About the Opportunity
We’re continuously meeting product design talent interested in shaping the future of centralized exchange products at OKX.
Our CEX Product Design team works across
Manual Trading, Trading Strategy, Social & VIP, Growth, and Institutional
products. Depending on your experience, interests, and our current hiring needs, we’ll explore relevant opportunities across different teams and levels.
We design products for complex, fast-moving financial environments. Our work spans high-frequency and high-consideration user journeys, data-dense interfaces, trading and investment decisions, social experiences, and products serving both individual and institutional customers. Designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and other functions from early exploration through delivery and iteration. We care about interaction quality and visual craft, but also expect designers to understand the product deeply, navigate constraints, and influence the decisions that shape the customer experience.
Depending on team needs and your interests, your work may focus on:
Manual Trading
— helping customers discover markets, analyze information, place and manage trades, and understand their positions.
Trading Strategy
— designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies.
Social & VIP
— building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers.
Growth
— improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey.
Institutional
— designing sophisticated, efficient, and trustworthy products for professional and institutional customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The scope of the role will vary according to your experience and area of ownership. You may:
Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive products.
Turn customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent user journeys and detailed interactions.
Work across the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and early exploration to prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation.
Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions.
Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome.
Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas.
Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
What We Look For In You
Experience designing and delivering digital products. We hire across multiple levels, and assess experience according to the scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact demonstrated in your work.
A portfolio that shows how you frame problems, explore alternatives, make decisions, craft interactions, and measure or evaluate outcomes—not only final screens.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.
Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, especially for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
A high standard of visual craft and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ability to communicate clearly, explain your reasoning, and build alignment with cross-functional partners.
Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
The ability to take ownership, follow through on details, and help teams turn ideas into shipped experiences.
Genuine interest in learning about centralized exchange products and the customers who use them.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing products in trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or other complex financial domains.
Experience with data-intensive products, professional tools, marketplaces, or high-stakes customer journeys.
Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide design decisions.
Experience designing for customers across multiple markets, cultures, languages, or regulatory environments.
Experience contributing to or working with a mature design system across platforms.
At senior or staff level, experience mentoring designers, leading cross-team initiatives, or raising design quality beyond your immediate product area.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Integrated Supply Chain Manager owns the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle for the market, bringing together demand planning/S&OP and logistics/order management into a single point of accountability.
The role supports overall business revenue and profit delivery through rigorous management of demand signals across product and customer channels, and through efficient logistics, fulfilment and order management execution.
The role partners Commercial leadership and works across multi-functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Supply Planning — to assure alignment and sufficiency in the business plans to deliver anticipated demand, while ensuring smooth supply chain operations and best-in-class customer service.
This requires balancing every aspect of the supply chain: managing inventory levels and cost-to-serve, minimizing shortages, and delivering a responsive supply chain through high demand forecast accuracy and OTIF delivery performance, in adherence with global process design and regional/market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Planning & S&OP
▪ Deliver the Demand Management process: generate a consensus forecast of phased demand at the appropriate planning level on a 12 to 18months horizon, owning enrichment of the forecast to create and publish a consensus.
▪ Execute monthly demand management cycles; co-pilot the commercial leader to drive the Demand Review (DMR) with commercial teams, gain approval of the recommended forecast, and define risks, opportunities and the actions commercial teams will take to drive or influence demand.
▪ Collaborate with statistical modellers on historical data cleansing to ensure data accuracy as a foundation for reliable statistical forecasts, recording all adjustments and assumptions (channel trends, seasonality, promotions).
▪ Analyze multiple variables to shape the demand forecast — shipment/sell-in, POS/sell-out, share, promotional plans, cannibalisation — and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on activity plans and promotional effectiveness.
▪ Own Demand Management KPIs (Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, FVA), leading forecast accuracy improvement plans through root cause analysis and action planning with demand planners, brand and sales teams.
▪ Ensure phased consensus forecast numbers are aligned with financial numbers and proactively communicate demand changes to the regional supply/demand planning organisation, working through service and inventory impacts.
2. Logistics, Fulfilment & Order Management
▪ Formulate, execute and continuously optimise logistics strategy across warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
▪ Oversee day-to-day fulfilment and order management operations — order entry, verification and processing in SAP/ERP — to meet performance, cost-to-serve, warehouse accuracy and inventory turnover targets.
