OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.
We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the brokerage core
— order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
Shape account, custody and clearing architecture
, along with the operating model required to run it.
Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end
, in both conventional and on-chain form.
Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist
with those of a 24/7 digital asset market.
Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early
, before they become blockers.
Set the standard for rigour
— write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
What We Look For In You
Domain Depth
5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers.
Architectural perspective.
You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place.
Depth across the order and execution path.
Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role.
End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path
— clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation.
Commercial and historical perspective.
You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did.
Ways of Working
Strong technical intuition.
You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one.
You design for the exceptions
— the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through.
You run programs, not just write specs.
You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review.
You write precisely
, and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
High agency.
You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Product experience with margin financing or securities lending.
Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider.
Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent.
A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable financial operations platform to support the accurate movement, recording, reconciliation and reporting of fiat and digital assets. The Head of Financial Operations Platform will define and deliver the architecture that connects our trading, payment, banking, custody, blockchain, wallet and finance systems.
This is a senior, hands-on platform leadership role. The successful candidate will establish trusted books and records, automate settlement and reconciliation, create effective exception workflows and give Operations and Finance the tools required to maintain accurate client and corporate asset records on a daily and, where feasible, near-real-time basis.
The role owns platform capability and delivery. Client Asset Operations and Finance retain responsibility for executing, reviewing and signing off the underlying operational and accounting controls.
What You Will Own
Product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the financial operations platform.
The canonical transaction and financial-event model across fiat and digital assets.
Client and corporate asset subledgers, balances, positions, journals and transaction histories.
Settlement and asset-movement workflows across banks, payment providers, custodians, wallets, blockchains and trading venues.
Multi-way transaction- and balance-level reconciliation across operational sources, internal records and the finance system.
Exception management, operational dashboards, control evidence, audit trails and management reporting.
Build-versus-buy assessments, strategic vendors, migration, backfilling, parallel runs and legacy-process retirement.
First Year Outcomes
Document the end-to-end transaction, asset and accounting architecture.
Establish an approved platform roadmap and target operating model.
Define the canonical financial-event, subledger and reconciliation data model.
Deliver systematic reconciliation for the highest-risk fiat and digital asset flows.
Introduce centralized exception ownership, ageing, escalation and evidence.
Reduce spreadsheet dependency and engineering-dependent investigations.
Improve alignment between operational records, customer liabilities, external asset records and the finance system.
Deliver a credible path from daily controls to near-real-time monitoring for material flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Architecture
- Establish the target vision, operating principles and roadmap for ledger, settlement, reconciliation and client asset controls.
- Map end-to-end funds and asset flows across deposits, withdrawals, trades, fees, transfers, financing, staking and other relevant products.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable services, APIs, event schemas, data contracts, system boundaries and resilience requirements.
- Make evidence-based build-versus-buy decisions and prevent fragmented point solutions from becoming the operating model.
Ledger and Books and Records
- Define requirements for double-entry ledgering, journals, balances, positions and transaction traceability.
- Establish clear lineage from the originating operational event through the subledger and financial reporting environment.
- Ensure the platform handles reversals, corrections, fees, foreign exchange, internal transfers, failed transactions, duplicated events and delayed events.
- Work with Finance to maintain controlled alignment between operational books and records and the ERP or general ledger.
Settlement and Reconciliation
- Design workflows for fiat and digital asset settlement, including cut-offs, confirmations, status management, retries and failure handling.
- Build automated multi-way reconciliation across trading engines, payment systems, banks, custodians, wallets, blockchain records, subledgers and ERP systems.
- Define configurable matching rules, tolerances, materiality levels, frequencies and escalation thresholds.
- Create near-real-time detection for missing, duplicated, delayed or incorrectly recorded transactions where feasible and proportionate.
Operational Tooling and Controls
- Build operator interfaces that support investigation and resolution without routine dependence on engineering queries or spreadsheets.
- Incorporate maker-checker approvals, role-based access, segregation of duties, evidence retention and complete audit histories.
