The Impact You’ll Make
Everyone in our Mexico City office relies on IT to get their work done. As our
IT Support Analyst
, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT in the office — the person colleagues come to when a laptop won’t connect, an account is locked, a meeting room won’t start, or a new hire needs to be up and running on day one.
You’ll work onsite, resolve Level 1–2 issues across identity, laptops and devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and office technology, and escalate the deeper problems to Level 2 with the context already gathered. The goal is simple: fast, reliable help in person, clean handovers when an issue needs more than you can fix, and an office that runs smoothly every day — with room to grow into deeper Level 2 work as you build depth across our stack.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Level 1–2 onsite support
— Be the first point of contact for the CDMX office. Gather the right context, resolve common software, hardware, access and connectivity issues on macOS and Windows, and escalate what needs Level 2 with a clear summary, the steps already taken and the evidence collected. Confirm the fix with the person and record it in the ticket.
Identity and access operations
— Handle password and MFA resets, account unlocks, and group and app assignments in Okta. Run the onboarding and offboarding checklists end to end, so new hires have their account, apps and laptop ready on day one and leavers’ access is removed on time and confirmed.
Devices and inventory
— Prepare, enroll, wipe and reassign Mac and Windows laptops in Iru (Kandji) and Intune. Troubleshoot devices that won’t enroll, show non-compliant or miss an app. Keep the asset inventory accurate from receipt through reassignment and retirement, and keep spares ready so a replacement is never far away.
Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
— Assign and reclaim licenses, create shared mailboxes and distribution groups, and fix common Outlook, Teams and OneDrive issues. Support colleagues on Slack, Zoom and Notion, and escalate mail-flow, security or tenant-level issues to Level 2 with the evidence in hand.
Office technology
— Keep Zoom Rooms, AV, Wi-Fi and printers working with a routine of checks, not only when something breaks. Run first-level network troubleshooting and hand the rest to Level 2 or the vendor with clear symptoms. Prepare rooms, guest Wi-Fi and loaner equipment for events and customer visits, and work with Security and Facilities on badges, doors and cameras.
Licenses, vendors and purchasing
— Reclaim licenses at offboarding and track renewals. Request and compare quotes, raise purchase requests, check deliveries against orders and flag invoices that don’t match. Keep vendor contacts, warranties and serial numbers where the team can find them.
Service desk practice and documentation
— Work the ticket queue in Unthread, our Slack-based service desk: keep tickets updated, prioritize by impact and urgency, and separate one-off incidents from recurring problems. Write short help articles and checklists that reduce repeat tickets, and raise the patterns you see to Level 2.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You diagnose before you fix
— You ask what changed, when it started and who else is affected, and you know where to look first.
You follow through
— You stay with an issue until the person confirms it’s fixed, even when it crosses teams or vendors.
You stay calm under pressure
— A meeting room failing before an important call or a busy office day doesn’t throw you off.
You care about the people you support
— A good experience for colleagues matters to you as much as the fix itself.
You communicate clearly
— You explain technical things in plain language, in English and Spanish, in person and in writing.
You keep things in order
— Tickets updated, checklists current, inventory accurate; you notice recurring issues and raise them.
You’re curious
— You want to understand how things work, and you learn from Level 2 to grow into deeper work.
Your Background
3+ years
in IT Support, Service Desk or Help Desk roles, including time as the first point of contact for an office — and the ability to work
onsite from our Mexico City office
.
Identity and access
— hands-on, day-to-day operation of
Okta
or a comparable identity provider: password and MFA resets, unlocks, groups and app assignments, and onboarding/offboarding from a checklist.
Device management
— hands-on preparation and support of macOS and Windows laptops in an MDM such as
Iru (Kandji)
, Jamf or
Microsoft Intune
: enrollment, app installs, compliance troubleshooting, remote wipe.
Microsoft 365
— user-level administration (users, licenses, shared mailboxes, groups) and troubleshooting of Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
Service desk
— experience working a ticket queue with clear notes and priorities, and writing help articles or runbooks others use.
Office technology
— Zoom Rooms or similar video-conferencing systems, printers, and first-level Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
Licenses and purchasing
— tracking software licenses and renewals, and supporting hardware purchases: quotes, purchase requests, deliveries and invoice checks.
Tools
— Slack, Zoom, Notion, macOS and Windows.
Language
— fluent English (spoken and written) and Spanish.

