About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Environments organization builds and maintains the infrastructure that improves Claude’s capabilities through reinforcement learning. That includes the frameworks researchers use to build environments and the infrastructure responsible for running them. The team's mission is to productionize research. You'll embed with research teams, get up to speed on how they work, and design the frameworks and APIs that let them move faster, building systems the team can understand, own, and maintain themselves. Scope also includes keeping production RL runs healthy, maintainable, monitored, and easy to triage.
You'll be a strong fit if you have deep expertise in Python, a refined sense of taste for API and framework design, and good intuition for how complex systems fail, especially silently. It's a bonus if you've built and operated a stateful distributed system, such as a workflow engine, actor framework, or durable-execution runtime, where correctness depends on getting shared state and recovery right. You should be comfortable diving into messy research code, finding the abstractions that matter, and improving them incrementally while researchers continue to build on your work. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your own development, but have an impulse towards deep verification.
Key responsibilities
Design widely used APIs, frameworks, and abstractions that other engineers and researchers build on, making correct usage the default and ruling out entire classes of errors structurally
Own the platform layers that sit beneath every environment, including the agent runtime
Build the tooling that lets environment owners understand, debug, and maintain their environments in production without needing an infrastructure engineer in the loop
Embed with research teams on a rotational basis, work directly in their codebases without slowing down the research they support, and transfer ownership when you rotate off
Anticipate silent failure modes and prevent them structurally through type safety, well-designed invariants, targeted testing, and refactors that reduce the room for correctness issues
Drive adoption of new frameworks across the organization, including deprecations and cutovers
Help define the engineering standards, review practices, and design patterns for a new team, and mentor researchers and engineers in adopting them
Minimum qualifications
Deep expertise in Python, including static typing, safe async and concurrency patterns, and writing performant code
Strong taste in API and framework design, the ability to explain why an interface is right or wrong rather than just recognizing it, and a track record of other engineers or teams adopting and building on frameworks you have built
Experience designing or operating stateful concurrent or distributed systems, and reasoning carefully about failure, retries, idempotency, and consistency
A habit of verification: you measure before you conclude, and you build the checks that let a system show it's correct
Experience working productively in large, evolving, or research-style codebases that you didn't originally write
Strong written and verbal communication with collaborators of varied engineering backgrounds, and comfort with ambiguity: able to scope your own work from a loosely defined problem and drive it to a maintainable outcome
Preferred qualifications
Experience building infrastructure, tooling, or frameworks for machine learning research or RL workflows, and familiarity with agentic systems or LLM training pipelines
Experience building agent frameworks, orchestration engines, or multi-agent systems, including checkpoint and restore, replay, and coordination of long-running stateful processes
Experience using AI coding tools on code where correctness matters, with good judgment about what to delegate and how to make the results verifiable
Experience building client libraries or SDKs on top of sandboxed, containerized, or remote execution platforms
Experience with large-scale data processing, dataset lifecycle management, or data lineage systems
Experience designing serialization schemes, plugin systems, or extensible class hierarchies used across an organization
Experience embedding with or consulting for other teams and handing off systems for others to own, or defining code standards adopted across teams, or prior experience as a technical lead
Representative projects
These are examples of the challenges the team tackles:
Design a base RL environment abstraction that can be subclassed to support the large majority of environments built across RL
Redesign the model-tool interface for sandboxed agentic environments so that state is guaranteed to survive serialization, making it structurally impossible to write a tool that silently loses state
Design the state-sharing and recovery model for multi-agent workloads, so that losing a sandbox partway through a task becomes a transparent resume rather than lost work
Define the failure and retry model for a sandboxed execution platform, distinguishing infrastructure faults from genuine task outcomes so that each is handled correctly
Build the tooling that lets an environment owner diagnose why their environment is unhealthy in a production run, and fix it themselves
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$605,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America - NYC, San Francisco, or Denver preferred.
You will carry a book of 10-30 accounts - $1B to $5B+ revenue companies. You work in a pod with a dedicated Enterprise Engagement Manager on a shared book: one account plan, shared customer outcomes, and comp designed to maximize earnings and customer value.
This is a role that requires a depth of expertise selling to Fortune 500 companies, knowing how to architect multi-disciplinary commercial deals, comfort regularly selling to C-Suite executives, and strategic GTM deal architecture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run 10-30 concurrent enterprise cycles a year at $100K - $1M+, from first outbound through production deployment
- Build multi-threaded relationships across creative, marketing, technology, and procurement in $5B+ organizations
- Win new logos in whitespace and source expansion in existing accounts
- Work your pod plan with your Engagement Manager so consumption milestones land quickly
- Forecast with the discipline of someone the CRO plans around: staged exits, named next steps, no happy ears
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales with consistent six and seven-figure deals
- A quota history above 100% you can walk through year by year, President's Club achievement, etc.
- Demonstrated account development: you have grown named accounts 2-3x, and renewals were the floor of that growth
- Command of MEDDPICC or equivalent, with the CRM hygiene to prove your pipeline is real
- Working AI fluency - you use generative tools yourself and can demo credibly to a skeptical enterprise buyer
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Sold creative or content technology
- Sold consumption or usage-based contracts
- Sourced the majority of your own pipeline

