We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The 1Password Sales Engineering team is a valuable resource to our customers and fellow Go-to-Market team members. Our Sales Engineers are well known and respected as experts on the product, trusted advisors to our sales teams and customers, and a sought-after resource for various types of customer calls. The team collaborates with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support to create resources, provide training opportunities, and elevate the overall understanding of 1Password. We are a kind, curious, approachable, and customer-focused team on a mission to drive the vision of 1Password forward.
As a Sales Engineer for the SMB segment, you will be a trusted technical advisor, driving revenue growth, improving win rates, and accelerating deal velocity through strategic technical guidance. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will demonstrate and position Enterprise Password Management (EPM), 1Password Privileged access, Software as a service (SaaS) Manager and device trust as an integrated solution that helps reduce risk across users, applications and devices.
You will navigate high-volume, fast-paced SMB sales cycles, uncovering opportunities to position the full product suite and applying frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, address requirements, and influence decision-makers. You will also support customers with compliance needs by responding to security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and vendor registration requirements.
You will bring credibility with both security and technical buyers, including those evaluating or transitioning from developer-centric secrets management tools. As 1Password's portfolio evolves toward Unified Access, your ability to bridge human identity (EPM), application access (SaaS Manager), and endpoint trust (Device Trust) with the emerging machine identity and secrets automation narrative will be a differentiator in every deal.
As a subject matter expert across all 1Password products, you will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to create resources, enablement materials, and customer-facing content that drive adoption, improve close rates, and deliver measurable business impact.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to-market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS, preferably in the SMB segment or similar).
- Ability to communicate in French fluently
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to a wide range of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, making complex information sound simple and relevant.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality, even in high-volume environments.
- Enthusiasm for learning, testing, and problem-solving. You are curious and dig in when a customer has a challenge.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Open to learning and able to adapt quickly, working across multiple products and shifting priorities with a flexible and proactive mindset.
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the security and identity space, including credential management, privileged access, or secrets management. Prior exposure to tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar PAM and secrets platforms is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable navigating developer-centric conversations, including how teams manage secrets in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI), container environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). You don't need to write the code, but you should understand the workflow and the risks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and how engineering teams embed security into their development lifecycle. Able to engage confidently with DevOps leads, platform engineers, and CISOs on the risks of secrets sprawl, hardcoded credentials, and over-privileged service accounts.
- Working knowledge of identity concepts including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth/OIDC, and how SaaS application access is managed across growing teams. Familiarity with MDM or endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike) is a bonus.
- Awareness of the growing challenge of non-human identity: service accounts, API tokens, bot credentials, and the security risks they introduce as teams scale AI and automation workflows. Ability to position this as a near-term customer pain, even in SMB accounts.
- Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) is preferred. Training and enablement will be provided as part of ongoing development.
- A growth mindset and a genuine curiosity about the evolving identity and security landscape.
- Bonus: hands-on experience integrating 1Password or a secrets manager with a developer workflow, CI/CD tool, or automation platform (e.g., GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
What you can expect:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-Market team.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Confidently position and demo all three core products, EPM, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust, as an integrated solution, articulating how they work together to reduce risk across users, apps, and devices. Connect these to the broader Unified Access vision for forward-looking customers.
- Support fast-paced, high-volume sales cycles with concise, effective technical guidance.
- Recommend and position tailored product solutions that align with SMB customer needs, goals, and common use cases.
- Run technical discovery with a range of stakeholders, from IT admins and security leads to developers and DevOps engineers, uncovering use cases around privileged access, SaaS shadow IT, unmanaged endpoints, and secrets for automation and AI workflows.
- Handle competitive situations involving PAM vendors (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), secrets management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and SaaS security platforms. Articulate 1Password's differentiated value for SMB teams who need enterprise-grade capabilities without enterprise-grade complexity.
- Partner with SMB reps to build their confidence in discussing product capabilities and navigating technical conversations.
- Proactively identify potential technical risks in deals and collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve them.
- Uncover and qualify AI-related use cases during discovery, including how customers are managing secrets for developer tooling, automation workflows, and emerging AI agent infrastructure.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements that validate Secrets Automation use cases, including scenarios where customers are securing credentials for AI pipelines, developer environments, or cloud-native workloads.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to create and improve internal resources such as objection handling guides, demo frameworks, and playbooks.
- Deliver product education to customers focusing on accessibility for non-technical or resource-constrained teams.
- Respond to vendor/risk assessments, RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, and other technical documentation requests as needed.
- Represent the team at select industry events and company/team offsites. Some travel may be required.

The Platform Auth team’s goal is to support our ‘one customer identity’ vision by providing tools, processes, and expertise for our engineering teams to create a unified access management experience while simplifying and standardizing engineering patterns in the space. We are looking for engineers to join our growing team!
What you will be doing:
- Design and build the platform services that power authentication, authorization, and audit across ClickHouse Cloud. This includes a unified RBAC/ReBAC service, token issuance and session handling, and the SDKs that product teams embed to make authorization decision.
- Model permissions and access control primitives (resources, roles, relationships, policies) that work across ClickHouse, SQL Console, ClickPipes, and HyperDX. Ship the libraries and APIs that other engineers build against.
- Implement protocol-level support for SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and MFA/passwordless flows. Own the integrations that make enterprise SSO and provisioning work end to end.
- Build the audit and authorization-decision telemetry pipeline so every access decision is observable, queryable, and surfaceable to customers.
- Partner with product engineering teams to migrate bespoke per-product auth implementations onto the shared platform, and design APIs that make adoption straightforward.
