ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a SDK Engineer - Python to join our SDK team and own how developers talk to Supabase from Python. You'll work closely with the rest of the SDK team, our Auth, Realtime, Storage, PostgREST, Functions, CLI and Docs teams, and the open-source community, helping us make the Python SDK a library Python developers genuinely enjoy using.
Python developers reach Supabase from backend services, data pipelines, notebooks, and a growing number of AI agents and agent frameworks. The Python SDK is how all of them talk to the platform: database queries, auth, storage, realtime and edge functions, in both sync and async flavors.
This is a library-authoring role, and the work happens in the open: public repos, public issue trackers, and API decisions whose consequences last for years. If you get satisfaction from a type checker that catches the bug before your users do, from an async client that cleans up after itself, and from an issue tracker that isn't a graveyard, you'll like it here.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Build and evolve our Python SDK across database, auth, storage, realtime and functions, with both sync and async APIs that feel natural in Python.
- Start new things. Alongside the maintenance work, find what's missing, make the case for it, and build it. Nobody will hand you the list.
- Work in the open. Triage inbound issues, review and shepherd outside contributions, keep CI and release automation healthy, and hold a clear, kind line on scope.
- Own the typing experience. Make the SDK fully typed and checker-friendly, so autocomplete and static analysis stay correct in real codebases.
- Keep us honest across environments. Multiple Python versions, sync and async frameworks, workers, serverless and notebooks — with dependency ranges that don't fight our users' projects. Test it, don't assume it.
- Work on realtime. Long-lived websocket connections, reconnection, and subscription and presence semantics.
- Track the platform. When auth, realtime, storage, postgrest or edge functions ship a change, make sure the SDK reflects it, and that we say so in the changelog.
- Design in public. Write the RFCs, migration guides, release notes and docs. Treat a breaking change as a deprecation path plus a migration story, not a version bump.
- Make our SDK legible to AI coding agents, which are now a major consumer of it.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Know modern Python typing deeply. You use generics, protocols, overloads and TypedDict as design tools, run strict type checking, and fix type errors without reaching for Any.
- Have authored or maintained a published library with a public API and users outside your own company. You know what it costs to change something people depend on.
- Know the maintainer side of open source. Issue triage at volume, reviewing outside PRs, release automation, changelogs and semver, security reports, and saying no to a feature request without losing the person who asked.
- Are fluent in asyncio and have opinions on how a library should serve both sync and async callers.
- Know Python packaging for libraries: pyproject.toml, wheels, modern tooling, version support policy, and why libraries shouldn't pin their dependencies tightly.
- Test as a habit: unit, type-level and end-to-end against a real stack. Every fix comes with a regression test.
- Write well. Design docs, changelogs and issue replies are a large part of the output here, much of it public, and we're async by default.
- Have real autonomy: you find the important work, scope it, ship it, and say what you didn't do.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
Bonus points if you: have run a major-version migration for a public package, know your way around JWT/OAuth, have built integrations for AI agent frameworks, or have generated idiomatic clients from a schema.

Looking to join a world-class blockchain development team? Ava Labs makes it simple to deploy high-performance solutions for Web3, led by innovations on Avalanche. - Hands-on Execution and Ownership: Personally drive finance projects from start to finish, including gathering and validating data, building models, investigating variances, and implementing solutions. Proactively identify what needs to be done and follow through to completion, independently resolving challenges and coordinating with others when their input or approval is needed.
- Operations and Compliance Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee the handling of crypto and fiat transactions, ensuring efficient payments and settlements in close collaboration with the treasury team. Maintain and continuously refine existing systems for expense management, equity and compensation plans, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a financial liaison among engineering, compliance, business development, legal, and accounting teams. Work with People Operations and Human Resources to align financial processes with workforce planning.
- Performance Management: Track and report key financial and operational metrics. Partner with the Head of Business Operations and Analytics to analyze trends and variances and flag business risks and opportunities.

- Investor Relations and Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the C-suite to prepare and present materials for board meetings and strategic updates. Experience in venture capital fundraising is a plus, although direct fundraising activities are not currently planned. Create visually engaging and digestible financial presentations that simplify complex information for diverse audiences, enhancing communication both within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Corporate Development and Strategy: Support the CFO on corporate development activity, including entity spinouts, divestitures, and asset sales, and help evaluate, structure, and execute potential investments, acquisitions, or similar strategic transactions as they arise.
- Tax Responsibilities: Support tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring tax positions align with overall fiscal policy and legal requirements.
- Legal Agreement Review: Collaborate with the legal department to review the financial terms of contracts and agreements.
- Financial Communication: Communicate financial insights and risks clearly to the CFO and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