,
n8n
) to remove recurring manual work.
Experience with IT asset management tools.
Experience supporting a global or multi-site company through a Slack-based service desk.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
You'll own marketing for our channel: the resellers, distributors and global systems integrators who take AIStor to customers. Most of your time goes into building and running joint marketing plans with our global focus partners. The rest goes into the programs that keep every partner informed, engaged and ready to sell. This is a builder role. Some of what's below exists today in early form, and some of it doesn't exist yet. You'll have room to shape it.
What You Will Do:
Focus Partner Marketing Plan
Build joint marketing plans with our top 5 focus partners and run them quarter to quarter, with clear pipeline goals for each.
Work side by side with Partner Managers and AEs so every plan lines up with the partner's business plan and our strategic accounts.
Run co-branded campaigns, webinars, content, and account-based programs that create new, partner-sourced pipeline.
Review results with partners every quarter. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
Channel Partner Communications
Keep partners current on product news, launches, competitive moments, and company updates through a regular newsletter and to partner webinars.
Help maintain the partner comms calendar so it lines up with our campaign team's priorities and doesn’t overlap communications with demand gen initiatives.
Make sure partners hear about big announcements before or alongside customers, not after.
Channel Partner Field Events
Plan and support partner field events and regional moments globally, from customer roundtables to partner-hosted sessions at larger shows.
Run events through our partner event request process so each one has agreed commitments up front: leads, meetings, co-investment, and follow-up.
Track every event in Salesforce and report pipeline and ROI afterward. Help us stop funding events that don't perform.
Coordinate with our corporate events team so partner presence at major shows is planned.
To-Partner Digital Marketing
Run always-on digital programs aimed at partner sellers, so they know why MinIO wins and remember us when the right deal comes up.
Partner with our digital and campaign teams on targeting, creative, and measurement.
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 in channel or partner marketing at an infrastructure software, storage, data or cloud company
Hands-on experience marketing with and through VARs and distributors. GSI experience is a strong plus.
A track record of building joint marketing plans that produced pipeline you can point to.
Experience running partner field events and managing MDF.
Comfort in Salesforce: campaigns, attribution, and reporting.
The ability to say no: partners and partner managers will ask for a lot, and part of this job is picking what matters.
Clear writing and the confidence to present to partner executives and our own leadership
Willingness to travel.
Experience with a PRM or through-channel marketing platform such as Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Unifyr or ZINFI.
Background in AI infrastructure, data platforms or object storage.
Experience building a partner program from an early stage.
Experience using reporting tools like Omni Analytics.
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

About the role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer, you will take backend features and improvements from clarifying the problem through shipping them and following up in production. You will work within a product area, partnering with Product Management, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Security to deliver predictably and contribute to the quality, security, performance, and maintainability of shared backend code and services. You will be trusted to work with minimal guidance, to know when to seek help, and to communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment — with other tenured engineers alongside you to review your work, think through hard problems with you, and help you grow.
Why you’ll love this role
Ownership:
You'll take features from requirements through delivery and follow-up; your code will run on a platform used by millions of users.
Learning and Growth :
You’ll work alongside your engineering team, who treat code review and design review as a learning loop rather than a gate — one of the fastest ways to grow your engineering judgment.
Innovative Culture:
You’ll use AI as a genuine part of daily engineering work, developing the judgment to know when to trust it and when not to.
Autonomy:
You’ll thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, so you understand why you’re building something, not just what.
What you’ll do
Own and Ship Features:
Design, implement, test, and ship backend features and improvements with minimal guidance, working in Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern languages.
Build for Production:
Write maintainable, secure, observable, and performant code. Design and maintain APIs, background jobs, integrations, and bounded service functionality, and work with data models, migrations, indexes, and query behavior.
Test and Review:
Add and improve automated coverage — unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end where appropriate — and review others’ code for correctness, maintainability, security, performance, and operational risk.
Operate What You Build:
Investigate build, test, deployment, and runtime failures at the feature boundary, identify technical debt and propose practical improvements, and take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
Leverage AI:
Use AI productively in daily work, validate what it produces, and understand where its limitations matter.
What you’ll bring
Backend Fundamentals:
Professional experience building and shipping production backend applications, with strong programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance fundamentals.
Adaptability:
Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern backend language. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Feature Ownership:
The ability to take a feature from clarification through delivery and follow-up, working independently while seeking input at the right time.
