At
NOVACARD
, we’re redefining how people use credit. We are the
first interest-free and no-annual-fee credit card in Mexico
, designed to simplify personal finances and give users complete control — all from a mobile app. With NOVACARD, users only pay when they use it and can manage everything digitally. Our mission is to empower people to make smarter financial decisions by offering flexibility, transparency, and the freedom they need to reach their goals. Simple finances, big goals.
About the Role:
We are looking for a
Deputy CFO
to act as the CFO’s direct strategic and operational partner and serve as a full deputy across finance workstreams when required. This is a senior finance leadership role with a strong focus on strengthening NOVACARD’s analytical core —
budgeting, financial modeling, and unit economics
— while also overseeing management reporting, credit portfolio analytics, treasury and liquidity, and finance team development.
You will combine hands-on analytical ownership with senior-level financial leadership, helping translate business and portfolio dynamics into clear financial decisions. The role requires a highly structured finance leader who can build scalable planning and reporting processes, challenge assumptions, maintain rigorous data integrity, and partner effectively with Product, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Legal, investors, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the
annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
across revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount, including monthly re-forecasting and scenario updates.
Build and maintain a robust
budget-to-actual framework
, connecting operational and portfolio drivers — including card issuance, activation, portfolio growth, DPD/NPL trends, and credit losses — to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow outcomes.
Deliver monthly
variance and root-cause analysis
, identifying deterioration or upside early and translating financial insights into clear management actions.
Continuously improve and automate FP&A processes through standardized templates, driver-based budgeting, stronger data flows, and shorter planning cycles.
Build and stress-test
base, downside, and stress scenarios
, including their impact on profitability, funding requirements, liquidity, and runway.
Own and continuously refine
unit economics models
by product, customer cohort, and vintage, ensuring economics remain current as the business and portfolio scale.
Develop financial models for
new products, pricing changes, and strategic initiatives
, including sensitivity, break-even, NPV/IRR, and cost-of-capital analysis.
Integrate
credit losses, CoR, ECL/IFRS 9, funding costs, and processing/platform expenses
into a defensible view of portfolio profitability per card, cohort, and vintage.
Maintain high standards of
data quality, reconciliation, and traceability
across financial models and management reporting, documenting limitations and developing defensible proxies where required.
Prepare monthly
management reporting
covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, waterfall analyses, portfolio economics, and key business drivers for HQ, investors, and the executive team.
Ensure material discrepancies are investigated and resolved before external reporting, and maintain clear disclosure of
related-party versus third-party transactions
.
Own
credit portfolio yield and performance analytics
in partnership with the CRO function, including yield, APR proxy, DPD buckets, NPL/CoR, vintage curves, and cohort performance.
Deliver cohort and vintage analysis to support
pricing, risk appetite, provisioning, and portfolio management decisions
.
Oversee the
13-week rolling cash flow model
, liquidity scenarios, and runway analysis, acting as first-line reviewer and approver on behalf of the CFO when required.
Monitor liquidity across banks and payment platforms and serve as
second-level authorization
within the payment approval framework.
Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring to the finance organization across
FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Data Analytics
, setting clear standards for quality, timeliness, and documentation.
Partner with Product, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to embed
unit economics and financial discipline
into product, pricing, and strategic decisions from the outset.
Participate in finance systems strategy, including
ERP selection, system integrations, process automation, and financial data infrastructure
.
Act as the
CFO’s proxy
when required, including interactions with HQ, investors, external advisors, and preparation of board-level materials.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building its own servers, racks, and accelerator systems with contract manufacturers and ODM partners, and deploying them across our fleet of data centers. We are seeking experienced engineers to own how well that hardware gets built.
As a Product Engineer on the Manufacturing Operations team, you are the technical owner of a product at the factory. During development, you gather manufacturing, test, and yield concerns, get them fixed in the design before each build, and sign off that the product is ready to move to the next stage. Once a product is in mass production, you keep it healthy by delivering engineering changes with minimal disruption, qualifying new components and second-source manufacturers, and root-causing yield and field failures.
This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel to partner factories in the US and abroad. You should be as comfortable debugging a test failure on the line as you are presenting a corrective action plan to leadership.
Representative projects
Take a new accelerator rack from early evaluation to mass production at an ODM: audit the assembly and test process, set yield targets, confirm test coverage, and approve the transition.
Scale manufacturing from one line to multiple and then to a second site or second manufacturer without yield or throughput regressions.
Run a cross-functional root cause on field failures traced to a manufacturing gap, drive corrective action with the ODM/CM, and close the loop with the design itself when required.
Lead an engineering change across manufacturers: BOM and PLM updates, cut-in planning, partner training, validation, and monitor field failures/RMA.
Bring manufacturing requirements and validation data into each development phase review so the engineering team has a single prioritized list of what to fix before the next build.
