- Manage external security vendors (protective services, travel risk, and event security), holding them to agreed service levels.
- Write and maintain security procedures, run crisis exercises and drills, and deliver security training for employees.
- Support business lines running specialised or fast-moving programmes with tailored security planning
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Around 8 years of security experience in an international setting, covering crisis management, executive protection, or travel security across multiple sites and regions.

- Experience planning and running crisis exercises, incident response drills, and security training.
- Strong written documentation skills: procedures, incident and after-action reports, and travel risk assessments.
- Calm, structured decision-making under pressure, including during simultaneous incidents across sites.
- Confidence working with authorities, law enforcement, and external providers, and explaining security requirements clearly to non-specialists.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in critical infrastructure, defence, or other environments handling classified or sensitive information.
- An established professional network across the security, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.
- Experience in high-scale security operations across multiple geographies.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
The Semantic Layer team owns the systems that turn dbt models into trusted, reusable business metrics. At the heart of this is
MetricFlow
— the open-source semantic engine that powers the dbt Semantic Layer. MetricFlow lets data teams define metrics once in code and consume them consistently across BI tools, notebooks, AI agents, and downstream applications.
This team is the steward of MetricFlow as an open-source project: shipping releases, reviewing community contributions, evolving the query compiler, and ensuring it integrates cleanly with the broader dbt ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of language design, query compilation, and distributed data execution — solving problems that directly shape how thousands of organizations measure their business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the Semantic Layer team in Bangalore. You'll be a core contributor to MetricFlow — designing features, optimizing query generation, hardening the open-source codebase, and partnering with the community of contributors and adopters around it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll write production code, drive technical decisions, and help shape the long-term architecture of one of the most important projects in the modern data stack.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).
Own MetricFlow as an open-source project — triage issues, review external pull requests, manage releases, and engage the community on GitHub and in Slack.
Collaborate with engineers across dbt Cloud, dbt Core, and the Semantic Layer service to ensure MetricFlow integrates seamlessly with the rest of the dbt ecosystem.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of metric query execution at scale.
Partner with product, design, and developer-relations teammates to translate customer and community feedback into shipped improvements.
Write clear technical documentation, RFCs, and design docs that raise the bar for how the team thinks and ships.
Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and technical guidance.
Skills We're Looking For
Strong professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
Deep proficiency in
Python
, including modern typing, testing practices, and packaging.
Strong SQL fundamentals and a working understanding of how analytical query engines and data warehouses execute queries.
Experience designing systems that involve parsing, compilation, or transformation — for example: query planners, DSL compilers, type systems, or rule-based engines.
Solid grasp of software design principles: clean APIs, modularity, testability, and backwards compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain complex tradeoffs clearly to engineers, PMs, and external community members.
Experience collaborating in a distributed, asynchronous team environment.
Bonus Skills (Optional)
Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a popular open-source project.
Familiarity with dbt, MetricFlow, LookML, Cube, or other semantic-layer technologies.
Background in data warehousing internals, query optimization, or analytical SQL dialects.
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and release engineering for Python libraries.
Exposure to building developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or CLIs.

