About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK is expanding its EPC capabilities in energy storage and is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the growth of its BESS business
You will originate and close utility-scale BESS EPC contracts with developers, IPPs, funds and industrial off-takers, running deals end to end from first meeting to signature alongside Engineering, Procurement and PMO, and shaping the pricing and contracting approach for a newly prioritised portfolio. You will also lead the differentiation argument that increasingly decides these deals — how energy management, analytics and AI-assisted dispatch optimisation improve availability, revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Map the Greek and regional storage landscape and build a structured, prioritised pipeline
• Run opportunities end to end — qualification, technical scoping, proposal build-up, negotiation, and handover to PMO after signature
• Shape pricing architecture and contracting models (turnkey EPC, EPC wrap, Balance of Plant, EPC + long-term service agreements) with Engineering, Procurement and Finance
• Translate CAPEX, EPC scope, round-trip efficiency, degradation/augmentation and availability guarantees into commercial narratives that hold up to investor and lender scrutiny
• Lead the digital and AI value conversation — forecasting, dispatch optimisation, state-of-health analytics — and its effect on revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage
• Track tender schedules, capacity mechanisms, grid connection terms and competitor positioning
• Maintain CRM discipline and produce reliable weighted-pipeline forecasts
• Represent KIEFER TEK at industry conferences, tenders and investor events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–7+ years in Sales or Business Development within Energy, EPC or Renewables, with a track record of closing complex, long-cycle B2B contracts
• Direct exposure to utility-scale BESS strongly preferred; adjacent experience in Solar PV, Wind, substations or grid connection works valued
• Working command of BESS commercial fundamentals — revenue stacking, augmentation, EPC vs. BoP scope splits, availability guarantees, levelised cost of storage
• Genuine literacy in AI and digital optimisation of energy assets, and the ability to apply AI tools to your own commercial work
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration or related field (Master's a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid Category B driving licence and readiness to travel 30–40%, primarily in Greece with regular travel across SE Europe
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation package, with full pay transparency throughout the recruitment process
- Performance-based bonus linked to commercial results
- Company car and fuel allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Professional development in BESS, energy markets and AI-enabled energy solutions
- Participation in key industry conferences and events
- High level of autonomy and direct access to senior management
- The opportunity to play a key role in developing KIEFER TEK’s Energy Storage business
KIEFER TEK is an equal opportunity employer. All applications are treated in strict confidence in accordance with GDPR.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled, tech-savvy Legal Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced legal team. As a core member of the department within a leading payment processing company, you will help drive operational excellence, scale our legal tech stack, and streamline workflows.
The ideal candidate helps bridge the gap between legal expertise, technology, and data-driven efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our complex contract ecosystems, optimising team collaboration tools, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design modern, automated legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Tech Stack & Automation Strategy: Support the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of our legal technology tools, with a heavy emphasis on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.

This includes assisting with the design, maintenance, and optimisation of workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) for legal intake, helping manage Jira Spaces, and building out a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base in Confluence.
- AI & Process Engineering: Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning tools into everyday legal operations, supporting the development and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies (e.g., automated contract review, AI search optimisation, legal operations chatbots, and automated triaging) to help reduce cycle times.
- Workflow Optimisation: Evaluate existing legal processes, identify bottlenecks in the payment processing legal pipeline (e.g., merchant agreements, vendor contracts, regulatory tracking), and engineer streamlined, scalable workflows.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Design dashboards and generate metrics within Jira and CLM tools to track legal spend, turnaround times, contract volumes, and team capacity. Present actionable insights to legal leadership.
- Vendor & Resource Support: Help manage relationships with legal tech vendors (e.g. Brightflag) and ensure the team is maximising the value of industry resources (e.g., CLOC, ACC).
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Legal Operations, ideally within a fintech, payment processing, or highly regulated corporate environment.
- Experience working with enterprise CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, LinkSquares, Icertis, or Conga), including template building and workflow routing.
- Good working knowledge of Jira, specifically designing custom workflows, queues, and SLAs in JSM, helping manage Jira Spaces, and structuring documentation in Confluence.
- Experience using generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-backed legal tech features to build efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and analyse legal data.
- General understanding of the legal operational challenges unique to payment processing, financial services, or tech companies.
Preferred Skills & Core Competencies
- Tech-Forward Mindset: Instead of simply using tools, look for ways to make them talk to each other. Experience with integrations (APIs, Zapier) is a massive plus.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing corporate environment.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage and support multiple tech implementation projects simultaneously (PRINCE2 qualification a plus, but not necessary).

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.
— Grow fast in a company that’s already strong, independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, with no layoffs.
— Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
— High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
— Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
— Specialized training and certifications, language courses and books to support your growth.

