How we’re using AI today
On the Legal team, AI helps us move faster without sacrificing quality. The result is a team that can operate at higher volume with greater consistency, while creating more time for the judgment calls, collaboration, and meaningful decisions that matter most.
What we're looking for:
- Juris Doctor with active bar membership in Canada or the United States and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including time at a nationally recognized law firm and ideally a mix of late-stage private and public company work. Experience in technology or SaaS is preferred.
- Experience leading or supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, transaction documentation, and post-closing integration.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, securities laws, entity management and experience preparing for or managing public company compliance.
- Experience advising on international expansion, including subsidiary formation and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting financing transactions and related securities law compliance.
- Ability to identify legal and business risks, develop practical mitigation strategies, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing external counsel and coordinating cross-functional teams on complex legal matters.
- Excellent judgment, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to legal work.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining a high standard of execution.
What you can expect:
- Lead the legal workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Advise on legal considerations and regulatory requirements related to international operations and expansion.
- Oversee corporate entities, corporate records, and related governance processes, including the incorporation and ongoing management of global subsidiaries
- Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
- Support Finance on a variety of matters, including insurance renewals, tax planning, financial statements, employee equity, commission plans, and other strategic projects.
- Review marketing materials and advise on applicable compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees on relevant legal and regulatory topics.
- Identify legal risks across the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, including overseeing external counsel, developing case strategies, and supporting negotiations.
- Manage 1Password’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to leaders across the business, balancing thoughtful risk management with the needs of a fast-moving company.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Are you an engineering leader who views developer infrastructure not as a collection of scripts, but as a core product that enables engineering craft at scale? Do you want to help shape long-term platform strategy and remove friction for hundreds of developers? Then you may be the person we're looking for to lead the Kotlin Infrastructure team at JetBrains.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
The Kotlin Infrastructure team enables development across the Kotlin repository by building and evolving the engineering infrastructure behind Kotlin development. The team is responsible for developer experience, build infrastructure, CI/CD, release infrastructure, internal tooling, and engineering processes that help Kotlin teams create, test, and deliver software efficiently.
We're looking for a Team Lead who will help the team scale its impact across the Kotlin organization and the broader JetBrains engineering ecosystem. You'll work alongside an experienced Technical Lead and a team of highly skilled engineers. While the Technical Lead drives architecture and technical implementation, you'll shape infrastructure strategy, drive execution across multiple initiatives, and help Kotlin infrastructure evolve as an engineering platform.
Day to day, you will:
Engineering leadership
Define and drive the long-term evolution of Kotlin infrastructure together with the Technical Lead.
Own planning and prioritization across infrastructure initiatives, balancing immediate needs with long-term investments.
Drive initiatives that improve development productivity and the developer experience across the Kotlin engineering ecosystem.
Support engineers through coaching, feedback, and hiring.
Participate in cross-team collaboration to evolve the Kotlin infrastructure and engineering platforms.
Infrastructure platform
Guide the evolution of infrastructure supporting Kotlin development, including:
Developer experience across local development, code review, CI, and merge workflows.
Kotlin build architecture and build performance.
CI/CD systems, release infrastructure, artifact publication, and engineering workflows.
Internal tooling, engineering automation, and development infrastructure management.
Secure engineering infrastructure, including dependency management, reproducible builds, secrets, access management, build agents, and development environments.
What you’ll bring
An engineering mindset that values systemic efficiency and developer empathy over rigid processes.
The autonomy to make decisions close to the problem and accountability for the team’s choices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate architectural debates and align diverse engineering stakeholders.
A commitment to quality and refusal to cut corners on platform stability for short-term fixes.
The resilience to guide teams through open-ended, complex scaling challenges.
What you’ll need
Experience leading engineering teams or large technical initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Experience with developer infrastructure, build systems, CI/CD, or internal engineering platforms.
Understanding of software build systems and engineering workflows at scale.
Ability to evaluate technical proposals, facilitate architectural discussions, and help teams converge on pragmatic decisions.
A passion for improving developer productivity through tooling, automation, and platform development.
Experience with the following technologies would be nice to have:
TeamCity.
Gradle and Kotlin build scripts.
Kotlin or the JVM ecosystem.
Large monorepositories.
Internal developer platforms or developer experience tooling.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, highly autonomous Middle Next.js Developer to build and ship product features for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will own features end to end across a TypeScript monorepo — a Next.js App Router client, a Fastify + Payload CMS API on PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge — from the moment you receive a task, through breaking it down, estimating, implementing, testing, and observability, to a clean release to production and confirmation that it works for real users.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who treats production as the standard, not the finish line. Half-tested code, silent failures, and unverified AI-generated output are not acceptable. The codebase is convention-heavy — a layered Feature-Sliced Design structure with strict import rules — and you are expected to work inside those conventions rather than around them. You are accountable for every task you take on and for every area of the product you touch: if it breaks, regresses, or stays half-finished, that is yours to see through. We expect maximum autonomy and real involvement in the product — you work independently within a sprint, communicate risks before they become blockers, and escalate architectural decisions to senior engineers rather than guessing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Build features across the Next.js client and the Fastify + Payload CMS backend according to product requirements
- Write code that follows the team's Feature-Sliced Design layering, naming, and import conventions
- Ship changes behind feature flags and A/B experiments, fully localized across every supported locale
- Integrate third-party providers — billing, email/CRM, analytics — over REST APIs and webhooks
QUALITY & RELIABILITY
- Cover functionality with unit, integration, and e2e tests at the level the team expects
- Run a thorough self-review before code review, and review teammates' code with the same rigour
- Fix bugs and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Optimize page and endpoint performance — rendering and caching strategy, database queries, bundle size
SECURITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Apply secure development practices: schema validation, access control, safe handling of secrets
- Follow observability practices — structured logging, metrics, and alerts — using existing tooling
COLLABORATION
- Break down, estimate, and ship your own tasks to production within the sprint — and stay accountable for them after release
- Own the areas of the product you work in: their stability, performance, and follow-up fixes
- Surface requirement clarifications, estimate changes, and risks early and in writing
- Escalate complex architectural decisions and critical risks to senior engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of commercial React experience, including 1+ year with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, route handlers, rendering and caching strategies) and solid TypeScript
- Node.js backend experience on a typed HTTP framework (Fastify, Nest, or Express) with PostgreSQL — REST API design, schema migrations, integrations over REST and webhooks (signature verification, idempotency, retries) — plus a working understanding of HTTP/REST, auth mechanisms, and web security fundamentals
- Hands-on with the modern client stack: TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind CSS, and a React component library such as HeroUI, MUI, or shadcn/ui
- Experience with a code-first headless CMS on PostgreSQL (Payload, Strapi, Directus, or equivalent) — collections, access control, generated types, migrations
- Testing and delivery discipline: e2e tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit/integration tests (Vitest or Jest), Git flow, code review, working with CI
- Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code or equivalents), including configuring them for a project — context, instructions, rules, MCP/integrations — with full ownership of the quality, security, and correctness of generated code
- English — B1+
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Owns the outcome — takes a task from requirement to production without waiting to be pushed, and stays accountable for the result and the area it touches
- Maximally autonomous and involved — needs a goal, not step-by-step instructions, and cares how the product performs, not just whether the ticket is closed
- Verifies before trusting — treats AI output, third-party responses, and your own code as unproven until tested
- Structured communicator — surfaces risks, blockers, and estimate changes early, in writing, in a remote team
- Knows the edge of their scope — escalates architectural and security decisions instead of improvising them
- Learns from incidents — fixes the root cause, not just the symptom

