About Onedome
We're a UK fintech building high-throughput digital infrastructure for the mortgage and property space. Recently acquired Trussle. We're taking our platform to the next level: fully automated, self-healing, observable, and built to handle real traffic spikes (we have a TV launch coming up).
The role
You'll be our senior platform engineer. Not a traditional ops role. You'll treat infrastructure as a product, build the internal developer platform our engineers deploy through, and bring SRE discipline into the application tier when it's needed.
You won't have a platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability. We know exactly what we need.
What you'll do
Own 5 AWS accounts across the organisation (QA, Prod, Infra, plus two others)
Architect and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform. Replace the click-ops that's still around
Stand up CI/CD pipelines engineers actually want to use. Blue/green and canary where it makes sense
Run releases reliably and reduce key-person risk on the deploy process
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response so we catch issues before customers do. Define SLIs and SLOs that map to real user journeys
Lead incident response as the primary infra responder. Run blameless post-mortems
Patch and harden the platform. We're a fintech, this matters. IAM least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Lead infrastructure work for the TV launch: traffic spikes, autoscaling, capacity planning, runbooks
Partner with backend engineers when production issues cross into the app tier. JVM tuning, connection pools, async patterns, memory leaks
Architect multi-region DR. Drive the platform toward self-healing
Optimise cost across DynamoDB, Lambda, and the wider AWS footprint
Set architectural guardrails with tech leads and SWEs. Mentor engineers as the platform capability grows
You must have
6+ years hands-on AWS in production (VPC, IAM, EC2/ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS)
Production Terraform (Terragrunt a plus). Multi-environment state management
Production Kubernetes and Docker. EKS specifically
Strong CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. GitOps practices
Strong infrastructure security: IAM least privilege, secrets, patching, vulnerability scanning, MFA enforcement
Observability from scratch: CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
Solid backend competency in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Node. Understanding of JVM, concurrency, async systems
Comfort being the senior infrastructure person. Self-directed, opinionated, disciplined about documentation
B2/C1 Level English
Nice to have
Fintech or other regulated industry experience
DynamoDB at scale (we run many tables with PITR and S3 exports, Lambda-driven daily incrementals)
AWS cost optimisation track record
Past experience as a first infrastructure hire at a small team
Building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
AWS DevOps Pro, Solutions Architect Pro, or CKA
Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd) and DevSecOps practices
Firebase or GCP exposure (we have a small footprint there)
What you won't get from us
A platform team to lean on. You'll be building that capability
Click-ops everywhere. You'll be replacing what exists with IaC
Ambiguity about the work. We know exactly what we need
Working setup
UK working hours.
Fully remote across the EU
Tooling: Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Nuclino, GitHub
aws-vault with MFA enforcement on all accounts
Sustainable on-call rotation
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 / month

- Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on code quality, testing, and operational practices across the team
YOU BRING
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend or distributed systems development
- Experience building and operating production-grade APIs and microservices in a regulated or high-compliance environment (fintech, payments, banking, or similar)

We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
About the Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Teleport, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-sized organizations looking to secure their infrastructure in an AI-driven world. Teleport unifies identity across humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents — replacing fragmented, credential-based access with a hardware-rooted, cryptographic identity layer that scales zero trust across cloud and on-prem environments. You'll work closely with Sales Engineering, Account Development and Marketing to identify, qualify, and close new business, building a repeatable, high-velocity motion across a defined territory or vertical. This role is ideal for a driven, autonomous seller who thrives on prospecting and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — while helping customers eliminate credential sprawl, reduce identity-based attack surface, and prepare their infrastructure for the demands of agentic AI.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with Engineering, InfoSec teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop a territory plan and relentlessly execute against it in order to exceed your quota.
- Understand the nuances of selling open source technology.
- Help us foster our open source community and grow our commercial offering.
- Identify and excite champions at your key accounts so they become your executive sponsors.
- Navigate complex deals involving several stakeholders across engineering and InfoSec without coming across as "Salesy."
- Mentor our Sales Development Reps. You will collaborate with them in order to break into your target accounts.
- Strong listening and storytelling skills.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of quota attainment at a software startup in the infrastructure, security, open source space
- 1+ year experience working at a growing start up selling to scaling AI, fintech or e-commerce companies
- Experience in articulating the value of a product, aligning with the specific needs and compliance requirements amongst complex organizations
- Humility, curiosity, resilience, and a sense of humor.
- You're not afraid of prospecting.
- Based in NYC or SF Bay Area
How We Hire — Instructions
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and four team member, a presentation including clear instructions.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both