Practical Judgment:
Sound instincts about security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational risk, plus an understanding of modular backend boundaries and the consequences of coupling.
Clear Communication:
Strong written communication and effective collaboration in a remote, asynchronous environment.
AI Fluency:
Practical experience with AI coding tools, including the ability to review and correct what they generate.
Helpful experience
Production Go services, APIs, concurrency, profiling, or gRPC.
Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
Rust, particularly for systems, security, performance, or platform work.
PostgreSQL, schema evolution, caching, queues, messaging, or event-driven workflows.
Observability using metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
Contributing to a modular monolith, bounded context, shared component, or independently operated service.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to semiconductor organisations across the Netherlands. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with semiconductor equipment makers, chip designers and manufacturers, and the specialist suppliers around them. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to semiconductor stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across hardware and software engineering, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and field service. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with semiconductor decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the semiconductor sector. Navigate complex, global, engineering-led organisations to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Anthropic. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to close
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to semiconductor procurement cycles, R&D and capex budgeting, and supplier qualification processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse semiconductor market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within hardware and software engineering, design and verification, R&D, manufacturing and quality, supply chain and procurement, and customer support and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for semiconductor applications
Navigate complex semiconductor stakeholder ecosystems including executives, engineering and R&D leadership, IT and security teams, digital transformation functions, legal and compliance, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying semiconductor market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for semiconductor clients
Continuously refine the semiconductor sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within semiconductor, high-tech or advanced manufacturing organisations, ideally in the Netherlands or wider Benelux, and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and engineering use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, global, engineering-led organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, engineering and R&D leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within high-tech procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, IP protection, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various technical and business audiences, from engineering and R&D leads to senior executives
Deep understanding of semiconductor buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the IP sensitivity, export control and supply chain pressures the industry operates within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the semiconductor market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for semiconductor and high-tech use

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter, you'll help GitLab build the go-to-market teams that drive our growth. In this individual contributor role, you'll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Field Operations, Enablement, and Ecosystems and own searches from intake through close. You'll build inclusive pipelines and use data and market insight to guide hiring decisions, while growing into a trusted talent advisor.
What you'll do
Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations, typically carrying 12-15 requisitions at a time, with accurate, timely documentation in Greenhouse.
Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on role scope, territory or segment, quota and ramp expectations, interview plans, and timelines, with senior team guidance as needed.
Partner with hiring teams on structured, equitable interviews with clear competencies and actionable feedback; challenge assumptions and escalate risks or blockers early.
Use talent-market research, compensation and on-target earnings (OTE) benchmarks, funnel metrics, and candidate feedback to shape search strategy and address hiring issues.
Assess sales candidates on track record, quota attainment, deal complexity, and experience relevant to GitLab's sales segments and approach.
Build research-based, diversity-focused sourcing plans that balance applicants, passive talent, referrals, internal talent, and targeted outreach.
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience through disciplined pipeline management, proactive communication, timely feedback, and offer negotiations that clearly explain compensation and OTE.
Improve recruiting practices by sharing learnings and reusable resources, using artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly, and representing GitLab's mission, values, and culture.
What you'll bring
Full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive markets, including offer and compensation conversations.
Sales or go-to-market recruiting experience, or a strong interest in learning sales segments, quotas, OTE, ramp time, territory design, and sales cycles.
Developing advisor skills: building stakeholder trust, influencing without authority, and managing hiring team expectations.
Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing strategies and balanced pipelines.
A data-informed approach that turns funnel insights into practical actions.
Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear written and verbal communication across time zones, with attention to detail and candidate care.
Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, LinkedIn Insights, SeekOut, or comparable platforms; ability to evaluate AI-generated work, protect confidential information, and share responsible workflows with team members.
Technology or business-to-business (B2B) software recruiting experience is helpful, not required.

