At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
A fast-growing performance marketing agency based in the UK, our client specializes in high-impact patient acquisition for the cosmetic dentistry sector. By combining premium creative production with cutting-edge AI-driven sales systems, the team bridges the gap between lead generation and clinical consultations. They provide a comprehensive solution that includes specialized Meta advertising and automated appointment setting, ensuring high-value cases like Invisalign and dental implants reach the practitioners they serve.
The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, priding themselves on being early adopters of AI to drive measurable growth. With a strategic, results-focused culture, they offer an environment where innovation is prioritized to help clients outperform local competition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling, specialist firm that values transparent performance and is dedicated to transforming how healthcare providers manage their digital growth and sales pipelines.
Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.
Introduction: Action1 is transforming endpoint security for modern IT teams. As we continue our evolution from SMB to enterprise, we are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise organizations in the United States. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle role focused on landing and expanding mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders to position Action1’s patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution. We’re looking for someone who understands how enterprise cybersecurity buying works — longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical validation, procurement navigation — and who thrives in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment. If you’ve successfully sold cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions into enterprise accounts and enjoy building pipelines as much as closing, this role is for you.

Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close — including discovery, stakeholder mapping, value alignment, proof-of-concept coordination, negotiation, and contract execution.
Sell to IT & Security Leaders: Engage IT Managers, Directors of Infrastructure, CISOs, and technical buying committees with credibility and consultative expertise.
Build & Maintain Strong Pipeline Coverage: Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning. Maintain disciplined forecasting and opportunity hygiene in Salesforce.
Navigate Complex Buying Processes: Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, security reviews, procurement workflows, and competitive displacement strategies.
Partner with Solutions Engineers: Collaborate closely with pre-sales/technical resources to ensure strong technical validation and alignment with customer requirements.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within enterprise customers to drive expansion revenue and long-term retention.
Stay Market-Aware: Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, endpoint management landscape, and competitive positioning.
Operate with Ownership: Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to provide feedback from the field and refine messaging.
Requirements
3–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure solutions
Proven success in consistently owning deals with a minimum average of $30k value
Proven success selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
Experience engaging IT buyers (IT Directors, SysAdmins, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams)
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
Strong forecasting discipline and Salesforce hygiene
Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
We are seeking candidates who can start as soon as possible due to business needs.
Bonus: SLED experience
Benefits
A collaborative environment encouraging you to own your domain and implement best practices
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for promotion.
Friendly and professional peers, eager to help and help you grow.
A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.

If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the West / Mountain & Desert region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales.
As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.

Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Senior Account Executive in the Southwest region, you’ll report directly to the VP, Employer Sales - Southwest.
The Senior Account Executive will deliver strong sales results within the Southwest market in the 200-999 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents and employers. You will carry your own quota, activating new brokers, deepening the partners already producing for Garner, and opening the next wave of top-producing advisors. It is a build-and-close role: you fill your own pipeline, run deals end to end, and put in place the tracking that keeps your territory predictable. Every partner you activate puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members.
What you will do
Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory in the Southwest market, which includes: AR, LA, TN, MS, TX, WY, NM, CO
Continue and expand on Garner’s existing broker relationships
Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our sales and partnership pipeline
What we're looking for
Experience in a quota-carrying broker-channel sales role OR experience as a broker
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
Experience selling benefits-adjacent products; healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders

The target total comp (inclusive of base + bonus) range for this role is $160,000 – $175,000.

As a Regional Sales Director in the Northeast Region, you’ll report directly to the VP, Employer Sales - Northeast.
The Regional Sales Director will deliver strong sales results within the Northeast market in the 1,000-9,999 life segment. This role’s focus is relationship management within our partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. It is a build-and-close role with real autonomy: you run your own book, take on the hardest deals, and shape how your region wins. Every partner you bring on puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members.
What you will do
Own revenue responsibilities for your specific territory within the Northeast region, which includes: CT, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT, NJ, NY, PA, DE
Own a quarterly quota, delivering on it independently and taking on the most complex and cross-functional deals with minimal support.
Build and grow the region's base of brokers and advisors, activating new partners and deepening the highest-producing ones.
Personally develop and win the region's most strategic Gold Advisor relationships.
Shape territory strategy alongside your partner roles (Enterprise, AE, CR, and peer RDs), sharing what is working across the region.
What we're looking for
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside
A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system
Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
