About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Corporate Network Engineering team owns Anthropic's corporate network: the wired, wireless, and edge infrastructure in our offices and research facilities around the world, and the standards, management systems, and telemetry that let a small team run them. We hold that network to the bar of a production service — designed for failure, managed as code, observable end-to-end, and secure by default — while delivering reliable connectivity to the people who depend on it every day.
You'll set the technical direction together with your engineers and own the final decision on it and on the architecture standards, review and guide designs and the hard trade-offs, and lead vendor and platform decisions. You'll lead and grow a small team of network engineers: set priorities, drive decisions to closure, hire, and develop people. The team is small and the scope is broad, so this role needs real depth in campus and edge networking, judgment about what to standardize, automate, buy, and build, and the range to go from a wiring-closet decision to a budget defense in the same afternoon.
You'll report to the head of IT Engineering and partner closely with our Buildouts, AV, and Endpoint teams; with Security Engineering on network security, authentication, and detections; with Physical Security, whose systems are critical for protecting Anthropic employees and depend on a reliable network; with Workplace, Real Estate, Procurement, and external logistics and integration partners on new site buildouts; and with our production networking teams, whose bar for reliability and automation is the one we hold ourselves to. Your work will directly shape how we scale to AI Safety Level 4 and beyond.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Corporate Network Engineering team — hiring, development, performance, planning, and prioritization
Set technical direction with the team and own the final call on architecture standards across edge, campus switching, wireless, segmentation, out-of-band management, and telemetry; review designs and risky changes, and step in on the hard problems
Own reliability and operations: monitoring people act on, incident response and post-incident reviews that produce changes, an on-call and escalation model a small team can sustain, change safety, and lifecycle currency
Move the fleet toward network-as-code: templated configuration with change control, staged rollouts, drift detection, and automation that removes operational toil
Partner with Security Engineering and Detection & Response on network authentication, segmentation, and the network as a detection source
Deliver networks for new offices and research facilities and upgrade existing sites through live migrations — with Buildouts, AV, Physical Security, Workplace, Real Estate, and our logistics partners — while keeping interruptions to employees minimal
Own vendor, carrier, and integrator relationships and the network hardware budget: evaluations, contracts, lead times, and multi-year refresh
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years designing, building, and operating enterprise campus and edge networks, including at least one environment with dozens of sites across regions
Have 5+ years leading engineers, including at least 3 years as a people manager
Lead through technical judgment: whether or not you've been hands-on-keyboard lately, you can go from architecture to protocol behavior to failure modes with your engineers, and your reviews make their designs better
Default to the secure design, then do the creative work to make it painless for the people using it — and can walk an executive or an engineer through the trade-off and make a recommendation
Have run the operational side, not just designed it: out-of-band access, monitoring people act on, an on-call model a small team can sustain, and change safety
Are pragmatic about what to build, buy, or automate, have run vendor evaluations with real money at stake, and chase problems across organizational boundaries to the actual root cause
Communicate clearly with engineers, executives, contractors, and landlords, and can bring a room of senior engineers with strong opinions to a decision they'll commit to
Want real technical ownership with a small team — including if you've led a larger organization before — and care about building infrastructure for an organization trying to get AI right
Strong candidates may also
Have led corporate networking at a company that added offices faster than it added network engineers
Have implemented certificate-based network authentication (802.1X/EAP-TLS or equivalent) and identity- or device-based segmentation at scale
Have shipped network configuration as code and built telemetry pipelines that security and support teams actually use
Have designed dense wireless for large event spaces and high-occupancy floors
Have been through multiple office builds with real estate and construction teams — including networks that physical security systems depend on — and know what to ask for before the walls close
Have managed integrators, MSPs, or smart-hands providers as an extension of a small team while keeping design authority in-house
Technical Skills
We're looking for deep, hands-on experience in each of these — not surface familiarity:
Enterprise edge: firewalls and routing (HA design, routing protocols, policy management across a fleet)
Campus switching and high-density enterprise wireless (L2/L3 design, redundancy, RF design, 6 GHz, high-density venues)
Segmentation and access control (certificate-based 802.1X, dynamic segmentation, guest and IoT isolation)
Out-of-band management and secure, auditable administrative access
Network automation and configuration as code (Python, templating, vendor APIs, source control, CI)
Network observability (streaming telemetry, flow and log pipelines)
Physical infrastructure for buildouts (MDF/IDF design, structured cabling, power and cooling, carrier and path diversity)
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site schedules; track progress against timelines, budget, and quality expectations
Manage snag lists, technical acceptance, and formal handover of the completed space
Maintain full documentation of the project: drawings, approvals, change requests, certificates, and warranties

Manage room and space bookings, capacity planning, and the operational calendar
Act as the first point of contact for anything related to the physical space

Obtain and maintain all required permits, licences, inspections, and certificates for the venue and its activities
Ensure continuous compliance with Cypriot local regulations, including health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, and any licensing relevant to events and hospitality
Events Coordination
Coordinate all events hosted at the Club — meetups, workshops, partner sessions, community nights, and corporate hosting in collaboration with Event Manager
Handle end-to-end event logistics: setup and teardown, AV and technical needs, catering, staffing, guest registration, and access
Coordinate with internal marketing, community, and business development teams, and with external organisers and sponsors

Produce post-event summaries covering attendance, costs, issues, and recommendations

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of
accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready.
Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding.
• Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory.
2. Sourcing & Channels
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting.
• Keep the careers page (
jobs.deluxehomes.com
) postings current, accurate and closed when filled.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support.
• Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff.
• Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver.
3. Volume & Specialist Hiring
• Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days.
• Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors.
• Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager.
• Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV.
• Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs.
4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience
• Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions.
• Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable.
• Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners.
• Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval.
• Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next.
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred.
• Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray.
• Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision.
• Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers.
• AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026.
• UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background.
• Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean.
• Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian.
• Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR).
• UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar).
What We Offer
• Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week.
• Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued.
• Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.
