About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the dbt v2 roadmap — the future of dbt Labs' intellectual property and a critical driver of product-led growth. You will own net-new functionality in Fusion that identifies and monetizes local deployments of dbt, shipping net new features, many of which also land in dbt Core, as well as proprietary ELv2 plugins that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform.
This role is co-located with our dbt v2 engineering team in the US to accelerate execution, strengthen prioritization, and ensure tight alignment across product, engineering, and platform teams. In this role, you will
Own and deliver the dbt v2 roadmap, shipping net new functionality to dbt v2 like SQL comprehension, compute, governance, and SAO
Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
5+ years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies
Experience with SQL engines, query optimization, or compute systems
Prior experience as an engineer whose worked with modern development frameworks (examples: React, Typescript, Python, etc.)

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

Who You Are
Deep eCommerce or retail analytics experience
- fluent in the core KPIs for inventory, order economics, pricing, and fulfillment/supply chain cost and efficiency (AOV, unit economics, instock rates, meat beat scores, fulfillment CPUs), and you apply proven industry practice rather than rebuilding it from scratch

Engaged in what we're building
- you ask why before how, challenge assumptions, and contribute to direction instead of delivering dashboards in isolation
Prioritizes progress over perfection
- you scale rigor to what's at stake and ship a strong, decision-ready answer on time rather than over-polishing
8+ years of experience, ideally with experience in a Data role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company; 5+ years of experience at a manager level
You naturally reach for AI in your work - at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.

High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
Extensive experience in data analytics, big data technologies, and statistical modeling to drive business insights.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
How You Will Make An Impact
Lead and develop 5 experienced analysts and data scientists - prioritization, coaching, quarterly goal-setting, and clean handoffs with stakeholders
Own a meaningful book of actionable analysis yourself across eCommerce, supply chain, and health - you stay close to the data, not managing from a distance
Partner directly with senior leaders in each area, with regular exposure to the executive team
Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards these functions run on
Advance our AI-native analytics roadmap, including self-serve tools that connect business teams directly to our data
Set the bar for what strong, AI-forward analytics work looks like - and champion it across the team, pushing analysts to share ideas, cross-pollinate approaches, and spread unlocks org-wide
Create a culture of Data Analytics excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on analytical matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups as needed
Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
Translate business priorities into a clear, prioritized analytics roadmap - weighing tradeoffs and making strong recommendations on what the team takes on and what waits
Why This Role
You're inheriting 5 strong analysts who are already delivering - this isn't a rebuild, it's a chance to level up and scale a team for the future growth of Babylist
This pod sits at the intersection of supply chain, health, and e-commerce, with direct exposure to senior business leaders
Babylist's data team is genuinely ahead of the curve on AI-native analytics - you'll help shape self-serve tooling most companies are just starting to think about
Real IC time is built into this role by design - you'll stay close to the work, not manage from a distance

What the Role Is
As the Senior Manager of Data Analytics for Ecommerce, Health & Supply Chain, this role will be responsible for partnering with Health, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment teams. You will influence the company’s strategy and help the company grow through advanced business analytics that raise data fluency and sharpen how decisions are made. The successful leader must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data, systems, and models, while working collaboratively with the team ensuring you are able to effectively partner across the organization. This highly visible role will interact with the executive team as a thought partner to bring new insights and recommendations to the table.
Who You Are
Deep eCommerce or retail analytics experience
- fluent in the core KPIs for inventory, order economics, pricing, and fulfillment/supply chain cost and efficiency (AOV, unit economics, instock rates, meat beat scores, fulfillment CPUs), and you apply proven industry practice rather than rebuilding it from scratch
Proven at balancing people management with hands-on IC work
- you can point to analysis you've owned yourself while leading a team, not just work you've coordinated
Experienced managing experienced analysts
- you bring structure and clear prioritization to a team that already executes well, so they're always on the highest-impact work
Confident partnering with VP+ stakeholders
- you've built real relationships with senior business leaders and shape priorities with them proactively, front and center with executives
Hands-on with AI-native analytics
- you've built or are genuinely curious about self-serve analytics infrastructure (semantic layers, context layers, AI-connected reporting), not just traditional dashboards
Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$228,250 to $273,900 + 20% target bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building something most companies only talk about: a fully agentic infrastructure layer that every team in the company will depend on. And right now, IT is either the foundation that makes that possible — or the bottleneck that slows it down.
