About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for product-focused systems engineers to work on Teleport Core Product.
You will work on problems ranging from performance and scalability, security and networking, to integrations with external systems.
You will work on the full product lifecycle from working with customers to understand their problems, writing RFDs for your proposed design, implementing, testing, and documenting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Become an expert on scalability, performance, and reliability of Teleport in large deployments.
- Design, develop, and ship outstanding, high-quality products.
- Write most of the code in Go.
- You'll join one of Teleport's access teams. These teams build secure, passwordless access to every kind of infrastructure, using short lived credentials, and it has to work at the scale of our largest customers.
- Improve observability, tracing and failure handling so the access layer can be debugged at scale.
- Grow your technical expertise.
- Lead a distributed team of outstanding engineers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md as part of the interview process.
- Builder mentality and experience -- you love being hands-on and building zero-to-one products.
- Extensive Go experience.
- Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms.
- Strong team leadership.
- Engineering management experience.
- Linux systems engineering experience.
- Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.

HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.

- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Forward Deployed Engineering is Baseten’s swat team. We’re deeply technical, great with customers and fast, and we make the platform better with everything we learn in the field. FDEs take on the hardest inference problems for our most strategic customers: novel architectures, extreme scale, tight latency budgets. Then we turn those solutions into a platform no one can match.
We’re scaling the team quickly. We need someone to build the operating system that lets a fast-growing team of engineers stay focused on hard problems instead of coordination.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to our largest customers and to company leadership. You’ll shape how a new kind of engineering team operates in the AI industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run the priority account cadence. Own the operating rhythm for our top accounts: daily hot-account check-ins, the weekly “forest view” review with leadership, and the account list itself with Sales leadership. Goal: zero surprise escalations to our execs.
- Make the bridges work. Our FDE team connects to SA and Sales, Product, engineering (inference, infra), capacity and on-call. You’ll make sure each connection has a clear owner, cadence and SLA, with no hand-offs falling through the cracks:
- Account transitions between solution architect and FDE, with exit criteria and runbooks
- Non-P0 escalations to engineering teams, tracked and burned down weekly
- Customer patterns and gaps flowing into the product roadmap
- Drive cross-team programs for our largest customers. Coordinate multi-team efforts such as dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations and large customer launches. Bring together various teams so these run on a plan, not on heroics.
- Reduce toil and protect platform time. Track where engineering time goes: incidents another team owns, manual routing and config changes, after-hours pages. Work with engineering leads to remove the biggest sources of obstacles, so FDEs keep 30% of their time for shaping the platform.
- Own the metrics. Build and report the metrics scorecard (account health, response times, toil, load per engineer, team health) to leadership.
- Help us scale the team. Drive programs like new-hire enablement and certification, account load balancing, and run book coverage. Partner with Recruiting on hiring operations as we grow.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp statuses that let busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs
- Technical depth: you’re comfortable with ML Infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems, and can follow an incident channel or a design doc without a translator. Experience with LLM inference is a strong plus.
- You’ve run programs across many teams at once and kept them moving without formal authority
- Calm in the middle of an escalation: you bring structure to chaos and close the loop
- You write clearly and concisely, for engineers and for execs
- High ownership, and you’d rather fix the process than work around it
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working on AI / ML Infra stack.
- Background in solutions engineering, SRE or forward-deployed teams
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Customer Relationships and Thought Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Solvd.
- Share Solvd's point of view on AI, agentic engineering, and digital transformation with customers and prospects.
- Represent Solvd at industry conferences, events, and forums, strengthening brand presence and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Bring market and customer insights back to internal leaders, sharing a clear point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging demand.

- Deep domain knowledge of one or more target industries (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality).
- Solid understanding of AI, digital, data, and cloud services and the ability to discuss them credibly with clients.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms.
- Exposure to Agentic Engineering and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products is strongly preferred.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling Digital, Modernization, Generative AI, or agentic solutions.
- Established relationships with leading COTS (Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Shopify etc) or AI platform partners.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.

• Experience launching a new product, category, or sales motion in identity security, access management, developer tools, or a related technical market; using field insights, win-loss feedback, or seller research to prioritize work; or holding security certifications or equivalent technical training.
What you can expect:
• Own the product enablement plan for Enterprise Password Manager, Agentic Access—including Developer Tools—and Privileged Access, prioritizing readiness work based on business impact, customer needs, launches, and field evidence.
