About the Project The product focuses on end-to-end automation of legal workflows. The platform supports processes such as client onboarding, document analysis, intelligent workflow automation, preparation of legal content and final pleadings, and integration of AI into complex legal processes. The project combines AI engineering, LLM applications, full-stack development, workflow automation, and cloud technologies. What You Will Do — Develop AI-based software solutions for the legal sector — Automate complex legal workflows end-to-end — Build intelligent workflows and multi-agent systems — Develop production-ready full-stack applications — Integrate LLM APIs and modern AI services into software products — Work with backend APIs and modern web technologies — Bring new features directly into real-world production use cases — Participate in technical decision-making from an early stage — Work closely with the founders and take ownership of implementation MUST HAVE — Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field — German B2+ — this is a key requirement due to complex German-language documents and workflows — Software development experience, including commercial or strong personal projects — Full-stack development experience with modern web technologies — Experience working with backend APIs — Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills — Ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks — Hands-on mindset and willingness to take technical ownership — Interest in modern AI technologies and production AI systems Nice to Have — Experience with LLM-based applications — Retrieval-Augmented Generation / RAG — Multi-agent systems / AI Agents — Prompt engineering and LLM APIs — Cloud environments and cloud services — Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with genuine interest in applied AI.
