In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you excited about shaping the future of how people shop, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio that drives real commercial impact?

In this role, you will become an expert in your own assigned area - geographically and/or functionally - managing a pipeline of small to medium retail and restaurant partners. You will apply strong commercial thinking to identify the right partners across verticals, and use your communication, negotiation and presentation skills to show the value Wolt can bring to the industry and to merchants. You will also take on strategic sales projects, working closely with stakeholders across Norway and Woltwide, and act as a role model for more junior members of the team.
Join us in building Wolt together and making Norwegian cities even better.
What you will be doing
Define and develop a local market sales strategy, identifying the highest-potential partnerships that strengthen Wolt's portfolio
Contribute to Wolt's overall sales strategy to accelerate market entry in new areas and strengthen our position in existing ones
Develop a deep understanding of the competition and the different retail verticals, knowing which players are a "must-have" for Wolt
Target new partners in line with the company's strategy to meet the objectives for your area
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships, tailoring your approach to position Wolt as a partner of choice
Own the full sales cycle with new merchant partners - from researching leads and prospecting, to meetings, market visits, negotiation and closing
Lead projects and initiatives that contribute to Wolt's growth and market position, working collaboratively across Sales and other functions
Contribute to capability building in the team by mentoring and guiding junior sales colleagues
Our humble expectations
You have a strong track record in B2B new sales and field sales, ideally combined with knowledge of the restaurant and/or retail industry
You can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have demonstrated experience setting direction for sales initiatives
You are a natural "hunter" with a drive to build and grow a merchant portfolio, and you get excited about overcoming bottlenecks and objections
You have strong consultative sales skills - you build relationships easily and tailor your approach to each partner's needs
You are tech-savvy, curious and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
You have good analytical skills and can translate sales metrics, commission levels and market potential into clear priorities
You allocate your time strategically, focusing on the best potential leads
You are a natural team player who enjoys helping more junior colleagues grow
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written Experience with CRM tools is an advantage, but not a requirement
What’s in it for you
You will be part of an ambitious and supportive Sales team in a fast-growing company, with real ownership over your own area and the strategic projects you take on. This role offers strong development opportunities for those who demonstrate ownership, commercial sharpness and consistent performance.

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
THE ROLE
You'll own and build Tempo's corporate IT infrastructure — identity, device management, endpoint security, and the automation that ties it all together. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a help desk seat. You'll bring software-engineering rigor to IT systems and help secure a company operating at the frontier of crypto.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and automate the full identity lifecycle — HRIS → Okta → SaaS apps — eliminating manual provisioning and off boarding gaps
- Complete and maintain SSO/SCIM integrations across the entire SaaS stack
- Own Jamf Pro end to end: PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software updates, certificate distribution
- Deploy and tune endpoint security (SentinelOne) — policy management, MDM-driven deployment, alert triage
- Expand SIEM coverage and write detection/alerting rules with a detection-as-code approach
- Build toward infrastructure-as-code management of all IT tooling (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Resolve hard identity, device, and access escalations that get past first-line support
- Drive SOC 2 readiness — unified audit trails across identity, device, and security systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in IT engineering roles
- Hands-on Okta administration: SSO, SCIM, SAML/OIDC integrations, lifecycle policies, Okta Workflows. Understands HRIS-as-source-of-truth (Rippling or similar)
- Production Jamf Pro experience: PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software update management, certificate distribution. macOS-first
- Deployed and operated an EDR platform (SentinelOne or comparable) — policy tuning, MDM deployment, alert triage
- Strong scripting (Python/Bash/Go preferred), comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, auth flows, and event-driven workflows
- Git-based config management, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Terraform or equivalent
- Solid grasp of DNS, certificates/PKI, ZTNA (Tailscale or similar), and modern access control models
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Crypto/blockchain security exposure — multisig/hardware-wallet workflows (Fireblocks or similar), phishing/lookalike-domain campaigns, high-value signer threat models
- Detection-as-code: SIEM detections as version-controlled rules (Panther Python models, Sigma, or equivalent)
- Apple platform depth beyond basic Jamf — DDM, MDM protocol internals, notarization/signing/packaging, macOS security frameworks (TCC, system extensions)
- Mapped controls to SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS — understands what audit-ready evidence looks like
- Built Slack-driven workflows, bots, or self-service internal tooling
- Public open-source contributions to IT/security tooling

