ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the DACH region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will frame complex AI transformation programs, turn executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that Mistral delivers systems that are valuable, scalable, and trusted.
You will also act as a senior sponsor on our most critical customer programs, bringing judgment, structure, and delivery excellence to high-stakes engagements. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shape high-impact AI transformations
- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in DACH to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.
- Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.
- Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans.
- Help customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.
- Sponsor Mistral’s most strategic deliveries
- Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in DACH and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.
- Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.
- Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.
- Build repeatable deployment excellence
- Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.
- Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.
- Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.
- Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.
- Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.
- Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.
- Develop and multiply senior DS impact
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.
Typical indicators we’re looking for include:
- 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
- Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context.
- A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.
- The credibility to engage with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities, trade-offs, and impact.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset and a desire to build with customers and teams, not just advise from a distance.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
We are looking for adaptable, low-ego team players who are passionate about turning AI vision into reality and delivering transformative impact for our customers.

THE ROLE
Synthesia is the #1 Enterprise AI video generation since 2016, and today we work with 90% of the Fortune 100. Our core product, Studio, lets anyone turn a script into a polished video with an AI avatar, no camera or crew required.
Now we're entering a new chapter, and the API is at the center of it. Our Interactive Avatar API lets any company build real-time, conversational avatars directly into their own products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You're the first product marketing hire dedicated to the API, and you'll build the GTM motion from scratch.
There's no playbook here yet. You'll set the foundational positioning, write the developer-facing messaging, stand up the launch process, and figure out how we reach developers and win them.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- You get energy from building from scratch, and have a hacker mentality.
- You use gen AI video tools and created content with them. You're in every new model the week it drops.
- You've built with APIs yourself: called endpoints, read the code samples, wired up a webhook, shipped something small. You know how developers actually integrate and ship.
- You've done product marketing, growth, or developer marketing for enterprise audiences.
- You're an excellent communicator, written and spoken. You have experience managing senior stakeholders and complex program management.

That shift needs a story, and you own it. As Head of Product Marketing, you lead the function that decides how the whole product line is positioned, messaged, and launched. Video, interactive avatars, the API, and whatever comes next.
You'll set the platform narrative and keep it sharp as the product evolves. You'll run launches across the portfolio, own competitive strategy and buyer research, and set the messaging that sales, web, and campaigns all run on.
You'll lead a team of five PMMs, hire into it, and raise the bar for what good looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You build and deploy agents. You've automated real parts of your own PMM work with them, whether that's competitive tracking, research synthesis, or launch ops.

An overview of this role
As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods.
What you’ll do
Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning.
Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code.
Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate.
Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs.
Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives.
Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next.
What you’ll bring
Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python.
Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes.

Location: Athens
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Title: Senior AIT Technician
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Reporting to: Production Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (occasional travel for environmental test and launch campaigns)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required).
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The AIT Technician builds ICEYE's satellites. You perform the physical assembly, integration and test operations that turn qualified designs into flight-ready spacecraft, working to approved procedures in a cleanroom environment and taking personal responsibility for the quality, workmanship and traceability of everything you touch.
Your focus is mechanical, thermal and harness integration: assembling structures and equipment, installing thermal hardware and multi-layer insulation, routing and connecting flight harnesses, and bringing subsystems together into a complete satellite. We are hiring at both Technician and Senior Technician level. Senior Technicians take on the more complex assemblies, lead frontline troubleshooting and coach the technicians around them.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

- Verify hardware before use: part and serial numbers, quantity, physical condition, cleanliness, protections, fasteners and consumables.
- Prepare and check the tools, torque equipment, MGSE, lifting and handling equipment and integration stands the activity needs.
MECHANICAL AND THERMAL ASSEMBLY AND INTEGRATION
- Assemble and install satellite structures, panels, brackets, equipment, payloads, mechanisms and thermal hardware to drawing and torque specification.
- Integrate subsystems into the satellite, verifying fit, alignment and interfaces at each step.
- Perform handling and lifting operations with MGSE, including satellite rotation, transfer between stands and installation on test adapters.
HARNESS, THERMAL HARDWARE AND MLI
- Route, install and connect flight harnesses, including crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and identification.
- Perform electrical verification of harnesses, including continuity, insulation and short-circuit checks.
- Install thermal hardware including heaters, thermistors and thermal interface materials, and fabricate, install and repair multi-layer insulation, including bonding and taping operations.
TEST PREPARATION AND SUPPORT
- Prepare satellite configurations for functional and environmental testing, including installation on test adapters and mechanical interfaces.
- Set up and connect EGSE and test benches, support test execution, monitor parameters and report anomalies immediately.
- Support environmental and launch campaigns on site and off site, including packing, transport preparation and reinstallation.
QUALITY, TRACEABILITY AND NON-CONFORMANCE
- Record every operation in real time: as-run procedures, logbooks, photographs, and hardware and software configuration, in Manufacturo (MES) and Jira.
- Perform compliance checks and visual inspections at each critical step, and complete the associated checklists and records.
- Raise non-conformance reports for any deviation, contribute to first-level investigation, and support root cause analysis and corrective action.
CLEANROOM, SAFETY AND 6S
- Work to cleanroom, contamination control, ESD, FOD and chemical safety rules, and keep the work area compliant, clean and audit-ready.
- Maintain 6S in the production stations, and report anything that makes an area unsafe or unfit for flight hardware.
IMPROVEMENT AND TEAM
- Review work instructions, travellers and checklists against what actually happens on the floor, and give clear feedback so they can be corrected.
- Support on-the-job training of junior colleagues and share good practice. Senior Technicians coach the team and lead frontline troubleshooting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on training.
- Hands-on experience in the assembly, integration or test of complex electromechanical hardware. We are hiring at two levels: around 2+ years for Technician, and around 5+ years with demonstrated autonomy for Senior Technician.
- Practical skill in precision mechanical assembly and thermal hardware installation, working to drawings and torque specifications.
- Practical skill in harness work: crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and routing.
- Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, procedures and work instructions.
- Experience with electrical verification, including continuity, insulation and short-circuit checks.
- Understanding of cleanroom, contamination control and ESD requirements.
