- Global Supply Chain
- Munich
- Permanent Employment
- Office/On-site based
- Language: German (native) / English (B2 minimum)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Senior R&D Supply Chain Specialist to join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain Organization in support of engineering. This role sits at the center of rapid hardware development, supporting engineering teams designing and building complex electronic systems under tight, shifting timelines.
You will operate with a startup mindset—moving quickly, removing obstacles, identifying creative sourcing paths, and keeping development builds on track despite evolving designs, supply volatility, and aggressive schedules. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, thrive under pressure, and bring a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing, and hardware prototyping.

ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. EXPECTED OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on component availability, alternates, obsolescence, and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement for electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules, and custom mechanical parts.
- React quickly to BOM updates and design pivots, securing materials that keep prototype and pilot builds moving with minimal downtime.
- Manage relationships with agile suppliers capable of quick-turn, small-batch production.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours—not weeks—when shortages occur.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Work closely with electronics suppliers to understand lead time constraints, technical manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications, and opportunities for fast-track builds.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate accelerated manufacturing slots, expedite shipments, and secure prototypes under extremely compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks—communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active programs; proactively propose mitigation actions.
- Keep sourcing documentation, cost tracking, and procurement data updated even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement, or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions—tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and engineering/project tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
ADVANTAGEOUS TO HAVE THESE COMPETENCIES
- Experience in hardware startups, deep-tech environments, or fast-paced R&D organizations.
- Existing relationships with PCB/PCBA vendors, distributors, and electronics manufacturing partners.
- Certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) useful but not required.
- Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers, global component marketplaces, and digital sourcing tools.

OUR STORY:

The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.

At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build AI workflows that Commercial teams actually use and prove the impact. We are looking for a Commercial AI Solutions Specialist to turn high-value Commercial problems into practical, adopted AI workflows.
You will own use cases end to end: discovering problems, assessing and prioritising opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions, supporting deployment, driving adoption, and measuring business impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines curiosity, structured problem-solving, and strong delivery ownership.
You do not need deep expertise in every AI tool or in payments. We do expect evidence that you have learned a new domain quickly, independently built and shipped at least one useful workflow, and translated an ambiguous business problem into a measurable outcome.
WHAT EARLY SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
During the first 90 days, you will build a strong understanding of Commercial priorities and workflows, develop a credible pipeline of use cases, and deliver practical quick wins. You will also establish the foundations for measuring adoption, productivity, and commercial impact as the portfolio develops.
By day 90: two workflows live with real Commercial users, each with a named business owner, a measured before/after delta against a pre-build baseline, and sustained weekly active use.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with Commercial teams and Revenue Operations to identify workflow pain points and high-value automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
- Investigate problems, map current processes, establish an evidence-based baseline, and define clear use-case outcomes.
- Build, test, and rapidly iterate on prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, automation, and low-code or no-code platforms.
- Take approved use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Design pragmatic human-in-the-loop workflows, controls, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate with relevant technical, data, security, and risk partners when a solution requires platform support or formal approval.
- Support the enablement of end users through clear documentation, demonstrations, training, and ongoing iteration.
- Maintain visibility of progress, dependencies, risks, adoption, and realised impact.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of having built and shipped at least one useful workflow, automation, AI-powered tool, or prototype that real users used in practice.
- Evidence of rapidly learning a new domain or capability and independently delivering a measurable business outcome.
- Experience owning work from an ambiguous problem through to an implemented solution.
- Strong analytical and data literacy, including the ability to interpret data, establish baselines, and evaluate outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building useful workflows, automations, or prototypes using low-code or no-code platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the judgement to distinguish valuable use cases from attractive distractions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and iteration, balanced with appropriate attention to risk and governance.
- The ability to work independently while escalating material decisions and dependencies appropriately.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
You are not expected to have every item below. These are examples of experience that may help you succeed in the role; we will assess evidence of learning agility, delivery, and judgement over checklist matching.
- Experience in a Commercial, go-to-market, Revenue Operations, payments, fintech, or other regulated-industry environment.
- Familiarity with generative AI, agentic workflows, APIs, workflow automation, data visualisation, or prompt and evaluation techniques.
- Experience explaining a new workflow, gathering user feedback, and supporting adoption across stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations that other people used in their real work.
- Familiarity with agentic development tools, APIs, and SQL; named tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex are examples rather than requirements.
- You can read code, understand logic, and steer and debug an agentic coding tool.

We are a fintech start-up that has found product-market fit, and we are looking for a hands-on commercial leader to build and lead the sales function across our fintech and financial infrastructure businesses.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

- Rotational Product Manager
- Location: Espoo, Finland, with frequent travel
- Working type: Hybrid (3 days / in office per week)
- Department: Product Management
- Employment type: Permanent
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Few people get to start their product career in space. You will.
ICEYE's Rotational Product Manager program develops early-career talent into product leaders in the space industry. You don't need product management experience to apply. We're looking for people with an outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field, and a track record of standing out at work, who are deeply curious and learn fast.
Over 24 months, you'll work in two product teams on our hardware or software products. In each one, you'll own a product end to end, from understanding the customer's problem to deciding what gets built and shipping it. Your work will shape how our customers use satellite data to make decisions that matter.
A senior product leader will mentor you through each rotation, and you'll go through the program with a cohort of peers. You'll work closely with engineers, scientists and senior leaders, and you'll travel to meet customers and our local teams, working on some of their toughest problems.
This program is fast and demanding, and it will stretch you. It may also be the most rewarding experience of your early career. When the program ends, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent product manager role, or to explore roles in other domains at ICEYE.
Spots are limited, and we review applications on a rolling basis, so apply today!

As a qualified expert, You will
- Solve strategic engineering problems hands on. Explore technologies, build prototypes, and produce reference implementations that make architectural qualities and tradeoffs observable.
- Design and deliver working software. Architect, implement, test, and maintain services and platform components, including backend systems and architecture-related frontend concerns such as micro-frontend patterns.
- Automate architectural conformance. Design and implement AI-based architectural conformance checks and fitness functions that continuously evaluate whether systems follow agreed principles, patterns, and quality constraints.
- Turn ambiguity into an executable approach. Break complex problems into bounded areas, apply domain-driven design, and select a practical course of action when information or precedent is limited.
- Define measurable quality goals. Establish and continuously evaluate requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, security, availability, recoverability, maintainability, portability, usability, and extensibility.
- Document architecture evolution. Describe the current state, target state, transition steps, constraints, alternatives, and decisions in forms that engineering teams can use.
- Make explicit engineering tradeoffs. Provide balanced recommendations on build versus buy, now versus later, and refactor versus rebuild, including cost and operational implications.
- Create reusable engineering patterns. Develop scaffolding, templates, reference architectures, or platform capabilities that teams can adopt without depending on the Staff Software Engineer long term.
- Guide delivery teams. Perform architecture and design reviews, coach engineers through difficult decisions, and enable teams to make high-quality choices independently.
- Communicate for the audience. Explain technical context clearly to engineers, technical leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders, and incorporate useful feedback.
We’re looking for you if you have
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering using Java or a comparable object-oriented language.
- At least 3 years developing microservices and experience building distributed or event-driven systems in the cloud.
- Practical knowledge of service-oriented architecture, domain-driven design, clean architecture, hexagonal architecture, and common architecture patterns.
- Experience implementing agentic applications and tools applying evaluation approaches as part of the process
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and event driven Kafka-based applications
- Experience with mainstream relational databases, caching, replication, and search technologies.
- Experience developing and evaluating agentic applications.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services with container orchestration technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through technical guidance across multiple teams without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, managers, and product partners.