About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Account Executive, to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
You will be the first person at Praktika whose whole job is selling to companies. You run the full cycle yourself: find the account, open it, run the demo, set up the trial, answer the security questionnaire, price it, close it, then go back for the other sites in the same group. No SDR feeds you. No solutions engineer joins your calls.
The languages matter as much as the selling. Our buyers are local HR and training managers at sites where the working language is English and daily life is not. They buy in their own language. You will work primarily in Spanish or French, with English internally.
You report to the CRO.
We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive rather than an SDR or a BDR on purpose. At this volume, splitting prospecting from closing creates a handoff that costs more than it saves. One person who owns a deal from first touch to signature will learn faster and close more than two people passing leads between them. We will revisit that once inbound volume makes your time the bottleneck. What you'll do
What you will own
Pipeline.
Work the inbound queue in hours rather than days, and build outbound into the markets where we have customers but no coverage. Around half your pipeline should be self-sourced by month six.
The full cycle.
Discovery, demo, trial setup, seat sizing, pricing, security review, contract, signature. You complete security questionnaires yourself, from a canonical answer sheet we maintain.
Expansion.
Most of our accounts are one site of a larger group. Winning the second and third site of a company already paying us is the highest-yield motion we have, and it is a formal part of your number.
CRM discipline.
Attio is the system of record. Deal value, seat count and stage current on every deal. Our data quality today is poor and you are the person who fixes it.
Market feedback.
You will be the only person hearing objections daily. We expect you to tell us what is breaking and what to build.
Who we are looking for
Professional fluency in French or Spanish, plus English.
Three or more years closing B2B software full cycle, with a median deal size under $20,000.
Evidence of 25 or more deals closed in a single year.
You built your own pipeline.
Strong signals
You have sold to HR, L&D or operations buyers.
You have worked somewhere small enough that you also wrote the sequences, built the list and argued about the pricing page.
You have sold into Latin America from Europe and know what that does to a calendar.
You have worked alongside a self-serve funnel and understand that some deals should never get a call.
Please skip this role if any of the following describes you.
You have only sold six-figure contracts on six-month cycles.
Your last three years came with an SDR, a solutions engineer and a deal desk.
You want a named account list handed to you.
You want to manage people within a year. This role has no reports and will not have any for some time.
You need a defined process. You will be writing it.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do Own business impact, not features. Drive measurable lift in usage and business outcomes — conversion, revenue, engagement — across Constructor's agentic experiences.

Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives, staying close to the field, joining customer meetings, and modeling hands-on, high-activity sales behaviour.
Drive new logo acquisition across a broad base of medium-sized Italian businesses while shaping a long-term strategy to engage larger accounts.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at the executive level (CXO and program level), positioning GitLab as a strategic partner and identifying expansion opportunities.

