We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates located in Canada and US.
The Opportunity:
The Grafana Search & Storage squad is developing Grafana’s next-generation storage layer. As a key component of our App Platform, Unified Storage enables developers to build innovative applications using a Kubernetes-inspired Operator pattern to interact with data directly.
In addition to operating Unified Storage at scale within Grafana Cloud, our team manages two essential features for discovery and organization: Search, the unified engine for finding and querying all Grafana data, and Folders, for hierarchical content management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and
availability
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action
You are customer focused
We build everything with our users in mind.
You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with Go, Rust, Python, or other similar programming languages
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with large distributed systems
Experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud o r experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Bonus Points For:
Have been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code
In Canada, the OTE (On-Target Earnings)/Base compensation range for this role is CAD $164,490 - $197,389. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Use AI tools and intelligent agents (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for market research, account preparation, outreach personalization, and workflow automation.
Use vibe coding tools (e.g. Lovable, Base44) to build simple demo prototypes and internal sales tools.
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and forecasts, track pipeline and commercial targets, and share market feedback with the team.
Travel regularly, approximately 30–40% (up to 50%+ for candidates based outside Germany), for customer meetings
Requirements:
1–3 years of B2B sales
or business development experience, with evidence of generating qualified opportunities and advancing them toward commercial outcomes.
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, medtech, medical devices, or clinical operations is strongly preferred but not a hard requirement. You should be able to understand operational challenges.
Familiarity with hospital procurement cycles and reseller/distributor networks.
A practical understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, positioning, and market entry.

Salesforce proficiency (primary CRM). Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales intelligence tools is a plus.
Fluent German and strong business English.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and work independently in a growing startup.
A hungry, creative, initiative-taking startup mindset, comfortable building from scratch with limited structure.
Location: based in Germany is strongly preferred. We will consider candidates in neighboring countries (e.g. France, Switzerland) who bring strong German market connections and are willing to travel 50%+.
Advantages:
Sales or market development experience in Germany/DACH or wider Europe.
Experience working with partners, resellers, or distributors to generate and progress business opportunities.
Familiarity with German healthcare buying processes and tender regulations.
Experience working with Israeli startups or international teams, and an existing network in European healthcare.
About the company:

You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a core member of our Internal AI team, you will help Rain build leverage and become AI-native. This role sits at the intersection between building and enablement. You will work across teams to fix bottlenecks with AI agents, apps, and workflows and empower those teams with the capabilities to do the same.
This is a cross-disciplinary role for a high agency problem-solver. You will use your expertise in product, data, and vibecoding to drive improvements that will help us accelerate as we scale. Finally, you will support Rain’s foundational AI systems, tooling, and other primitives that will compound our growth over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & Prioritize: Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities. Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI.
- Build & Ship: Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools. Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.
- Drive AI Adoption: Partner with teams to build an AI-first culture. Run enablement sessions, create documentation, and build internal champions who sustain long-term impact.
- Establish Operational Rigor: Define success metrics for every initiative. Track performance, measure adoption, and demonstrate business impact. Iterate based on data and feedback.
- Support Rain’s AI Foundations: Develop the core primitives — documentation, skill/agent libraries, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks — that enable Rain to build and deploy AI agents and tools easily and reliably.
WHO YOU ARE
- AI Native Builder. Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work. You can take an ambiguous problem and ship a working solution without waiting for an engineering team.
- Strong technical fluency. You are fluent with low-code/no-code and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations.
- Analytical and empathetic problem-solver. You can partner with teams to understand challenges, use data to prioritize opportunities, deliver results, and measure impact.
- Excellent communicator. You can manage expectations, maintain alignment, across competing priorities. You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Systems builder. You naturally create clarity out of chaos — writing SOPs, building templates, defining standards, and structuring knowledge so that humans and agents can build on your work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift and you need to figure things out on the fly. You have high agency and don't wait to be told what to do.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar role where you have solved problems with technical solutions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a Series A–C startup or high-growth startup company (or former founder)
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or payments workflows
- Experience with workflow orchestration and integration architecture (webhooks, auth flows, data pipelines)
- Background in change management or internal enablement programs
- Experience with data platforms (Google Cloud, DBT) or data modeling
- Track record of driving measurable adoption of internal tools or processes
- Experience building internal knowledge bases, technical SOPs, or developer-facing documentation