You may be a good fit if you
Have carried a hardware product from early builds through mass production at a contract manufacturer or ODM.
Have set up or improved assembly and test processes at a manufacturing partner and drove yield, quality, and schedule commitments.
Use structured manufacturing and root-cause methods (DFM, FMEA, SPC, 8D or similar) as a matter of habit, and are an expert at translating messy failure data into clear decisions.
Can write a product-specific test plan and judge whether test coverage is sufficient.
Communicate clearly with partner engineers and operations staff on the floor as well as with leadership in a readout.
Are willing to travel to partner sites up to 50% of the time.
Have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong candidates may also
Have been the technical lead for a data center hardware program such as: server, storage, switch, rack, or accelerator.
Have stood up a new manufacturing line or site, or brought up a second CM for an existing product.
Have experience with liquid-cooled or high-power-density rack systems.
Possess a Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Have worked closely with sourcing and supply chain teams on component qualification and multi-sourcing strategies.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a product-driven marketing leader to accelerate the growth and adoption of OKX products across North East Asia.
This is not a traditional brand or events-focused marketing role. The role sits at the intersection of
Product, Growth, Marketing and Business
, with a strong focus on understanding CeFi products, identifying market opportunities, and translating them into measurable user and business growth.
The ideal candidate has strong product sense, understands crypto users and trading behavior, and is highly data-driven. You should be comfortable working closely with Product, BD, VIP, Affiliate and local market teams to identify growth opportunities, build GTM strategies, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
You will also need strong judgment when operating across different market and regulatory environments, ensuring that growth strategies, user targeting and marketing execution are appropriate for each market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the
product growth marketing strategy for NEA
, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes, including user acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention and revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of
CeFi
products and crypto trading
, including Spot, Derivatives, Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bots, VIP products and other key trading tools, and identify which products and features can become meaningful growth drivers in each market.
Build and execute
product-led GTM strategies
based on local user behavior, competitor dynamics and market opportunities rather than relying primarily on brand campaigns or offline events.
Work closely with
Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams
to translate product capabilities into user acquisition, conversion and monetization opportunities.
Use data to understand the full user funnel, identify growth bottlenecks and continuously optimize campaigns, product positioning, incentives, conversion journeys and user segmentation.
Understand and effectively use different
digital and growth marketing tools
, including performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL/influencer channels, promotions and incentive mechanisms.
Develop clear user segmentation strategies across retail traders, active traders, high-value users and other relevant customer groups, and design differentiated product propositions and growth strategies for each segment.
Act as the
voice of NEA users
to global Product teams by identifying product gaps, competitive disadvantages and emerging user needs, and help prioritize opportunities that can materially improve growth.
Conduct structured analysis of competitors, including their products, pricing, incentives, campaigns, user journeys and growth mechanisms, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for major marketing initiatives, with strong accountability for their impact on product adoption and business growth.
Develop market-specific GTM strategies with appropriate consideration for
local regulatory requirements, user targeting, communication boundaries and distribution approaches
, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
Build scalable growth playbooks that can be tested in individual NEA markets and expanded when proven successful.
What We Look For In You
Strong
CeFi
and crypto product knowledge is essential.
You should understand how centralized exchanges work and be familiar with major trading products, user journeys and the competitive landscape.
Strong
product sense
— able to understand why users choose one product over another, identify product-market gaps, and translate product capabilities into compelling growth propositions.
Highly
data-driven and commercially minded
. Comfortable using data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities and measure whether marketing initiatives actually contribute to user and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of
digital growth tools and mechanics
, including performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, referral, affiliate, KOL channels, promotions, incentives and conversion optimization.
Proven experience driving
measurable business or product growth
, rather than primarily managing branding, communications, events or community activities.
Strong understanding of crypto user behavior, particularly active traders and high-value users. Direct crypto trading experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work cross-functionally with
Product and Business teams
and influence priorities without relying on direct reporting lines.
Strong market judgment and awareness of how growth strategies may need to differ across regulatory and market environments.
Ability to balance
growth ambition with responsible execution
, including appropriate user segmentation, targeting, communication and channel strategies.
Strong analytical capability in market research, competitive analysis, funnel analysis and campaign performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to turn complex product and market insights into clear priorities and executable plans.
Experience in major North East Asian crypto markets is highly preferred.
Fluency in 1 or more NEA Language and English.
What Success Looks Like