As Channel Sales Lead at Perplexity, you’ll build and lead the channel sales function that help more organizations adopt Perplexity Computer and our API products. You’ll develop partners who bring us into new customer opportunities, help us sell and deploy effectively, and turn those relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer value.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll recruit and activate partners, work directly on important deals, and build the programs and team that help us scale. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Applied AI, Marketing, and Business Development to make the channel a repeatable source of enterprise pipeline and revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set the enterprise channel strategy, prioritizing the partners and routes to market that can generate incremental business and help customers succeed
- Recruit, develop, and activate a focused portfolio of partners, which may include resellers, systems integrators, consulting and implementation firms, technology partners, and cloud marketplaces
- Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, and work with Sales on opportunities where partners help advance or expand a deal
- Build joint business plans with priority partners, with clear customer segments, account plans, commitments, and measures of success
- Work directly with partner sellers and Perplexity AEs on prospecting, qualification, customer meetings, and closing, staying involved until partnerships produce repeatable results
- Establish the operating model for referrals, co-selling, and resale, including partner onboarding, deal registration, account ownership, and rules for resolving channel conflict
- Structure and negotiate partner agreements with Finance and Legal, balancing partner incentives, customer experience, and the economics of each relationship
- Partner with Applied AI, Enablement, and Customer Success to prepare partners to demonstrate, deploy, and support our products, with clear standards for delivery quality and customer handoffs
- Work with Partner Marketing on joint campaigns, partner-facing materials, and field activation, connecting that work to qualified opportunities and revenue
- Build the team as the channel grows, hiring, coaching, and developing channel sales managers while remaining personally involved in priority relationships
- Run regular partner and pipeline reviews, and work with RevOps and Finance on forecasting, attribution, and reporting that distinguish sourced business from partner influence and avoid double counting
- Bring partner and customer feedback into product and go-to-market planning, and adjust or exit partnerships that do not deliver meaningful results
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have 8+ years in channel sales, enterprise sales, or revenue-generating alliances at enterprise software companies, including direct responsibility for growing business through partners
- You’ve built a partner program or opened a new partner-led route to market during rapid growth, not only managed an established set of relationships
- You’ve owned partner pipeline and revenue targets and can explain how your work created incremental business
- You have experience across more than one partner model and can judge when to use co-selling, referrals, resale, or services-led partnerships
- You’ve recruited and activated partners, earning commitment from their leaders and helping their sellers and delivery teams become productive
- You have experience hiring, coaching, or leading partner teams, and are comfortable doing the work directly while building the function
- You understand enterprise sales cycles and can work effectively alongside AEs, technical teams, and executive buyers to move opportunities forward
- You’re comfortable with partner economics and commercial negotiations, including incentives, margins, revenue sharing, and rules of engagement with direct sales
- You use Salesforce and pipeline data to prioritize work, forecast outcomes, and hold partners and internal teams accountable
- You’re hands-on with AI products and can build enough product fluency to identify useful customer workflows and earn trust with business and technical stakeholders
- You’re comfortable operating without an established playbook, making focused bets and using evidence to decide what to scale

About the role
We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Repository Services team in GitLab's Create stage. The team owns the repository side of Source Code: how code gets into a repository, who may change it, and how those changes are verified. We build this as an access layer on the primitives the Gitaly team provides, for GitLab's own features and for the artificial intelligence agents now writing and pushing code alongside people.
You'll work in one of GitLab's oldest and most complex product areas, using Ruby and GraphQL across
GitLab.com
, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Repository Services is a new team, and its first months are about reliability and support, so you'll spend real time on performance and structured query language tuning, caching, rate limiting, testing, observability, and resiliency, with experienced team members to lean on. You'll collaborate with product management, product design, testing, security, user experience research, technical writing, Gitaly, Code Review, and the other Source Code teams.
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby and GraphQL.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, application programming interfaces, data models, and business logic that control how code reaches a repository, who may change it, and how it is verified.
Build on the primitives Gitaly provides and work closely with the Gitaly team.
Triage and fix bugs and support requests for the features the team owns.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use artificial intelligence agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
What you'll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience contributing to user-facing workflows and maintaining their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Experience using artificial intelligence coding agents and reviewing their output, or an interest in building these skills in a complex monorepo.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
About the team
Repository Services is a small backend team in the Create stage, formed in September 2026 when Source Code split into focused teams. As the split is finalized we expect to own repository mirroring, Git Large File Storage (LFS), protected branches and Branch Rules, push rules, Code Owners (shared with Code Review), and commit and tag signing. We build on Gitaly's primitives and meet regularly with the Gitaly team, and our work serves

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
More than 7 million developers use Render, and most of them found us through other developers. We're building a team to further drive this developer led growth. As our first Developer Programs Lead, you'll own Render's social presence, developer community, developer programs, and developer voice.
You'll set the strategy across all four areas, decide where to hire, where to use agencies or creators, and in what order.