- Define monitoring and alerting for data completeness, balance integrity, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and control execution.
- Support audit, regulatory examination and financial-reporting requirements with reproducible system evidence.
Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, testing, rollout and post-launch improvement.
- Write clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, data definitions, control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate operational readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Custody, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead data migration, backfilling and parallel-run validation before replacing existing controls or processes.
- Communicate roadmap priorities, risks, dependencies and measurable outcomes to senior management.
What We Look For In You
Eight or more years in fintech, financial services, digital assets, brokerage, custody, payments or capital-markets technology.
Five or more years of product-management, platform leadership, technical program leadership or comparable engineering experience.
Demonstrated delivery of a ledger, reconciliation platform, settlement system, payments infrastructure, brokerage books-and-records platform or digital asset back office.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, balances, positions, journal entries, reconciliation and financial controls.
Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, data schemas, batch and streaming pipelines, integrations, idempotency and failure handling.
Ability to work directly with transaction-level data; practical SQL proficiency is strongly preferred.
Track record of delivering mission-critical systems in regulated or control-intensive environments.
Strong written communication, structured problem-solving and senior stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Haves
Experience with both fiat and digital asset transaction flows.
Knowledge of blockchain transactions, wallets, custodians and on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with client asset segregation, safeguarding, books and records or comparable regulatory requirements.
Experience with high-volume, continuously operating financial platforms.
Knowledge of double-entry accounting and financial-close processes.
Experience replacing manual reconciliation with automated platform capabilities.
Experience assessing or implementing platforms such as Crypto or comparable ledger, reconciliation and digital asset accounting solutions.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
We sell subscriptions and credit packs to consumers in over a hundred countries, and today almost all of it moves as cross-border card payments in USD. That has three consequences, and this role owns all three.
We are declined more than we should be. In some of our largest growth markets roughly one attempt in three fails, and a meaningful share of those are not "no money" — they are cross-border blocks, card limits, stale credentials on renewal, and issuers who do not recognise us.
We pay more than we should. Our blended cost of acceptance is the single largest line below compute, and the majority of the network component sits on transactions our processor classes as cross-border.
We are not on the rails our customers use. In two of our fastest-growing markets, the dominant local payment method is one we do not offer at all.
You own the measurement and the argument behind fixing all of it.
You make sure:
- We know our true authorization rate — at the unit the business actually cares about, not the one that is easy to compute
- Every basis point of payment cost has a name, a geography and an owner
- A decline is a diagnosis, not a statistic
- When we propose a new rail, a new entity or a new processor arrangement, the number underneath it holds up to Stripe's own analysis and to our board's
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Authorization & decline analysis
- Own authorization rate end to end: by country, issuer, BIN, card brand and funding type, plan price point, first payment vs renewal, and payment method.
- Build and maintain the decline taxonomy — what each decline code actually means, which are recoverable, which are terminal, and which are us rather than them.
- Measure at the right unit. An invoice that succeeds on the third retry is a success, not two failures and a success, and reporting it the other way has made teams optimise the wrong thing.
- Separate soft declines we can recover from hard declines we cannot, and put a number on the recoverable pool.
Cost of acceptance
- Own the blended take rate and its decomposition: interchange, scheme fees, processor markup, cross-border and currency-conversion components, disputes, and the fixed per-transaction pieces.
- Find where the cost actually sits. Averages hide it — the cost is concentrated by corridor, by card type and by whether the transaction is domestic.
- Build the evidence for commercial conversations with our processor, and keep it current enough to reuse.
Local payment methods, entities and routing
- Size the case for new rails market by market: what share of local commerce runs on them, what our current card performance costs us, and what we would realistically recover.
- Model merchant-of-record and local-acquiring arrangements against the alternative of our own entities, honestly — including the fee we would pay for the privilege.
- Design and read the experiments that prove it, with the product analytics team. A new payment method is an A/B test, not a launch.
Renewals, dunning and involuntary churn
- Own the retry and dunning strategy as a measurable system: when to retry, how often, through which rail, and when to stop.
- Quantify involuntary churn separately from voluntary. They look identical in a cancellation count and they need completely different fixes.
- Track the health of stored credentials — network tokens, card-account-updater coverage, expiring cards — because in a subscription business that is silent revenue leakage.
Disputes, refunds and reconciliation
- Own dispute and chargeback rates against network thresholds, with the lag handled properly — disputes arrive weeks after the charge and a same-period denominator understates you.
- Reconcile processor data to the revenue ledger and explain the differences rather than plugging them.
- Work with the antifraud team where disputes are abuse rather than genuine dissatisfaction.
HOW WE WORK
- SQL and Python on raw processor and billing data in BigQuery. We use AI heavily — resourcefulness beats syntax.
- Partner with Finance (the numbers get booked), Product (checkout and paywall), Engineering (the billing integration) and our processor's team directly.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in payments analytics, payment operations, billing, or risk at a merchant, PSP, acquirer, or fintech. This is a domain role — general analytics experience without payments does not transfer quickly enough.
- Fluency in the actual mechanics: authorization vs capture vs settlement, decline codes, 3DS and SCA, network tokens and account updater, interchange and scheme fees, chargeback lifecycle, MCC, BIN, cross-border and DCC.
- Strong SQL, without help. Most of this job is joining sessions to intents to charges to invoices to refunds across imperfect keys and getting the denominator right.
- Python at working level for analysis.
- The instinct to check the unit of measurement before quoting a rate — per attempt, per invoice, per user, per session are four different numbers and only one of them answers the question.
- Comfort with subscription billing specifically: renewals, proration, plan changes, failed payments, dunning, involuntary churn.
- Commercial judgment: you can build the case for a rail or a rate and defend it against a vendor who does this for a living.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Payment operations or payments analytics at a consumer subscription, marketplace or gaming company
- Analysts from PSPs, acquirers, orchestration platforms or card networks
- Billing / revenue operations analysts who owned dunning and involuntary churn
- Risk or chargeback analysts who moved toward the acceptance side
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to own checkout UX or pricing — that is Product Analyst, and it is open
- Want to build fraud models — that is the Antifraud data scientist, and it is open
- Would report an authorization rate without saying what the denominator was
- Would take a processor's own analysis of their own performance at face value
- Need someone else to prepare the data
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company's stock option program
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan
- Relocation support (flight + temporary housing)
- Flat structure, high autonomy, fast career growth

Trust Wallet is the secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that empowers people to own and control their digital assets. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the execution of new consumer trading products at Trust Wallet and help shape their strategy and vision. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security teams to ship fast, iterate with data, and deliver a seamless and secure user experience in the fast-evolving Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery and iteration of new trading products — from requirements and specs to launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous optimization.
- Build community and creator driven experiences that help users discover opportunities and make better trading decisions.
- Design and scale user growth programs — referral, invite, rewards, and partner incentives, including attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention.
- Explore and build new products around tokenized real-world assets (RWA), bringing new asset classes to on-chain trading while handling their unique requirements.
- Apply a deep understanding of Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to product decisions, ensuring new products are built on a solid trading foundation.
- Define success metrics, set up tracking, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume.
- Track on-chain trends and the fast-moving consumer crypto landscape, and turn insights into product iterations and new product opportunities beyond the current roadmap.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience on consumer crypto trading products (wallet, DEX/aggregator, or trading apps); 5+ years as a product manager.
- Preferred: hands-on experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs — reward mechanics, attribution method, commission settlement, and anti-fraud.
- Deep, first-hand familiarity with the latest wave of social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools — you use them yourself and have your own perspective on them.
- Solid understanding of on-chain trading: DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data (price, liquidity, holders), and memecoin/launchpad dynamics.
- Proven execution and strong communication — shipping fast, running multiple workstreams in parallel, writing clear PRDs, and staying resilient in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
- Strong growth and data sense — metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design, to understand users and improve the product.
- Nice to have: experience with creator/KOL ecosystems or community operations.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own
quarterly business reviews with top clients.
Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations and Implementation so time-to-first-transaction is
measured in days, not months.
Market and product
Bring structured market intelligence back to the business: competitor pricing, bank behaviour, corridor
dynamics and regulatory shifts.
Work with Product to translate recurring client needs into roadmap input, and be an early voice on new FX
and payment capabilities.
Represent Bitso Business at industry events, panels and client forums in Mexico and the region.
Compliance and risk
Sell within Bitso's regulatory perimeter at all times; partner with Compliance on KYB, onboarding and ongoing
due diligence rather than working around it.
Escalate risk signals early and maintain complete, auditable records of client interactions and commercial
terms.
What we offer
A category-defining seat: Bitso is the largest crypto-powered financial platform in Latin America, and the
corporate franchise is the fastest-growing part of it.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue and volume.
Direct access to the Head of Sales and FX business leadership, and real influence on product direction.
A regulated, compliance-first operating environment - you sell on solid ground.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Role
AI agents are already booking travel, subscribing to software, running procurement end to end, and moving money on behalf of users — much of it through Rain. Our Agent Control Layer is the governing surface for that activity: it enforces approved counterparties, amounts, merchants, and task scope at initiation, before a transaction ever occurs, rather than reconciling damage after the fact.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that platform. This is a 0-to-1 role inside a category being defined in real time. You will own the developer-facing surface — APIs, SDKs, controls, docs — that teams building agents use to give them spending power safely. McKinsey projects $3–$5 trillion in global agentic commerce by 2030. The primitives that make it trustworthy have not been built yet. You will build them.
You will report to the Head of Product and work daily with engineering, risk and compliance, network partnerships, and the developers shipping on us.
What you'll do
• Define the primitives for agent authority: spend scopes, merchant and counterparty allowlists, velocity and amount ceilings, task-bound credentials, human-in-the-loop approvals, and clean revocation.
• Own scoped virtual cards for agents — cards provisioned for a single merchant, amount, and task, retired the moment the task completes.
• Extend the rest of Rain's stack (wallets, virtual accounts, onramps, offramps, cross-border payments) to agent initiators within the parameters our customers define.
• Treat the API as the product. Own endpoint design, error semantics, idempotency, webhooks, sandbox and simulation tooling, SDKs, and reference agents.
• Own documentation and the onboarding path with the same rigor as the product itself. Time-to-first-authorized-agent-transaction is your metric.
• Run a tight design-partner loop with agent builders — read their integration code, sit in their debugging sessions, ship against what you find.
• Build the roadmap from first principles: form a thesis on where agentic commerce goes next, sequence bets accordingly, and kill what isn't working quickly.
• Partner with risk and compliance on Know Your Agent — agent identity, attestation, delegated authority, auditability, and dispute handling in a world where the cardholder wasn't the one who clicked.
• Represent Rain's technical point of view in Agentic Payments Alliance working groups and with Visa, Mastercard, and stablecoin partners as standards take shape.
• Write the specs, launch posts, and positioning that teach the market what controlled agentic payments actually means.
You’ll likely succeed if you have
• 8+ years in product management, with meaningful time on a developer-facing platform, API, or infrastructure product. You have shipped something engineers chose to build on.
• Technical depth. You read API diffs, write your own queries, prototype against your own endpoints, and hold your own in an architecture review. You don't need to have been an engineer; you do need engineers to take you seriously.
• 0-to-1 instincts. You have taken a product from a blank page to real usage in an ambiguous market, and you're comfortable with a roadmap that changes because the ground moved.
• Payments or fintech fluency, or the obvious appetite to acquire it fast. Authorization flows, issuing, interchange, chargebacks, settlement, KYC/KYB - you know these, or you'll learn them in weeks rather than quarters.
• Judgment under risk. Every control you design trades capability against loss. You can reason about that tradeoff explicitly and defend where you landed.
• Strong writing. At Rain, specs, docs, and launch narratives are the job, not overhead.
• Bias for motion. You would rather ship a narrow thing this month and learn from it than scope a broad thing for two quarters.
Bonus attributes
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents - tool use, orchestration frameworks, MCP, evals.
• Stablecoin or onchain payments background: settlement, custody, treasury operations, or wallet infrastructure.
• Experience working directly with card networks, issuing processors, or sponsor banks.
• Time at an early-stage company during a period of fast scaling.

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Compliance is an intentional product surface at Rain. Every card we issue, every wallet we open, and every dollar that moves across our rails depends on controls that are correct, auditable, and fast enough not to be felt. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that surface end to end.
You will own the compliance product area across four connected domains: financial crime (KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring), licensing and regulatory readiness, card network and issuing-bank obligations, and the compliance tooling our enterprise partners use to run their own programs. As Rain continues to expand its product suite, you will ensure our compliance product serves our customers’ needs with these new products as well.
You will work daily with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Partnerships, and you will be in the room with bank partners, network representatives, and our largest customers' compliance teams. This is an individual contributor role with real scope to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the KYC and KYB onboarding experience for consumers and businesses in every market we operate in, tracking and optimizing metrics such as conversion, accuracy, and cost per verified user are all yours.
• Build and tune sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, and transaction monitoring, including blockchain analytics for wallet screening and source-of-funds signals.
• Drive down false positives and analyst review time without weakening detection, and define the metrics that prove it.
• Ship the case management, escalation, and SAR/STR workflows our compliance analysts live in every day.
• Translate obligations - state money transmission licensing, EMI and MiCA in the EU, VASP regimes, stablecoin-issuer requirements, Travel Rule, and local equivalents - into requirements engineers can build against.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to make new-market launches a repeatable motion instead of a one-off scramble: jurisdictional configuration, disclosures, data residency, and reporting.
• Run regulatory change management as a product process, so a rule change becomes a tracked roadmap item rather than a fire drill.
• Own conformance with Visa and Mastercard rules across the programs we run and sponsor - BIN controls, MCC and merchant restrictions, program registration, and network reporting.
• Build the controls, evidence, and attestation tooling our issuing banks and BIN sponsors require, and make audits boring.
• Partner with Risk on disputes, chargebacks, fraud rules, and authorization-time controls where compliance and fraud overlap.
• Turn internal compliance capability into products our partners can use: APIs, dashboards, configurable rule sets, audit logs, and reporting they can hand to their own regulators.
• Serve as the product voice in partner compliance diligence, security reviews, and bank onboarding - and feed what you learn there back into the roadmap.
• Define how much control a partner gets and where Rain holds the line, clearly enough that sales can sell it and engineers can build it.
• Write the strategy and roadmap for compliance product, and defend the sequencing to the exec team.
• Specify precisely. In this domain, an ambiguous requirement is a regulatory finding waiting to happen.
• Instrument everything - pass rates, decision latency, alert volume, review throughput, escalation outcomes - and use it to make the case for what comes next.
You’ll likely succeed if you have
• 8+ years in product management, including at least three years owning compliance, risk, identity, or payments products in a regulated environment.
• Working fluency in AML/CFT: you can hold your own on KYC and KYB standards, sanctions screening logic, monitoring typologies, and SAR workflows without needing a translator.
• Direct experience with card issuing, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service - you understand what an issuing bank, a BIN sponsor, and a network each expect from a program.
• A track record of shipping systems where correctness matters more than a fast demo, and the technical depth to design data models and APIs with engineers rather than around them.
• Comfort with genuine ambiguity. The regulatory picture for stablecoins is still being written, and you will often decide with incomplete information.
• Clear, precise writing. Most of your leverage here comes from documents other people can act on.
Bonus Attributes
• Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or onchain settlement, including blockchain analytics tools.
• Multi-jurisdiction launch experience across LATAM, APAC, EU, or EMEA.
• Time spent inside a compliance, financial crime, or regulatory function — or a hands-on partnership with one.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar control and audit frameworks.
