Governance Senior Specialist

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; New Delhi, India; Cairo, Egypt Job Summary We are looking for a Governance Senior Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have experience with governance structures, decision rights, policies and procedures, committee governance, monitoring, reporting, and action tracking, supported by Microsoft Power BI reporting. Experience: 3–6 years Key Responsibilities Develop and implement governance frameworks. Establish and maintain governance structures and decision rights. Support policy and procedure governance. Support committee-level governance activities. Monitor and report governance activities. Track actions and decisions. Maintain governance documentation. Engage with stakeholders and prepare dashboards/reports.
