Your responsibilities will include:
• Own the onboarding journey for new restaurant, ODC and retail partners, from signed agreement through to launch.
• Complete partner admin setup and coordinate menu or catalogue creation, following up on missing information to keep each launch on track.
• Coordinate tablet delivery, installation and partner training with the relevant internal teams and partner contacts.
• Support partners with admin, menu and catalogue questions, using the communication channel that best suits their needs.
• Investigate complex onboarding issues, coordinate the right resolution and keep partners and internal stakeholders updated until the issue is closed.
• Work closely with Sales and Menu teams to resolve questions relating to newly signed partners, missing content and setup requirements.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, complete a clear handover of live partners to the assigned NPX or Account Manager, and share best practices across the UAE and Kuwait.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
• Ability to manage partner onboarding or operational workflows independently and take ownership through to completion.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners at different onboarding stages.
• A service-focused and solution-oriented approach to partner questions, operational blockers and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing partner information and updating systems, menus, catalogues and trackers.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the judgement to adapt the channel and level of detail to each partner.
• Confidence working with Sales, Menu, Operations and account management teams across different markets.
• Ability to learn and use CRM, knowledge-base and telephony tools; previous experience with these systems is helpful but not essential.

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH
North is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for senior software engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows. You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Customer-Facing Technical Impact
- Work closely with enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic problems with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership across the full development and evaluation lifecycle, including post-deployment iteration, for agentic workflows.
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
Agent Design, Build and Production launches
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools and data sources with enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
- Balance rapid iteration with enterprise requirements, evolving prototypes into stable, reusable solutions.
- Define and apply evaluation and quality standards to measure success, failures, and regressions; Debug real-world agent behavior and systematically improve prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails.
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
Team Mentorship & Organizational Impact
- Mentor engineers across distributed teams.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization.
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent delivery across customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Technical Foundations
- Demonstrated ability to build, ship, and operate production-grade software systems.
- Substantial hands-on experience designing, building, evaluating, and fine-tuning LLM-based agents in real-world applications.
- Deep familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, including models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), vector databases, RAG architectures, agent/orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, tool use, multi-step agent workflows (e.g., ReAct), and robust failure handling.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience and Leadership
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to design and deliver LLM-powered agentic solutions aligned with real business needs.
- Proven technical leadership at the team level, including guiding architecture, implementation, and delivery of complex AI systems.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Korean language.
IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems

In this role, you’ll help us lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across diverse briefs—from fast-turnaround sprints to global, multi-channel campaigns—while driving studio operations and process improvements. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Creative Studio team. Reporting into the PMO Lead, you'll work alongside Creative, Campaign, Design, and Creative Operations functions to power our in-house marketing and creative output.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Campaign & Project Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative briefs—ranging from high-volume growth marketing and CRM sprints to complex, multi-market campaigns including AV and TVC.
Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing budgets and resources to ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
Stakeholder Leadership & Traffic Management
Act as the primary contact for projects, building strong relationships across internal teams and partner agencies while keeping everyone aligned on goals and milestones.
Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, manage sprint scheduling, and allocate resources based on team capacity.
Operations & Process Improvement
Own key PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to make studio operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and adopting AI-enabled creative production workflows in partnership with our Creative AI Technologist.
Risk Mitigation & Team Mentorship
Identify project risks early and implement effective solution strategies to keep work moving smoothly without compromising quality.
Motivate and guide creative project teams, sharing best practices across the PMO and supporting less experienced project managers and freelancers.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns within an in-house studio or creative marketing agency.
Proven ability in resource management, capacity planning, and traffic management for high-volume, fast-turnaround performance and growth marketing assets (paid social, CRM, in-app).
Deep understanding of creative operations, including intake flows, studio tooling (e.g., Asana), project documentation, and process optimization across local and global markets.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, mitigate risks proactively, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and adoption strategies into creative production and studio workflows.
Experience managing and onboarding external agencies or freelance resources.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Software Engineers, Subscriptions - Backend
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, one of the largest online food ordering and delivery platforms in the world. As part of this role, you'll join one of our Subscriptions teams in London, focused on the core proposition and working across our three subscription programmes - DashPass, Deliveroo Plus, and Wolt+. You'll work closely with engineering teams across the US and Europe, as part of the Global Subscription organisation, to build and evolve the shared subscriptions capabilities that power loyalty and membership experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
We're hiring backend engineers who want to be at the front line of what engineering looks like in the age of AI.
💡 Why Subscriptions?
An AI-first team by design. We don't use AI as a productivity add-on - we treat agentic coding as a core engineering discipline. We expect our engineers to build with AI agents, to challenge what's possible when the human-in-the-loop is a multiplier rather than a bottleneck, and to push the boundaries of what a small, focused team can ship.
Real ownership, real impact. Our subscription programmes are touching millions of users daily. You'll own features end-to-end - from the idea through production - and see your work matter at scale.
Cross-org engineering at the frontier. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are working together in order to align subscription experiences across three of the world's leading delivery platforms. This is engineering at the intersection of product ambition and international complexity.
A small team that punches above its weight. We're a cross-functional team: Backend, Mobile, Web, Product, Design, and Data - all in the same room. No handoff theatre. You'll move fast, ship iteratively, and be around people who take craft seriously.
🤖 AI-First Engineering - What This Means Here
We're building teams at the forefront of agentic coding. This isn't about using Copilot to autocomplete boilerplate. We mean engineers who:
Design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR.
Think in terms of orchestration: what does a human review, what does the agent own?
Build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable for the whole team.
Stay curious and ahead of the curve - trying new models, agents, and tools as they emerge, and forming strong opinions about what's genuinely useful vs. hype.
If you find yourself naturally asking "can an agent do this?" before reaching for the keyboard, you'll fit right in.
🔍 What We're Looking For Across all roles
Strong engineering fundamentals - you've built and shipped software that runs at scale, and you understand what that entails: testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development. You use AI tools daily and have formed real opinions about how to get the most out of them.
Ownership mentality: you drive projects forward, communicate clearly across teams and time zones, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Collaborative instincts - the Subscriptions domain sits at the intersection of consumer mobile, web, backend, and data. Cross-functional work is the norm, not the exception.
🙌 About You
You've built and shipped real software - products, platforms, APIs, apps - and you know what it takes to keep things running reliably in production. You have opinions about architecture but hold them lightly. You write tests. You read the alerts. You don't leave loose ends.
What sets you apart right now is that you're genuinely excited about where engineering is going. You've been experimenting with AI agents and agentic coding workflows - not because someone told you to, but because you couldn't help yourself. You think about how to redesign your development loop from first principles, not how to bolt AI onto the way you already work.
You communicate well, collaborate easily across disciplines, and care about the product as much as the code. You're the kind of engineer who asks "what's the best way to..." and then actually follows through.
🌍 Where You'll Work

