Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: — Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records to ensure data integrity across ledgers and reporting systems — Perform detailed weekly and monthly reconciliations (bank, revenue, crypto balances) and investigate variances — Assist with pre- and post-close preparation to support month-end close processes — Support financial modeling, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting — Streamline reporting workflows and automate routine reconciliation tasks using scripts and tools — Proactively identify and resolve process gaps, discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies — Support year-end audit and tax reporting and complete ad hoc tasks from management and investors Requirements: — Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, accounting, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience — Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, accruals) — Minimum GPA of 3.6 — Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with financial process automation — Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities — Self-motivated, able to take ownership and work with minimal supervision — Strong organization, time management, and communication skills Benefits: — Medical, vision, and dental insurance — 401(k) plan with company matching — Life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance — HSA (with high deductible plan) and FSA — Flexible paid time off and holidays — Variable commission program for business development sales roles Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
