About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
As a Backend Engineer on Ondo's market making team, you'll build and scale the infrastructure behind our trading stack - real-time systems that quote and hedge tokenized markets 24/7 across on-chain and traditional venues. This is a small, senior team, working in Rust and Go, with high ownership over live production risk.
You'll work across systems that manage pricing, execution, and PnL accounting, integrating market data from both traditional venues and on-chain sources. You'll collaborate closely with the trading and infrastructure teams to define robust interfaces and deliver systems that hold up under real-time, high-throughput conditions.
This is a rare opportunity to build at the intersection of Web2 and Web3, in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement low-latency backend systems and APIs for quoting, hedging, and executing across on-chain and traditional trading venues.
Collaborate with the trading team to define interfaces and workflows between pricing, execution, and market data services.
Own integrations with market data providers, exchanges, and on-chain venues, including feed handling and order execution.
Build reconciliation and data-integrity tooling so positions, fills, and PnL stay consistent across live trading state.
Establish and enforce backend engineering standards, best practices, and security protocols across the stack.
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence.
Requirements
4+ years of backend software engineering experience, with strong programming ability in Go or Rust, and willingness to work in both.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and building services that run under real-time or latency-sensitive conditions.
Experience integrating with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), third-party services, and high-throughput, production-critical systems.
Demonstrated interest in Web3, DeFi, or trading systems—whether through professional experience or side projects.
Familiarity with market microstructure or order execution is a plus, but not required.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ambiguity and high ownership over live production risk.
Nice to haves
Experience with market data providers and protocols (Databento, SIP/prop equity feeds, venue WebSocket APIs).
Prior work on trading systems, execution infrastructure, or market data infrastructure at a trading firm, exchange, or broker.
Exposure to crypto venues and on-chain trading.
What we offer
• Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
• Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
• Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
• A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
• Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

- Context & Memory Boundary Security: Design strict data isolation and poisoning prevention controls for vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and long-term conversation memories across multi-tenant workloads.
- Risk Management & Cross-Functional Enablement
- Maintain the AI Security Source of Truth: Define, document, and maintain authoritative secure design patterns and SDKs for engineering teams building internal or customer-facing AI agent capabilities.
- Contribution to Risk Register: Identify, quantify, and document non-deterministic and agentic security risks (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs & AI Agents, MITRE ATLAS), ensuring they are accurately represented in the Cybersecurity Risk Register.
- Auditability & Observability: Design tamper-evident logging and telemetry standards for agent reasoning chains, tool execution history, and context assembly to support incident response, forensics, and GRC requirements.
- Compliance & Sales Enablement: Partner with GRC to translate complex AI security controls into enterprise-ready audit documentation (e.g., ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act readiness) and support Sales on complex enterprise security inquiries regarding AI safety.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering or security architecture, with at least 2+ years dedicated specifically to AI/ML security, LLM application security, or securing agentic frameworks.
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures and protocols (e.g., Model Context. Protocol (MCP), LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, ReAct frameworks, and vector database technologies).
- Hands-on expertise with threat vectors unique to agentic AI: Indirect Prompt
- Injection, Goal Hijacking, Tool Parameter Tampering, Data Poisoning, and Context Contamination.
- Strong background in applying safety standards and risk frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs & AI Agents, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript with a proven track record of reviewing code and building functional security tooling or guardrails.
- Experience authoring, maintaining, and evangelizing technical security architecture documentation.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex non-deterministic AI risks to both deep technical engineers and executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record of contributing to an enterprise Cybersecurity Risk Register.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience designing runtime sandboxing and isolation technologies (e.g., Firecracker, gVisor, Docker, WebAssembly) for dynamic code execution environments.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification, enabling us to bring our industry-leading technology to partners in the US public sector. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build Sierra’s public sector business: Own a portfolio of strategic Federal, state or local government accounts, develop territory and account plans, build qualified pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Create opportunities around mission outcomes: Develop trusted relationships with agency leaders, program executives, technology teams, procurement officials, and other stakeholders. Translate priorities such as constituent access, service delivery, workforce effectiveness, and program integrity into compelling AI agent opportunities.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through award: Orchestrate executive alignment, solution development, business cases, security and legal reviews, pricing, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close across long, multi-stakeholder government buying processes.
- Design the path to contract: Understand how each customer can buy and shape a practical acquisition strategy early. Navigate direct awards, competitive solicitations, pilots, task orders, and contract vehicles—including GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, state schedules, and cooperative purchasing agreements—as relevant to the opportunity.
