Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own the core finance workflows that keep Humanoid running smoothly, from supplier invoices and payments through customer billing, transaction coding and categorisation, reconciliations and the general ledger.
A key part of the role is ensuring financial activity is captured completely and accurately in the ledger. You’ll establish clear coding standards and processes, and make sure transactions are classified consistently and supported by reliable source data.
You’ll also help build a best-in-class finance technology stack for a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools, and identify ways to use AI and automation to make processes faster, more accurate and easier to use. This includes accounting and ERP platforms, Ramp, modern banking tools and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both delivering the work and transforming how it gets done.
What You’ll Do
OWN FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LEDGER INTEGRITY
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, categorisation, approvals, supplier queries, payment runs and reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, cash application, transaction coding and collections.
- Ensure transactions are recorded completely, accurately and consistently in the ledger, with appropriate supporting documentation and coding.
- Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, coding guidance and transaction categorisation across entities, currencies, departments and relevant business dimensions.
- Review ledger postings and investigate miscoded, incomplete or unusual transactions, working with the relevant teams to resolve issues at source.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on the finance elements of procure-to-pay, including approval controls, purchase order and invoice matching, and accurate recording of commitments and spend.
- Coordinate vendor payments and cash operations across entities, currencies and banking platforms.
- Manage key balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals and other month-end close activities.
- Help ensure finance operations run reliably, with clear ownership, appropriate controls and minimal avoidable manual work.
BUILD A BEST-IN-CLASS FINANCE TECH STACK
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of finance tools, including ERP and accounting software, expense and payment platforms, modern banking tools and workflow automation.
- Help design an integrated finance technology stack that meets the needs of a scaling, multi-entity business, using tools such as Ramp and accounting platforms such as Xero or NetSuite.
- Improve the flow of transaction data from source systems into the ledger, reducing duplicate handling, manual entry and coding errors.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate repetitive finance work and improve the speed and accuracy of transaction processing.
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools, including Claude, to practical finance workflows such as information processing, analysis, documentation and process support.
- Work with Supply Chain, Procurement, engineering and operations to improve the quality and consistency of financial data.
- Establish appropriate controls, governance and documentation as new tools and automation are introduced.
- Document finance processes and provide practical guidance so teams understand how to use them.
SUPPORT REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
- Provide accurate, timely finance data to support reporting on actuals, cash, burn, vendor spend and other operating costs.
- Maintain clear visibility over cost centres, contracts, recurring expenses and supplier commitments.
- Prepare documentation and data for audit, statutory filings and compliance reporting.
- Maintain supporting reconciliations and schedules, and coordinate information requests with external auditors and advisers.
- Support VAT, and indirect tax obligations globally.
- Work with FP&A to reconcile actual results against budgets and forecasts and investigate material differences.
PARTNER ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance operations questions.
- Help teams navigate invoicing, expenses, payment and accounting processes, including the information needed for accurate transaction coding.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to establish effective handoffs between purchasing activity and finance.
- Support cost control and spend governance through accurate, timely financial information.
- Build strong working relationships across finance, procurement, engineering, supply chain, people and product.
We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in finance operations, accounts payable, accounting or financial control.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, transaction coding, ledger management, reconciliations and month-end close.
- Experience managing transactions from source documentation through coding, approval, payment or collection, and accurate ledger posting.
- Experience working with or supporting procure-to-pay processes in partnership with procurement or supply chain teams.
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems, workflows and automation in a growing business.
- Interest in building a modern, well-integrated finance technology stack and applying AI and automation to real operational problems.
- Confidence working with accounting or ERP systems, expense tools and online banking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a clear sense of ownership over the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- A practical, service-oriented approach to helping teams follow finance processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and seniority levels.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Ramp, Xero, NetSuite or similar finance platforms.
- Experience with modern banking platforms and multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or automation platforms in finance workflows.
- Experience in a hardware, manufacturing, robotics or other product-led business.
- Familiarity with UK, US, Germany or Canadian VAT and indirect tax obligations.
- Background in audit, compliance or internal controls.
- Experience in a venture-backed or globally distributed company.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
As a Research Engineer on the Orchestral team, you will help build the agentic platform we use to train and evaluate our models. Orchestral is the system our researchers rely on to run training and evaluation at scale — from the rollout engine that powers agentic workflows to the infrastructure that keeps their workloads running reliably. What you build becomes the foundation the whole science team works on.
Your work will span the platform's core: the library, tooling, abstractions and rollout engine — including new capabilities like long-running tasks, subagents and RL features — and the machinery that runs data and jobs at scale, with a focus on resiliency, routing and request handling. You will own significant pieces end to end, from design to production.
This is a software engineering role rather than an ML or infrastructure-operations one: RL or PyTorch experience is not required, and you will spend your time building the platform, not operating it. You will be building a distributed RL system, with the scientists as your users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the core of the Orchestral platform: the library, abstractions and tooling researchers use to train and evaluate models.
- Build and evolve the rollout engine, shipping new capabilities such as long-running tasks and subagents.
- Run Orchestral as a production system: keep training and evaluation workloads reliable at scale.
- Improve how data and jobs flow through the platform as usage grows — scheduling, routing and request handling.
- Treat researchers as your users: understand their workflows and turn recurring needs into robust, shared tooling.
- Raise the bar on engineering quality across the platform: testing, code review, CI/CD, observability and documentation.
- Contribute to open-source rollout-engine and agent-infrastructure projects where it benefits the platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience directly building and debugging complex distributed systems at scale, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability.
- Strong Python skills and solid software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- A builder mindset: you have constructed systems from the ground up, not just operated polished ones.
- A track record in small teams running complex systems at scale — for example in finance, crypto or ad tech.
- Self-starter, low-ego and collaborative, with a product mindset toward your users.
- Curiosity about ML and RL — this experience is not required, but a desire to learn is.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Ray or similar distributed-computing frameworks.
- Open-source contributions, especially to rollout-engine or agent-infrastructure projects such as SLIME, verl or PrimeRL.
- Experience building or working with agentic workflows and environments.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

