ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
This position is ideally Paris-based.
TEAM
For this position, you will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.
You will be part of the team building Castle Busters, a turn-based multiplayer game, working alongside its client engineers and game designers as a full member of the game team. You will be part of a small group owning the backend that this game needs as its requirements become more specific and demanding.
You’ll also be plugged into Voodoo's shared gaming backend platform - the same architecture and patterns that power titles like Mob Control and Block Jam 3D - building on it and contributing back, in close collaboration with the wider backend team. You get the focus and ownership of a dedicated game engineer with the leverage and support of a battle-tested platform behind you.
This is a pivotal hire: Castle Busters is moving towards competitive multiplayer, which means moving game logic from the client to the server. You will be central to that transition.
ROLE
You will design and build the server-side foundation that takes Castle Busters from a client-authoritative game to a competitive, server-validated one. The current game computes everything on the device - progression, economy, and match outcomes alike, which won't hold up for competitive PvP. Your job is to change that.
Working closely with client developers and game designers from feature design through delivery, validation and iteration, you will:
- Build server-side validation for the metagame - currency, card upgrades, chest opens, and progression - staged by risk, replicating economy and reward logic on the server.
- Move toward server authority for competitive features, where game state lives in one place and can be trusted.
- Design APIs and player-state management that the Unity client integrates against, and help shape how client and server split responsibilities.
The responsibilities are cross-functional, ranging from infrastructure, API design & coding all the way to client-side integration (we are using Golang).
To succeed in this role, you will need to have passion for everything you do. You love to write code that scales to millions of users, are skilled at requirements gathering, champion new tech initiatives & leverage existing solutions.
PROFILE
- 7+ years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals
- Extreme fluency in Golang (At least 1 year in a professional environment)
- Mastery of SQL and NoSQL
- Background in high-scale systems
- Understanding of Unix-like environments
- AI-first mindset: Comfortable using AI daily and building custom agents or reusable automations to speed up your work
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex problems related to scalability, performance, and integration in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing teams and interfacing effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to be self sufficient and work autonomously.
- A deep interest in game development is a plus.
BENEFITS
- Best-in-class compensation
- Other benefits according to the country you reside

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance, helping institutions put agents in front of customers, policyholders, and advisors that are safe, compliant, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. This is a rare chance to join while the vertical is moving from pilots to production, with the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each of Banking and Insurance, including different buyers, regulators, and use cases
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security, bringing Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec in early
- Help customers pick a narrow, high-volume first use case in Banking (servicing, caller verification, collections, onboarding) and Insurance (claims intake, policy servicing, renewals), and scale from there
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to co-build and share what the field teaches us
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy and platform bundlers, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into banks and/or insurers, and navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers
- An established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation (model risk, third-party risk, data protection, consumer protection), which you can speak to without a briefing
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI

Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Engineer - Satellite Communications
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Reports to: Director, Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid. 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Engineer in Satellite Communications, you will own the satellite-to-ground link, the core communications protocols, and the end-to-end transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Trend is that our constellation produces an increasing volume of data and we want it down faster and more reliably. As we scale, the communications link sets the limit on what we deliver and how fast customers receive it.
You'll own the end-to-end communication stack: the satellite-to-ground link (X-band, Ka-band and S-band), the underlying protocols used, and the transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Today these decisions are spread across several teams. This role brings them under one technical owner.
The work sits where software meets physics. On one side are link budgets, modulation and coding, and spectrum constraints; on the other are schedulers, distributed systems and production operations. The hardest problems live where the two meet.
You own what you build, from design to production, across a stack that combines cloud, on-prem and real hardware. Our engineering culture is AI-positive, with active use of copilots and LLMs to improve speed, code quality and productivity.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the architecture of the satellite-to-ground link acrossX-band and Ka-band payload downlink and S-band command and control
- Measure what the constellation delivers against its theoretical capacity, and lead the work that closes the gap
- Design how data moves from ground station to customer, including latency tiers and delivery accounting
- Build alongside software engineers, contributing code and reviews, not only architecture documents
- Lead technical initiatives across team boundaries and align teams on link and data path decisions
- Grow satellite communications expertise across the domain through mentoring, design reviews and shared standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Communications engineering on at least one flown mission, including personally diagnosing an anomaly on a live satellite.
- High-rate payload downlink experience in X-band or Ka-band, beyond S-band command and control
- Ability to build and defend a link budget: EIRP, G/T, Eb/N0, margin, rain fade, elevation constraints
- Practical CCSDS knowledge: transfer frames, virtual channels, synchronisation and channel coding, file delivery
- Experience owning how data moves from a ground station to where it is consumed, with latency and completeness guarantees
- Hands-on coding in Python, Go, C++ or similar; you ship code, not just designs.

We're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our team.
We use data-driven marketing automation to improve customer journeys through personalised communications across various channels (like email, push notifications or WhatsApp). Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from the office approximately twice per week.

Design, launch and improve automated lifecycle journeys for sellers, buyers and, where relevant, professional users, supporting acquisition, activation and retention for each brand in each market.
Grow the addressable base (consented, reachable contacts) as a category KPI, and pass consent and data-quality gaps to the CRM function head.
Design, run and read tests (in-channel and incrementality), explain the business impact, and scale proven solutions across the category's markets.
Set weekly priorities with the category's Strategy, Planning and Operations Lead and report results against the category's outcomes.