ABOUT US
20M+ users, millions of gaming adventures, and we're just getting started. 🎮
At Eneba, we're building a marketplace where gamers around the world can discover great deals, explore new experiences, and shop with confidence. We've grown fast, we're thinking even bigger, and there's plenty more to build.
Behind all of that? Our people. And that's where you come in.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Great people build great things. Our job? Make sure they have a great place to do it.
Our People team works across the entire employee journey, from that first "Hey, welcome to Eneba!" to career growth, engagement, rewards, and everything in between.
Now we're looking for someone who gets excited about numbers, fairness, and making things better. Someone who can turn compensation data into smart decisions, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us build People practices that actually work as we scale.
And while Total Rewards will be your starting playground, there's plenty of room to get involved in broader People initiatives along the way.
ABOUT YOU
You love digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning complicated numbers into simple, meaningful decisions. You know your way around the Lithuanian talent market, aren't afraid to challenge the status quo (with facts to back you up!), and believe that fair and transparent People practices make a real difference.
Most importantly, you're a builder at heart. You'd rather improve a process than follow it just because "that's how we've always done it."
Sounds like you? Keep reading!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the mastermind behind our Total Rewards. Own and develop our approach to salaries, bonuses, equity (ESOP), benefits, learning budgets, and other perks.
- Bring structure to the numbers. Build and maintain job levels, salary bands, and market benchmarks that help us stay fair and competitive.
- Make reward cycles run like clockwork. Partner with Finance and People Partners to drive salary reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles.
- Keep things fair (and make the numbers make sense). Review offers and compensation changes, balancing internal equity, market competitiveness, and budgets.
- Make the perks worth talking about. Manage and improve our benefits offering.
- Turn data into decisions. Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and cost forecasts that help leaders make smarter People decisions.
- Make the complicated feel simple. Build clear policies, guides, and total rewards statements so everyone understands what they're getting and why.
- Grow beyond the numbers. Expand your impact by contributing to broader People programs and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a similar analytical People/HR role.
- Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking, compensation structures, salary reviews, or bonus cycles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make Excel or Google Sheets do some pretty impressive things.
- A good understanding of the Lithuanian employment and compensation landscape.
- Confidence to work with stakeholders, ask the right questions, and challenge decisions constructively.
- A strong sense of fairness, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.

WHY PRODUCT ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible. Langfuse has 35,000+ GitHub stars and our SDKs are downloaded more than a hundred million times per month. When you ship a new feature the community notices in GitHub issues, on X, and in our community channels.
Product engineers at Langfuse are the people who deliver new features end-to-end to our users. You own the product thinking from understanding the user problem to deciding what to build to shipping the solution.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers leveraging Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible product and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own features end-to-end: from talking to users, to writing the spec, to shipping the code and docs, to writing the changelog post https://langfuse.com/changelog with your name on it. To give you a sense: recent features a single engineer owned include the Langfuse for Agents https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-11-05-langfuse-for-agents release (new trace views, agent graphs, semantic span labels), the TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga rewrite on OpenTelemetry, and managing dashboards via API/CLI/MCP https://langfuse.com/changelog/2026-07-17-dashboard-and-widget-operations-in-api.
- Work across the full stack: and we mean full. Our surface area is wide: React frontend, Next.js backend, ClickHouse analytics, Python and TypeScript SDKs, public docs, Terraform modules, and more. You'll touch whatever the feature needs. One week you might be writing a new ClickHouse query for cost analytics, the next you're designing an SDK API, the next you're building a new rust worker for faster data processing.
- Talk to users constantly: jump on calls, respond in community channels, and route support requests. At Langfuse, support is how we build conviction about what to build next. Our handbook says it best: support by engineers is a core value proposition.
- Write public documentation about the features you own. At Langfuse, docs are product.
- Ship publicly during Launch Weeks: we've run four Launch Weeks https://langfuse.com/blog/2025-10-29-launch-week-4 so far, dropping a new feature every day for a week. Engineers present the features they built to the community.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who has built features or even entire products from scratch end-to-end
- Experience building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end, ideally in TypeScript/React and with exposure to data-intensive backends
- Someone who can manage projects themselves. You know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it.
- Taste for great developer experience: you care about API design, UI details, and clear documentation
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their problems
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with ClickHouse, analytics databases, or building complex data visualizations
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source projects
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.