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions, tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions: tight deadlines, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
- Confident negotiator, commercially and technically, able to influence engineers, program managers and suppliers without formal authority.
- Professional English, written and spoken.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Engineering Electronics Background, knowledge of the tools and technical understanding/background of designs.
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.
- Exposure to taking a hardware design from prototype into series production.
- Existing relationships with PCB/PCBA vendors, distributors and electronics manufacturing partners.
- Certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) useful but not required.
- Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers, global component marketplaces, and digital sourcing tools.

This role is available for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,500 to AUD 223,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What we offer
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
*No Visa

How we hire
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
We’re real
A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
Location: New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Connecticut; Massachusetts

Build beside senior FDEs on a Claude certified team, with a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive. You are the one who builds it
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints, working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice
What we look for:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands on today and intend to stay that way
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a nondeterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why
Strong engineering fundamentals. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack
Cloud native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits
Presales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders: you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
Hands on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses)
Nice to have:
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform
Open source contributions or public writing on applied AI
What We Offer:
Full time
On site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC once a week
Unlimited Vacation policy
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance
401(k) matching plan
Base salary $180k to $200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application. We filter out AI generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team
We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates
You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We’d be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Cofounder & CEO
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Head of Workplace & Facilities based in London, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams operate in environments that are not only functional and safe—but scalable, adaptable, and built for the pace of high-growth product development. From brownfield build-outs to continuous upgrades, you will translate company-wide requirements into fit-for-purpose, high-performance facilities.
You will own the planning, delivery, and management of all physical environments that enable engineering and company operations—from collaborative workspaces and lab floors to test zones and logistics areas. You will lead brownfield and retrofit programmes across our sites, ensuring they meet the exacting needs of modern robotics engineering
This is a highly cross-functional, technically grounded leadership role. You’ll partner with hardware, software, and operations teams to turn functional requirements into physical reality—ensuring that space never becomes a blocker to speed, safety, or innovation.
This role also includes accountability for general office management, including oversight of our workplace operations team and front-of-house function. You’ll ensure the daily experience in each site reflects our culture and values—providing a seamless, well-run environment for employees, visitors, and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Facility Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead the physical environment strategy across lab, workspace, test, integration, prototype manufacturing, and office areas
- Translate functional and technical requirements from all parts of the business into clear, scalable space plans
- Lead site assessments, feasibility studies, and future planning across global locations
- Develop and maintain design standards for our labs and shared workspaces
Programme Delivery (Brownfield & Fit-Out)
- Own the full lifecycle of facility programmes: scoping, budgeting, planning, contractor management, delivery, and commissioning
- Oversee brownfield upgrades to enable evolving R&D, prototype manufacturing, and testing needs
- Manage external architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate delivery timelines with product, hiring, and operational roadmaps
Prototype Manufacturing & Lab Readiness
- Ensure infrastructure supports mechatronics-heavy workflows including actuator assembly, sub-system integration, electronics rework, and test rig operation
- Define layouts and utility requirements (power, ESD, ventilation, compressed air, equipment mounting, etc.) for in-house prototyping and low-volume builds
- Establish protocols for safe operation, material flow, and flexible reconfiguration of physical spaces
Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Lead general office and workplace management across all global sites
- Oversee a dedicated office and reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations, visitor experience, and front-of-house service
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and functional workplace aligned with our culture and operational rhythm
- Partner with People and IT to ensure workspaces support hybrid collaboration, new joiner onboarding, and employee well-being
Facility Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Set up and oversee systems for space allocation, access control, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring
- Lead improvements in facility uptime, utilisation, safety, and team experience
- Manage shared infrastructure including lab services, AV, security, physical IT, and environment monitoring
- Maintain compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and relevant R&D standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, people, logistics, IT, and workplace operations
- Work with executive leadership to develop long-term facilities strategy, capital planning, and space forecasting
- Represent facilities in company-wide planning processes, including headcount growth and program milestones
- Drive alignment between physical infrastructure and company objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, technical operations, or capital project delivery in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments
- Proven track record managing brownfield retrofits and complex fit-out programmes
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure requirements for labs, prototype manufacturing, and mixed-use technical spaces
- Experience overseeing general office operations, reception, and workplace experience functions
- Fluency across building systems (power, HVAC, ventilation, ESD, security, etc.) and health & safety best practices
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and skilled in leading cross-functional capital programmes from start to finish
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics, aerospace, automation, or electromechanical product development
- Familiarity with ISO/cleanroom environments, build/test zones, or controlled lab standards
- Track record building or scaling physical infrastructure in high-growth organisations
- Experience with real estate strategy, landlord/tenant negotiations, or hybrid campus models
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck.
Frontier access — Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Craft & growth — build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through
Additional Information
Bring all of you to work
We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.
Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands.
We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.
It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will work on a single product and be fully responsible for increasing ARPU through higher product value: delivering winning tests in the post-purchase experience that make the product more valuable for each user.
You will own the full cycle from research to a proven result and report to the Head of Growth, with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. The bar is high and so is the upside - strong results are significantly rewarded, with a proven path to career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Competitor Insights: Find where users miss value and why they leave, using product and historical data, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Hypothesis Pipeline: Turn those insights into a continuous, prioritised backlog of product ideas, each backed by evidence and a clear expected impact.
- Product Value: Grow ARPU by giving users more value after purchase: improve onboarding, core features, and the moments where users decide whether the product is worth keeping.
- Specs & Delivery: Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so every test ships fast and works as intended.
- Growth Collaboration: Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so product and funnel tests run in sequence and every result is read correctly.
- Test Wins: Deliver a steady stream of A/B test winners on post-purchase metrics, with ARPU as the main one, and raise the share of tests that win over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Product Management: 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products (web-to-web, web-to-app, mobile apps) or similar markets.
- Proven Wins: A track record of A/B tests or product changes that measurably grew revenue, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- User Journey & Product Sense: Strong understanding of consumer user journeys and of what turns a first purchase into lasting value for the user.
- Research & Analytics: Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics (Mixpanel or a close equivalent) to build the evidence behind every idea.
- Experimentation: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including significance, sample size, and test duration.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work, especially UI/UX design of experiments.
- Lifecycle Experience: Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Results-driven - measures their own work by test wins and revenue impact
- Evidence-led - backs every idea with data, user research, or competitor proof
- Ownership mentality - treats the product as their own: proposes, prioritises, and drives ideas to a result
- Bias for action - makes sound decisions quickly and iterates fast
- Communicates with clarity - explains ideas and results in writing so they can be reviewed without a meeting
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

