Location: London
Workplace: Hybrid
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a Solutions Engineer at Linear, you will be the technical guide across the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and close through onboarding and expansion. Partnering most closely with Sales, you will drive revenue by leading technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution design for prospects and existing customers. You will stay engaged through onboarding to ensure technical continuity, and provide clear handoffs to Customer Success that capture context, decisions, risks, and next steps. You will also codify repeatable patterns through demo environments, migration and integration playbooks, and enablement for new sales hires.
Location & work mode
This role is anchored to our London hub. We’re looking for someone who can work from our London office in Shoreditch 3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays), with flexibility around scheduling, as this role will be closely connected to in-person collaboration with our growing sales presence in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the customer’s technical advisor across the lifecycle, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure continuity from evaluation through onboarding and expansion, with a primary focus on pre-sales revenue impact.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture for strategic prospects and existing customers; translate customer workflows into Linear configuration, data model, permissions, and integration patterns.
- Run pre-sales technical evaluations end-to-end: deliver tailored deep-dive demos, proof-of-concepts, security and architecture reviews, and integration workshops that remove deal risk and accelerate time to close.
- Design and execute migrations and implementation plans that set customers up for long-term success; provide clear handoffs to post-sale teams (context, decisions, risks, and next steps).
- Build and maintain realistic, scalable demo environments and reference configurations that mirror enterprise workflows and enable Sales to tell a credible, repeatable story.
- Codify lifecycle playbooks and enablement: create technical training for sales and post-sale teams, curate exemplars, and continuously improve the technical sales motion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2 and GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
- Experience with Github and git; Linear and/or Jira strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues
- CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Comfort with SQL and scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites

About The Role
We're looking for a Growth PM who can own the next chapter of how Alchemy grows. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market — and the surface area is expanding fast. Our AI agent platform lets autonomous software create wallets, pay for API access in real time, and operate fully on-chain, opening up an entirely new category of user to acquire, activate, and retain. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and build something that compounds.
You'll have full end-to-end ownership of the growth motion — strategy, experimentation, and the number. You'll have a direct line to leadership, high visibility across the org, and the resources to move fast and make a real dent.
What You'll Do
- Own the full growth funnel — set the strategy, define the metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform
- Identify and build the compounding loops that turn great developer experience into organic growth — referrals, word of mouth, community, virality
- Deeply instrument the product to understand where developers convert, where they drop off, and what moves the needle
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program — rapid A/B tests, sharp hypotheses, and a relentless focus on finding what works
- Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG motions — and figure out which bets compound fastest at our scale
- Open up an entirely new growth surface: AI agents are becoming first-class users of developer platforms, and nobody has cracked how to acquire, activate, and retain them yet
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product, 2–3+ with true end-to-end ownership of growth — you've moved a metric that mattered and can show your work
- Deep growth craft — funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design, channel strategy. You think in loops, not campaigns
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products — Web2 (Stripe, Twilio, Vercel) or Web3, fluency in either translates
- Analytical and decisive — you build models fast, pressure-test assumptions, and act on signal
- Strong enough to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion without direct authority

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team in a high-impact role driving AI adoption across our Industry segment. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Industries, you'll be the strategic partner and a trusted advisor to our most complex customers with a portfolio spanning Entertainment, Insurance, Manufacturing and Retail organizations—helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll work with organizations across diverse industries that are transforming their businesses with AI technology. Developing genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, drive model and use case optimizations, implement change management strategies, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code and Claude for Enterprise, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and their industry vertical to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for your Industry portfolio, balancing high-touch strategic accounts with efficient coverage models to maximize impact across all customers

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Strong experience building backend services in a modern language (e.g. Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).

- Partner closely with product, design, and data to refine hypotheses, define measurable outcomes, and interpret results.
- Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security.
- Raise the bar for code quality, observability, and performance across the team.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and pairing.
- Identify technical opportunities to unlock new growth mechanisms.
- See your work directly influence measurable customer and business outcomes.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Ensure strong operational excellence, including observability, reliability, and incident readiness for revenue-critical systems.
Promote best engineering practices, mentor engineers across teams, and support their growth in scalability and system design.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment across functions.