WHY BACKEND ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work will have an outsized impact.
Langfuse ingests terabytes of AI tracing data per day. When a Fortune 50 company instruments their application with Langfuse, they hit the infrastructure you built. Everything you ship is open source and immediately visible.
The core of your role is making Langfuse fast and affordable at scale: owning the ingestion pipeline, optimizing ClickHouse data models and queries so dashboards load instantly, and building the backend abstractions that let product engineers ship data-heavy features without reinventing the plumbing each time.
You will also make sure Langfuse runs everywhere. You’ll operate Langfuse Cloud across multiple production environments, and make self-hosting effortless. You will support a single Docker Compose setup to enterprise-grade Helm chart deployment.
You won’t be solving these problems alone. Langfuse is now part of ClickHouse, which means the people who built the database you’re optimizing are one channel away. Few backend roles give you that kind of access to the internals of your core datastore.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Own and optimize our ingestion pipeline: Langfuse ingests massive volumes of tracing data through a pipeline that flows from our API to ClickHouse. You'll work on throughput, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency at every stage of this pipeline.
- Make ClickHouse fast: our tracing data lives in ClickHouse. You'll design schemas, optimize merge strategies, tune batch inserts, write and review analytical queries that power dashboards and the UI. You'll become an expert on ClickHouse internals — and you'll have the ClickHouse database engineering team one channel away.
- Build new infrastructure-heavy features: things like LLM-as-a-Judge (where we post-process large volumes of ingested data asynchronously), alerting at scale, client-code execution, or batch dataset operations. Build the foundation and, if you like, dip your toes into the frontend for those.
- Test with real data in production: when evaluating a new ClickHouse schema, migration, or query optimization, you'll run load tests against production data to validate that changes actually improve things. We don't guess at performance. We prototype new table designs, run them in parallel on real traffic, and compare before committing.
- Scale for what's next: we're growing fast and new product directions like complex long-running agent observability and real-time evaluation push the infrastructure in new ways. You'll be thinking ahead about what breaks at 10x scale.

- Strong backend engineer who gets excited about database internals, query optimization, and distributed systems
- You get excited when working with a ton of data

- Interest in open source software and genuine enjoyment talking to users about their scaling challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters

Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

and Honeycomb.io
press releases
.
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
As we continue to strengthen alignment across our go-to-market teams, we're focused on building a more connected approach to how we measure, analyze, and forecast performance across the full customer journey, from the first website visit through sales engagement to closed-won revenue. This new role, within our Revenue Operations team, will help bring that vision to life by creating a clear, shared view of the funnel that marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership can use to make more informed decisions. As a new role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, partnering closely with marketing, RevOps, and the broader revenue organization to improve visibility, forecasting, and accountability across the business.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in tools like HubSpot to opportunities and closed-won business in Salesforce, and make it visible to executives and teams across the organization
Work with marketing and sales to define and document how attribution works, including what “influenced” versus “marketing-sourced” means and how leads are tagged as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led
Partner with marketing on lead scoring and how leads flow into Salesforce
Improve how we measure campaign ROI so teams can see what worked, double down, and shift spend away from what didn’t
Work with marketing and go-to-market teams to agree on shared metric definitions, and publish them as a single source of truth
Build reports and dashboards with AI tools, refine them with stakeholder feedback, and publish final versions to our BI tool on a regular refresh schedule
Dig into the data, including with AI, to surface patterns and insights nobody has asked about yet
What you’ll bring to the role:
About 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in marketing, revenue operations, or a multi-hat go-to-market role
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools
Working knowledge of marketing concepts and terms, such as MQLs
The interpersonal skills to negotiate shared definitions across teams with different perspectives
Curiosity about AI and how to use it in your analysis
Experience in a SaaS environment
Bonus: the ability to read SQL (writing it is not required)
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,500
—
$147,600 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager. You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.
Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.
As Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT LANGFUSE:
- Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
- Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
- Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
- Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
- You will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Project Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.
- Slice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.
- Communicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
- Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
- You are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
- Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
- Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Behind every 0x trade is a lot of hard work. We integrate hundreds of liquidity sources, optimize for gas, slippage and latency, split routes and simulate every result to get traders the best possible outcome. The API Products team turns that routing logic into easy-to-integrate APIs that wallets, exchanges, trading apps, bridges and developers around the world rely on.
This team of four built, maintains and continues to evolve our flagship Swap, Gasless and Cross-Chain APIs, which have moved billions in volume. Next, they’re building new products that give developers even more tools for building trading apps.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to expand what the API Products team can take on. You’ll lead projects from first idea to production, on new products and on the APIs that are already live, working closely with our product team and some of our biggest customers. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who wants real ownership and works well with little direction. Remote, EU timezones preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build new APIs and trading products, from researching the problem and designing the architecture to shipping the first version.
- Maintain and extend our existing APIs, including support for new chains, bridges and customer-requested features.
- Keep our APIs fast and reliable as traffic grows, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Investigate failed trades and stuck transfers using logs, traces and onchain data, and resolve the root cause.
- Work with product, legal and GTM, turning business and compliance needs into technical decisions.
- Write design documents for your work and review your teammates’ designs and pull requests.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years in DeFi at a trading app, wallet, DEX aggregator, onchain data company or similar.
- Senior or Lead Engineer with a track record of owning complex projects end to end.
- Built and maintained developer-facing APIs.
- Deep onchain knowledge, especially EVM: how transactions work, including calldata, contract interfaces, gas and approvals.
- Strong system design experience for production-scale backend services.
- You’re an AI power user who uses it to multiply your impact as an engineer, yet you don’t let it replace your judgment.
- Clear communicator, comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-engineers.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cross-chain/bridging, or DEX aggregation.
- Experience with other ecosystems outside of EVM such as Solana.
- Experience with TypeScript and/or Rust, our main languages.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $150,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
