A successful candidate will be able to leverage substantive policy expertise to influence policy outcomes, advise senior executives, and serve as a trusted external voice for the company. You will be a senior member of a team that operates at a global scale, and Chainalysis’ leader driving how we can help US government agencies advance their missions.
In this role, you'll:

- Anticipate policy developments and translate complex legislative and regulatory activity into actionable business strategy and executive recommendations
- Represent Chainalysis in meetings with policymakers and key staff, industry coalitions, regulatory consultations, conferences, and public speaking engagements
- Prepare executive leadership for meetings with senior government officials through strategic briefing materials and policy recommendations

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on U.S. political, legislative, and regulatory developments
- Work in concert with Chainalysis and Chainalysis Government Solutions (CGS) leadership and account teams to identify engagement opportunities and facilitate strategic policy efforts
- Work with Communications to develop and publish thought leadership content, blogs, or op-eds to enhance Chainalysis's visibility in policy debates
- Proactively strategize and identify opportunities for Chainalysis executives to engage with the North American policy and stakeholder environment
Manage External Partnerships & Coalitions
- Manage U.S. lobbyists, trade associations, and third-party coalitions, guiding messaging and strategy at the working level
- Attend industry events and represent the company in policy discussions, ensuring a proactive and consistent presence within the industry and with regulators
- Build and maintain a robust network of policy stakeholders that amplifies Chainalysis's voice in key debates
- Participate in meetings with customers to provide policy insights and serve as a thought leader in conversations

We're looking for candidates who have:
- 10+ years of experience in U.S. government policy programs in fast-paced environments, with demonstrated success winning on legislative and regulatory outcomes
- Substantive experience in emerging technology, financial services, or national security policy; while prior experience in digital assets is helpful, we place higher value on leaders with intellectual curiosity and substantive ability who can quickly develop expertise in new technologies
- A command of how Congress and the Executive Branch work, and how to strategically engage with them to advance Chainalysis business priorities
- A track record of driving successful policy initiatives to achieve enterprise-wide results; as opposed to solely monitoring, this person will have actively shaped relevant policy
- Demonstrated experience working with collaboratively with multiple types of cross functional teams throughout an organization to drive a goal forward
- Experience creating executable plans with measurable outcomes from broad strategic objectives
- A strategic thinking orientation with sound political instincts, not solely a subject matter expert