- Build and execute capture plans: Qualify opportunities with discipline; map decision-makers, influencers, incumbents, competitors, funding sources, fiscal-year timing, acquisition milestones, and win themes; and lead the internal cadence required to move from early demand to award.
- Develop Sierra’s partner ecosystem: Build productive relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, small-business partners, and other technology providers. Know when Sierra should sell directly, participate as a subcontractor, establish a teaming arrangement, or pursue a partner-led transaction—and align incentives and responsibilities accordingly.
- Shape prime and teaming relationships: Identify where Sierra can strengthen a prime contractor’s solution and where partners can provide customer access, past performance, implementation capacity, or a procurement pathway. Negotiate clear account alignment, deal registration, workshare, and go-to-market plans that create durable value for the customer and Sierra.
- Run high-quality bids and proposals: Partner with public sector leadership, legal, security, product, engineering, and delivery teams on RFIs, RFPs, sources sought, oral presentations, and other procurement responses. Make thoughtful bid/no-bid recommendations and ensure every submission is compliant, differentiated, and precise.
- Operate as part of the customer’s team: Earn trust across senior agency leadership and working teams by understanding the mission, communicating candidly, and remaining accountable from the first meeting through deployment and expansion.
- Help build the public sector go-to-market motion: As an early member of the team, improve our account segmentation, capture process, partner strategy, contract-vehicle roadmap, forecasting, and repeatable sales playbooks. Bring market signals back to product and company leadership to help shape Sierra’s platform and public sector strategy.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Use AI throughout the sales cycle—from account research and personalized outreach to call synthesis, opportunity planning, proposal development, and forecasting—so you can spend more time on judgment, strategy, and customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Meaningful enterprise technology sales or business development experience, including significant experience selling software, cloud, data, or AI solutions to U.S. government customers.
- A demonstrated record of building pipeline, exceeding quota, and closing complex six- and seven-figure opportunities with long sales cycles and multiple technical, mission, executive, and procurement stakeholders.
- Strong fluency in government acquisition and procurement, including funding and budget cycles, competitive solicitations, proposal processes, task orders, and common Federal or state contract vehicles.
- Experience developing and executing capture strategies before a solicitation is released—not simply responding once an RFP is public.
- A strong network and demonstrated ability to work with government technology partners, including prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and small-business teaming partners.
- Sound judgment about direct, channel, prime/subcontractor, and teaming models, with the ability to select and execute the right path for a particular agency and opportunity.
- The ability to build credibility with agency executives, program leaders, contracting and procurement officials, security teams, and technical stakeholders—and to align those groups around a shared path forward.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, account planning, and forecasting skills. You are rigorous about details, procurement milestones, and next steps.
- A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of government institutions to improve outcomes for the people they serve.

- Established relationships across Federal civilian agencies, state governments, or the government contractor and systems integrator ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the FAR and related acquisition frameworks, government cloud and security requirements, and the commercial implications of FedRAMP High.
- Experience shaping and closing outcome-based, usage-based, or other nontraditional software agreements in the public sector.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to own the craft, quality, and technical direction of our roughly 50-person engineering organization as we enter our next stage of growth. We expect to approximately double the size of the team, and we’re looking for a leader who has successfully scaled a high-performing engineering organization while maintaining an exceptionally high technical bar.
This isn’t a role focused on adding headcount for the sake of growth. We want someone who can thoughtfully scale the team, strengthen the systems that move real money, and make our engineers significantly more effective as the organization grows. This leader should be deeply technical and genuinely engaged in the code, architecture, and engineering decisions—not operating adjacent to them.
You will lead through a mix of direct reports and a small group of engineering managers and tech leads, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance. You will spend your time on design reviews, incident retros, hiring, and the handful of technical bets that determine whether we can support the next order of magnitude of transaction volume.
If your ideal week is entirely calendar blocks and roadmap decks, this is not the right role. If your ideal week includes a hard design debate, a code review that changes someone's mind, and a coaching conversation that raises a manager's ceiling, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations with card networks and banking partners — including the multi-year technical roadmap that gets us there.
- Set and own Rain's engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, and technical decision-making, ensuring correctness is treated as critical for systems that move customer funds.
- Go deep where the risk is. You won't own day-to-day code, but you will review critical designs, weigh in on the highest-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions, and be technical enough that no one can hand you a bad design and have it pass.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence by establishing SLOs, improving incident response, capacity planning for 10x growth, and designing resilient systems with graceful degradation, idempotency, and replay capabilities.
- Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet PCI, SOC 2, fraud-control, regulatory, and blockchain infrastructure requirements.
- Increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality through improvements to CI/CD, developer tooling, local environments, technical debt management, and architecture that enables teams to ship safely and independently.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads, establishing clear team ownership and boundaries, and owning headcount planning and the performance bar.
- Operate as a member of the leadership team — translating company strategy into technical plans, partnering across Product, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM, and representing engineering to the board, banking and network partners, and customers.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 15+ years building production software, including 8+ years leading engineers and meaningful time leading managers.
- Current technical credibility. You have written or reviewed meaningful production code recently enough that an architecture review is a place you add value, not a place you nod along.
- Deep experience with distributed backend systems at scale: data modeling, consistency and idempotency, queues and event-driven design, and the operational reality of running all of it.
- A track record of raising an engineering bar. You can point to specific practices you introduced and the measurable change in quality, velocity, or reliability that followed.
- Real reliability ownership — you have carried a pager, run incident command during a serious outage, and built the follow-through that kept it from recurring.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or another domain where money, ledgers, or regulatory obligations made correctness non-negotiable.
- You have hired and developed engineering managers, not only engineers. There are leaders you grew who would come work for you again.
- Clear written communication. You can make a complex technical tradeoff legible to a CEO, a compliance officer, and a partner's engineering team in the same week.
- Executive range. You are as comfortable in a board or partner conversation as you are in a design review, and you can hold a technical position under commercial pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You would rather ship something correct this quarter than design something perfect for next year.
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, processing, or the Visa and Mastercard network stack.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, onchain settlement, custody and key management, or EVM and Solana infrastructure.
- Experience operating under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or bank and program-manager oversight.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp Economics Lab is the go-to source for understanding how businesses spend on and adopt AI. Built on Ramp’s $200B+ business spend dataset, our flagship Ramp AI Index https://ramp.com/data/ai-index tracks the AI economy through actual business spend data. We help CFOs and finance teams understand what these trends mean for their businesses, and our research is regularly cited by outlets including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. You will work with Ara Kharazian https://www.linkedin.com/in/akharazian/, lead economist.
We’re hiring an analytical, resourceful researcher to own and expand this work: run the Ramp AI Index, develop new metrics on AI spending and adoption, explore questions about AI ROI, and extend our research internationally. You’ll turn findings into clear reports, charts, presentations, and interactive tools that help CFOs and finance teams make better decisions.
You will also build our customer-facing research function: developing Ramp’s outlook on AI, meeting with customers and prospects, and translating our data into practical recommendations for business planning, budgeting, and AI strategy. You’ll partner with the growth team to package and distribute this work through reports, web content, presentations, and events that reach finance leaders.
This role combines economic judgment, applied data science, public writing, data visualization, and executive communication. You should be able to move from an important question to credible analysis, a clear visual or argument, and advice a business leader can act on.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as investment banking, equity or industry research, consulting, business operations, data science, or economics. We care about evidence of strong analysis, clear communication, and ownership across projects.
- Strong perspectives on the economics of AI, economic policy, new media, and writing
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools (preferably Looker, Omni, Sigma, Hex or equivalent) and experience distributing data insights via reports and dashboards
- Track record of shipping high-quality research, writing, and thought leadership under short, non-academic timelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions
- Active reader of the news in economics, business, and AI trends
- An advanced user of AI for data science, and an eye for good charts and web design (we vibecode ramp.com/data http://ramp.com/data ourselves)
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with the modern data stack (Fivetran / Snowflake / dbt / Looker / Hightouch or equivalents)

Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents: As an Agent PM at Sierra, you will be responsible for partnering directly with our engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
- Engage with customers: In the role, you will engage with all levels of our customers’ businesses:
- Discover and assess their requirements.
- Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra’s agent.
- Address and overcome technical challenges in the business process by working with technical counterparts.
- Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate our customers’ needs and business processes.
- Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for our customers.
- Shape the product roadmap: Work with Sierra’s engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features essential to the success of your customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-10+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
- Experience in financial services, such as banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance, mortgages, or wealth management.
- A track record of taking products from ambiguous customer problems through launch and meaningful scale.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to reason about APIs, data flows, system architecture, AI systems, integrations, and failure modes.
- Exceptional product judgment, including the ability to balance customer needs, speed, reliability, risk, and long-term platform leverage.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and communicating effectively with both executives and deeply technical teams.
- A builder mindset: you prototype, investigate, and work hands-on rather than relying solely on process.
- Clear, structured communication, with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to diverse audiences and create alignment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience with product development for AI agents a plus).
- Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
- MBA or equivalent professional experience (while this is a product management role, you will have the opportunity to lean into broader business roles).
- Past roles that interface with end customers to influence software development.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