Xsolla is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help bring greater clarity, coordination, and operational discipline across our product development teams.
This role sits at the center of product execution, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analytics, Marketing, and other Delivery Managers to ensure teams are aligned on priorities, dependencies, timelines, and changes.
The Senior Delivery Manager will own the operating rhythm of the team: maintaining the backlog and roadmap, running engineering ceremonies, surfacing risks and blockers, and ensuring that changes are communicated clearly—not just what is changing, but why.
Beyond day-to-day delivery, this person will also play an important role in identifying broader operational challenges and working with leadership to improve how the team plans, communicates, prioritizes, and executes.

Proactively identify areas where teams are becoming misaligned and drive the conversations necessary to resolve them.
Ensure stakeholders understand both what the team is doing and how individual activities connect to broader product and business priorities.
Team Execution & Scrum
Run and facilitate engineering scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and other working sessions as needed.
Ensure teams leave meetings with clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
Track blockers and risks through resolution rather than simply documenting them.
Help create a predictable and effective operating cadence between Product and Engineering.
Backlog & Roadmap Management
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the team backlog and roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
Ensure work is clearly prioritized, appropriately structured, and visible to stakeholders.
Maintain clarity between committed roadmap work, future opportunities, operational improvements, and unscheduled backlog items.
Identify dependencies, sequencing challenges, and resource conflicts before they become delivery issues.
Change Management & Communication
Communicate changes to priorities, timelines, scope, and direction clearly and proactively.
Help teams understand the why behind changes so that Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders have the context necessary to make better decisions.
Ensure important decisions and changes are documented and communicated consistently across impacted teams.
Help reduce confusion caused by fragmented or inconsistent communication.
Operational Improvement
Identify recurring execution challenges, process breakdowns, organizational friction, and operational gaps.
Work with leadership to understand root causes and define strategies for addressing them.
Translate operational strategies into actionable improvements for the team.
Continuously evaluate how planning, prioritization, communication, and execution processes can be improved.
Encourage accountability across teams and help ensure problems are driven toward resolution rather than passed between functions.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means teams have greater clarity and predictability in how they operate.
The right candidate will help create an environment where:
Teams understand what the highest priorities are and why.
Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing remain aligned as plans evolve.
Roadmaps and backlogs accurately reflect the work of the team.
Risks and dependencies are surfaced early rather than discovered late.
Changes are communicated clearly and with appropriate context.
Meetings result in decisions and action rather than additional ambiguity.
Operational problems are identified proactively and systematically improved.
Leadership has confidence in the team’s ability to execute against its commitments.
Skills & Experience
Strong Communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively across technical, product, creative, and business teams.
Comfortable facilitating discussions involving competing priorities or viewpoints.
Able to simplify complex situations and provide teams with clear direction and context.
Highly Organized

Consistently follows through on decisions, commitments, and open items.
Takes ownership of driving issues toward resolution.
Strategic & Operational Thinking
Able to distinguish between isolated execution problems and broader systemic challenges.
Comfortable working with leadership to improve how teams operate.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to identify root causes rather than treating symptoms.
Able to balance immediate delivery needs with longer-term improvements to team effectiveness.
Preferred Expenrience
Significant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role within a technology or software organization.
Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
Benefits
Convenient working tools:
New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work.
Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack
Professional growth:
Paid professional training and attendance at specialized conferences
Exchange of experience between employees within the company
Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company
More perks
Possibility of flexibility working
Access to the corporate library
Health & dental insurance
No dress code

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.
BENEFITS

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