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in a lead design role. You come from a Design Lead background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have hands-on experience executing and applying established brand identities across global touchpoints. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will take ownership of bringing our new brand vision to life every day.
- Execution-first lead. You are a hands-on practitioner who thrives in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, leading by example in daily asset production. - Maintains scalable design systems. You build, organize, and maintain reusable design templates, component libraries, and asset management systems. This streamlines daily production and empowers regional teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to produce on-brand materials efficiently.
- Versatile execution portfolio. Your work demonstrates exceptional technical craftsmanship and design precision across web and digital touchpoints, corporate presentations, event spaces, data visualizations, and performance marketing assets.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, we are not just managing campaigns; we're helping build the business engine behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. We are proactively curious: we question status quo, think outside the box, connect the dots. - Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is visible immediately.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and politics are low.

About The Role:
At Paysend, we believe CRM should be much more than a communication channel. We want it to become one of our biggest growth engines alongside Performance Marketing, Organic Growth and Referral.
We are looking for a Consumer CRM Director to lead this transformation.
You will own the global CRM strategy, lead the CRM team and be accountable for the commercial impact of CRM across the full customer lifecycle. Your mission is to turn CRM into a measurable growth engine that drives customer activation, engagement, retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
This role is about building a growth function, not just running campaigns. We are looking for someone who has already transformed CRM into a major growth engine and knows how to turn customer insights into business results.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Own the global CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team, creating a culture of experimentation, accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
Build CRM into one of Paysend’s core growth engines, delivering measurable business impact.
Drive improvements in activation, repeat transactions, retention, reactivation and customer lifetime value.
Build and prioritise a roadmap of growth initiatives based on customer behaviour, data and business opportunities.
Create a strong experimentation culture with continuous A/B testing, clear learning and measurement of incremental business impact.
Develop personalised customer journeys based on behavioural triggers instead of calendar campaigns.
Introduce AI-driven personalisation and predictive lifecycle capabilities where they create real value for customers and the business.
Partner closely with Product, Data, Analytics, Marketing and Regional teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
Build reporting that clearly connects CRM activity with business outcomes, including retention, transaction volume, revenue contribution and lifetime value.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
8+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention or Consumer Growth.
Experience leading and developing high-performing CRM or Lifecycle teams.
Proven track record of transforming CRM from a campaign execution function into a major growth engine.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, customer behaviour, retention and lifetime value.
Experience building and scaling experimentation programmes with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn customer data into growth opportunities and business decisions.

Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Security Engineer to own security across our cloud and ML infrastructure — the platform that trains our models and serves millions of generations a day.
The work spans tenant isolation for user-deployed apps, GPU cluster security, and model protection from training pipeline to serving. You'll sit between Security, DevOps, and ML Engineering.
You'll own both immediate implementation work and long-term operational responsibility: cloud and ML infrastructure security, vulnerability management, monitoring, and access governance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone with experience in scaling high-growth startups who can make an immediate impact in the following areas:
Cloud & Network Security
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain cloud security tooling.
- Own infrastructure and container vulnerability management across our cloud environments, and drive remediation.
- Design and implement network segmentation to tighten internal security boundaries.
- Build centralized security monitoring across cloud infrastructure.
Corporate Access Control
- Own access governance and credential management across cloud and internal tooling.
- Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and IT to raise identity and access management standards.
Technical Leadership:
- Set the technical direction for infrastructure security and lead cross-functional projects turning the standards you set into tooling and guardrails engineers actually ship with.
Requirements:
Few people will match all of these. If you're strong on some and eager to learn the rest, apply anyway.
- 7+ years in infrastructure security or security engineering, including time at a high- growth startup.
- Deep hands-on experience securing a major cloud provider and a container orchestrator, managed with infrastructure-as-code (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Experience securing ML workloads — training or inference infrastructure, GPU clusters, or model-serving platforms.
- Solid networking, operating systems, and cryptography fundamentals.
- Strong grasp of container and infrastructure security practices and vulnerability management.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with DevOps, Engineering, and ML teams; able to independently find and close security gaps.
- High agency.
Nice to have
- Experience with sandboxing, container isolation, or secure execution environments for untrusted code.
- Experience with CSPM rollouts.
- Incident response and security monitoring experience.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar frameworks.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive base salary in USD
- Equity: participation in the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term growth.
- On-site role in our Almaty office (we will relocate you from anywhere).
