From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are coming together with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together we're building the data infrastructure layer that moves, transforms, and adds context to data — from the moment it lands to the point where teams and AI systems depend on it.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products our customers know and trust. It's a good time to join a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work.
About the Role
Product Finance covers two things: how our products perform, and what they cost to build, run, and support. This role owns the cost and investment side, as the finance partner to the Product and Customer Support organizations.
You'll own the operating expense P&L for both organizations — headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, annual planning, monthly close, and budget-vs-actuals — and work with those leaders on where to spend and what to trade off.
You'll also build our view of product investment at the portfolio level: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that means for how the roadmap gets funded. That includes bringing cost of revenue and unit economics into the picture, so we can talk about product margin rather than just product spend. This is how we'll decide where to invest and where to pull back.
You'll build our cost-to-serve view as well — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Expect close work with Product Managers, Support and Engineering leaders, Pricing, Corporate FP&A, and Accounting, and regular exposure to senior leadership as we scale toward public company readiness.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Serve as the finance business partner to Product and Customer Support leadership — own their budgets, partner on spend decisions, and flag risks, trade-offs, and reallocation opportunities early.
Own the annual operating plan for both organizations, including headcount and hiring plans, vendor and program spend, and quarterly reforecasts.
Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis — budget vs. actuals with clear driver explanations and forward-looking implications.
Build the portfolio view of product investment: what we spend behind each product line, what it returns, and what that implies for roadmap funding and resource allocation.
Bring cost of revenue and product unit economics into that view, working with the teams that own the underlying cost data.
Build cost-to-serve analytics — support cost by account and segment, and the economics of deflection and AI-assisted support.
Build business cases for new product investments and major roadmap decisions, including the economics of retiring or consolidating products, and provide Pricing with the unit economics behind packaging and monetization changes.
Co-own the Product Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reviews with the product top-line lead, so cost and performance are presented together.
Improve how this work gets done — better data models, less manual assembly, and AI applied to recurring analysis.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or consulting, including ownership of a model or forecast that others relied on.
Experience owning an operating expense budget, or partnering with a non-finance organization on its spend.
Strong modeling skills across both driver-based revenue forecasts and operating expense and headcount models.
Working knowledge of software and subscription economics — ARR, NRR, ARPA, expansion, gross margin — ideally in a usage-based business.
Comfort working directly with large and complex datasets. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to turn analysis into a clear recommendation and present it to Product, Support, and senior leadership.
Interest in how software gets built and what it costs to run.
Nice to Have
Product or Engineering finance partnership at a software, data infrastructure, or developer tools company.
Hands-on product margin, cost of revenue, or cost-to-serve analysis.
Experience supporting a Customer Support, Services, or other cost-to-serve organization.
Usage-based pricing, packaging, or monetization modeling.
Planning and BI tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and lightweight automation in Python or SQL.
Experience through a period of rapid scaling or IPO preparation.

- Support testing and validation of automation, configuration, and data changes before they are introduced into operational processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve Cost of Sales operations, reconciliation, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build knowledge of interchange operations and become a dependable point of contact for defined processes and recurring investigations.

- Payments knowledge: You have an interest in payments, card schemes, or financial operations. Familiarity with Visa or Mastercard interchange and fee rules is helpful but not essential.

GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale.
This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance.
Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance
Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers.
Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations.
Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend.
Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods).
Retention & Customer Base Growth
Drive retention of existing customers and reactivation of the inactive customer base.
Build a customer-centric model in which existing customers adopt second and third GoMining products, together with General Managers.
Develop cross-product and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior and product usage.
Identify how ecosystem products can drive additional mining and TH sales.
Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
Map the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to first and repeat purchase.
Identify bottlenecks and launch experiments across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, and payment flows.
Define hypotheses, expected commercial impact, and success metrics for each experiment.
Measure experiment results and scale successful initiatives across channels.
Commercial Processes & Infrastructure
Build and standardize commercial processes together with the commercial lead: plans, strategies, control tools, and team motivation.
Own the end-to-end CRM rollout: finalize required functionality, test it, migrate all teams into a single system, set deadlines, and create training for team leads and their teams.
Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for commercial data.
Take over part of the commercial lead’s responsibilities and represent the commercial function in discussions with stakeholders when needed.
Commercial Analytics
Monitor conversion, payment success, revenue, acquisition efficiency, retention, and other key commercial metrics.
Dig into the data to understand why metrics change (e.g., a drop in the share of paying users in a channel), and turn findings into specific actions for channel and product owners.
Work closely with Analytics, Product, Marketing, Payments, and Finance teams to improve commercial performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Growth, or Digital Sales.
Hands-on sales or sales management background: you understand how sales teams work from the inside.
Experience in fintech, payments, or other transaction-driven digital businesses.
Strong understanding of funnel performance and commercial metrics: conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics.
Experience with retention, reactivation, or cross-sell / upsell initiatives.
Experience building and standardizing commercial processes; CRM implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus.
Analytical and critical thinking: you can open a report, spot a problem, and find its root cause.
A proactive, independent mindset: you bring ideas, take ownership, and move fast.
Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, Web3, or digital assets.
Experience managing or optimizing paid traffic and acquisition channels.
Knowledge of payment methods and payment flow optimization, including local payment methods in emerging markets.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Ability to build dashboards and analyses yourself, including with AI tools.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.

The group operates physical schools offering education from kindergarten through to secondary education, combining international schools with local institutions while preserving their individual identities.
They are building a global platform focused on supporting its schools, strengthening operational capabilities and driving sustainable growth. With its headquarters in Madrid, the group is expanding its central finance function to support its growing international portfolio and is looking for a
Management Accountant
to join its FP&A team.
About the Role
The Management Accountant will support the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts, analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the group's international school portfolio.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY AND BUSINESS SUPPORT
• Support the central finance function through the group management accounts cycle, working as part of a small team being built from scratch.
• Report to the Head of FP&A, playing a central role in the preparation and review of the group’s monthly management accounts as the function continues to be built out.
• Build strong working relationships with school finance leads across the portfolio as a key contributor across the management reporting cycle, alongside significant exposure to the Madrid head office team.
• Help establish robust, well-documented management accounts processes, controls, and ways of working that can scale as the group grows, ensuring continuity and consistency as the team and portfolio expand.
PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS
• Prepare the consolidated monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow and supporting schedules, drawing together submissions from across the school portfolio into a single group view.
• Apply agreed group conventions consistently, including FX rates, consolidation adjustments, and presentation formats, ensuring outputs are comparable across schools and over time.
• Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals to budget, forecast and prior periods, with clear commentary on the key drivers of movements for review by the Head of FP&A.

• Help embed a consistent month-end review checklist and timetable across the portfolio, contributing to its ongoing refinement, controls, and documentation as the function develops.
DATA, SYSTEMS, AND INTEGRITY
• Own the integrity of management accounts outputs, including consolidation, reporting, and supporting files, ensuring formulas, links, and consolidation logic are accurate and free of errors.
• Take ownership and maintain clear, well-organised documentation of management accounts processes, templates, data conventions, and reporting logic, so that methodologies are transparent and repeatable across the team.
• Implement and maintain quality control checks across the management accounts and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency before submission to senior stakeholders.
BUSINESS PARTNERING
• Act as the first point of contact for schools on any management accounts queries, providing timely and clear responses or escalating to the Head of FP&A where required.
• Work closely with the Financial Accountant and wider accounting team, who are responsible for the underlying statutory accounts that feed into the management accounts, ensuring a clear handover, shared understanding of account structures, and timely resolution of queries between the two functions.
• Support the Head of FP&A in preparing materials for the CFO and other senior stakeholders, ensuring outputs are accurate, well-documented, and clearly presented.
Requirements