Data-driven: design tests, read results and explain business impact through analysis.
User-centric: turn insights into end-to-end consumer journeys.

Use AI in day-to-day CRM work, for example to draft and localise copy, build segments, personalise journeys and speed up analysis.
Fluent business English to work smoothly with colleagues across several countries.
Location: based in Barcelona.

Competitive salary and an annual bonus (15%)
Training and conference budget
Health insurance (Cigna)
A high degree of autonomy, as OLX believes in empowering people

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
As Flo continues to scale globally, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Product Manager – Web Onboarding to help accelerate our growth by building and optimising high-performing web acquisition funnels. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of Product, Growth Marketing and Monetisation, shaping how millions of potential users discover Flo, understand its value and become paying subscribers.
You'll take ownership of developing new web onboarding experiences from the ground up, while continuously optimising existing funnels to maximise conversion, revenue and customer lifetime value. From user journeys and personalisation to pricing, paywalls and experimentation, you'll have the autonomy to identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business results. Working closely with User Acquisition, Design, Engineering and Analytics, you'll play a critical role in unlocking new opportunities to scale paid marketing channels, including Meta, Google and TikTok. This is a unique opportunity to combine the speed and experimentation culture of a high-growth business with the scale and impact of one of the world's most successful consumer health platforms.
Your Experience
Must have:
Proven experience in B2C product management, ideally within a high-growth consumer subscription, e-commerce or digital product business.
Hands-on experience building and optimising web acquisition or onboarding funnels, with a track record of improving conversion rates and delivering measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of product growth and monetisation, including conversion optimisation, pricing, paywalls, subscriptions and customer lifetime value.
Experience developing new funnel experiences from scratch, from identifying opportunities and defining hypotheses to launching, measuring and iterating on new products.
Strong understanding of paid user acquisition, including how channels such as Meta, Google and TikTok interact with landing pages, onboarding experiences and conversion performance.
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel analytics, experimentation and interpreting performance metrics to make product decisions.
Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of acquisition economics, revenue optimisation, customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities, make decisions under uncertainty and balance multiple competing initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions and move quickly.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Build and scale high-performing web funnels
Own the product roadmap for Flo's web onboarding funnels, driving improvements in conversion, revenue and customer lifetime value.
Develop and launch new web funnel experiences from scratch, identifying opportunities to engage new audiences, communicate Flo's value proposition and convert visitors into paying subscribers.
Continuously optimise existing funnels through experimentation, improving every step of the user journey, from landing pages and onboarding questions to paywalls and checkout.
Explore new approaches to funnel design, personalisation and user segmentation to create compelling experiences tailored to different audiences and acquisition channels.
Drive monetisation and commercial performance
Own the monetisation strategy for your funnels, including pricing, subscription plans, paywall experiences, promotional offers and other conversion levers.
Identify and prioritise opportunities to maximise revenue, revenue per visitor and customer lifetime value while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Develop and execute a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, using A/B testing, customer insights and performance data to deliver measurable growth.
Take accountability for funnel performance, continuously monitoring key metrics and translating insights into clear product priorities.
Partner with User Acquisition to unlock scalable growth
Work closely with User Acquisition and Growth Marketing teams to develop funnel experiences that maximise the performance and scalability of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
Collaborate on new audience segments, messaging, value propositions and acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment between advertising campaigns and the user experience.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition economics through higher conversion rates, stronger monetisation and better customer lifetime value.
Partner with Marketing to test new growth hypotheses and unlock additional opportunities for profitable customer acquisition.
Lead execution and drive business impact
Lead a cross-functional product squad, working closely with Design, Engineering and Analytics to turn growth opportunities into high-quality product experiences.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to understand user behaviour, identify friction points and develop effective solutions.
Balance rapid experimentation with strategic thinking, ensuring short-term optimisation efforts contribute to long-term sustainable growth.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The adjoe Demand Partnerships team connects advertisers with engaged users from our exclusive global supply. These are hundreds of millions of people who already live in finance, shopping, food and mobility apps every day. You’ll be the senior person driving our apps business. It’s a new category, and you’ll shape how the market sees it. You won’t be handed a book of accounts. You’ll open doors to the consumer apps that will define rewarded advertising beyond gaming, and turn them into long-term partners
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years selling to consumer apps. You have a track record in sales or business development, selling mobile advertising, performance marketing, retention or loyalty solutions to consumer apps. At adjoe, you’ll build and lead our consumer apps business across EMEA, from first conversation to long-term partnership.
- A true hunter. You enjoy opening new markets, selling a new idea to sceptical buyers and closing complex deals. You’ll identify, onboard and launch campaigns across verticals like utilities, dating and subscription apps.
- Fluent in app marketing KPIs. You talk CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV and incrementality confidently with senior marketers, and know how to sell a new channel to sophisticated growth, UA, CRM and loyalty teams.
- Connected across EMEA. You bring an active network of growth, UA, CRM and performance marketing decision-makers at consumer apps and brands, and a deep understanding of the mobile consumer app landscape. You’ll represent adjoe at industry conferences and turn conversations into partnerships.
- Shapes the story, not just the pipeline. Together with Marketing and Product, you’ll build the storyline, pitch materials and case studies for non-gaming advertisers, and work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders hit company goals.
- Organized and self-driven. You’re methodical and consultative, with excellent written and verbal English and a “make it happen” attitude. You’re experienced with Salesforce and Google Workspace and thrive in a fast-growing company.
🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.
