You'll also take part in research on unit economics and plan-vs-actual, build dashboards and data marts, and work with stakeholders from finance, commercial, marketing, and product teams. The company is strongly data-driven and has a modern tech stack, so the role is a great fit for someone early in their analytics career who wants to grow fast, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to understand how a travel-tech business really makes money.
Requirements
6–12 months of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a finance-related role with hands-on data work. Internships count.
Confident SQL skills, including joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations, and data quality checks.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We’re looking for Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead in Madrid!
This is a rare mandate: full product ownership and commercial ownership and sales leadership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution — with P&L accountability and a clear path to scale from Europe into the Middle East, APAC and beyond. You won't just build the roadmap; you'll own the revenue outcome and lead how it's sold into two very different buyer worlds: Treasury & Finance, and Media & Marketing.
If you want a senior PM seat where product strategy and commercial performance are the same job, not two separate ones, this is built for that.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending. AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Expansion
Own product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Shape expansion strategy and evaluate build, partner or hybrid models by capability, market and region
Develop card-based embedded finance propositions across spend management, T&E, corporate spend, working capital and financing
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and other priority markets
P&L & Commercial
Own product P&L, business cases, revenue targets and commercial performance
Define and optimise pricing, revenue streams and product economics
Lead the Product Sales Specialist team and align product revenue execution with Media Sales
Monitor key performance drivers and act to improve revenue and margin
Sales & GTM
Act as senior SME for card issuing and embedded finance in strategic account discussions with Treasury, Finance, Media and Marketing stakeholders
Develop sales toolkits, value propositions, use cases and competitive positioning
Lead GTM coordination across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and external partners
Own strategic relationships with issuers, processors and embedded finance partners
What You Need For This Role
Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards and/or embedded finance.
Product management and commercialisation of payment or financial products with P&L responsibility.
Experience with working capital or financing solutions linked to B2B payments.
Strong knowledge of issuing ecosystems, payment flows, pricing, interchange, FX and corporate payment processes.
International market expansion and complex partner management experience.
Experience in digital media, advertising, adtech or media buying is a strong plus.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