- Carry the platform on-call rotation and own production reliability for systems on the critical path of every customer request.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 4+ years building production backend systems at scale. Comfort with at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one application language (TypeScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing an authentication or authorization service. Examples include building a token issuer, an OIDC or OAuth2 provider, a policy engine, a permissions model, or an FGA/ReBAC system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 at the protocol level and are able to implement them.
- Experience designing APIs and SDKs that other engineers depend on, with strong opinions on what makes them adoptable.
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including caching strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and multi-region concerns.
- Familiarity with identity vendors (Auth0, WorkOS, AWS/GCP/Azure IAM) as building blocks you've extended or integrated into a larger platform.
- Strong production debugging instincts and a high bar for systems that are easy to develop against.
Bonus:
- You've built or contributed to a Zanzibar-style authorization system, or run an OpenFGA or SpiceDB deployment beyond the demo.
- You've designed a multi-tenant permission model that survived real customer requirements like custom roles, hierarchies, delegation, and ABAC attributes.
- You've shipped an SDK that product teams across an org actually adopted, and have opinions about why most internal SDKs fail.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define positioning and drive launches for Synthesia's core product—the studio and video creation experience that powers how customers create, customize, and deploy enterprise video at scale.
You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to shape market perception, bring flagship launches to market, and define how the industry understands the evolution of AI-native video creation. This is a high-visibility, strategic role that touches every part of the core platform, with significant scope to influence Synthesia's positioning as a category leader.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define the strategic narrative – Own the overarching story about what the studio enables and where video creation is heading. Translate individual launches into a cohesive, forward-thinking arc that positions Synthesia at the forefront of AI-native video.
- Lead core product launches – Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for the studio and video creation experience, partnering with Product to bring new capabilities to market with conviction and clarity
- Drive adoption & enablement – Create campaigns, assets, and sales collateral that move customers from awareness to active usage. Own sales enablement so deals close faster and customers see the full vision
- Own competitive positioning – Work with our competitive intelligence function to develop frameworks that show how Synthesia's studio differentiates, ensuring we're best positioned as the market evolves
- Collaborate on product strategy – Bring GTM perspective into Product decisions around launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and roadmap prioritization. Influence what gets built based on market opportunity
- Gather and apply customer intelligence – Partner with our dedicated market intelligence team to stay ahead of customer needs, competitive moves, and emerging use cases. Surface opportunities and threats back to product
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- You want full ownership – Blank slate, you make the call, you move and adjust based on what works. You're the strategic leader for how the market understands this product
- You've shipped at senior level in B2B SaaS – 10+ years in the industry, 6+ in product marketing leadership at B2B companies. You've led positioning for flagship products and shaped how markets understood them
- You can write with conviction – Positioning, messaging, strategy docs, decks. You have a sharp point of view and can defend it in a room with skeptics
- You understand the sales cycle – You know what sales needs to close deals and you've built enablement tools people actually use
- You ship at 60–70% – You know the difference between perfect and useful. You get something to 60–70%, hand it off for refinement, keep moving
- You move with the product – Priorities shift, markets move, you stay focused and adapt the narrative
- You've moved the needle – Real launches that drove sales velocity, customer adoption, expansion, and how the market understood a product category

The base salary range for this position is £100,000 - £130,000.
We also offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer
to help us build the next generation of Flo’s platform and user experiences.
You’ll work on the foundation that powers interactive surveys and dynamic content inside the Flo app — building SDKs, reusable components, and internal tooling that enable other product teams to deliver exceptional experiences quickly and reliably.
Our frontend stack is based on
React
,
TypeScript
, and
Next.js
, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and testing.
We care deeply about quality: we use TypeScript for type safety, Jest and Playwright for automated testing, and continuously evolve our design system and UI Kit.
What you'll be doing:
Design, build, and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs that enable survey and interactive experiences in the Flo ecosystem.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver flexible and scalable solutions.
Contribute to Flo’s design system and shared UI libraries, ensuring consistency and reusability across products.
Refactor and improve existing codebases for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Write clean, modular, well-documented code and advocate for engineering best practices.
Actively participate in the frontend community at Flo, sharing ideas and driving improvements in architecture and development processes.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining modern web applications.
Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Deep experience with React and modern frontend tooling.
Solid grasp of object-oriented design patterns and the ability to write efficient, well-structured algorithms
You must use AI coding agents as your default way of working — writing code manually is the exception, not the rule.
Proven ability to create adaptive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
A product mindset and strong collaboration skills — you care about how your work impacts the user.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar frameworks and CMS solutions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of analytics and BI integrations.
Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
€5.900
—
€8.300 EUR
How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office
5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams across Supabase. Teams range from developer-facing surfaces, core backend services, Platform, EngOps, and Databases.
This is a single pipeline for engineering management. As we get to know your background, we'll match you to the team where your experience and interests overlap most strongly. The Engineering Manager is a people, delivery, and technical role. Although we don’t expect managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
This is a new role at Supabase. We've historically optimised for technical excellence on every axis, including leadership. As our engineering org grows, people leadership has become just as critical, and the Engineering Manager role exists to reflect that. You'll be shaping what this role looks like from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team & People
- Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
- Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team.
Hiring
- Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates.
- Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery & Roadmap
- Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones.
- Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on.
- Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead.
- Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
- Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
- Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
- Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company. Experience with developer tools or databases is a strong preference, but we'll consider any sufficiently technical background where you can demonstrate the ability to ramp on a new domain.
- Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
- Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
- Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
- Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
- Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
- Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
- Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
- Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
