Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is migrating a Tier-1 US payments platform from a single AWS region to a multi-region architecture.
We're hiring multiple Database Engineers to implement the DynamoDB replication, failover, and operational tooling for this program. You'll work under the Principal Database Architect and partner with the client's data and SRE teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and operate cross-region replication using Amazon DynamoDB Global Tables, ensuring reliable multi-region data replication, high availability, consistency, and disaster recovery.
- Codify everything in Terraform (or CDK).
- Build the observability layer for replication health: lag metrics, consistency checks, alarm thresholds, and runbook automation. Datadog is the primary observability stack; CloudWatch is the baseline.
- Author and execute failover and failback runbooks. Run game-days using AWS Fault Injection Service. Measure and report against RTO and RPO targets.
- Implement KMS cross-account replication, IAM service principals for replication roles, and the secrets and parameter strategy for region-local dependencies.
- Support data extraction from the monolith into microservices: build CDC pipelines (DMS, DynamoDB Streams, Kafka Connect, Debezium), validate data integrity, and own the cutover sequence for individual extractions.
- Pair with application engineers on connection-string abstraction, retry and idempotency patterns, and graceful degradation during region failover.
- Write design docs and runbooks the client team can take over after the engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED)
- 8+ years in production database engineering on AWS, with hands-on responsibility for at least one of: payments, banking, brokerage, or comparable financial-services workloads.
- Deep production experience with DynamoDB and at least two of: Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, ElastiCache (Redis or Valkey), DocumentDB, Neptune. Working knowledge of at least two more.
- Practical experience with cross-region replication in production using DynamoDB Global Tables: you've configured and operated multi-region DynamoDB deployments and handled failure scenarios such as replication conflicts, regional outages, replication delays, and consistency or version-skew issues.
- Strong Terraform (or CDK). You can build a multi-region module from scratch and explain the trade-offs.
- Comfort with CDC tooling (DMS, DDB Streams, Kafka Connect, or Debezium) and the operational gotchas (schema drift, ordering guarantees, replay).
- Linux, networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, peering, DNS), and IAM / KMS proficiency.
- Solid written communication and ability to operate in a regulated client environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Cassandra multi-DC operations experience at scale (nodetool workflows, repair strategy, tombstone management, cross-region anti-entropy).
- AWS MSK or Kafka MirrorMaker 2 experience for cross-region event replication.
- Experience with Datadog Database Monitoring and custom CloudWatch metrics.
- AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate / Professional certifications.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to join our Accounting organization and help it run as one global team. Accounting is scaling at an unprecedented pace across multiple hubs, and the goals, rhythms, programs, and people that make up the team need to stay connected as we grow. In this role, you will own that connective tissue: the annual goal-setting cycle, the leadership team’s operating cadence, org-wide events and internal communications, and the programs that make a distributed team feel like one.
You will partner with Accounting leadership, the People team, Finance Systems, and hub leads. This is a hands-on role with a lot of range: part chief of staff, part program manager, part culture builder.
Responsibilities
Goals and operating rhythm
Run the annual goal setting process and the reporting that tracks progress against those goals.
Look at how the org actually operates (meetings, handoffs, planning cycles, decision making) and fix what isn't working.
Maintain one org-wide planning calendar that shows close, audit, and team milestones alongside company-wide and team events, so leaders can see the pressure points and plan around them.
Build and maintain a simple set of org health metrics (attrition, engagement scores, hiring pipeline, training completion, survey trends) and report on them regularly.
Leadership and org-wide events
Run our extended leadership team (XLT) program, including agendas, meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
Own planning and agenda for the annual offsite and run the quarterly team all-hands.
Write the internal updates: a regular team newsletter, plus talking points when leadership needs to explain a change to the whole org.
People and culture
Coordinate projects across the org that support employee experience programs.
Partner with the People team to roll out training and development programs for Accounting.
Review team survey results, identify the themes, and build action plans to address the feedback. Follow through and report back to the team.
Run hub programs, including visit and rotation programs, local hub events, and meeting norms that work across time zones, so we feel like one global team.
Run recognition and team rituals: wins, milestones, anniversaries, and peer recognition, especially across hubs.