As our Director of Security & IT, you are the difference between those two outcomes. This is not a traditional IT Director role. You won't be managing tickets or keeping the lights on. You'll be building a platform function from the ground up — one that gives every hybrid human-agent team at Taxfix the speed, security, and confidence to move without friction. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with our Systems Engineer and cross-functional partners across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops, you'll define the infrastructure and security foundation that turns our agentic ambitions into reality.
The best outcome in this role isn't that IT stays out of the way — it's that IT raises the bar for how the whole organization operates. You'll set standards that others build to, make calls that shape Taxfix's security posture for years, and build the infrastructure layer that our agentic ambitions depend on. This role comes with real authority and real accountability. If you want to be the person who defines what modern IT looks like at a company that's genuinely building the future of work — this is that job.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the vision and roadmap for Taxfix's internal infrastructure and tooling layer, driving the transition from IT as a ticket-resolving function to an internal platform product that enables every hybrid human-agent team to move faster and more securely.
- Lead and develop the IT team — including helpdesk, systems engineering, and the incoming Security & Platform Engineer — ensuring clear ownership, structured growth paths, and a high-performing team culture through a period of significant structural change.
- Own all core IT operations: device management (MDM), identity and access management, workplace technology, SaaS tooling, third-party network provider relationship, and hardware provisioning — maintaining reliability, cost controlling and service quality while progressively raising the bar on what "good" looks like.
- Set the security strategy and posture for Taxfix's systems and agent ecosystem, embedding security continuously into platform infrastructure rather than applying it as a gate at the end.
- Work closely with our Systems Engineers and the agentic framework team to build and document the agentic platform layer — including secure sandboxes, credential vaults, and CI/CD pipelines — ensuring infrastructure decisions support the organisation's agentic ambitions.
- Own IT-specific risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness across internal systems and infrastructure, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and enterprise risk owners on GDPR/DSGVO, SOC 2, and applicable financial regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead the build and lead the build/buy/partner evaluation, making a long-term recommendation grounded in both technical and business considerations.
- Be the business-facing voice for IT in leadership conversations — translating infrastructure and security decisions into clear business terms and building trusted relationships with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People Ops.
- Define and track platform health metrics, service quality, and internal adoption — including establishing internal NPS for IT services as a baseline, driving measurable reductions in ticket volume and mean time to resolution, and reporting transparently on the agentic infrastructure layer.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have proven experience leading an IT or infrastructure function at a scale-up or regulated tech company — including ownership of core IT operations such as helpdesk, MDM, identity management, and workplace technology. You know what it takes to run these reliably while simultaneously raising the ambition of what the function can be.
- You have built or are capable of building a platform mindset in a team that has historically operated as a support function — you understand what that shift requires culturally, structurally, and in terms of how success gets measured.
- You bring strong enough technical depth to have credible, substantive conversations with engineers — you can interrogate technical decisions, ask the right questions, and know when to push back.
- You are security-literate and have hands-on experience setting security strategy: you understand the threat landscape, have navigated compliance and audit obligations in a regulated environment, and know what good security posture looks like at both the infrastructure and application layer.
- You have experience with agentic or AI infrastructure, or you bring genuine curiosity and a track record of fast learning in emerging technical domains — this space is moving quickly, and so are we.
- You have managed vendors and external partners, including evaluating and making build/buy/outsource decisions, and you're comfortable owning those relationships end to end.
- You are familiar with the compliance and data obligations that come with operating in a regulated environment — financial services, tax, or similar — and you've translated those obligations into practical infrastructure and process decisions.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to help shape a function that is being designed in real time — you don't wait for a playbook; you help write it.
- You grow the people around you: you see early-career team members and ambitious engineers as people to invest in, and you create the conditions for them to do their best work.