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will turn targeted outreach into qualified conversations with security and IT decision-makers. You will build trust with internal IT teams and channel partners by asking clear questions, following up honestly, and learning what matters to each prospect.
You will bring Warrior Spirit to a quota-driven role by staying resilient through changing priorities and the daily work of building pipeline. You will Give a $h*t about the details that move opportunities forward, from thoughtful outreach and timely follow-up to accurate CRM data and a clear understanding of how Huntress helps customers and partners stay protected.
Responsibilities:
Prospect internal IT departments with 50 to 3,000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Establish trust and rapport with channel partners through phone, email, and LinkedIn while learning about their solutions, team composition, territories, and ideal customer profile.
Work collaboratively with the team to create outbound prospecting strategies for channel partners and mid-market internal IT departments.
Develop and manage contact and opportunity pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up on both.
Work closely with the Account Executive team to set demos, assist with closing deals, and build a passionate understanding of Huntress products, our human-led SOC, monthly educational webinars, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while maintaining accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce and documenting all interactions.
Explore practical AI tools to support prospect research, outreach preparation, account prioritization, and follow-up while applying sound judgment to the work.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have 1+ year of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success.
You have knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal conversations.
You can work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
You have experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with the VAR and reseller community is a bonus.
You are excited to explore AI and use it to work faster and smarter, with good judgment about when and how to apply it.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for all full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

About Us

With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.

— Deliver Kommand version upgrades including SSDT schema comparisons, version control, local pre-install testing, and customer coordination.
— Perform production upgrade execution after business hours to minimize downtime.
— Work on DEV, QA, and Sandbox environments during business hours.
— Validate, diagnose, and remediate defects, escalating rarely.
— Participate in on-call rotation covering Kommand, AutoStore, and T-sort system escalations.

Project Configuration & Deployment:
— Gather Kommand configurations and system parameters for projects.
— Translate Business Requirements Document and customer conversations into system settings, network spreadsheets, and parameters.
— Educate clients on host interface use.
— Configure Kommand sandbox and production environments for customer testing and go-live.
— Assist with training on new features.
Scope & Independence:

— Experience with formal software testing methodologies (IQ/UAT) including documentation and customer sign-off.
— Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve live production issues under time pressure.