▪ Act as escalation point for customer and sales enquiries on order status, delivery schedules and product availability, partnering with the warehouse and 3PL network to ensure stock availability.
▪ Lead implementation and testing of new order management and logistics systems and process upgrades and maintain SOPs and business continuity/recovery plans.
3. Vendor, Stakeholder & Regional Alignment
▪ Build strong vendor and 3PL partnerships through performance evaluations, service-level negotiations and cost-efficiency initiatives.
▪ Partner with category planners to reconcile brand forecasts with regional plans and collaborate with the regional Demand Planning and Global Supply Chain/Logistics teams to deliver a seamless plan-to-delivery outcome.
▪ Support the market's business planning process in partnership with the local Leadership Team and contribute to product rationalisation and portfolio optimisation.
4. Process & Performance Management
▪ Drive continuous improvement of daily, weekly and monthly routines within the cross-functional operational team (Marketing, Sales, Supply/Demand Planning, Logistics) to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance, service to customer and customer experience.
▪ Drive performance improvement through KPI management — Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, Demand Plan Stability, OTIF, cost-to-serve — challenging local teams and setting targets, supported with clear action plans.
▪ Ensure compliance with the global forecasting calendar, SOX controls, ISO standards and legal/regulatory requirements across order management and logistics operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Domain Knowledge:
▪ Highly skilled in demand planning management and/or logistics/order management (5-7 years+), with strong business acumen and proven managerial skills.
▪ Highly skilled in working with Commercial and Sales teams, with strong business partnering, significant impact & influence.
▪ Experienced in international matrix environments; FMCG or similarly mature inventory-management industry preferred.
▪ Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; APICs desirable.
▪ Proficient with SAP/SAP B1 (B1/APO), SCM/ERP and WMS platforms, Logility (or equivalent forecasting tool), PowerBI and advanced Excel.
▪ Familiarity with 3PL operations across Asia is an advantage.
▪ Advanced understanding of demand planning and logistics best practices, including forecast periodicity, statistical models, warehousing, transportation and order fulfillment.
Communication Skills
▪ Data Visualization: ability to present data and forecasting/logistics results clearly through visualizations using tools such as PowerBI.
▪ Reporting Skills: competence in generating insights in clear and concise reports.
▪ Collaboration: ability to work effectively in teams and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
▪ Deep expertise in running the Demand Management process through an Integrated Business Planning framework driving S&OP.
▪ Deep understanding of internal and external drivers of demand volatility, forecast errors and bias, and logistics KPIs (fulfillment rates, cycle times, shipping costs).
▪ Ability to build and maintain forecasting models, operational dashboards, and translate large datasets into demand and logistics strategies.
Abilities & Behaviours
▪ Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills; business partnering at the core, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and hold tension in S&OP conversations to drive the right outcome.
▪ Sound commercial and financial acumen; can interpret and explain complex statistical information.
▪ Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
▪ Good understanding of product, brand building, internal process and market/customer environment.

Working with them, alongside our own developments in building Perplexity’s core application gives our team direct exposure to how search, models, and tools are used to build and scale AI-native products and applications.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a technically fluent Customer Success Manager to help our API customers succeed and shape how we support them as the business grows. You will own a portfolio of customers, understand what they are building, and help them move from evaluation to production and broader adoption.

- Understand each customer's use case, integration, and success criteria. Help them evaluate the APIs, resolve adoption barriers, and establish a path to production.
- Use account and product usage data to identify declining adoption, technical risks, and growth opportunities, then work with customers on specific next steps.
- Investigate technical questions using API documentation, sample requests, and usage data. Coordinate with Engineering and Support on deeper issues and keep customers informed through resolution.
- Lead customer-facing programs such as endpoint migrations, product rollouts, and enablement. Define milestones, coordinate internal owners, and track customer readiness and completion.
- Manage customer communications for product changes, deprecations, and outages, partnering with technical teams to provide accurate updates and clear guidance.
- Build and improve the API customer success playbook, including onboarding, account reviews, customer health signals, escalation paths, and sales-to-CS handoffs.
- Partner with Sales and account owners on renewals and expansion, using adoption, consumption, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and surface risks early.