We’re looking for a QA Manager to own end-to-end quality across hardware, firmware, PlayOS, and game experiences for Nex Playground. This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on testing and debugging while also shaping test strategy, release criteria, and the overall quality bar.
Your mission is to ensure every hardware revision works seamlessly with PlayOS and our games—delivering a stable, responsive, compatible, and delightful experience in real-world conditions. You’ll partner closely with the engineering team and game cells to identify risk, prevent regressions, and support confident release decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware compatibility & system validation

Workplace: hybrid
This role leads IT third-party management and procurement at Capital.com, delivering it against the strategy and priorities set by the VP of IT Operations. You own the full third-party lifecycle (search, onboarding, relationship management and offboarding) and the procurement of hardware, software and IT services, and you make the function the single, front-loaded entry point for buying: fast for the business, controlled for the company. You turn ad hoc, reactive vendor work into defined, repeatable processes that partner teams can rely on, with controls scoped to each vendor's risk. Working in a regulated group (FCA, CySEC and others), you keep third-party risk and spend under control while the business moves at speed, and you lead the IT Procurement team.
What You Will Do:
Lead IT third-party management and procurement and deliver it against the strategy and priorities set by the VP of IT Operations.
Own and run the third-party lifecycle end to end: search, onboarding, relationship management and offboarding, as defined, repeatable processes.
Own procurement of hardware, software and IT services, from sourcing and negotiation through purchase and renewal, as a single front-loaded entry point.
Scope controls to vendor risk through triage and tiering: first-pass assessment runs in the team, with Legal, Security, Compliance and IT Compliance confirming under agreed SLAs.
Design processes from scratch: document procedures, visualise workflows, then roll them out with training, feedback and iteration until they actually work.
Use process automation and AI to front-load checks and cut manual effort across the lifecycle.
Partner with Asset Management and FinOps so vendor, contract, spend and asset data stay one non-duplicated source of truth.
Give Finance and Treasury forward visibility of spend and payments: what, when, how much, which entity, which method.
Meet third-party regulatory and audit obligations by design (DORA register of information and similar), so reports are extracted, not assembled by hand.
Line-manage and develop the IT Procurement team; set direction, priorities and quality bars.
Who You Will Work With:
Asset Management and FinOps specialists: vendor, contract, spend and asset data as one shared source.
IT Infrastructure and IT Service Desk: requirements, deployment and support of purchased solutions.
Legal and Finance (budgeting and accounting): contracts, budget gates, payments and cost.
Compliance and IT Compliance: third-party risk framework, second-line confirmation and regulatory obligations.
What You Bring:
Experience leading vendor or third-party management and procurement in a regulated organisation (FCA, CySEC or similar); regulated experience is essential.
A track record of delivering against an agreed strategy and roadmap while bringing your own judgment to reach the outcome.
Proven ability to build processes from scratch: documenting procedures and visualising workflows.
Strong process rollout skills: you train people, gather feedback and iterate until the process works in practice, not just on paper.
Experience running the full vendor lifecycle and IT procurement (sourcing, negotiation, contracts, renewals, offboarding).
Comfort scoping controls to risk and working with Legal, Security and Compliance as defined interfaces.
People leadership: you lead a procurement team, set standards and develop people.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills across business, engineering and control functions.
Nice to Have:
DORA knowledge and experience with a register of information.
Process automation, and active use of AI to speed assessment and administration.
Jira workflow at user level (no admin required).
Familiarity with third-party risk frameworks, outsourcing requirements, ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Fintech, brokerage or banking experience.

Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