• Translate Product Marketing strategy into sales motions that help IT, security, and engineering buyers secure access for developers, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, and privileged users.
• Create the pitch decks, talk tracks, qualification questions, discovery guides, product training, and other field assets needed to support customer conversations from discovery through expansion.
• Define how the portfolio fits into annual sales plays, including the personas to engage at each stage of the buying journey and the role of strategic technology and AI partnerships.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, join live customer conversations, support discovery and demos, and coach sellers through complex technical questions and objections.
• Partner with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to sales plays and provide the customer, use-case, and product context needed to build credible launch and sales demonstrations.
• Measure field readiness, lead win-loss analysis, identify recurring objections and adoption barriers, and bring clear recommendations to Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and senior leadership.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma’s AI Insights team, within Research, is hiring a builder with exceptional design craft and deep AI fluency. You will report to Noam Segal, Director of AI Insights.
You will build internal AI products that help Figmates understand our customers and their needs. These products will scale customer intimacy across Figma and inform product and business decisions.
You enjoy figuring things out by making them. You own products from the first idea through design, building, evaluation, and adoption. You build primarily with AI tools and apply strong design and product judgment throughout. You ship early, improve rapidly, and hold internal experiences to the care expected of customer-facing Figma products.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York City or San Francisco hub - or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Identify where Figmates need better customer understanding. Choose opportunities where an internal product can make a meaningful difference
Design clear, compelling experiences that help employees find customer evidence, understand needs, and make informed decisions
Use AI tools to build and ship internal products. Own the work from initial concept through launch and continued use
Ship focused versions early. Improve them rapidly through feedback, actual use, and careful attention to interaction and visual details
Define a high quality bar for AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability. Build evaluations that expose failures and verify improvements
Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch products and support adoption
Demonstrate what you build, explain your decisions, and share reusable tools and practices. Measure whether the products improve customer understanding
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design, with strong interaction design, visual judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows without sacrificing important details
Build and shippped impactful products by turning ambitious ideas into working solutions using AI tools, demonstrating significant hands-on contributions, strong execution, and sustained value beyond initial prototypes
Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools, troubleshoot failures across prompts and integrations, and translate emerging capabilities into effective products
Exercised strong product judgment by identifying unmet user needs, translating complex customer information into intuitive experiences, and making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, and speed
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hold an academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Bring a track record in customer research or in building research platforms and tools that help employees explore customer evidence
Align teams around product priorities, communicate a clear point of view, and drive adoption by resolving competing needs with clear tradeoffs
Build evaluations based on realistic tasks to verify the accuracy, evidence quality, and usability of AI-powered products
Demonstrate familiarity with Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Product Marketing and Enablement connects 1Password’s product strategy to the customer conversations that drive growth. In this Senior Staff individual contributor role, you’ll own the product-to-field motion for Unified Access, Software as a Service (SaaS) Manager, and multi-product expansion, helping Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) connect the needs of Information Technology (IT), security, finance, and executive buyers to the right solutions. Through clear cross-product storytelling, sales guidance, and close partnership with Product and Sales, you’ll help 1Password advance its mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing and Enablement, this role is remote across the United States and Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we’re looking for:
• A track record of bringing complex technical Business-to-Business (B2B) products, new use cases, or emerging categories to market, with the ability to build product motions spanning discovery, evaluation, technical validation, purchase, adoption, and expansion.
• Familiarity with sales-led enterprise organizations, including complex buying cycles, Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), technical buyers, and multi-threaded customer opportunities.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement, with credibility among Information Technology (IT), security, finance, and executive audiences.
• Deep fluency in multi-product enterprise software, Software as a Service (SaaS) management, or platform narratives, along with working knowledge of enterprise IT, cross-sell motions, and value-based selling.
• The ability to translate technical product behavior into clear enablement content that addresses customer problems, key use cases, and business value; collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering subject-matter experts; and earn the trust of SEs and technical buyers.
• Strategic leadership with limited supervision, including shaping portfolio priorities, readiness roadmaps, operating practices, and measurement approaches; influencing senior leaders without formal authority; and making thoughtful trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical, commercial, and executive audiences, including the ability to explain complex products in plain English, develop compelling narratives, maintain a clear point of view, and update recommendations when the evidence changes. You also use artificial intelligence (AI) thoughtfully to accelerate research, analysis, and content development while retaining ownership of strategy, judgment, and quality.