- Bring customer feedback into product planning and work with Developer Relations and Support on documentation and enablement that address recurring needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing role at a technology company.
- Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation, making API requests, interpreting responses and errors, and discussing integration questions with developers.
- A track record of driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers, with clear ownership of follow-through.
- Experience creating or improving a customer program, playbook, or cross-functional process, not only operating an established one.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and communicate carefully when facts are still developing.
- Sound judgment in balancing account needs with strategic projects, setting priorities, and moving work forward without a detailed brief.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or usage-based products.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for an amazing individual to join Fivetran's Employee Experience team as our Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications. This role goes beyond writing great comms — you'll also help design how employees experience Fivetran day to day, from how we listen to them, to how we recognize them, to how we bring them together as a community. You'll craft compelling communications for employees around the world, build the frameworks that connect employees to one another and to our priorities, and design programs that make people feel heard, valued, and energized — all in service of our company mission.
You'll be hands-on: writing stellar communications, designing employee listening mechanisms, building recognition programs, and running culture and community initiatives. You'll also zoom out — building frameworks and cadences that scale, and using data (surveys, engagement metrics, attendance, participation) to tell a story about how the organization is doing and what to do next.
Technologies You’ll Use

What You’ll Do
Internal Communications
Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations
Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels
Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements
Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms)
Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees
Employee Listening
Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups (e.g., ERGs) and around key moments (e.g., reorgs), at a minimum quarterly cadence
Establish feedback mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of communications and programs, and translate what you hear into action
Recognition
Build and document a company-wide recognition framework, pilot it with an initial team, and iterate based on results
Integrate recognition into everyday tools and processes (e.g., Slack, Workday) and align it with company values
Culture
Identify and help launch culture initiatives grounded in our top company values
Track and report on awareness and adoption (e.g., through the annual company survey)
Events & Community
Design a connection framework for events and community programming, including remote/distributed hubs
Plan and deliver company events (holiday, community, and milestone moments) with clear attendance and satisfaction goals
Data & Storytelling
Analyze and present data (survey results, attendance, engagement, participation) accurately and use it to tell a clear story that drives decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement, with excellent, clear, simple writing

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Systems and Software Team Lead
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a Systems and Software Team Lead to own systems and software production and satellite-level testing for ICEYE's SAR satellites, from production integration through to proof that every onboard system performs reliably before a satellite ships.
Your team is responsible for onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production, and full satellite-level functional and end-to-end system checkout, including RF testing in the anechoic chamber as part of that satellite-level test campaign. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across systems and software, and carry the ultimate responsibility for flight readiness on the systems and software side of the build.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of production. You'll spend time on the floor with your team, troubleshooting, unblocking issues, and improving processes, while working alongside the Integration and Mechanical team leads to keep the overall satellite build on schedule and to the highest quality standards. ICEYE's production volumes are scaling significantly, and this role is central to building the systems, tooling, and team needed to support that growth.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADING SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE PRODUCTION
- Own systems and software production for ICEYE's SAR satellites, ensuring mission readiness from integration through launch
- Plan, coordinate, and execute satellite build stages across production, from initial integration through flight readiness
- Own end-to-end production flows for onboard software, avionics, and SAR payload system integration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, unblock issues, keep production momentum
OWNING SATELLITE-LEVEL VERIFICATION
- Drive execution of system-level functional testing, verification, and acceptance for SAR flight units, once integration is complete
- Prove that all onboard systems (avionics, power, software) perform reliably in full configuration
- Own planning, execution, and reporting of system-level functional tests and inspections, including RF testing of the full satellite in the anechoic chamber
- Ensure anechoic chamber test setups are properly scheduled, maintained, and executed as part of the satellite-level test flow
OWNING SOFTWARE IN PRODUCTION
- Own onboard software loading, validation, and checkout during production and verification
- Maintain and improve test automation, scripts, and software-supported verification flows with keeping supporting stakeholders in loop.
