Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Associate to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful AI partnerships in the industry — Anthropic and AWS.
A world-class AI/ML team that can actually execute on what you sell.
Shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $120k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.

Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Tax Technology Manager to support our growing EMEA and beyond scope. This role connects tax, technology, and data — ensuring our systems and processes enable compliant, efficient, and scalable across the region.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of indirect tax (particularly VAT and invoicing) with an ability to partner cross-functionally and translate tax requirements into smart, tech-enabled solutions. You don’t need to be a developer or automation engineer — but you must be able to see opportunities, shape solutions, and drive them to execution by partnering with tax, engineering, accounting, data ops, and automation teams etc.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the implementation of tax-related technology solutions, ensuring compliance with new or changing legislation (e.g., invoicing, digital reporting, VAT mandates).
Represent Tax in engineering, product, and finance initiatives — ensuring that new business rollouts and systems capture all relevant tax requirements.
Partner with vendors and internal system owners to integrate and maintain compliance tools
Support data governance and system control frameworks, ensuring audit (SOC) readiness, traceability, and documentation across tax technology systems.
Drive standardization of tax processes and tools across entities and regions (Wolt, DoorDash, Deliveroo).
Build strong partnerships with engineering, data, automation, and finance teams to ensure tax technology needs are prioritized and delivered effectively.
Act as a bridge between tax and technology — translating regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable system and process specifications.
Collaborate with local tax teams to ensure regional regulatory nuances are accurately reflected in the design and functionality of tax technology solutions.
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across tax processes and drive them from concept through delivery while collaborating with the automation and data ops to teams to develop scalable solutions..
Promote adoption and consistent use of tax technology solutions across regional and global tax teams.
Provide training, documentation, and user support for new tools and processes.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement — gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and iterating on solutions post-implementation.
Develop and maintain a joint roadmap with cross-functional teams, balancing strategic priorities and operational capacity.
Ensure strong governance around tax technology initiatives, including change management, security, and compliance oversight.
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding of indirect tax (especially VAT), e-invoicing, and digital tax compliance frameworks in the EMEA region. Understanding of other areas in tax such as Direct Tax, DAC7 etc. is a plus
Understanding of commercial tax engines (ie Vertex)
Proven track record of supporting or optimizing tax technology solutions in a multinational environment.
Familiarity with data flows and ability to partner effectively with data and automation teams.
Strong analytical mindset
Project management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to explain complex tax technology topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Accounting/tax qualification or relevant technology certification preferred.
Understanding and display of using AI tools
This role will require traveling dependent on where the employee is based. We anticipate a 25% travel rate if the candidate is based in either Helsinki or London.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
Anthropic's Life Sciences team is building a world-class research group focused on making fundamental biological discoveries. The team combines cutting-edge AI with hands-on biological research, positioning Anthropic at the forefront of AI-accelerated scientific discovery.
About the role
We are hiring a Research Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of our team: the person who makes sure scientists can walk in every morning and get straight to science. You'll take on the operational systems we've started — procurement, inventory, safety, equipment, space — make them better, and scale them as the lab and its needs grow. We're hiring for trajectory as much as for what you've already done: the scope of this role will grow with the size of the team, and we want someone who's excited by that. This role is a rare opportunity to build the operational foundation of Anthropic's biology team and to grow with it. The systems you put in place will shape how a frontier AI company does experimental biology for years to come. If you're energized by high-ownership operational work in the service of ambitious science, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations end to end: ordering and inventory, equipment scheduling and upkeep, consumables, shipping and receiving, and general space organization
Build on and extend the operational systems a growing group needs: procurement workflows, inventory and sample tracking, equipment maintenance and calibration schedules, onboarding and training, SOPs
Manage facilities and space: coordinate buildouts, moves, and equipment installs; act as the primary interface to building management, contractors, and Anthropic's central Workplace and IT teams
Own the operating budget: track spend against plan, run the capital equipment purchasing process, and partner with Finance on forecasting and reporting
Manage vendor and supplier relationships: including contract research organizations: source and qualify vendors, negotiate quotes and service contracts, schedule preventive maintenance and field-service visits, and hold suppliers to their commitments
Minimum qualifications
Have managed the day-to-day operations of a life sciences lab — equipment, inventory, ordering, safety, space, and scheduling
Have hands-on procurement and vendor management experience: sourcing suppliers, negotiating quotes and service contracts, and coordinating field-service and maintenance technicians
Have tracked and managed an operating budget: purchase orders, invoices, spend-vs-plan, and capital requests

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Role overview | Context
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com built its name serving the world's largest enterprises. We're now growing into many more types of customer: businesses of every size, including self-serve, startups integrating straight from our docs, and platforms (software companies, payfacs and marketplaces) that onboard thousands of sellers through our APIs. As our product range grows, that takes us from thousands of customers to millions.