Team operations
Support contractor management, including onboarding, tracking, and coordination with the right partners.
Keep the team's knowledge base current: wiki, org charts, role descriptions, and key process docs.
Keep the team calendar accurate so everyone knows what's coming.
Preferred qualifications
7+ years in program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy roles. Experience inside a finance or accounting org is a plus, but not required.
A track record of running recurring programs end to end and getting people to follow through without formal authority.
Good judgment about what matters and what doesn't. You can handle a lot of moving pieces without dropping them.
Clear, direct writing. You can brief a senior leader in a few sentences.
Comfort with confidential information and sensitive people topics.
Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
You're organized, but you also know when a process is getting in the way and should be simplified.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, dedicated growth and experimentation team within Krak, focused on accelerating acquisition, activation, engagement and trading activity across the Krak app. This is a frontend-leaning full-stack role: the majority of your work will be in React Native, supported by enough backend capability to take an experiment from idea to live without waiting on another team.
Rather than executing against a rigid roadmap, you’ll work closely with Product on a continuous pipeline of fast, lightweight experiments, owning each one from hypothesis through implementation, launch, measurement and iteration. The mandate is simple: find the highest-leverage opportunities to grow users and revenue, prove what works, and scale the winners – with direct, measurable impact on how millions of customers discover and use Kraken’s products.
The opportunity
- Build and ship consumer-facing features quickly in React Native and TypeScript, favouring small, high-velocity experiments over long-running projects.
- Own experiments end-to-end – hypothesis, design, build, launch, measurement and iteration – using platforms such as Statsig to test globally or within specific markets.
- Improve onboarding, activation and feature discovery to drive conversion, engagement and trading revenue, iterating rapidly on features that are already live.
- Build viral acquisition features and value-add growth features on top of Krak’s existing product offering.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs wherever an experiment requires it, so you can ship across the stack without being blocked. Our backend is primarily Rust; prior Rust experience is not expected, but enthusiasm for picking it up is.
- Read your own results, including trade-offs between conversion gains and other metrics, and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill – driving technical decisions autonomously amid evolving priorities and limited upfront planning.
What you bring
- 6+ years of software development experience building and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing applications. Strong, hands-on React and React Native experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience running growth experiments at consumer-facing businesses, with measurable impact on conversion, activation, retention or revenue. This is a consumer growth role, so B2B or platform-only backgrounds are not a fit.
- Working backend proficiency: you can design and implement services and APIs yourself. We care about backend fundamentals rather than any particular language, and you should be open to working in Rust.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, with hands-on experience across APIs, WebSockets and real-time systems, mobile performance, testing, and modern development workflows.
- Practical experience designing, running and analysing A/B tests – feature flags, statistical significance, product analytics, funnel and cohort data – with the judgement to act decisively on what the results show.
- End-to-end ownership of product features and a strong product engineering mindset, with the initiative and adaptability to operate with minimal direction amid ambiguity and frequently changing priorities.
Nice to haves
- Customer-facing product experience within fintech, digital banking, payments, trading or crypto.
- Hands-on experience with Statsig or a comparable experimentation platform, including regional and global rollouts.
- Rust experience, given our backend stack.
- SQL and self-serve analytics, so you can pull and interrogate your own data.
- AI fluency. Familiarity with how AI tools and patterns have fundamentally shifted your development workflow and problem-solving approach.
- Native mobile development (iOS/Android), distributed systems or microservices, or engineering within a hyperscaling consumer technology organisation.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management
Banking transactions and payments
Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control
AI-powered accounting automation
Build polished, responsive UIs using
Jetpack Compose
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

Practical experience with
Firebase
(FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Experience with

in production.
Confidence with
Git / GitLab
, including setting up and maintaining
GitLab CI/CD
.
A builder's mentality — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, not just the code.
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing overdraw, improving recomposition efficiency in Jetpack Compose, and hitting smooth 60/120fps rendering.
Hands-on work with performance tooling:
Android Profiler
,
Perfetto
,
Baseline Profiles
, or similar.
Published apps on
Google Play
you're proud of.
