About the role
You'll own regulatory license application projects for Salmon, managing submissions to the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), and other regulators as the company expands its licensed products and geographies. This is a hands-on role for someone who goes deep into the detail, drafts the materials themselves, and keeps applications moving.
What you'll do
- Work within a small, dedicated licensing function, coordinating across legal, compliance, finance, product, and PMO teams to move license applications forward
- Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact in Manila for licensing projects, working closely with a remote team lead
- Navigate regulatory back-and-forth: drafting responses, tracking open items, and keeping stakeholders aligned across multiple concurrent applications
- Keep applications on track by explaining the regulatory context and requirements behind each request, so stakeholders understand what is needed and why, and escalating with clear facts and impact when inputs are blocked
What you'll own
- End-to-end management of regulatory license applications, from initial pack preparation through regulator approval
- Drafting application documentation yourself (application letters, governance materials, and corporate documents), bringing in the relevant stakeholders for input/support where needed and sign-off
- Timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple license projects simultaneously, pushing stakeholders to deliver on time and escalating risks early
- Coordination with legal, compliance, finance, and business owners to gather inputs and ensure submissions are accurate and complete
- Ongoing communication with regulators, tracking questions, comments, and required follow-ups through to closure
- Supporting the transition of licensing projects from the PMO team into the dedicated licensing function
What makes you a strong fit
- 3-5 years of experience combining legal, regulatory, and project management work on complex, multi-stakeholder projects in financial services or fintech
- Hands-on experience with license applications for financial activities (e.g. banking, e-money/payments, securities/trading, lending) or comparable fintech regulatory projects, at a bank, payment company, EMI, trading firm, or financial institution, or through law firm or Big Four advisory work in financial services
- Strong drafting skills: you're comfortable reading regulations, interpreting requirements, and writing submission-ready documents
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot gaps and inconsistencies before the regulator does
- Confident and persistent with stakeholders at all levels: you explain the "why" behind each request with clear regulatory context and detail, follow up, push back, and escalate when needed, while keeping relationships constructive
- Comfortable working with Confluence, JIRA, and Slack as core operating tools
- Relocation to Manila is required

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.
