About the role

GTM Systems:
Builds and runs the Salesforce platform and connected tools that Anthropic's sellers, sales leaders, and revenue operations teams rely on every day. You'd build the automation behind how deals move through the pipeline, how leads and accounts reach the right owner, and how information flows between our sales tools and the rest of the business. You'll work directly with the analysts and operators who define the process, and see the impact on the people who use what you ship.
QTC Experiences:
A vertically integrated team that spans quoting through to provisioning agreements, as well as customer billing experiences over the term of their agreement. You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model

Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes

Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders

We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. An overview of this role
As a Technical Program Manager on GitLab's all-remote R&D PMO team, you will own complex, end-to-end programs that are central to our AI-powered DevSecOps strategy. You will drive high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security teams, transforming strategic vision into executable plans that deliver innovative capabilities like the GitLab Duo Agent Platform and next-generation developer tools. You will work closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, serving as the bridge between strategy and execution through clear communication, proactive risk management, and structured program delivery. What you will do

We are looking to recruit Support & Implementation Engineers who will provide high-level onsite and remote IT technical liaison. The Support & Implementation Engineer will be responsible for enterprise solutions implementations and support services for incidents or issues. The position will require close collaboration with other technical support and engineering teams at different levels.
Responsibilities
Implement and install solutions at customer's infrastructure platforms.
Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues on the different implementation layers.
Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets.
Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
Conduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits.
Perform any other job-related duties related to work.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer application, or any related field.
At least 2 years experience in a similar field.