You'll report to Raph Terrier, Head of Developer Experience. The DX team owns content: tutorials, videos, docs, and articles. Your team owns how Render sounds, how that content reaches developers, and the programs and community around it. You'll also work closely with our VP of Marketing, product marketing, and product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead the team
- Set the strategy and goals for social, community, developer programs, and developer brand.
- Decide what to build first, what to hand to agencies or contractors, and when to hire. Then hire and manage the team.
- Report on what's working to Developer Experience and Marketing leadership, and change course when something isn't.
Own Social
- Run Render's accounts on X, LinkedIn, and Reddit yourself at first. Write the posts, reply to developers, and join the conversations where Render has something useful to say.
- Set the channel strategy: where we show up, how often, and what we measure.
- Handle the hard moments in public, including outages, pricing changes, and sharp criticism, with the right people inside Render.
Grow our Developer Community
- Build Render's presence in Discord, Reddit, and the other places developers gather, with the DX team.
- Run AMAs, livestreams, and community events with DX.
- Bring what you hear from developers back to Product and Engineering.
Run developer programs
- Build programs that grow Render's reach through other people: developer creators, ambassadors, referrals, speaking, and employee advocacy.
Own the developer voice
- Define Render's voice and style for developers, and write it down so engineers, product managers, and marketers sound like Render when they write or post.
- Work with the VP of Marketing and product marketing on Render's external narrative and how each launch shows up in public.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years across social, community, developer marketing, or brand, including time building or leading a function at a growing company.
- Experience hiring and leading a team, or building a function from early stage with a clear plan for who to add and when.
- Recent hands-on ownership of a company's social channels. You can show us accounts you ran and copy you wrote.
- Experience building a developer community or program, with results you can explain.
- Experience shaping a brand voice, and examples of how it changed the way a company sounded.
- Fluency with developer audiences and enough technical comfort to write accurately about infrastructure, with the judgment to check with an engineer first.
- You work without a playbook and with little direction across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Steady judgment when something goes wrong in public.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
- You've run a creator, influencer, or ambassador program.
- An active personal presence on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or another platform developers use.
- Comfort on camera or behind a mic.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source by Webflow https://webflow.com/blog/introducing-source-by-webflow, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. Source is where the hard work of web marketing happens: scaling what works, driving impact with every iteration, and keeping brand and content consistent as teams and agents move at speed.
You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate. This work spans the full content lifecycle, from authoring and governance to localization and publishing. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and gets excited about making complex content infrastructure feel simple — so marketers can move fast, agents can operate reliably, and every experience a brand ships stays coherent and on point.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position.
As a Staff Product Designer you’ll …
- Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and making sure what we ship is great. Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels — and how that experience holds together as a coherent system, from the visual authoring surface to publishing workflows to localization.
- Design for both humans and agents. Build surfaces that work for marketing teams operating at scale and for AI agents querying and composing against structured content, with the right controls, transparency, and trust signals for each.
- Think in systems. The CMS touches nearly everything Webflow's enterprise customers do. Hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces while making individual flows feel simple and obvious.
- Work upstream. Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built. Align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy before pixels get pushed.
- Raise the bar — in craft, process, and how you use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and bring a point of view on how the CMS connects to the broader Webflow platform.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems within complex products. You know how to make something complex feel obvious to the people using it. Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
- Systems thinking at scale. You've designed for interconnected surfaces where decisions in one place ripple across others, and
- Comfort with technical depth. You can engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture to ensure design and systems decisions are aligned.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows — prototyping in code, using AI tools to explore and communicate ideas faster, and comfort working where the line between design and production is increasingly blurry.
You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Designer if you:
- Can hold a long-horizon systems problem and still ship focused, high-quality work in the near term.
- Communicate with precision and can influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders without losing the room.
- Combine strong craft with the humility to test your assumptions early and often.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
BE YOU, WITH US

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to build the strategy and operating model behind how Runway shows up on social. Our audience spans filmmakers, artists, developers, researchers and enterprise teams, and each of them comes to our channels for something different. Your job is to give every channel a clear role and make sure our biggest moments, from model launches and research releases to film festivals and conferences, land with real distribution behind them.