What you’ll bring
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within France, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
Ability to design and execute a country go-to-market plan, including pipeline generation discipline, territory coverage, and disciplined deal execution.
Strength in balancing hands-on field work with strategic leadership, staying close to customers while managing day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/DevSecOps concepts, with enthusiasm for learning GitLab’s platform and building long-term market presence.
Skills in creating structure, setting clear expectations, and driving organized, data-informed sales processes, including use of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and empathy with both customers and GitLab team members at all levels.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused, all-remote environment, acting as a self-directed “manager of one” and using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and marketing automation systems to build trackable, repeatable sales processes.
About the team
You’ll join a regional sales organization focused on growing GitLab’s presence across France, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners in account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations. The team is all-remote and collaborates asynchronously across time zones to build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent customer experiences. You’ll help shape how we organize coverage, implement disciplined sales processes, and bring structure to a high-growth region while staying aligned with global sales strategy and GitLab’s values of transparency, collaboration, and results.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Auth https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth. You'll own the surface area that developers use to authenticate and authorize their end users and manage identity in their apps: email, phone and social login, passkeys and MFA https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/auth-mfa, enterprise SSO, the OAuth 2.1 server https://supabase.com/docs/guides/auth/oauth-server, auth hooks, and support for organizations and multi-tenant applications.
You'll work closely with the Auth engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Security, Design and GTM.
This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about building tools for millions of developers and who has a strong understanding of existing and emerging authentication practices and protocols.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- You'll collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels. Indie developers shipping a side project, startups choosing their first auth stack, SaaS teams designing multi-tenant access, and enterprises in security review.
- You'll own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Auth roadmap. This means working with Engineering and Design to shape how Supabase crafts the developer experience for the problems you’ve prioritized solving.
- You'll define how Auth works for AI agents on Supabase: agents that sign users up, act on their behalf, and call APIs.
- You'll use data to understand how Supabase developers are using Auth features: where they succeed, where they get stuck, and what to tackle first.
- You'll keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned. You'll own the plan of record for what's coming, why, and in what order.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or are an ex-founder with equivalent depth. You're comfortable commenting on an architecture doc, following a design discussion, and advocating for the user when trade-offs are required.
- Have shipped standards-based auth or identity products. You've owned OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, sessions or token design, and you know from experience where each one breaks for customers.
- Work comfortably with corporate buyers and with developers. You can work through a CISO's security review and an indie developer's bug report in the same week. You have intuition on which enterprise asks are real value-adding requirements and which are checkbox items.
- Are comfortable with Postgres and familiar with row-level security.
- Work async by default. Supabase is fully remote. You make decisions in writing and move work forward without meetings.
STRONG SIGNAL
- Owned auth or identity inside an integrated cloud platform.
- Ran an organizations, tenancy, or SSO+SCIM launch from start to finish.
- Designed auth for agents or other automated systems: OAuth for MCP clients, machine-to-machine credentials, scoped tokens.
- Shipped something using Supabase.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead part of our Inference Performance team. This team makes the world's most demanding AI workloads run faster and more efficiently on GPUs. You'll manage and grow a team of inference performance engineers working across the inference engine and runtime: kernels, scheduling, batching, KV-cache management, speculative decoding and prefill/decode disaggregation. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll set direction, unblock hard problems and earn the team's trust by going deep on GPU performance, while also hiring, developing and supporting the people doing the work. Your team's output directly affects how fast our customers' models run and how efficiently we serve them. The team is scaling quickly, so you'll help shape how it is structured as it grows.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Your team will work on these types of projects as part of our Inference Runtime team:
- Agentic inference optimization: 50-90% faster engines https://www.baseten.co/blog/agentic-inference-optimization-faster-than-sota/
- Agentic Kernels in Production https://www.baseten.co/blog/agentic-kernels-in-production/
- Live draft model training for speculative decoding https://www.baseten.co/blog/live-draft-model-training-for-speculative-decoding/
- The Baseten Inference Stack https://www.baseten.co/resources/guide/the-baseten-inference-stack/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of inference performance engineers through regular 1:1s, clear feedback, career development and performance reviews.
- Hire top GPU and inference engineering talent, and build a strong, collaborative team culture as the runtime team scales.
- Own the technical roadmap and execution for runtime performance work, balancing customer needs, new model launches and long-term platform investments.
- Stay close to the technical work. Review designs, guide profiling and optimization efforts, and help the team reason from first principles about where time and memory go.
- Drive the productionization of inference techniques such as quantization, speculative decoding, KV-cache reuse, chunked prefill and custom scheduling.
- Turn performance wins into measurable outcomes: tokens per GPU-hour, utilization, latency and cost.
- Help the team bring up and tune new model architectures on new hardware quickly, often in the same week they're released.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Inference Platform, Kernels, Model APIs and customer-facing teams to set priorities, coordinate launches and ship wins.
- Set high standards for engineering quality, benchmarking, operational excellence and incident response.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience managing engineers, including hiring, mentoring, giving feedback and running performance reviews.
- Experience leading or closely supporting GPU optimization teams in training, inference or recommendation systems.
- Strong technical depth in GPU workloads, with a solid understanding of GPU architecture and performance tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorRT or TensorRT-LLM.
- A track record of driving roadmaps and shipping complex technical projects with a team.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to align stakeholders across teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang or TensorRT-LLM.
- Experience with LLM optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, speculative decoding, continuous batching) in production.
- Experience with GPU kernels (CUDA, Triton, CUTLASS, or similar).
- Experience scaling a team through rapid growth at a startup.
- A background as a hands-on performance or systems engineer before moving into management.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be an Applied AI Engineer supporting a dedicated national security mission program. You will be the customer's trusted technical advisor, working closely with their engineering and mission teams as they build and ship new capabilities powered by Claude: advising on architecture design decisions, developing evaluation frameworks, and guiding them through the most cutting-edge implementation patterns for LLMs.
Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll guide the customer from technical discovery through successful deployment, much of it on-site in secure environments. You'll combine deep engineering expertise and cyber domain knowledge with customer-facing skills to help the customer unlock the full potential of Claude and move their mission capabilities closer to the frontier, while maintaining our high standards for safety and reliability.
Responsibilities
Serve as a specialist technical advisor for one or more national security mission programs, from discovery and evaluation through deployment and adoption, coordinating internally across multiple teams to drive customer success
Support the customer as they build with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
Partner with account executives and Applied AI Architects to translate mission requirements into technical solutions
Influence technical architecture decisions and integration into the customer's existing stack by developing customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites
Help develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for mission-specific use cases
Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams
Identify common design patterns and contribute insights back to our Product and Engineering teams
Create and deliver technical content, from engineering deep dives to executive briefings
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks
Work primarily on-site with the customer's engineering and mission teams in secure government facilities, while maintaining close internal coordination and feedback with Anthropic's Applied AI and Engineering teams
Minimum qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Prior experience working within US intelligence community agencies as a government civilian or cleared contractor
4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Product Manager, with a desire to work closely with customers
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience building production applications
Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following domains:
Offensive or defensive cyber operations (including vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and ICS/OT security)
Cryptography and cryptanalysis
Intelligence analysis and ISR (all-source, SIGINT, GEOINT)
Mission and weapons systems (command and control, space, electronic warfare, autonomy)
CBRN and nonproliferation
Accreditation of classified systems (RMF, ATO, cross-domain solutions)
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach
Preferred qualifications
Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development and frameworks, evaluation frameworks, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale
Experience deploying and operating software in air-gapped or classified environments
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute across domains with intellectual openness, finding simple solutions to complex problems
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration, balancing competing priorities with integrity
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

