for an absolute weapon of an AI Creative Strategist and Editor. This is not a role for a traditional copywriter or a slow-moving agency editor. We need a "cracked" hybrid: someone who lives at the bleeding edge of AI generative tools, possesses the ruthless efficiency of a native direct-response video editor, and understands the deep psychology of brand world-building.
Your mandate is clear: I own the Shoot Day Scripts and the core vision. Once those are locked and the raw assets (or core ideas) are handed off, you take the wheel. You are a self-contained production pod. Half of your brain is a direct-response killer who thrives in the timeline; the other half is a visionary artist building an aesthetic universe. You take the brief and return with a massive volume of high-converting gold.
What You Will Do
The Handoff & Execution: Take locked Shoot Day Scripts, raw b-roll, and core hooks, and autonomously transform them into a fully built-out ad ecosystem. You require zero hand-holding in post-production.
Hardcore DR Editing: You are ruthless in the timeline (Premiere, CapCut, AE). You know exactly how to chop b-roll for maximum retention, sequence aggressive captions, and manipulate pacing to optimize thumb-stop ratios and click-through rates.
Rapid Hook Iteration: Take one winning concept or piece of raw footage and aggressively chop it into dozens of hook variants (A/B testing visuals, pacing, text overlays, and AI voiceovers) to crush CPA goals and combat ad fatigue.
Organic World-Building & "Art": Generate breathtaking, non-DR organic content designed purely to associate thoughts, feelings, and ideas with our brand. You use AI to create cinematic, highly aesthetic "art" that builds brand aura and commands attention without directly asking for a sale.
Mass AI Content Generation: Spin core concepts into dozens of high-fidelity ad variants using AI image, video, and voice generation to supplement and elevate practical footage.
VFX & Polish: Elevate both raw footage and AI generation with actual VFX, motion graphics, and sound design. You composite, blend, and fix artifacts so the final output looks premium, not plastic.
Requirements
DTC Native & Timeline Obsessed: You actually understand how e-commerce ads work. You don't just edit; you edit to convert. You know Eugene Schwartz/Ogilvy principles, pacing for TikTok/Reels vs. Meta, and how to build a high-converting funnel.
Top-Tier AI Proficiency: Master of tools like Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Pika, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs. You understand seed control, inpainting, and prompting at an advanced level.
The "Cracked" Mentality: You operate with extreme speed and autonomy. You experiment, break things, and deliver a volume of output that makes normal agencies look like they are standing still.
Dual-Threat Aesthetic Range: You possess the unique ability to pivot seamlessly. You can edit aggressive, tactical, fast-paced direct response ads one day, and switch to crafting moody, cinematic, emotionally resonant brand art the next.
VFX / Post-Production Mastery: Deep proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (Nuke is a plus). You know how to track, rotoscope, composite, and seamlessly blend AI generation with real-world b-roll.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
Our engineering team of ~70 people is fully distributed across the globe, and we work hard to build an async-friendly, shipping-focused engineering culture.
About the Role
We're seeking CI Engineers to join our engineering team and help keep our testing and release infrastructure healthy, fast, and reliable. This is a critical role — our CI and testing systems are complex, deeply relied upon, and continuously evolving.
You won't be writing product features, and you won't be expected to author new test coverage. Instead, your job is to own the health and reliability of our CI systems end to end. That means supporting the engineers who are writing tests, but it also means taking initiative — spotting problems before they become outages, identifying patterns in flakiness before they erode confidence in the test suite, and proactively improving the release process rather than waiting for things to break. We want someone who feels a genuine sense of ownership over these systems and acts accordingly.
This is a great role for a self-directed engineer who takes pride in the reliability of the infrastructure others depend on, and who can both identify problems as well as solve them.