The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. The office is located in Limassol, Cyprus, with full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior that protects what matters without slowing the company down, owning it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
Key objectives
— Build a viable security system across core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in development and code), and related processes and training.
— Start with a proper diagnosis of the current landscape and design a system tailored for the company.
— Own security risks and communicate effectively with both business leaders (CTO, CEO) and technical teams (developers, infrastructure).
— Make informed build-vs-buy decisions regarding security tools and methods.
— Introduce security as a partner, embedding baseline practices smoothly without blocking teams.
— Define safe usage policies and guardrails for company-wide adoption of AI tools.
— Build and grow the security team deliberately, hiring the first security engineers with clear rationale.
Job requirements
— 8+ years of hands-on experience in security with real projects designed, implemented, and maintained.
— Real systems experience, either through a stable security engineering career or transition from system administration, technical support, or network engineering.
— Proven experience hiring and building a team (2+ people) with deliberate structure.
— Experience building a security function from unclear state to working system, including assessment, prioritization, and implementation.
— Strong awareness of the security product market and ability to choose appropriate tools or methods.
— Partner-style operating approach, working through engineering teams without blocking or mandatory authority.
Nice to have
— Experience in B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps with company size up to 1,000 people.
— Experience working with external security providers.
— Familiarity with common security frameworks.
— Experience as the first or founding security hire in a company.
Who this role is NOT for
— Those focused mostly on policies, reports, and committees without recent hands-on systems experience.
— Those operating with hierarchical authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
— Those who replay the same security project regardless of company context.
— Those who avoid building and leading a team.
What success looks like
— Clear diagnosis of the security landscape and a plan trusted by CTO.
— Security system working quietly with embedded baseline practices and improved protection.
— Security function growing deliberately with well-structured team.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover.
— Office-first team in Limassol with modern seaside workspace and full relocation and visa support.
— Opportunity to shape a global hit game.
— Financially stable and expanding company with no layoffs.
— Flat structure with collective decision-making and honest feedback.
— Industry-leading rewards including high salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
— Support at every life stage including private family health insurance and education allowances.
— Priority on personal growth with training, certifications, language courses, and books.

This role sits within our global Support Engineering team but has a dedicated focus to deliver the same excellent, technically deep support our commercial customers rely on, while meeting the compliance, security, and operational constraints that federal environments require.
You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers operating ClickHouse in government-authorized environments, triaging and resolving support cases, guiding customers through secure deployment and operational best practices, and partnering closely with our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to make sure ClickHouse's platform meets the bar federal customers require.
This is a U.S. Persons-only role. Because of the export-control status of the data, systems, and customer environments involved, all candidates must independently qualify as U.S. Persons before being considered. This applies regardless of visa sponsorship status, work authorization, or physical location within the U.S. Beyond this requirement, you'll also need to be prepared to work within the access, communication, and documentation controls that federal engagements demand.
What you will be doing:
- Serving as the primary technical support contact for ClickHouse's U.S. federal and public-sector customers, across cases, chat, Slack, and meetings, consistent with applicable federal communication and data-handling requirements
- Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source, and sharing them with federal customers and internal teams via documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal runbooks tailored to government deployment patterns
- Guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting within government-authorized environments, including AWS GovCloud-adjacent infrastructure where applicable
- Working closely with our global Support Services, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to represent the requirements of federal customers and help prioritize the roadmap accordingly
- Supporting technical aspects of federal POCs, security questionnaires, and Authority to Operate (ATO)-adjacent evaluations in partnership with Go-To-Market and Security teams
And of course:
- You will deliver excellent customer service as a technical engineer and representative of ClickHouse to our federal customer base. Our Support Engineers provide professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within required SLAs on technical cases opened via the ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and/or phone
- You will build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners, including government program stakeholders and the systems integrators and resellers who support them
What you bring along:
- Required: U.S. Person status, as defined above and verified during the interview process prior to any offer
- Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud, or in domains relevant to ClickHouse, such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems
- Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, and/or Systems Engineer
- Proven experience developing familiarity with the operational and compliance realities of federal IT environments (e.g., FedRAMP, DOD IL, AWS GovCloud, air-gapped or sovereign-cloud deployments)
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment around sensitive data handling
- A mindset of teamwork, empathy, and solving challenging problems under the additional rigor that government customers require
- You are self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points:
- Prior experience supporting federal, state/local/education (SLED), or other public-sector customers in a technical support, TAM, or solutions engineering capacity
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized services, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent sovereign/air-gapped cloud environments
- An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance (not required, but a plus for future-facing work with more sensitive agencies)
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies, as a user, community member, or contributor
- Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, RabbitMQ, or others