You'll partner closely with Demand Gen, Content, Design, Partnerships, and EMEA Sales to create events that feel polished, thoughtful, and unmistakably "us" - tailored to EMEA markets rather than a copy-paste of NA programming. You'll ramp alongside our Events Manager, who currently supports the region, and take full ownership of EMEA within your first 90 days.
This role includes 15%+ travel for EMEA field events, conferences, and onsite support.
What we value
Human-centered experiences.
You create events that feel thoughtful, relevant, and genuinely useful - built for EMEA audiences.
Collaborative energy.

Insight-driven decisions.

Action with intention.

What you’ll do
Event planning & coordination
Own and manage the EMEA in-person events calendar - field events, hosted experiences, sponsored conferences, and activations across the region
Partner with the Events Team and Demand Gen to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics specific to EMEA markets
Evaluate EMEA sponsorships, speaking slots, and event formats against goals
Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure every event feels cohesive with global campaigns while staying relevant to EMEA audiences
Execution & project management
Manage day-to-day logistics: vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show, speaker prep, and on-the-ground support for EMEA events
Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling event assets and presentations
Oversee registration flows, pre-event communication, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-up
Step in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly, calmly, and on-brand
EMEA webinars (about one per month)
Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle
Performance & optimization
Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems
What success looks like
Regional ownership:
EMEA events and webinars run smoothly, predictably, and feel built for the region
Engagement growth:
Attendance and engagement steadily increase across EMEA field events and webinars
Sales alignment:
EMEA Sales and Marketing feel tightly connected and supported by event-driven pipeline
Sharper insights:
You surface insights that help the program get sharper, smarter, and more efficient over time
Better playbooks:

What we're looking for
You're a hands-on, highly organized marketer who loves building great experiences and understands how events translate into revenue. You're comfortable owning a region end to end - you stay grounded under pressure, thrive in a distributed environment, and enjoy the cross-market collaboration required to make EMEA events exceptional.
Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting
Comfortable with 15%+ travel