- You are ego-light: you are comfortable with invisible success — the best outcome is that teams don't notice IT because everything works — and you are willing to tell leadership when a request isn't feasible and explain why in terms that land.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs, this role requires you to be based within the EMEA region.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting time to join Oyster. The Netherlands is one of our most important markets and this role will give you real ownership over how payroll runs, with the scope to help us achieve best-in-class payroll standards at scale.
You'll be our lead in-house payroll expert: the person we trust to own Dutch payroll end-to-end, build scalable workflows in AFAS, Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl, and set the standard for how payroll should run. If you've run native Dutch payroll from the ground up, know AFAS Nmbrs by Visma and/or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl inside out, have strong opinions on doing payroll right, and have helped build or transform a payroll function before, this role is built for you.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run payroll end-to-end. Own the full Dutch payroll cycle in-house; accurate, compliant, and on time.
- Master data ownership. Oversee the validation of employee payroll master data; new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, absences, and garnishments (loonbeslag), ensuring every change is processed accurately and within payroll deadlines.
- Payroll controls & quality. Run rigorous pre- and post-payroll validations each cycle, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to keep payroll accurate before issues reach team members, customers or Finance.
- Handle all statutory filings & accesses. Loonaangifte (monthly payroll tax) and Jaaropgave (annual statement) — you own the Belastingdienst submissions. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing required government accesses (Belastingdienst, UWV).
- Own the payroll system. Configure and maintain the in-house payroll system, test legislative updates before they go live, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our Product team to improve automation and scalability.
- Be the subject matter expert. Advise the business on Loonheffing (payroll tax), Sociale verzekeringen (social insurance), Dutch arbeidsrecht (labour law), 30% ruling applications and CAO (collective labour agreement) interpretation.
- Own the numbers. Oversee payroll journals, GL mappings, reconciliations with Finance, and full data integrity.
- Own complex escalations. Be the key point of contact for our most complex client payroll issues. Pair your deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to turn hard problems into a best-in-class experience.
- Reporting. Maintain and prepare statutory and ad-hoc reports to meet regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive obligations, AVG/GDPR compliance across payroll data, WKR and Ondernemingsraad (works council)-facing pay assessment documentation.
- Audits. Provide structured data and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Level the team up. Improve processes, coach junior specialists through complex problems rather than solving issues for them, and back up Regional Managers when needed. Maintain a living knowledge base e.g. playbooks and SOPs. so legal updates and process knowledge stay documented and shared, never siloed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years running the complete native (in-house) payroll process for the Netherlands, comfortable independently handling a high volume of payslips per month.
- Advanced, hands-on AFAS and / or Nmbrs by Visma and / or Loket.nl http://Loket.nl experience is non-negotiable.
- PDL (Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie) and/or VPS (Vakopleiding Payroll Services) certification and/or NIRPA Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) registration; HBO (Bachelor) in Business Admin or Finance highly valued.
- Deep, current working knowledge of Dutch wage tax, social insurance, and labor law, and the confidence to advise stakeholders directly, not just execute.
- Dutch at C1/C2 for interaction with local authorities and fluent English for collaborating with our async global team.
- Comfortable owning complex, sensitive client escalations; balancing technical precision with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- An analytical, productivity-obsessed mindset. You're not a corporate "just follow the process" type; you thrive working from a blank canvas to build and set up processes, with an automation mindset that keeps improving how the work gets done.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving cross-functional change, even without an established playbook.
- Some experience coaching or mentoring less experienced colleagues; you like building others up, not just solving problems yourself.
- Comfortable working largely asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- A broader accounting background or qualification (e.g. RA/AA accountancy qualification); particularly useful for the GL mapping and reconciliation side of the role.
- Proven experience working on and delivering cross-functional HR/Payroll projects.
- Hands-on capability working with AI tools to optimize payroll or operations workflows.
