From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s largest and most strategic accounts.
As Ramp expands its upmarket presence, you will help build and evolve the Enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will lead and develop high-performing SDRs who manage named books of business and navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
Key responsibilities include coaching and developing SDRs, setting team strategy, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to drive enterprise pipeline and business outcomes. As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping, scaling, and refining Ramp’s Enterprise growth strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the Enterprise SDR function, including team structure, playbooks, and processes for a named-account motion.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by managing daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics.
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs on Ramp’s products, enterprise buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales tools.
- Create and execute career-development and leadership plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1 coaching on time management, objection handling, enterprise prospecting, and active listening.
- Coach SDRs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise outbound motions, including account research, executive-level messaging, and strategic pipeline generation.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute initiatives that advance company objectives.
- Report on team performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency by continuously optimizing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Represent the Enterprise Sales Development team in cross-functional forums and with leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams, with a demonstrated record of exceeding team goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments (ideally within SaaS) and a history of outperforming quota in outbound sales.
- Experience managing or selling into enterprise accounts with complex, longer sales cycles.
- A passion for hiring and talent development, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools, as well as familiarity with email and call-automation platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, build scalable systems, and identify process improvements that increase conversion and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills.

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth Engagement Specialist to play a critical role in Wealthsimple's proactive client communication initiatives. This role is both technical and creative, where you'll work on the planning and execution of end-to-end growth marketing campaigns across Wealthsimple's brand and product ecosystem, using AI-assisted tooling to do it faster and better than ever before.
The ideal candidate is one who can think "client-first," who can balance multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing on quality, and who understands the interconnected technical and creative elements of consumer performance marketing programs — including where AI can meaningfully accelerate or improve that work. You'll be joining our multidisciplinary Growth organization where you'll work with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other growth and lifecycle marketers like yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (esp. in-app content, email and mobile push), including segmenting target audiences, orchestrating multi-channel journeys, building templates, QA & deploying campaigns, and reporting on performance
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Braze's AI features, or similar) to improve QA, content generation, campaign briefs, and reporting, and help build repeatable AI-powered workflows for the broader lifecycle & growth teams
- Ideate & experiment on growth engagement strategies/tactics, including personalization and content variation, to drive client acquisition, activation, retention and engagement
- Split your time roughly 50/50 between partnerships (integrating and marketing new partner offers, growing perk usage/redemptions, and supporting sponsorship activations) and referral growth (running monthly campaigns and experiments to increase acquisition through referrals)
- Analyze campaign and program performance; proactively report on campaign impact, client behaviours, and experimental results/learnings, using AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis where useful
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-5 years hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred); demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and processes
- 1+ year experience coding for email, or equivalent HTML/CSS skill required; SQL experience a plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar) in day-to-day marketing execution, comfort experimenting with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted QA, not just traditional tooling
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation across channels, campaigns, and more required
- Understanding of marketing technology best practices, including responsive design, inboxing/deliverability, and audience segmentation
- Campaign performance analysis & reporting, A/B testing experience required; demonstrated experimental design ability a strong plus
- Familiarity with key elements of lifecycle marketing acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies & tactics (esp. automated customer journeys, triggered comms, and multi-channel campaigns)
- Experience with mobile marketing (e.g. push notifications, in-app messaging) is a plus
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Creative, Engineering, Data, etc.) to set and execute against data-informed growth targets/OKRs

⚓ About Click&Boat
Click&Boat is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. We are a talented team of techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who spend each day pushing the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy.
Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals, with over €170M in annual GMV and a community of 2.4M+ registered users across 150+ countries worldwide. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the globe, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.
To fuel our next phase of growth, we're hiring a Head of Paid Acquisition to own and scale our paid marketing strategy, based in our Barcelona office.
🚤 The role
We're looking for a Head of Paid Acquisition to join our crew in Barcelona and own the strategy behind how we acquire renters and boat owners at scale, across all our markets.
Paid acquisition is a core growth lever for Click&Boat, sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, data, and brand. You'll lead a team of 3, own the paid media P&L, and work in close, day-to-day collaboration with Global Group Head of Performance (based in Miami) to align on global strategy, share learnings across the Group's marketplaces, and make the most of our combined scale.
Given the strategic weight of paid acquisition in our growth model, you'll report and present regularly to our Executive Board as well as to Boats Group stakeholders, on performance, strategy, and investment decisions.
🛟 What floats your boat
Define and own the paid acquisition strategy (SEA, paid social, display/programmatic, app campaigns) across all markets, to hit revenue, contribution margin, and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 Paid Acquisition Managers, setting clear objectives and building a culture of accountability, testing, and continuous improvement.
Own the paid media budget and P&L: allocate spend by market and channel, and manage CAC/ROAS targets with rigor.
Partner closely with Global Group Head of Performance to align on global media strategy, share best practices across the Group's marketplaces, and coordinate shared vendor relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) where relevant.
Report to the Executive Board and Boats Group stakeholders on performance and strategy, translating data into clear investment recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams on tracking, attribution, and landing page optimisation.
Identify and test new channels and formats, and assess where AI can improve targeting, bidding, or creative performance.
🧭 What you bring aboard
7+ years of experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing, ideally in a B2C, marketplace, e-commerce, or travel environment.
3+ years of experience managing a team, driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
Deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic/display, ideally in multi-market, multi-language contexts.
Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) and modeling CAC/LTV/ROAS.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international organisation, collaborating with Group stakeholders across time zones.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to a Board / C-level audience.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)
Fluent in Spanish or French.
Experience in the travel or marketplace industry.
Experience working within a global group structure, balancing local execution with global alignment.
🗺 The hiring journey
HR call with our Head of Talent Acquisition
Manager interview with our Head of Paid Acquisition (Group)
Interview with our CTO
Culture fit interview (VP People) / Validation interview (CEO)

🎯 Real strategic scope: you own paid acquisition end-to-end, with visibility all the way to the Board.
🌍 Exposure to a global Group: close, regular collaboration with Boats Group's team in Miami.
🏖 23 days of paid leave.
🌴 10 extra days off (CAB days).
🍽 Restaurant tickets: €3.50 per worked day, 100% paid by CAB.