- You will hold a named role within a regulated entity with accountability and board-level visibility
- You will operate at the frontier of virtual asset regulation -- VARA is one of the most advanced and fastest-evolving crypto regulatory frameworks in the world, and you will be shaping how Kraken meets it from day one of market entry
- You will build ICT governance programs from scratch for new market entries, not inherit and maintain what others have set up
- Exposure to local governance forums, regulators, and senior stakeholders, with remote guidance and preparation support from the Global RISO Lead
- The scope of this role is intentionally designed to grow -- as Kraken's entity footprint expands, so does the portfolio and the regulatory breadth you will be exposed to, potentially including Asian and EU frameworks such as DORA
- You will join a remote-first, international team shaping the future of crypto asset governance and resilience across some of the world's most demanding regulatory environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix, Steuerbot and TaxScouts, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
AI is shifting how the best products get built. The handoffs between product, design, and engineering are slowing us down. The companies moving fastest are doing it with people who own the full loop, from the user problem to the shipped feature, without losing the thread.
At Taxfix, we’re rebuilding our R&D organization around this idea. We call these people builders.
A Builder has a primary craft, one they’re genuinely excellent at, but they don’t stop there. They stretch across product, design, and engineering as the situation demands, using AI to cover the gaps. They’re accountable to outcomes, not job descriptions.
Taxfix has put €5 billion back into our customers’ pockets and we aren’t stopping there. We operate in Germany, Spain, and the UK, and we’re in the middle of a genuine AI transformation in how we build and how we’re organized.
Assume there’s no designer to give you a Figma file. No engineer to hand the spec to. The magic is knowing what to build, why, and in what order, then making it happen. If building the thing sounds more natural to you than describing it, this role is for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS:
- Take a user problem from rough idea to shipped product. Write the brief, design the flow, prototype it, and get it in front of users, with as few handoffs as possible. Own the full loop.
- Compress research, synthesis, and spec-writing from weeks into hours. You reach for AI tools not because you’ve been asked to, but because they faster make you faster in delivering high quality outcome. You know when to trust the output, when to edit it, and when to reject it. Use AI as a force multiplier.
- You structure fuzzy problems, identify what should and shouldn’t be built, and move forward when there are dozens of possible directions. The magic is in the trade-offs, not the feature list. Turn ambiguous ideas into things users can trust.
- You collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI-related product work, translating AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and outputs into clear product decisions. You work effectively in hybrid human-AI teams. Work in small, focused teams.
- You know the metric your team is trying to move. You measure your week by what changed in user behaviour, not by how many tickets moved to Done. Be accountable to outcomes, not roadmaps.
- You give feedback directly, to anyone, regardless of level. You raise blockers early and in the open. Push back when something’s wrong. Team player who raises the bar.
YOUR PROFILE:
YOUR CRAFT
- 5+ years experience in Product Management (ideally in fintech or B2B). You’ve shipped things that real people use, and you can point to the metric that moved when you did.
- Understand implicitly the product development process - from discovery, to user research to experimentation. You are able to build and defend a compelling strategy that solves user needs.
- You have a builder track record: you’ve made things with AI, not just written specs about them. Shipped products, agent workflows, or tools real users have touched. Any of these count whether at work or in your personal life.
- You’re AI-native by default. You use tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or similar regularly. You follow the AI product space closely and you know the difference between a demo and something production-ready.
- You’ve built personal AI workflows that make you meaningfully faster. You know when to trust AI output, when to edit it, and when to reject it.
- You’ve gone from user problem to testable prototype without waiting for a brief to be written for you. The output was good enough that a team shipped from it.
- Low PM baggage: you’re not attached to how product management "should" be done. You care about outcomes, not territory.
- When designing and shipping AI-enabled products, you consider privacy, safety, fairness, transparency, bias, and accountability. You assess when AI-generated outputs are appropriate for use and raise concerns when risks or limitations are identified.
YOUR RANGE
- Across all three disciplines, you can hold your own: in Product you can identify opportunities, assess impact, and prioritize ruthlessly. In Design, you have taste: you know when something looks right but feels wrong. In Engineering, you’ve used AI coding tools to build something real, and you’re not dependent on an engineer to tell you why it’s broken.
HOW YOU WORK
- Data fluency: you know the metric you were trying to move, and you can say whether you moved it, with healthy skepticism about what metrics do and don’t tell you.
- You believe in experimentation and ship with velocity to learn quickly. You know your way around AB tests and are excited to try new data science models to learn faster.
- You’ve worked on products where getting it wrong has real consequences for real people, and that raised your bar, not lowered it.
- You’ve found a way through blockers rather than waiting to be unblocked. When something was genuinely impossible, you documented why and moved on.
- You bring an entrepreneurial and independent mindset. You are excited about spotting opportunities and then acting on them.
- Fluency in English is required (German is a plus).
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF…
- You’re not genuinely excited about being able to stretch across design and engineering functions.
- You’ve never built an AI prototype and/or shipped code, side projects count.
- You pride yourself in what you delivered rather than its impact
- You need certainty, a full brief, or someone else’s research to get started.
- You don’t believe in fast learning and getting things into customers hands early and use
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal tech meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

- Improve Checkout performance and stability by finding bottlenecks and fixing issues in key user flows.
- Use product data and experiments to find friction in the Checkout funnel, test ideas, and improve conversion.
- Investigate production issues using logs, traces, product events, and metrics, and work with APIs and backend services when needed.
- Take part in technical decisions and code reviews and help maintain frontend code quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Strong understanding of browsers, networking, and mobile web.
- Experience improving web performance, including FCP, LCP, profiling, bundle size, and resource loading.

- Ability to own your work from implementation and release to stable operation in production.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, gaming, or other consumer products with a large mobile audience.

- Understanding of frontend security, including CSP, iframe security, and PCI scope.

We’re looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to build security into our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. You’ll work closely with DevOps and development teams to establish practical security standards as our platform grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Harden our GKE clusters and container supply chain.
- Build automated security checks into CI/CD (SAST, dependency, container, and IaC scanning).
- Own secrets management and least-privilege access across the platform.
- Drive vulnerability and cloud posture management to remediation.
- Build security monitoring and lead incident response.
- Actively drive SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS Level 1 work: implement controls, prepare evidence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in DevSecOps, cloud security, or a security-heavy DevOps/Platform role.
- Strong production experience with GCP (AWS/Azure acceptable).
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and Terraform-managed infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD security, cloud IAM, secrets, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Ability to build security practices from scratch and get teams to adopt them.
- Strong English communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Cloudflare, Datadog, Wiz, Drata, or GitHub Actions.
- Prior SOC 2 or PCI DSS audit experience.
- Background in payments, gaming, or high-load products.
