We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives to qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with Fortune 500 prospects — guiding them through demos, architecture discussions, and proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value for both human developers and the AI coding agents working alongside them.
This is not a scripted-demo-only role. You are equally comfortable running a deep technical proof-of-concept and stepping back to translate a technical win into a business case an economic buyer will act on. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by winning deals the right way, and capable of bringing the voice of the prospect back into how Coder builds and sells.
What you will be doing:
- Own the technical relationship with prospects through pre-sales, and efficiently manage towards a technical win
- Demo the Coder platform from the developer, administrator, and AI agent workflow perspectives
- Install Coder on cloud and on-prem Kubernetes or VM infrastructure
- Run proofs-of-concept that prove Coder’s value including for agentic and LLM-powered development workflows and accelerate deals
- Evolve into a subject-matter expert on Cloud Development Environments, agentic AI development, and their business impact
- Serve as the prospect’s and customer’s voice, routing insights to Engineering and Product
- Track and report product issues and feature requests using Linear
- Troubleshoot Coder deployments, networking, and Kubernetes components during evaluation
- Contribute pull requests to Coder’s documentation
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tooling
- Strong customer-facing skills that win trust with technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical hurdles into business value in real time
- Understand agentic AI software development use cases and advocate passionately where appropriate
- Comfortable leading architecture demos and deep-dive troubleshooting sessions
- Deep Linux fundamentals and comfort at the command line
- 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- 3+ years with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Solid grasp of networking: ingress controllers, proxies, load balancers
- Experience with AI tooling at both the user level and infrastructure level (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as well as LLM infrastructure such as model proxies and LLM routing layers (e.g. LiteLLM) and the ability to speak credibly to how enterprises evaluate and adopt them
- Startup-speed execution, ownership mindset, and a player-coach attitude
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Success at both high-growth startups and larger software vendors
- Direct experience deploying or supporting AI coding agents in customer environments (e.g. Claude Code, Devin, or similar autonomous/semi-autonomous dev tools)
- Background in CI/CD, DevOps, or developer-platform products
- Experience in platform engineering or developer platform teams
- Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
Job Type
Full-time (Remote, working full UK business hours)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the Company
Our client is a growing UK digital marketing business managing paid media for a portfolio of external agency clients and more than 12 companies within its wider group.
Their focus is primarily on SMEs and local service businesses, so this role is ideal for a Paid Media Specialist who understands how to generate meaningful results with smaller, carefully managed advertising budgets—not someone whose experience is limited to large brands with significant media spend.
The team values accountability, commercial thinking, accurate tracking, and clear communication with clients.
Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple SME client accounts.
Google Ads will be your immediate and primary focus, with Meta Ads becoming an increasingly important part of the role as additional accounts come online.
This is not a strategy-only position. You'll personally build, audit, restructure, optimize, track, and report on campaigns.
It's also a highly client-facing performance marketing role. You'll be responsible for turning a client's budget and objectives into a structured campaign, accurately tracking results, and personally presenting performance to clients—including explaining what happened and what you're changing when results fall below expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns across multiple SME client accounts
Build, audit, restructure, and optimize Google Ads accounts from the ground up
Manage Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
Structure campaigns effectively, including account architecture, keyword strategy, and match-type separation
Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and daily spend pacing
Build and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager
Implement and troubleshoot call and lead conversion tracking
Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) implementation
Monitor performance and flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours, rather than waiting for month-end reporting
Produce monthly written performance reports for each account with clear commentary explaining what changed, why it changed, and what happens next

THE ROLE
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is scaling a multi-cloud environment at pace, and security architecture is central to how we do it safely.
As Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you'll work closely with Engineering, GRC, Technology Risk, and Security Operations to embed security into every design decision and to make sure we can see what's happening across the estate once it's live.
You'll help embed security within the design phase and ongoing operations of our multi-cloud posture, define guardrails and policy-as-code standards, and support the strengthening of our SIEM and detection capability. You'll take on the most complex and ambiguous cloud security challenges in the business, and hold engineers to best practices.
This isn't a tool-monitoring role. You're here to lead security-by-design, set best-practice standards, and raise the bar.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and enforce reference security architectures, patterns, and blueprints for secure cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Conduct security assessments for new cloud services, defining preventative and detective controls (via security guardrails) to maintain secure posture and detect drift.
- Partner with Engineering teams to embed security guardrails early in design, ensuring compliance and resilience without adding friction.
- Evaluate engineering and platform architecture proposals, identifying security gaps and seeing remediation through to completion.
- Document and uphold secure-by-design principles and architecture governance, and enforce policy-as-code frameworks aligned with NIST, CIS, and PCI DSS.
- Set the monitoring scope and priorities for CNAPP/CSPM tooling (e.g. Wiz or equivalent), defining which misconfigurations and vulnerabilities matter most against CIS, NIST, and PCI DSS benchmarks, and holding engineering teams accountable to remediation outcomes.
- Work with Security Operations to shape cloud logging and detection requirements, ensuring our SIEM has the right visibility across the estate.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to articulate security risks and mitigations in terms that support business decision-making.
Skills and Experience We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise and a genuine passion for security. Here's what we need:
- Risk-based decision-making and adherence to regulatory and internal security standards (PCI DSS, NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS).
- Broad knowledge across security domains and their capabilities within AWS, Azure, and GCP, with 6+ years' hands-on experience and SME depth in at least one platform.
- Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), API security, and IaC security (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Securing user and non-user access at scale, including Azure Policy and cloud-native IAM controls.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, security-focused guidance, combined with excellent communication and senior-stakeholder engagement skills, and experience mentoring other engineers.
Nice to Have
- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent certifications.
- AZ-500, AWS Certified Security, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or equivalent cloud security certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience integrating ATT&CK Navigator into SOC workflows.