You'll bring a strong point of view on where Runway should show up and how. You'll help our researchers, engineers, creatives and executives share the work closest to them with credibility and authenticity, and you'll treat our community of creators as collaborators in telling the story. You'll be hands-on where it matters, but this role is defined by strategic leadership and operational ownership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set Runway's social strategy, raise the creative bar and build the calendar around a steady, always-on presence that leads into our biggest launches
- Define a distinct role for each channel across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging community platforms
- Decide when Runway, a researcher, an executive, a creator, a customer or a partner should lead the story, then build the distribution plan around it
- Partner with Research, Product, Comms and Brand to turn model launches, research papers and product updates into native, credible social moments
- Help Runway researchers, engineers and executives post about their work, with clear guidance, coaching and coordinated amplification
- Work with our Community team, partners and our broader creator community to put the work made with Runway at the center of our channels
- Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to sharpen the work over time
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Social runs on data-driven goals across reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift and audience insight
- Runway has a clear social point of view and a defined role for each channel
- Social is a strategic driver of visibility, creative adoption and demand, not an internal posting service
- Runway's researchers, engineers and executives have an easy, trusted way to share their work, and the strongest posts get coordinated amplification
- Creators see Runway's channels as the best place for their work to be seen
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in strategic social or related marketing programs; 2+ years at a top-tier technology, consumer, media or entertainment company is a plus
- A track record of building social strategy and the operating model behind it: prioritization, agency and contractor management, workflows, measurement and executive alignment
- Excellent editorial judgment and an instinct for what feels credible and native on each platform, especially X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Fluency across disparate cultures: film, art and creators, AI and startups, venture capital and Silicon Valley; comfort translating technical research for a broad audience
- Comfort with performance and brand measurement, including how to separate correlation from impact and how to run disciplined tests
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools, including Runway, and curiosity about where they're headed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with each launch
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Company
Help us build the world's most reliable, on-demand logistics engine for last-mile delivery! We're bringing on experienced engineers to help us create and maintain a 24x7, no downtime, global infrastructure system that powers the company’s three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and riders.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced engineers to join the EU Traffic team, based at Deliveroo, part of DoorDash, and help build the next generation of DoorDash’s Traffic platform. We are building a single, shared platform designed to serve DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt, so your work will shape reliability and security for all three marketplaces. Our team owns the infrastructure that carries every request into and through that platform: the edge, where we manage Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, rate limiting, bot mitigation) and the ingress systems for external traffic, and service-to-service (S2S) communication, where we run the service mesh and the authentication that secures calls between thousands of services across multiple regions.
You will work on core components of our traffic stack, including our Cloudflare edge configuration (managed as code), and service-to-service authentication and authorization (workload identity, token issuance and validation at the mesh layer). This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, networking, and security. It includes designing, building, and maintaining systems that must operate reliably and efficiently across some of the most critical and latency-sensitive workloads at DoorDash, from the first byte at the edge to the last hop between services.
You will report to the Engineering Manager of the EU-Traffic Team within the Infrastructure organization. This role is hybrid working from London.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Design and build large-scale distributed systems that are high RPS and latency sensitive
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues that affect production and maintain our SLAs
Work collaboratively with other platform and product engineers to deliver on feature requests and solve their problems
Find ways to improve the team’s productivity and operational capabilities through the use of automation, AI tools, and other avenues
Participate in a shared on-call rotation and help lead production investigations and incidents, with support from teammates
Mentor and learn from teammates through design reviews, pairing, and incident reviews
We’re excited about you because…
You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in infrastructure, networking, or platform engineering/SRE
Experience operating edge technologies at scale, such as CDN, WAF, proxy layers, and DNS
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTP/2, gRPC, Load Balancing
Background working on and debugging high-QPS or latency-sensitive systems
You’re curious, collaborative, and comfortable making progress in ambiguity
You work AI-first: you delegate to and orchestrate coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) across design, implementation, testing, incident response, and releases
If you don’t meet every requirement but are excited about this work, we’d still love to hear from you.
Bonus points if you…
Experience with programming languages like Go, C++, Python or Rust
Experience with AWS, especially with networking primitives like LBs, Privatelink, etc. and Kubernetes or other container management tool
Experience with service mesh technologies such as Envoy, Istio or Linkerd
Familiarity with xDS or control plane architectures
Experience building RPC frameworks or client-side networking libraries
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling like Terraform
Experience with Gitops delivery tooling such as ArgoCD, Helm, Atlantis.
Track record of sharing prompts, tooling, and practices that make a whole team faster with AI
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!