Who we are
Action1 is an autonomous patch management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes - it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment and remediation without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.
In 2026, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing founder-led cybersecurity company in America. At the helm of Action1 are industry veterans Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who founded Netwrix, which has grown into a multi-billion-dollar industry-leading cybersecurity company.
The Role
We are looking for a Product & Web Designer to shape the user experience of Action1's SaaS platform and help make complex IT management workflows simple, intuitive, and efficient.
Your primary focus will be designing product interfaces, improving usability, and building consistent design patterns across our platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn product requirements and user needs into practical, well-designed solutions.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. We value designers who think beyond visual appearance, understand how users interact with software, and are comfortable proposing solutions rather than simply following instructions.
Alongside product design, you may occasionally support web, HR, and marketing initiatives with visual design work.
What you'll do
Design intuitive user interfaces for Action1's SaaS platform.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Improve usability and simplify complex product workflows.
Refine product interfaces based on user feedback, usability insights, and technical constraints.
Occasionally create visuals for websites, HR initiatives, and marketing materials.
What we're looking for
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for SaaS or web applications.
Strong UI/UX skills, including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and visual design.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools and solutions to accelerate workflows, explore ideas, and improve design outcomes.
Nice to have
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or administrative interfaces.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and WCAG principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint management products.
Please include a portfolio demonstrating your product design work. We especially value examples showing the problem, your design approach, and the final solution.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