Preferred qualifications:
• Exposure to launching products, categories, or sales motions in SaaS management, enterprise platforms, cross-sell, or related markets; working with cross-functional buying groups and multi-threaded enterprise deals; using field data, call insights, win-loss feedback, or seller research to prioritize execution; or holding security certifications or equivalent technical training.
What you can expect:
• Own the product enablement plan for Unified Access, SaaS Manager, and multi-product expansion, prioritizing readiness work based on business impact, customer needs, launches, and field evidence.
• Own the Unified Access field narrative, master deck, pitch decks, talk tracks, qualification questions, discovery guidance, and product training that help sellers tell one connected story.
• Adapt the Unified Access and SaaS Manager stories for IT, security, finance, and executive buyers, translating product capabilities into clear customer and business value.
• Define how the products fit into cross-sell, upmarket, and multi-product sales plays, including expansion from the Enterprise Password Manager base and strategies for multi-threading opportunities.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, join live customer conversations, support discovery and demos, and coach sellers through complex technical questions and objections.
• Equip CSMs with the stories and guidance they need to drive cross-sell, adoption, and expansion across the portfolio.
• Partner with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to sales plays, then use field feedback, win-loss analysis, and customer insights to improve product decisions, messaging, launches, and enablement.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

About the role
More and more PlanetScale databases are created, connected and queried by AI agents. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and a growing list of other tools now sit between developers and their infrastructure.
You will own that experience end to end. You'll make sure PlanetScale shows up everywhere developers build with AI, that our MCP server and CLI work flawlessly in every agent, and that we can measure how well it all works. Then you'll show the world how to do it well through demos, docs, blog posts, videos, and conferences.
This is a hands-on role combining engineering, content creation, and a strong public voice. You'll work closely with the teams that build our MCP server, CLI, API and docs.
The landscape of how developers work with AI changes fast. You'll have the opportunity to move quickly, experiment, and take the lead on the future of AI use with databases and infrastructure.
Make PlanetScale great with AI tools
Build and maintain the plugins for PlanetScale in every AI marketplace and directory: agent plugins, skill registries, MCP directories, IDE extension stores and AI app builders
Own our integrations with AI coding tools, agent frameworks and platforms
Stay current with AI tools as they launch and ensure our customers have a great experience from day one
Test the PlanetScale MCP server and CLI across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and other clients, and catch regressions before users do
Find friction in creating a database, connecting, running migrations and debugging queries from inside an agent, then fix it or drive the fix with the owning team
Improve the context agents rely on: tool descriptions, skills, llms.txt, docs written for agents, and error messages agents can act on
Attention to AEO (answer engine optimization): make sure agents find and recommend PlanetScale
Build and maintain skills for working with Postgres, MySQL, Vitess, Neki, and PlanetScale
Measure how well we're doing
Build evals that run real agent tasks against PlanetScale databases
Benchmark how agents perform with PlanetScale and work towards continuous improvement
Track how often AI assistants and agents recommend PlanetScale for database questions, and whether what they say about us is accurate
Instrument and report on agent usage: databases created by agents, time to first connection, MCP versus CLI usage, and where sessions fail
Show people how to do it well
Build demos and sample apps that show PlanetScale and AI tooling at their best
Write docs, guides and blog posts on using databases effectively with AI, including safe access, branching and performance assessment
Make videos and attend conferences to communicate with our audience how to build effectively with AI
These attributes best describe you
Daily use of AI coding agents, with strong opinions about what makes a tool work well with them
Experience building an MCP server, plugin, CLI or SDK that real developers use
Software engineering background in languages like TypeScript and Go, and comfort with APIs, OAuth and the command line
Experience with writing docs, blogs, and / or video content creation
Good at communicating with a broad audience and customers alike on socials
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite), schema design, migrations, connection handling, and Postgres or MySQL in production
Data fluency: designing evals, writing the queries behind a dashboard, and telling a real trend from noise
Clear communication of technical ideas in writing, on video and on stage
Independence and speed: spotting a gap, shipping a fix, and telling people about it
Genuine curiosity about the AI tooling landscape and a habit of keeping up with it
Bonus points
Contributions to the MCP spec, SDKs or popular open-source MCP servers
Experience writing agent skills, plugins or rules files for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Experience with LLM eval tools and building benchmarks for agents
Experience with AEO or GEO, or with tracking how LLMs surface and recommend a product
A blog, YouTube channel or GitHub that developers already follow
Experience with Vitess, database sharding, or running databases at scale

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Role Overview
Field marketing at Linear is just getting started. Its job is to put us in front of the right people in the right room: executive dinners, conferences, partner events, and programs built with our Customer team around named accounts.
