About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key areas of our product. Deliver creative solutions while proactively identifying and proposing future improvements and features. Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction, align design strategy with business goals, and champion user-centered projects from concept to release.
Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers.
Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and executives.
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with practical, hands-on execution.
Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields is strongly preferred.

About the Job:
Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers all teams to deliver and control the best software. As an Senior Infrastructure Engineer on the IDE team, you'll help us build, automate, and improve the systems that keep LaunchDarkly running at scale.
Our platform serves over twenty trillion feature flags daily across a global AWS footprint. The IDE team owns the infrastructure layer — networking, compute, CI/CD, databases, observability — and we're looking for someone who wants to make that layer increasingly self-service and automated. You'll write software that replaces manual processes, build tools that help other engineers move faster, and contribute to a culture where operational toil is treated as a bug to be fixed, not a fact of life.
As part of our you-build-it-you-run-it culture, all engineers participate in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows
Build and improve internal tools and platforms that make other engineers more productive
Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure using Terraform
Participate in on-call rotations and turn incident patterns into permanent fixes
Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs and reduce friction
Identify repetitive operational work and replace it with software
Qualifications:
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Familiarity with AWS (you've used it; you don't need to have memorized every service)
You write code to solve problems — not just configuration, but actual software when the situation calls for it
You're curious about how things work and willing to learn new tools quickly
A commitment to working in a communicative and collaborative environment
You hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
You value code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes
Experience with observability tools like Datadog

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Join our growing Ops Engineering team and help build internal tooling and infrastructure that empowers operators at Ramp. As an internal-facing team, you'll work directly with our operations teams to design, implement, and scale tools and systems that enable them to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively. Much of our work involves managing the Retool platform, building custom tooling on top of platforms like Zendesk, developing internal API to support internal operations, and creating operator-facing applications that help our ops teams move faster and deliver better customer experiences.
Ramp is, at its core, an engineering company, and is on a mission to build the best engineering team in the world! The Ops Engineering team is highly cross-functional, working closely with operations, customer support, and other internal stakeholders to solve a wide range of infrastructure and tooling challenges. Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership and enjoys owning projects from inception to scaling them in production. We value people who take pride in their work, and show an aptitude for learning quickly whether they're familiar with our stack or not. You'll be working with a nimble team of committed and talented engineers and having a large, long-term impact on technical design and engineering culture. We are intentionally pushing to use AI to automate workflows end-to-end, reducing manual toil and standardizing patterns across Retool, Zendesk, and our internal APIs.
What You'll Do
- Design and build full-stack internal applications and tools that empower operations teams to work more efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop robust backend services and APIs that power internal tooling, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Build integrations with third-party platforms like Retool, Zendesk, and other operational systems to create seamless workflows
- Leverage AI tooling and capabilities to build intelligent automation, enhance operator productivity, and improve decision-making within internal tools
- Create data-driven features and analytics that provide operations teams with actionable insights and improved visibility
- Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and iterate on solutions that solve real business problems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of engineering culture
- Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration based on user feedback
- Participate in an On Call rotation to resolve critical issues impacting internal users
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production applications
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar
- Experience building full-stack applications with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar for frontend)
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
- Demonstrated aptitude for working with AI technologies, including experience integrating LLMs, building AI-powered features, or applying AI to solve business problems
- Experience building internal tools or working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand and solve their problems
- Strong product sense and user empathy, with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams
- Strong sense of ownership and bias toward action, with ability to move quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Experience with platforms like Retool, Zendesk, or similar internal tooling platforms is a plus

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

🎯 Your main goal will be to build and ship end-to-end TypeScript product features that make n8n safer, more scalable, and more programmable for enterprise customers — helping large organizations run business-critical automation with confidence.
To do so, you’ll own outcomes across the full stack and stay close to users, product, security, and enterprise-scale requirements:

- Ship high-quality features fast across the TypeScript stack, balancing usability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner closely with Product to translate complex enterprise customer needs into clear scopes, technical trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
FULLSTACK DELIVERY ACROSS PLATFORM AND PRODUCT

- Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs that power authentication, permissions, workflow lifecycle management, observability, integrations, and partner use cases.
- Move fluidly between frontend and backend codebases to unblock your team and keep momentum high across complex product areas.
SECURE, SCALABLE ENTERPRISE FOUNDATIONS
- Build capabilities that help organizations control who can do what across n8n, including authentication, provisioning, RBAC, credential infrastructure, and secrets management.
- Contribute to safe workflow delivery through environments, source control, versioning, testing, CI/CD validation, and deployment workflows.
- Improve governance, observability, auditability, and runtime controls so admins can understand, troubleshoot, and enforce how n8n is used.
APIS, INTEGRATIONS, AND EXTENSIBILITY
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations, nodes, SDK capabilities, and execution patterns that support automation at scale.
- Design APIs, embed capabilities, and multi-instance management features that make n8n programmable for partners, developers, and large customers.
- Instrument features end-to-end so you can measure impact, debug real-world behavior, and continuously improve reliability for business-critical workflows.
TEAMS YOU COULD JOIN
We’re currently hiring across multiple enterprise product engineering teams, including IAM, Enterprise Nodes, API & OEM, and Governance & Observability. During the interview process you’ll be matched to a team based on your strengths and what you’re most excited to build.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations.
Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed.
In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack, helping us move beyond TCP/IP to unlock order-of-magnitude improvements in bandwidth and latency.
- Optimize Distributed Inference: You will implement and tune the networking layers necessary for efficient Disaggregated KV Cache Offload and WideEP, ensuring seamless communication across NVLink and InfiniBand for our MoE models.
- Enable Serverless-Grade Startup Speeds for LLMs: You will work deeply with checkpointing and storage mechanisms to enable sub-10-second startup for trillion-parameter models.
- Deep-Dive into Hardware: You will characterize and validate networking performance on bleeding-edge clusters (H100/H200, B200/B300, GB200/300 NVL72), writing the acceptance tests that ensure our hardware delivers peak achievable throughput and minimal latency.
- Build Observability: You will design the tools that let us visualize packet flow, congestion, and effective bandwidth across the GPU interconnects, helping us diagnose complex distributed system behaviors.
- Optimize Kernels: You will work with communication libraries (NCCL, NVSHMEM) and potentially write custom communication kernels to overlap compute and data transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have deep experience with high-performance networking protocols (InfiniBand, RoCE v2) and understand the physics of data movement.
- You are fluent in C++ or Python, with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level logic and hardware. You have a deep understanding of the memory hierarchy in modern NVIDIA architectures (H100/Blackwell) and know how to optimize for it.
- You like going deep. You aren't afraid to dive into TensorRT-LLM source code, write custom C++ / Python bindings, or debug NVLink topology issues.
- You know when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when we need to build a custom solution because the upstream tools (like standard Kubernetes networking) are too slow for our needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep knowledge of NCCL, NVSHMEM, and UCX.
- Experience with Rust for systems-level or performance-critical networking code is a strong plus
- Experience with GPUDirect Storage (GDS) or high-performance filesystems like Weka or 3FS.
- Familiarity with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang.
- Experience running low-level benchmarks to "qualify" new hardware clusters.
THE TEAM
- Bleeding Edge Hardware: We are preparing to bring Blackwell (B200/B300) and then Rubin architectures online. You will be one of the first engineers in the industry optimizing networking for NVL72/GB300 racks.
- We go deep: We operate at every depth. Whether it’s tuning hardware interconnects, writing custom communication kernels, or designing distributed inference strategies, we work across the entire stack to deliver performance that goes far and beyond.
- High Impact: The networking optimizations you build will directly enable features that no one else in the industry has fully mastered yet, like seamless multi-node WideEP and instant model hydration.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $176,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $115,000- $158,300.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic and operationally rigorous Senior Manager, Head of Talent Operations to lead and scale the engine behind our recruiting organization. You will lead a team of 4 Talent Operations professionals and oversee the operational backbone supporting our ~40-person recruiting team, which is growing rapidly in scale and complexity across functions and globally.
This role owns and strengthens core recruiting infrastructure — including interview scheduling and operations, headcount governance, tech stack strategy, interviewer enablement, compliance, and candidate experience — ensuring our systems are efficient, scalable, and built for continued growth. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong systems thinking and execution rigor.

- Own the full recruiting tech stack (ATS, scheduling tools, sourcing tools, CRM, interview tools, etc.).
- Partner with Tech Enablement to drive system implementation, integration, automation, and optimization.
- Evaluate and implement new tools as the organization scales.
- Oversee and evolve the internal recruiting “help desk” into a scalable, automated support function.
- Headcount Planning & Governance
- Own execution and operational tracking of the company’s headcount plan in partnership with finance.
- Build systems to monitor hiring progress, recruiter capacity, and forecasting.
- Interview Operations & Scheduling
- Own end-to-end interview operations, including scheduling infrastructure.
- Build scalable processes and tooling to support high-volume, complex hiring.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers.
- Programs & Experience (Interviewer Enablement, Referrals, Candidate Experience)
- Own and scale core recruiting programs, including interviewer enablement, referrals, and candidate experience, ensuring they drive hiring excellence at scale.
- Define success metrics and lead ongoing optimization to improve quality of hire, engagement, and overall recruiting performance.
- Compliance & Global Hiring Expansion
- Ensure recruiting processes meet compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Partner with People Ops & Legal to support international hiring expansion.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of relevant operations experience; 3+ years in talent/recruiting operations a plus.
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
- Experience supporting a large, complex recruiting organization (30+ recruiters preferred).
- Strong headcount planning, workforce planning, and reporting experience.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable processes in high-growth environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience supporting global hiring and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