- Ensure robustness of SAR mission software, including payload control, data handling, and spacecraft operations
DRIVING QUALITY, TRACEABILITY & COMPLIANCE
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline, and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Manage technical risks, anomalies, and non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective action, identifying and driving resolution of the issues most critical to the production line
BUILDING SCALABLE, REPEATABLE PROCESSES
- Define and continuously improve scalable production workflows, work instructions, test procedures, and checklists together with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable verification processes, reducing reliance on tribal knowledge
- Drive throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality, as production volumes scale
LEADING & DEVELOPING THE TEAM
- Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team across systems and software, including satellite-level test execution
- Mentor and lead the team, fostering operational excellence, accountability, and a high-reliability spaceflight culture
- Train and mentor on systems and software test best practices and fault diagnostics, including anechoic chamber test execution
WORKING ACROSS TEAMS & SCALING
- Act as the primary technical interface between AIT engineers, engineering, production, and mission operations for SAR missions
- Coordinate closely with the Integration and Mechanical team leads to ensure a unified, on-schedule satellite build
- Prepare verification and production processes for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and growth
- Proven expertise in systems and/or software integration for complex hardware, ideally in satellite, aerospace, or a similarly regulated high-reliability environment
- In-depth knowledge of onboard software, avionics, and payload systems, and how they interact with the broader satellite build
- Comfort with software in test: flight software loading/validation, test automation, and scripting
- Strong background in root cause analysis, anomaly management, and non-conformance resolution
- Familiarity with satellite-level test methods, including exposure to RF/anechoic chamber testing (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters)
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to coordinate across multiple technical disciplines and manage competing priorities
- Effective communicator, able to convey technical updates clearly to engineers, technicians, and senior management, including C-level executives
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite's systems and software performance is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships, including its RF/anechoic chamber test results
- Systems and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of production and verification quality and traceability
- Production and verification throughput keep pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You bring systems and software production and verification together under one scope, including the satellite's final anechoic chamber test
- You own the moment of truth: proving that every satellite works end-to-end before it ships
- You'll shape how production and verification are done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where your decisions have immediate impact

Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.

Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core: you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients, and you will personally build, launch and optimize the event reward funnels that drive their results.
The best person for this job is someone who is equally comfortable on a QBR call with a client’s Head of UA and in the dashboard at 9pm rebalancing reward tiers on an underperforming event. You will own the end-to-end performance of your accounts — the relationship, the funnel setup, the optimization, and the revenue behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own client relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobile game publishers, building trusted relationships with UA managers, directors and CMOs, as well as monetization and growth stakeholders.
- Grow your book of business. Expand accounts through cross-sells (bringing additional titles from a client’s portfolio onto the network) and upsells (growing budget and spend on titles already live, and expanding into more geos).
- Set up and evaluate event reward funnels. Design reward structures using industry best practices, understanding event mechanics and payout tiers from scratch; QA them pre-launch and assess whether the funnel economics work for both the client and the network.
- Review performance and optimize events. Monitor live events against KPIs, diagnose drop-off points in the funnel, and make data-led adjustments to reward tiers, targeting, creative and pacing to hit performance targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor. Bring clients benchmarks, category insight and a clear point of view on what to run next — not just a status update on what ran last week.
- Own the invoicing and billing process. Manage the commercial back end of your accounts end-to-end, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate, on-time billing and clean resolution of any discrepancies.
- Plan and run QBRs. Schedule, prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews — virtual or in person — that translate performance data into a forward-looking growth plan.
- Drive client retention. Spot early signals of churn risk, and propose and implement retention strategies that keep accounts growing rather than lapsing.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance. Take full accountability for how your clients’ campaigns perform — from onboarding and setup through to results, reporting and renewal.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in mobile ad tech in an account management, partner management, customer success or performance/UA role.
- Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels. This is the highest priority requirement for this role. You should be able to walk us through a funnel you built, what the reward structure looked like, what underperformed, and exactly what you changed to fix it.
- Strong performance analytics instincts. Comfortable working in dashboards and spreadsheets, and confident with the metrics that matter in this space — conversion rate, completion rate, CPI/CPA, ARPU, ROAS, retention and LTV.
- Commercial ownership. A track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and comfort holding a revenue or growth number.
PREFERRED
- Rewarded network experience — offerwall, rewarded playtime, or rewarded engagement/events. This is a strong plus and will move a candidate to the top of the pile.
- Experience working directly with mobile game publishers and an understanding of how their UA teams operate.
- Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and with BI/reporting tooling.
- Exposure to the commercial mechanics of a network — margin, payout models, budget pacing and invoicing.
#LI-SC1
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