We're hiring our first Field Marketing Manager to take that motion from strategy to execution. You'll own the executive dinner calendar across cities, decide which third-party events and partner programs are worth our time, and build the invitations and follow-up that help our sellers turn a good evening into a real conversation. This is a hands-on role. You'll tap your venue and vendor network, build the run of show for each program, and be on site to run it.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in the United States, with San Francisco or New York preferred. You can work from anywhere within the US. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel. This role involves frequent travel for events, including evenings.
What you’ll do
- Own the executive dinner calendar across cities: pick the city, the venue, the date, and the theme for each dinner
- Build each guest list with our Customer team, equip sellers with invitation sequences, and track RSVPs so every seat goes to someone worth having there
- Manage venues and vendors, negotiate menus and minimums, and keep per-dinner spend, contracts, and travel logistics within budget
- Brief our hosts and executives on who's attending and what we want to learn, be on site to run the night, and hand follow-ups to Sales afterward
- Evaluate conferences and sponsorship offers by audience quality, account coverage, and expected return, then plan how we show up: booth or no booth, side dinners, customer meetings, and speaking slots
- Co-host dinners, workshops, and meetups with partners, and agree up front on guest lists, costs, and who follows up
- Sit with Sales each quarter to pick target accounts, build lightweight formats an AE can request for a key account, and report on attendance, meetings held, pipeline influenced, and feedback from attendees and account owners
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events, ideally at a software company. Experience in developer tools, SaaS, or another technical product is a plus
- A track record of running dinners, roundtables, or other small-format events end to end, plus experience planning around conferences: sponsorships, side events, and customer meetings
- Experience working next to Sales. You know how to build a target account list, get an AE to care about an event, and tell them afterward what happened
- Strong project management. You can run several cities and events at once without dropping details
- Comfort with budgets, vendor contracts, and a spreadsheet. Hands-on time with HubSpot and event attribution is a plus
- Clear writing and an easy way with senior guests, hosts, and partners. Experience marketing to engineering and product leaders is a bonus
- Experience building an event series from the ground up, including a playbook someone else could run
- Willingness to travel often, including evenings
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday

- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken is on a mission to build the most trusted bridge between crypto and traditional finance. The Financial Systems Engineering team connects activity across products, payments, banking, and digital assets to the data, ledgers, controls, and applications Finance relies on. Our engineers bring expertise in data engineering, complex transaction flows, financial systems, and reconciliation. We partner with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Product, Risk, Security, Compliance, and platform engineering to make financial data reliable, explainable, and auditable.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Report to the CFO and lead the engineering vision for Kraken’s financial systems, translating Finance priorities into a clear technical strategy and delivery roadmap
- Assess the current landscape, including fragmented data, processes, and technical debt. Define a target architecture and phased transformation plan based on evidence, business needs, and sound engineering judgment
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of specialists across financial systems, data engineering, integrations, and ledger-related services. Establish clear ownership and develop technical leaders
- Set standards for the completeness, quality, lineage, and ownership of financial data, from source events through transaction and balance records, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting
- Contribute to architecture decisions for ledgers, subledgers, financial data models, APIs, and integrations across fiat and crypto activity. Determine what should be standardized and where distinct product flows need governed treatment
- Partner with Accounting and Treasury to improve account and legal entity attribution, financial controls, reconciliation, exception handling, and the traceability of records across internal and external systems
- Lead modernization and migration without disrupting close, reporting, fund movements, or other critical Finance operations. Define validation checkpoints and criteria for retiring legacy processes and systems
- Establish end-to-end testing, documentation, observability, release controls, and incident response practices that account for the financial impact of upstream changes
- Partner with Product, platform engineering, Risk, Security, Compliance, Tax, and Legal on system boundaries, access controls, resilience, regulatory needs, and auditability
- Evaluate build, buy, and integration options; review consequential designs; and communicate architectural decisions, sequencing, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to Finance and Engineering leaders
WHAT YOU WILL TACKLE FIRST
In your first year, you’ll build the foundations for a more reliable, scalable Finance architecture:
- Move key reconciliations from a monthly to a daily cadence, with clear ownership and a process for resolving exceptions
- Reduce the time needed to find the root cause of reconciliation breaks from weeks to days