- Strong data transformation skills and practical experience with data analytics platforms.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is reimagining how enterprise software is sold and the Solutions Consultant is the cornerstone of that model. As a SC, you’ll own the full customer journey: from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, workflow implementation, expansion & renewal planning. You are the single owner of your accounts, accountable for ensuring what you sell actually gets realized. You’ll build live in front of customers, translate workflow designs into commercial outcomes, and be a trusted partner with genuine continuity across the entire relationship. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and you want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal—as the single account owner for your book of business, with responsibility for ensuring credits sold translate into credits consumed
- Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: the discovery is the demo, not the slide deck—you’ll run discovery, design current-to-future-state workflow architecture, and co-build in Notion with the customer
- Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own the outbound motion for your book, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders alongside BDR-sourced pipeline
- Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path
- Guide customers through early implementation with a clear adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects for ongoing multi-workflow expansion
- Partner with Outcomes Architects (OA) on onboarding, adoption plans, expansion strategies, and renewal execution—owning the commercial arc while OAs drive day-to-day workflow adoption
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of a customer without a specialist in the room
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts, with the ability to map customer workflows and translate them into commercial outcomes and adoption plans
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions including procurement, legal, and security review cycles
- You can own the room - you operate with agency and urgency to bring new ideas and workflows to our customers and present simple ways to solve complex problems
- You’re obsessed with AI, constantly building with the newest tools & learning new ways of working
NICE TO HAVES
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new logo acquisition and expansion motions
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or CS team as part of an integrated customer motion
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead the team of SDRs generating pipeline for our North American sales org. You'll own the day-to-day leadership of the team — coaching reps, aligning with AEs and sales leadership, holding a high bar on execution, hiring, and building the systems that make the team consistently productive.
Our market is new and evolves by the day, and our buyers are hyper-technical. Prospecting at Baseten means earning credibility with that audience, and coaching a team to do it at scale. The right person for this role is a coach and a builder — someone who gets energy from developing people, is obsessive about execution, and wants to define what world-class pipeline generation looks like when the product, the buyers, and the sales motion are all AI-native.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for opening doors with the next wave of Baseten customers.
- Own the team's pipeline generation targets and drive consistent execution against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Build and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and frameworks across a wide range of accounts, tuned to a technical audience.
- Run 1:1s, team meetings, training, and pipeline reviews that make reps measurably better week over week.
- Partner with AEs and sales managers on account strategy, lead quality, and handoff processes.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and change it fast.
- Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, raising the talent bar with each hire.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting.
- Build with AI — test new tools, automate repetitive work, and make your team faster and sharper than a team twice its size.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years managing an SDR or BDR team at an enterprise-focused tech company, and 4+ years in tech overall.
- Direct experience as an SDR and/or AE — you've done the job you're coaching.
- Technical aptitude and real curiosity about AI infrastructure. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation about inference and want to get deeper.
- A track record of top performance and progression in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Strong coaching instincts — you'd rather be in the trenches on calls and messaging with your reps than managing by dashboard.
- Comfort with data and systems. You can pull a report, spot a trend, and turn it into a coaching conversation or a process change.
- Hands-on with AI in your own workflow — you've built, adopted, or experimented your way to a faster prospecting motion, and you can show us.
- A builder's mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you're at your best in high-change, fast-moving environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work.
You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing.
You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates.
Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix
- Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume
- Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes
- Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up
- Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift
- Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control
- Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds
- Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus
- Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing
- Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them
- AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built
- A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing
- Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them
- Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them
- Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch
- CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team
- Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with our CEO across our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on IC role on a lean product team. You'll be deep in the data, close to customers, and working alongside engineers from concept through to launch.
This suits a strategic operator with a founder mentality. You take ownership, default to action, and drive things end to end without waiting for explicit instructions. When the data is incomplete, you form a thesis and validate it with prototypes, fast experiments, and tight iterations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and roadmap for your product area - an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative
- Form your product ideas and decisions from three independent sources, not one:
- What customers tell you. Have regular check-ins with them, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points and what they're building next
- What customers can’t tell you. Dig into onchain and internal data to spot gaps in our performance, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- What you see yourself. You're plugged into DeFi and active in trading communities. You know firsthand what works and what doesn't
- Be a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth building
- Partner with GTM on positioning and driving adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product direction
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building
- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue
- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar
- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands
- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation. You're the user you're building for
- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output
- You exhibit our core values: https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-valuesdo the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
NICE TO HAVE
- Founded a company or was an early builder at a technology startup - taking a product from zero to one
- CS background, or an ex-engineer who moved into product
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $170,000 - $270,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