You may be a great fit for the role if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in an actuarial, pricing or underwriting role, ideally on health, hospitalisation or group insurance
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong plus
- You combine a scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with an analytical, structured and fact-based way of working
- You are comfortable navigating technical, data, legal and business questions with clients and internal teams
- You are excited to bring technical expertise into a business-centric context, and are at ease with ambiguity
- You have a builder mindset: you continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and tools
- You communicate in a clear, structured and to-the-point way in English (written and spoken)
- You are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range. It is based in Belgium with remote work flexibility.

If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

- You will assist in mentoring and guiding junior analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development. You should also possess the ability to escalate and resolve complex issues and questions, serving as a primary point of contact for such matters.

Nex is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our US TA team through it. You’ll drive how we find, engage, and win top talent across technical and non-technical functions, including GTM, Creative, and G&A, while building a high-performing team and recruiting engine that keeps pace with our growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on speed and ambiguity. You’ll partner closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and workforce planning. You’ll challenge assumptions and push for data-informed hiring decisions.

Lead the day-to-day of the US Talent Acquisition team, keeping recruiting priorities, resources, and capacity aligned with changing business needs.

Own the talent attraction strategy, using competitive intel, market research, targeted sourcing, and activations to build top-of-funnel pipeline in competitive markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and hiring approach.
Challenge hiring assumptions and influence decisions on role requirements, leveling, interview process, and candidate selection.
Use data to spot talent trends, benchmark against competitors, measure how well each sourcing channel works, and flag hiring risks and bottlenecks before they affect the business.
What You Bring
8 - 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 - 5 years managing and growing recruiting teams at a company in rapid growth.
A proven track record of leading complex executive, senior-level, and hard-to-fill searches across technical, GTM, Creative, and G&A functions.
Hands-on experience designing sourcing and talent attraction programs from the ground up. You’re fluent in employer brand, recruitment marketing, and modern recruiting tech, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Comfort with numbers. You use recruiting data to understand what’s working, anticipate hiring demand, and give leadership clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong influence with senior leaders. You build credibility quickly, give candid advice, and aren’t afraid to challenge a hiring decision when it matters.
A solid understanding of US recruiting compliance, and experience partnering with People, Legal, and other stakeholders.
You thrive when things are moving fast: you’re comfortable with shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Enterprise is central to Anthropic's mission. The organizations that could benefit most from Claude often have the most demanding needs, with rigorous requirements around end-user experience, procurement, security, and permissions. We believe earning their trust is essential to ensuring AI benefits the world broadly.
We're looking for a Staff+ Full Stack Engineer for our Enterprise pillar—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. When a Fortune 500 company rolls out Claude to 100,000 employees, the admin, governance, and management experiences you build are what their IT leaders, security teams, and end users touch every day. This is a high-agency role where the product questions are as open as the architecture ones: you'll help decide what these products are, not just how they're built, and you'll see your work land with real teams at the world's largest enterprises.
What you'll do
Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing products end-to-end across the stack—from admin consoles and governance surfaces to the APIs and data models behind them
Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec
Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds
Work directly with enterprise customers, admins, and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Build the primitives that let the world's largest organizations deploy, govern, and get value from Claude at scale
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have led the design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack
Have built enterprise SaaS products and understand what IT admins, security reviewers, and procurement teams need to say yes
Are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating what you learn into technical decisions
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with enterprise identity, permissions, and administration surfaces (SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, usage and spend visibility)
Experience building AI products and turning model capabilities into applications people actually use
Experience as startup founders or early-stage employees
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Japan. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a individual-contributor role for someone who has already led pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:

Leading and driving the technical strategy behind a large-scale DevSecOps platform consolidation for a regulated Enterprise account or Government, including guiding enterprise customers on GitLab best practices across CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, TCO, applying compliance and architecture as well as business case presentations to customer executives
Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation

Translates ambiguous, high-stakes business outcomes into rigorous Customer Success Plans that are regularly reviewed with customer stakeholders. The Customer Success Plans contain clearly defined business outcome related goals, quantifiable benefits, realistic adoption milestones and remediation actions.

Owns the full lifecycle of your account portfolio's adoption, retention, and expansion outcomes, with direct accountability for the commercial and technical health of flagship relationships.
Leads end-to-end resolution of critical, cross-functional account escalations, ensuring root causes are identified, follow-up actions are owned, holding internal teams accountable to timelines, driving the root cause analysis and personally managing executive communication and risk.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows
