Senior Litigation Counsel (Russian language + ENG)

Location: Spain; Portugal; Malta; Serbia; Poland; Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are looking for a Senior Litigation Counsel with experience in IT / Fintech / banking for the legal team. Responsibilities: Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.); Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel; Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases. Requirements 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house (IT / fintech); Law degree and active admission to practice; Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken; Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules; Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills; Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs; Strong organizational and communication skills. Nice to have: strong knowledge of UK Common Law (UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it), commercial litigation, ADR experience; flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel.
