You love finding order in operational chaos. If you look at a broken process and immediately start mapping a better way, you belong here. This is a chance to bridge the gap between legal constraints and practical, technical solutions.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our Legal team is scaling, and we need someone to help optimize how we operate. Your work will connect the legal, technology, operations, and project management functions. The role involves removing friction, reducing risk, and making the Legal team more efficient. You’ll take ownership of operational projects, map out workflows, and turn complex business requirements into practical solutions. Working closely with the Legal Operations Manager, you’ll partner with the Legal, Procurement, IT, and Security teams to make sure the right tools and processes are in place – and that people actually use them.
Day to day, you will:
Map current workflows and build better, more efficient alternatives.
Run legal operations projects from the discovery phase straight through to implementation.
Talk to stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into clear requirements and action plans.
Manage legal technology vendors, handling onboarding, renewals, and ongoing evaluations.
Track operational data to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and where we should focus next.
Help the team adopt new tools and processes.
What you’ll bring
A sense of ownership. You’re comfortable taking responsibility, figuring things out, and moving work forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
Structured problem-solving. You know how to make sense of ambiguous situations and turn them into practical, realistic solutions.
Clear communication. You build relationships easily and can communicate clearly with everyone from legal experts to software engineers.
Precision. You care about the details and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Good judgment. You ask the right questions before trying to solve problems.
A continuous improvement mindset. You naturally look for ways to make things cleaner, faster, and easier for others.
What you’ll need
A proven background in leading operational or process-improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in legal operations, business operations, project management, consulting, product operations, process improvement, or a similar operational role.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements.
A track record of turning business needs into structured implementation plans.
Hands-on experience mapping out processes and driving continuous improvement.
Experience managing vendor relationships or implementing new technology platforms.
Familiarity working in cross-functional environments, particularly alongside legal, compliance, IT, or risk teams.
What success looks like
Within your first year, you’ll take full ownership of key legal operations initiatives. You’ll have set up structured ways to gather requirements and deliver projects, making priorities clear to everyone involved. By improving our processes and managing our legal tech stack effectively, you’ll help the Legal team work faster, make better decisions, and dedicate their focus and time where it matters.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Security Software Engineer, Detection & Response, to build the telemetry, logging, and response systems for our Detection & Response team. This is a builder role, not a queue-triage role. You will build detection and response as software across a multi-cloud fleet of servers, containers, and endpoints, and test where AI and agents can safely take work off responders. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, New York City, or London, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Deploy and operate telemetry at fleet scale with osquery and extended Berkeley Packet Filter (eBPF) sensors across servers, containers, and endpoints, and own performance overhead, staged rollouts, canaries, and rollbacks
Build and maintain the logging and security information and event management (SIEM) pipeline behind detection, including ingestion, normalization, enrichment, storage, and cost, with detections written as code with tests, code review, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Automate response with tooling for host isolation, credential revocation, evidence collection, and enrichment, and test where AI and agents can safely take work off responders
Strengthen the corporate security stack, including endpoint detection and response (EDR) and fleet management across Mac, Windows, and Linux, email security, and GitHub controls
Join the on-call rotation, work with the managed security operations center (SOC) on escalations, and automate evidence collection for System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and ISO audits
What you need
5+ years in security, infrastructure, or platform engineering, writing production code in a compiled language (Go or Rust preferred) and a scripting language (Python or Bash)
Deployed and operated agents, sensors, or telemetry collectors at fleet scale, such as osquery or eBPF-based tooling
Operated AWS infrastructure, including networking, identity and access management (IAM), logging, and container workloads, with infrastructure as code in Terraform
Built and run a data or logging pipeline, including SIEM operations and SQL for investigation
Bonus if you
Worked with managed SOC providers or security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platforms
Built or contributed to open source security or observability tooling
Know serverless platforms and API security

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the third-party event portfolio: Own Sierra's strategy for industry conferences and sponsorships across our key verticals. Decide where we show up and why—evaluating each opportunity against pipeline goals, audience fit, and brand impact—and shape a portfolio of third-party events that builds our presence in the industries that matter most.
- Program high-impact event experiences: Design the formats that drive real conversations with enterprise buyers—executive roundtables, panels, fireside chats, dinners, and field events—and define the content and messaging behind them. Develop our booth content and on-site narrative so every touchpoint reflects our brand and clearly tells the Sierra story.
- Own sales enablement for events: Partner closely with Sales to make events a true pipeline engine. Build the pre-event targeting and outreach, equip the field with talk tracks and materials, and develop the post-event templates, follow-up sequences, and handoff motions that turn conversations into meetings and opportunities.
- Think in integrated campaigns: Treat events as one channel in a larger story rather than standalone moments. Connect each event to the broader marketing campaign—content, demand gen, social, and ABM—so our presence builds toward a coherent narrative and compounding results.
- Measure and iterate: Track event performance, gather attendee and sales feedback, and turn it into reusable playbooks. Compile post-event reporting that captures what worked, what didn't, and how we make the next program sharper.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of event marketing experience planning and executing corporate events, ideally in-house, though agency experience will also be considered.
- A strategic track record building event programs that drive measurable pipeline—not just well-run logistics, but a clear point of view on which events to invest in and why.
- Experience designing and programming event formats (roundtables, panels, fireside chats, field events) and developing the content and messaging that make them land with senior audiences.
- A strong partnership instinct with Sales: you understand how events feed pipeline and can build the targeting, outreach, enablement, and follow-up that convert attendees into opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage producers, agencies, vendors, and conference/sponsorship relationships—directing execution to a high bar without owning every logistical detail yourself.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple events, timelines, and partners at once without missing a beat.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate plans, campaign logic, and post-event insights to all levels of the organization.
- Enthusiasm for managing events nationwide or internationally, with the flexibility to accommodate a dynamic event calendar that requires regular travel.
EVEN BETTER…
- Integrated campaign experience: A history of connecting events to broader demand gen, content, and ABM programs so they reinforce a single, compounding narrative.
- Enterprise and field marketing experience: Familiarity with creating targeted, high-impact initiatives designed specifically for enterprise customers, aligned closely with sales teams and strategic business objectives.
- A proactive attitude: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations. You are resourceful and calm under pressure, willing to roll up your sleeves and solve challenges on the fly.
- Passion for Sierra's mission and brand: A creative flair for designing event experiences that embody our values and leave a lasting impression. You take pride in building an events portfolio that showcases Sierra's innovation and company values.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