- Map and validate the source tables and transformations that actually feed financial statements, establishing lineage and ownership
- Complete the UAT data lake connections needed to test financial data flows end to end before changes reach production
WHAT YOU BRING
- Significant software engineering and technical leadership experience, including leading experienced teams through complex financial systems or data architecture change
- A strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing specialists while creating clear ownership, high engineering standards, and effective cross-functional partnerships
- Deep understanding of ledgers, subledgers, double-entry concepts, reconciliation, settlement, and the path from an operational event to an auditable financial record
- Experience with crypto or digital asset infrastructure and the challenges of connecting on-chain activity, internal balances, custody or wallet flows, and traditional financial systems
- Strong technical judgment in distributed systems, data engineering, APIs, event-driven processing, and integrations across complex platforms
- Experience defining a target architecture and delivering a transformation roadmap across fragmented or legacy systems while sustaining production reliability
- Experience designing for data completeness, accuracy, lineage, reconciliation, access control, and auditability
- Sound judgment in production operations, including incident response, monitoring, debugging, change management, and reliability improvements
- Ability to partner with senior Finance and Engineering leaders and translate financial, operational, and control needs into a practical engineering roadmap
- Ability to lead experts and make informed architecture decisions without needing to be the deepest specialist in every domain; clear communication of priorities and tradeoffs to executives and technical teams
- Experience with Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, or Python; finance applications such as NetSuite, Kyriba, or BlackLine; and SOX or SOC control environments is valuable
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Turso core database team and help bring forward the future of agentic databases. Turso is both an Open Source database that replaces SQLite—with an ongoing project to also support the Postgres interface—and a Cloud offering where users can create databases on demand. You’ll work closely with customers and other teams at Supabase to build the future of what databases look like in a world where users and agents are creating millions of databases a day.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building database technology tools that scale to billions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Driving the progress of the Turso Open Source database, in particular the Postgres compatibility layer.
- Making sure code works, and never breaks, and putting the systems and guarantees in place for that to happen.
- Maintaining the Turso Cloud operations, including the Cloud API and data plane operations.
- Improving the scalability of the Turso Cloud operations to support a 100x larger number of databases
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have written databases before, and/or other high-stakes low-level systems like Hypervisors, OS Kernels, storage devices, etc.
- Have experience working with remote teams and Open Source communities.
- Have a passion and experience for correct systems that work, and have the experience in the tools to make that happen: Deterministic Simulation Testing, formal verification methods, fuzz and differential testing, etc.
- Have experience deploying, operating and debugging large scale software systems in production in cloud environments such as AWS & Kubernetes
- Have experience improving the observability, reliability and performance of complex cloud systems.
- Are comfortable working in Rust.
- Are comfortable with LLM-assisted development and evals.
- Are comfortable working with Embedded databases.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Runway is building AI to simulate the world. We think world models, not language models alone, are the path to general-purpose simulation: systems that experience the world, learn from their mistakes, and change how stories get told, how science gets done, and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Applied AI is where that research meets a customer with a deadline. Every one of the world's largest studios, brands, and platforms hits a moment where Runway stops being a demo and becomes the way they actually make things. Our team exists for that moment, and we organize around one question: what's blocking this customer from production, and how do we remove it?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for people who want to own a problem, not an account. You'll sit with the biggest studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies in the world, figure out what's actually standing between them and production, and build whatever removes it. Some weeks that's a workflow. Some weeks it's a plugin or an integration nobody has written yet. Some weeks it's getting a room of executives to make a decision they've been putting off.
Your work will be on screen: Emmy-winning shows, Oscar-winning films, Super Bowl commercials, the stuff people actually watch. And the things you build for one customer tend to become product for all of them. Our team's first Shopify plugin started as a customer blocker and was in engineering's hands within a few weeks. We treat this team as R&D for that reason, not as a cost center.
We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
NO TWO WEEKS ARE THE SAME, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Find the real problem: sit with the creative, technical, and executive teams at a customer, map how they actually work, and locate the blocker between them and production. Usually it's one of three things: a missing integration, an unproven pipeline, or a stakeholder who isn't convinced yet.