What You'll Do
Own and proactively improve our GitHub Actions-based CI pipelines
— not just fixing what breaks, but anticipating bottlenecks and reliability issues before they impact the team
Triage and resolve flaky tests
across a large, multi-layered test suite spanning unit, integration, and end-to-end tests — identifying systemic patterns, not just one-off fixes
Support ongoing releases
and take ownership of improving the release process over time
Act as a first responder to emergent CI infrastructure issues,
diagnosing and resolving them quickly and independently
Support product engineers
who are writing tests using Cypress, Jest, and our home-grown Clojure-based test frameworks
Manage test infrastructure
across a wide matrix of databases — we test against nearly all major transactional and analytical cloud databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and more
Document and communicate
clearly and asynchronously across a globally distributed team — and keep the broader engineering team informed about the state of CI health without being asked, as well as communicating and demonstrating best practices.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience working with CI/CD systems in a professional engineering environment — you don't need to be a 10-year veteran, but you need to have done this work, done it well, and owned it
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you notice things that are heading in the wrong direction and fix them without waiting to be asked
The independence to manage your own priorities and operate effectively without close supervision across a globally distributed team
Solid understanding of GitHub Actions or comparable CI platforms
Experience with JavaScript testing tools, particularly Cypress and/or Jest
Comfort with containerization (Docker) — our database test matrix depends on it
Solid shell scripting skills (Bash)
Experience diagnosing and fixing flaky tests in large test suites
Strong async written communication skills — this is a remote-first, globally distributed team
Curiosity and a systematic approach to debugging unfamiliar systems
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Clojure and TypeScript
Experience testing against or operating cloud data warehouses or analytical databases
Experience building and supporting software release pipelines
Why This Role
You'll have real ownership over systems that directly affect the productivity of a 70-person engineering team
You'll work on infrastructure that supports widely used open source software
Fully remote, any timezone — we're serious about async-first culture
You'll have the autonomy to identify and drive improvements rather than just work a ticket queue
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $116K–$213K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.

Ongoing: expansion of your book through referrals and new-market prospecting.
Qualifications
10+ years in a sales role in the financial services or investment industry
A portable book of business: an established, loyal client base (HNWI, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices and other private investors) ready to onboard with you.
Proven experience in institutional B2B sales – building and managing relationships with institutional counterparties (asset managers, fund managers, wealth management firms, family offices) alongside private clients.

Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Teleoperation Control Engineer to help build the systems that let human operators safely, confidently, and precisely control advanced robots. This role sits at the intersection of robot control, real-time software, operator UX, hardware integration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
You will develop the core teleoperation capability that enables operators to guide, recover, teach, and improve robot behavior in real time. That includes intuitive control mappings, reliable command pipelines, clear operator feedback, high-quality data capture, and safeguards for safe use around real hardware.
We are open to strong candidates from junior through staff level. The key traits are hands-on robotics ability, strong engineering judgment, care for software quality, and a product-minded instinct for making complex robot systems intuitive for operators.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop teleoperation capabilities for controlling robots across manipulation, mobility, and loco-manipulation tasks.
- Design intuitive operator experiences, including input mappings, visualizations, feedback loops, recovery flows, and workflows that reduce cognitive load and improve operator confidence.
- Integrate input devices such as VR controllers, gloves, haptic devices, motion capture systems, and custom operator stations into the robot software stack.
- Translate noisy, high-frequency human input into smooth, stable, physically feasible robot commands with predictable behavior.
- Build robust teleoperation infrastructure for real-time data streaming, calibration, replay, debugging, logging, operator training, and high-quality demonstration capture.
- Develop shared-autonomy and assistive-control features that blend human intent with robot capability to improve precision, safety, and ease of use.
- Create safe operating boundaries, limiters, alerts, emergency/recovery flows, and clear state feedback so robot operators can use teleoperation safely.
- Define and improve quality metrics for teleoperation systems, including latency, reliability, observability, operator success rate, demonstration quality, and failure modes.
- Stress-test teleoperation systems on real hardware and in simulation, then drive reliability improvements based on operator feedback and observed failures.
- Work closely with controls, manipulation, hardware, and operations teams to ensure teleoperation requirements shape robot design and field workflows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong robotics fundamentals, including kinematics, coordinate frames, control interfaces, state estimation basics, and real-time system behavior.
- Experience building a subset of the following: teleoperation systems, operator UIs, shared-autonomy tools, human-robot interfaces, or robot learning data-collection pipelines.
- Ability to write reliable software in C++ and/or Python, with experience in ROS/ROS2, real-time data streaming, or robotic middleware.
- Good intuition for human-in-the-loop systems: how operators perceive robot state, issue commands, recover from errors, and build trust.
- A quality mindset: clean abstractions, testing, logging, observability, performance tuning, and tools that remain usable under pressure.
- Strong debugging skills across the stack, from operator input devices to robot motion, sensors, networking, and hardware behavior.
- Comfort iterating quickly on real robots, learning from operator feedback, and turning prototypes into robust capabilities.
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience building or debugging software for real robotic hardware, ideally in manipulation, mobile manipulation, humanoids, or dexterous systems.
- Experience designing safe workflows for hardware-facing systems where latency, instability, poor feedback, or misuse can create operational risk.
- Experience collecting high-quality demonstrations for imitation learning, behavior cloning, or other robot learning workflows.
- Exposure to intent inference, haptics, force feedback, motion capture, VR/AR interfaces, or custom control devices.
- A product-minded approach to robotics: caring not only that the robot moves, but that control is intuitive, safe, reliable, and pleasant for operators to use.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