We expect this leader to demonstrate measurable impact on:
Product adoption and active users
Trading activity and revenue
Acquisition and activation efficiency
User retention and reactivation
Conversion of high-potential user segments
Successful adoption of priority products in NEA

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for an executive communications manager to shape Figma's story and how our execs tell it. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to turn early ideas into clear, compelling points of view and build platforms that only they can credibly own. From there you'll work with our comms team and Figmates across the company to get those stories told in the spaces and places where they’ll have the most impact.
A lot of the work is writing: essays, keynotes, social posts and op-eds. The rest is strategy: figuring out which ideas are worth developing, which audience needs to hear them, how a story travels and what makes people excited to share it.
This is a new role reporting to our VP of Communications. The ideal candidate will write and speak with the same precision and clarity they’d expect from the execs they support. They’ll know how to make someone sound sharp in a 140-character post and credible in a 3,000-word essay. You’ll operate with low ego, high conviction and the curiosity to uncover stories people want to hear and that our execs want to tell.
This is a full-time role based in San Francisco or New York City hubs.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build the narrative framework executives across the business use to tell Figma's story, and their own
Work with our comms team on media strategy, and bring sound judgment to messaging and channel selection
Partner with (and occasionally spar) with executives to sharpen their ideas and the broader point of view behind them
Build the system and infrastructure this function needs to keep our executive storytelling consistent and differentiated
Find ways to measure impact and drive a culture of experimentation in our exec comms
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Extensive experience crafting narratives for senior executives across formats, channels and audiences
A track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions and high standards
Executive presence, and a track record of influencing people who don't report to you
Media relations experience and sound judgment on press, messaging and reputation
Comfort with ambiguity, deep curiosity and a record of shipping strong work
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
A journalism or editorial background, with an instinct for what's newsworthy and how a story reads to an outside audience
Experience in tech, creative pursuits and/or product design and development
Strong business literacy and the ability to translate complex financial and technical topics for a broader audience
Passion for Figma and what we do!
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Responsibilities
Underwriting Framework and Credit Policy:
— Design the fund's underwriting framework from scratch: credit policy, underwriting standards, rating and scoring methodology, credit memo templates, and approval workflows — built for LP diligence from day one.
— Build the data edge into the process: integrate Xsolla's payments telemetry and game-revenue data into underwriting as a durable information advantage.
Deal Underwriting and Structuring:
— Lead the underwriting of lending facilities to game studios and gaming businesses: financial analysis, revenue durability, downside cases, and recovery analysis.

Credit Committee and Governance:

LP Diligence and Fundraising Support:

Credit Playbook and Team Building:

Skills and Competencies:
— Deep fluency in credit analysis, financial modeling, covenant design, collateral structures, and credit documentation.
— The gravitas to sit across from LPs, investment committees, and founders — and the judgment to say no to a deal.
— Enjoys mentoring junior team members and building a strong credit culture as the team grows.
— Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving team where you build the machine you then operate.

Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and enforcement systems that define and hold the limits on how Claude can be used. In this role, you'll own our conventional weapons work.
Defining a crisp boundary between acceptable and harmful requests in this domain is difficult, because the underlying components are dual-use: the same capabilities that serve civilian engineering and research can also contribute to a weapons system. Building the threat models, evaluations, and detection systems that hold that boundary is the core of this role.
Conventional weapons are increasingly defined by software, and the risks reach well beyond firearms: from a model operating a weapons system or writing guidance code, to the weaponization of dual-use platforms. The role spans every weapon class, up to autonomous systems that select and engage targets without human authorization.
You will help define the line between prohibited weapons development and legitimate research and engineering work, and how to operationalize the distinction. This will include translating technical judgment into principles that engineers can implement and enforcement teams can act on.
Key responsibilities
Own and maintain Anthropic's conventional weapons policy, defining the boundary between the activities our models should and should not support
Build the threat models and evaluations that measure how our models could contribute to weapons development, including the software and autonomy components that define modern weapons systems, and keep them current as the technology and its misuse evolve
Partner with engineering to turn the policy into model guardrails, detection systems, and enforcement tooling
Serve as the subject-matter expert for escalations involving conventional weapons content, including rapid response to emerging risks
Build shared understanding of the policy across product, engineering, legal, and leadership, communicating its reasoning to technical and non-technical audiences
Engage external experts as well as government and industry partners, and translate that engagement into stronger policy and enforcement
Minimum qualifications
Have deep, applied expertise in weapons systems and can translate complex technical evidence into sound policy judgments
Experience in a relevant setting, such as a service research laboratory, a defense research or innovation agency, or a company that designs or builds weapons systems
Can write clear, operationally precise policy and explain complex technical topics to non-specialist audiences
Understand the legal frameworks governing weapons and their transfer, and can craft policy that holds up across jurisdictions
Can do rigorous technical analysis of weapons systems using only open sources
Are comfortable with ambiguity and drawn to problems that have no established playbook
Are motivated by preventing misuse without obstructing the legitimate work in the field
Preferred qualifications
A working understanding of machine learning and large language model fundamentals
Hands-on engineering experience in a weapons-relevant technical domain, such as systems engineering, robotics and autonomy, guidance/navigation/control, sensors and signal processing, aerospace or mechanical engineering, materials and energetics, or embedded software
Hands-on experience applying arms export controls (ITAR/EAR) or international arms-control regimes
Experience building or evaluating classifiers, including LLM-based ones, and reasoning about precision and recall for rare, high-consequence categories
Trust & safety or product policy experience at a technology platform
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$245,000
—
$285,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