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At DoorDash we’re building the industry’s most scalable and reliable delivery network to support our three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers. TPMs on our Engineering teams provide fundamental support to the underlying technology services as well as the engineers building these services. It’s no simple task, but it wouldn’t be interesting if it was!
About the Role
Money is DoorDash’s organisation responsible for the financial products and infrastructure that enable transactions across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. The domain owns how consumers pay, how merchants and couriers are paid, and how money is recorded, reconciled and reported, covering payment processing, payment methods, payouts, invoicing, financial ledgers and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help scale Money Domain. You will lead important engineering wide initiatives across Invoicing Platform, Payment Instruments, amongst others; working with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business leaders to deliver dependable, scalable Money capabilities for the business. Programs will span backend services, partner and merchant integrations, and regulatory / compliance products. They require strong technical judgment, cross organisational coordination, stakeholder management, and ownership of results.
You will report into the centralised global Technical Program Management team in Engineering, through a manager based in London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office in Cannon Street.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Drive Money Domain’s Most Strategic Programs - You will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership, Strategy & Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn Money Domain’s strategy into executable technical programs.
Lead Complex Cross-Organization Execution — Money Domain interacts with capabilities across consumer, merchant, courier, order and enterprise domains, payment processing, payouts, fraud and risk, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial data and platform infrastructure. You will establish clear ownership and milestones, surface critical dependencies and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams when the path forward is not obvious.
Bring Technical Depth and Systems Thinking - You will develop a deep understanding of the architecture, integrations, data flows, and operational systems behind Money Domain (Financial Systems). You will engage in technical designs, identify scaling and reliability risks, understand how decisions in one part of the system affect end-to-end consumer, rider/ courier, and merchant experiences, and help teams make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Turn Ambiguity into Strategy and Action - Many of our hardest problems do not begin with a clean scope or a single owner. You will truth-seek across technical and business inputs, frame the problem, clarify the definition of success, develop a point of view on risks and options, and create an execution path that teams and leaders can align behind.
Connect Engineering Execution to Business Outcomes - You will understand the merchant, partner, customer, and economic outcomes behind the work and use that context to guide prioritization and execution.
We're excited about you because…
You’re experienced in working with engineering teams on large-scale distributed systems and/or b2b products. You can speak to system architecture, scalability and reliability decisions, and design trade offs.
You’re a strong leader with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across organizations, bridge gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority.
You have strong ownership, urgency, and drive. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to understand and drive your programs.
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and focus. You can convey concepts and considerations to non-experts and experts alike.
You’ve engaged with Engineering teams on product & platform development with a thorough understanding of software development processes and project planning.
You are pragmatic and detailed in your approach and focus on progress, not perfection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline.
5+ years recent experience as a Technical Programme Manager at a technology/ FinTech company, in Financial Systems.
Experience with regulatory compliance in Financial Systems, e.g. SOX, PSD2, or equivalent would be an advantage.
Experience in large-scale distributed systems and system architecture.
Experience working directly with engineering teams on product development, with a thorough understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and scalability trade-offs.
Project planning and execution skills that include reviewing technical design documents, estimating, and scheduling.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re hiring a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading at Kraken.
You should be comfortable designing flows yourself, building interactive prototypes, and working through interaction details with designers and engineers. You’ll also own the product decisions: which customer problem to solve, what to ship first, and how to measure whether the experience improved.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design complete social journeys. Work through how someone discovers a person, decides to follow them, shares an idea or trade, receives a response, and returns. Connect these interactions into an experience users understand without explanation.
- Make the interaction details work. Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback. Specify what happens when a feed is empty, a post fails, content loads slowly, or someone changes their mind.
- Prototype before committing to a build. Turn ideas into interactive prototypes that communicate the intended behavior. Explore alternatives, test the uncertain parts, and give engineering clear flows, states, and acceptance criteria.
- Use psychology to improve participation. Understand why people hesitate to post, seek recognition, follow strangers, or respond to others. Translate those motivations into decisions about audience visibility, prompts, reputation, feedback, and the effort required to contribute.
- Observe users and fix what gets in their way. Run usability sessions, watch people complete tasks, and combine those observations with funnel data. Identify where people misunderstand the product, lose confidence, or abandon an action.
- Design for first use and repeated use. Make the experience useful before someone has connections. Keep sharing lightweight during an active trading session, with clear control over what becomes public. Test the twentieth interaction as carefully as the first.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes. For each significant change, define the expected behavior and how to test it. Track task completion, abandonment, first follows, first contributions, responses, and subsequent retention. Work with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on both contributors and their audiences.
- Take the experience through launch. Choose a focused initial scope, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review the implementation against the intended design, and use post-launch evidence to decide what to improve next.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Has designed and shipped consumer social experiences. Your portfolio shows your contribution to feeds, profiles, sharing, messaging, discovery, or communities—and how the experience changed after launch.
- Has strong interaction design craft. You can explain why a flow is structured a particular way, what users will notice first, what they need to understand, and which decisions or steps can be removed.
- Can build realistic interactive prototypes. You use Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination to make behavior tangible and testable, including transitions, empty states, and failure states.
- Understands behavior through evidence. You can show where user research challenged your assumptions and changed a design.
- Can own product outcomes. You can prioritize a problem, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and explain whether an experiment produced a meaningful improvement.
- Understands the context of social finance. You account for how credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity affect what people trust and choose to share.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⚡ THE CORPORATE TEAM AT ALAN
You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales.
Alan wants to be in 10 countries within five years, and that only works with corporate processes built to scale with it. This is a newly created role, and your job is to make Alan's regulated development seamless and integrated with how we build product.
You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
Corporate protects Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual and disconnected from how we build. You are here to build the compliance product that fixes that: processes and tooling that hold as Alan grows, and that make regulated work lighter on both sides, for the teams you serve and for the experts you work with.
- Make regulated work scale. Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product. You build the layer that absorbs it, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company: a clear path from each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work.
- Rebuild processes end to end. You find the painful process, work out what people are really doing to get around it, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people work.
- Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end. You identify where no-code, low-code, AI tools or other forms of automation can remove repetitive work, improve consistency and help people make better decisions. You design workflows that combine tools, data, controls and human judgment appropriately.
- Spot the next bottleneck before it bites. You design solutions that keep Alan compliant and fast at the same time, rather than trading one for the other.
- Measure what you ship. You set clear goals and check them, so every change makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the people they serve.
In your first six months, you will have:
- Shipped a first system that gives the teams you serve one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate.
- Owned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use.
- Become a trusted, pragmatic builder for the Corporate team and for the people they serve.
- Established a clear approach to measuring adoption, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
🚀 PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
What you bring
- You have built things people kept using. You have turned manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions with no-code, low-code and AI tools, whether at work or on your own projects. You can explain what you built, why you built it and how people used it.
- You understand AI-enabled workflows. You are familiar with current AI tools and have experimented with using them to improve research, decision-making, knowledge work or operations. You are interested not only in using AI tools, but also in combining them into reliable workflows that solve real problems.
- You are drawn to regulated work. You want to understand why these processes exist and where they create friction, and you ramp up fast on a domain that is new to you. Hands-on experience in one of these areas is a plus that speeds your ramp-up, not a requirement.
- French and English (professional level).
Qualities we look for to join our team
- Builder mindset: You can operate independently, make progress with incomplete information, prioritise ruthlessly, involve the right experts and bring a project to a useful outcome without waiting for perfect certainty.
- Explorer mindset: You are curious about a vague problem, dig deep to frame it well, stay solution-oriented, and escalate early.
- Systems thinking: You look beyond isolated tasks and understand how people, processes, tools, data and controls fit together.
- Appetite for regulated complexity: The complexity of regulated work energises you as much as the tooling does, and you approach it with a try-and-retry, challenger mindset.
- Sound judgment: You sense where a shortcut would break a legal, privacy, security or compliance requirement, and you know when to stop and ask.
- Project ownership: You drive projects end to end, from user research and planning to delivery, and you own what happens after launch: adoption and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication: You are proactive and clear with stakeholders, you show progress, and you explain why.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C0-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