At that scale, the decision about who we work with, and on what terms, can't be a manual review at the end of a sales process. It has to be a product. It decides how quickly a good business goes live, how much it costs us to serve them, and how confident our regulators and scheme partners are in us. We're looking for a senior Engineering leader to own that decision.
This team decides which businesses we can work with and on what terms. It covers business verification, screening, underwriting, ongoing monitoring and financial crime. It's a shared platform that serves every one of our businesses. Its users are our customers (directly, or through the platforms they sign up with) and, internally, our Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime teams and the analysts who run reviews and investigations.
Much of what we have today was built segment by segment and market by market, for a smaller number of large customers. The next chapter is one opinionated, configurable decisioning platform. Enterprise, platform and SMB customers should all run on the same foundations, with the right depth of checks and the right terms for each. That way a new product, segment or market doesn't mean rebuilding our controls, and this team isn't on the critical path for every launch.
ROLE OVERVIEW | RISK, VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
The remit covers:
- Risk decisioning: underwriting, risk tiering, exposure limits, reserves and settlement terms, and when to restrict or offboard, re-assessed across the customer lifecycle.
- Business verification: company, ownership, document, bank account and website checks, run once for every segment.
- Financial crime: sanctions and PEP screening, AML and transaction monitoring, and the controls, audit trails and reporting behind our regulatory obligations.
- Decisioning platform: the shared infrastructure that runs these checks automatically for every market and customer type.
You'll partner closely with the teams that own onboarding and identity verification.
ROLE OVERVIEW | REMIT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be comfortable building and scaling critical platforms in a regulated environment, where correctness, auditability and availability matter as much as speed. You'll balance two goals that are often in tension: making it fast and easy for good businesses to work with us, and keeping bad actors out and the business compliant.
This is a change role. You'll assess what we have, set a clear direction, and move us from segment-specific, analyst-led processes to an automated decisioning platform, without pausing the business while you do it. You'll do this in close partnership with Product, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and with the leaders of the businesses that depend on the platform.
You'll directly lead an established team of engineers and managers of varying seniorities. Amongst other duties, you'll have impact across:
- Setting the technical vision and strategy for Risk, Verification & Compliance. That includes deciding what we build once and share, and what each segment, product or market configures.
- Building a decisioning platform that automates the decisions that don't need a human, safely, and sends the rest to the right analyst with the context they need. Our automation rate sets our cost to onboard and to serve.
- Making risk dynamic across the customer lifecycle. New businesses start on terms that match the signals we see: limits, reserves and settlement speed. Those terms relax automatically as the business trades well, and we act quickly when the signals change. This starts with simple rules and evolves into machine learning.
- Making decisions explainable, so that customers, partners and our own analysts understand why a decision was made and what happens next.
- Giving Risk and Compliance the dials. Acceptance criteria, early-life controls and policy should be configuration that can be changed, tested and measured by cohort, not a code change.
- Keeping our financial crime controls ahead of growth. Screening and monitoring have to scale from large enterprises to a very large base of smaller businesses, through new channels, payment methods and products.