- Build the first of its kind: the demo that shows a studio head or a Fortune 100 CMO something nobody has shown them before. Working proofs of concept on the customer's own brand, footage, or catalog, often built in a day or two before the meeting, and the best of them become product for everyone.
- Make it reusable: turn the one-off that unblocked one customer into the workflow, plugin, or integration the next ten customers start from.
- Run the evaluation: own evaluation plans end to end, guide managed trials, build tailored demos on the customer's own footage and brand, and carry the technical side of deal cycles with AEs.
- Scope deployments that land: 4–12 week engagements with customer-defined success criteria, a hands-on builder and an executive sponsor on their side from day one, and enough discipline to keep them on scope when the asks start piling up.
- Get customers to production fast: take new technical and non-technical customers from signed contract to first production call in days rather than quarters, grow API-only accounts into Platform + API, and fix the onboarding so the support tickets stop coming.
- Present to anyone: walk an analyst through a pipeline in the morning and a studio head through a production plan in the afternoon.
- Bring the field back to the product: embed with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn what you saw at the customer into roadmap. Every repeat ask is a product requirement, not a patch.
- Measure what the customer measures: time to production, usage before and after a project, what they shipped because you were there. We track our own numbers in Salesforce and the warehouse; you'll own yours.
WHAT WE VALUE
- People who aren't satisfied with surface-level answers and will go into the data, the code, and the room to find the real one
- Low ego: the customer's outcome matters more than who gets the credit
- Comfort with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, and the instinct to create structure instead of waiting for it
- Builders who would rather prototype than debate, and who keep iterating with the customer until it actually works
- Adaptive and introspective: willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow
WHAT WE NEED
- You build things that run in production. Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Whether you write the code yourself or with coding agents, you can read it, debug it when it breaks, and explain line by line why it's built that way, including to a customer's engineering team. You've shipped something a customer actually ran: a workflow, an integration, a plugin, or an internal tool.
- You've deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations and can point to the outcome, not just the delivery
- You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate between the two. Some of those rooms are at the customer, so expect some travel.
- Nice to have: data tooling (SQL, BigQuery, Retool), or experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

The Developer Relations team builds developer tooling and creates awareness through events, social channels, and community activity. In this hands-on role, you’ll turn that attention into active users by owning the journey from first touch through signup, installation, first success, and continued engagement, while also owning the Developer Hub as the main conversion surface. By helping more developers discover and adopt 1Password’s developer tooling, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission and growth.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible.
• Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn.
What you can expect:
• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits.
• Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan.
• Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work.

As we have continued to expand, we want to meet the industry where it gathers. As a Field Marketer, you'll be Clipboard's face on the conference circuit in 2027. That means attending nearly every major Post Acute conference, trade show, and association event in the country. You'll work the floor, start conversations with agency owners and operators, qualify opportunities, and turn those conversations into pipeline and revenue.
This is a travel role. Expect to be on the road about 80% of the time. If living out of a suitcase sounds like a burden, this isn't the right role for you. If it sounds like an adventure and a big advantage in building a sales career, read on.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Clipboard in person at national, regional, and state conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prospect aggressively before, during, and after every event: research attendee lists, book meetings ahead of time, and work the floor to start new conversations.
- Run discovery with Agency Owners, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, Directors of Operations, and staffing and recruiting leaders.
- Qualify opportunities and move them forward. Book next steps, convert interest into an active pipeline, and push deals toward close with the broader sales team.
- Work fluently across the organization within the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs after events.
- Share what you learn on the ground (customer pain points, competitor positioning, which events are worth our time) with sales, marketing, product and leadership.
Who You Are
- Willingness to travel about 80% of the time (roughly 40 weeks per year), including frequent overnight and multi-day trips.
- You must live in a major metro area within easy reach of a major airport.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically without restriction.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently between events.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action.
- Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline.
Our Interview Process
1. Case Study
2. Case Study Interview
3. Background Interview
4. Culture Interview (In Person)
5. Executive Chat
Because this role will primarily be in person at events, our culture round is held in person, and Clipboard covers all travel expenses. We want to see how you show up, and we want you to meet the team you'd be working with.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Mileage reimbursement or travel stipend for field work
- Remote flexibility when not in the field
- Clear growth path

Almaty, Kazakhstan · Growth Engineering
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.
