What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want:
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Solutions Consultant VP, you’ll be embedded in the Revenue team and report directly to the VP, Solutions Consulting. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales representatives to convey Garner's value proposition and technical product design to high-value prospective customers. With the support of Garner's Data and Product teams, you will design solutions to serve new business and serve as a technical liaison for our clients.
What you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and Provider products and our clinical methodologies
Serve as the subject matter expert in presenting our cutting-edge healthcare platforms during the sales process
Help manage relationships with high-value prospects
Clearly and persuasively communicate Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions
Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product enhancements
Who we're looking for:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare consulting or technical sales, including at least 2 years in a role dedicated to presenting complex and data-rich methodologies and analyses
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies
An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment preferred
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $285,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

About the company
Our client is a fast-growing sales acceleration agency based in the UK, specializing in bespoke B2B and B2C telemarketing, lead generation, and appointment setting. Working as an embedded extension of marketing departments for both high-street brands and emerging businesses, the team focuses on non-scripted, natural engagement to drive authentic growth. Job Summary
This is a high-impact role for a battle-tested cold caller who thrives on high-level B2B engagement. At this company, we don’t do "scripted" telemarketing or "pitch-slapping." Employ permission-based openers and pattern interrupts to move past gatekeepers and engage busy executives.
Identify prospect pain points and solve problems rather than reading from a script.
Maintain an average of 1.5 hours of talk time daily while managing multiple client campaigns.
Manage and document all activity accurately within Microsoft Office and relevant CRM tools.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of pure B2B cold calling experience with a proven track record of booking sales meetings.