- Leading the design and delivery of verification, screening, underwriting and monitoring systems that are accurate, auditable and highly available.
- Representing Engineering in regulatory, audit, scheme and partner conversations where needed.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of individual contributor (IC) Engineers and Engineering Managers, providing guidance, support and career development.
- Striving for best practice on hiring, coaching and enablement, and being a magnet for top talent.
ROLE OVERVIEW | DESIRED BACKGROUND, CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate for the role will bring:
- Experience leading multi-level engineering organisations (EMs and ICs) through growth and change, with a track record of developing leaders, not just hiring them.
- A record of transforming critical platforms while the business kept running: multi-year re-architecture, migrations, or consolidating several systems into one.
- Experience building and operating mission-critical decisioning or rules platforms at scale. Ideally these served several customer segments, products or markets from a shared foundation.
- Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, payments or similar), where compliance, auditability and risk are part of the engineering problem.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud-native, distributed and data-heavy systems, including how to run ML models safely in production.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and to make clear trade-offs in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Ideally, domain knowledge in KYB, AML and financial crime, underwriting, fraud or merchant risk. Experience with self-serve or high-volume onboarding, or with platforms and their sub-merchants, is a strong plus.
- Humility, low ego and an ideal ambassador for our mission, values and operating principles.
If you feel that you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please consider continuing in the process. We're always keen to build relationships with leaders who resonate with our mission and values.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and run the agents at the heart of Tebi OS. You’ll design, ship, evaluate and scale our Product Agents, along with the data pipelines, tools and infrastructure that make them reliable in production.
The ideal candidate started in data or ML engineering and has since moved into AI engineering, building LLM-powered agents for real users. You enjoy turning messy financial and operational data into context an agent can reason over and act on with confidence and you are passionate about solving product challenges through AI.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering to put intelligence into the hands of hospitality teams. That could be an agent that answers questions about a restaurant’s finances in real time, one that automates repetitive back-office tasks, or internal tools that help us move faster.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, build and operate production agents: orchestration, tool and function calling, memory, multi-step reasoning, and integration with Tebi’s backend services
- Build the data foundations agents rely on, including real-time and batch pipelines over financial and operational data, retrieval layers, and well-modeled datasets agents can query safely and accurately
- Turn APIs and internal services into well-defined agent tools, and own the contracts between agents and the rest of the platform
- Set up evaluation for agent behavior: offline eval sets, LLM-as-judge and human review, regression testing on prompt and model changes, and feedback loops that improve agents over time
- Own observability for agents in production by tracing sessions, tool calls and model calls, and tracking latency, cost, error rates and quality
- Work with product teams to find where agents can meaningfully improve the customer experience or internal workflows, and say clearly where they can’t
- Make sure agents handle data securely and responsibly, with sensible guardrails, access controls, and protection against prompt injection and data leakage
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 7+ years in software engineering, with a solid base in data or ML engineering
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM agents to production, not just prototypes. You’ve dealt with flaky tool calls, runaway loops, hallucinated arguments and token budgets, and you have opinions on how to handle them.
- Strong data modeling and data warehousing fundamentals, plus experience with ingestion, transformation and data quality
- Strong SQL, and experience with pipeline tools (e.g. Airflow, dbt) and analytical or cloud data platforms (e.g. ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Experience evaluating and monitoring LLM systems, and an understanding of the full lifecycle from experiment to deployment to ongoing improvement
- Backend engineering skills: you’re comfortable building the API endpoint that exposes an agent’s output to the frontend, or the service an agent calls as a tool
- Clear communication, including the ability to explain trade-offs in latency, cost, accuracy and complexity to product partners
- A product mindset. You care about how your work lands with users, and you’re keen to meet customers face to face to understand their needs.
This probably isn't the role for you if you have been working with AI agents to improve your day to day working flows but you haven’t built an Agent in the production.
People who succeed at Tebi are independent, curious and passionate about hospitality. If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers .
BENEFITS:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
