About the role
We’re looking for a highly autonomous Senior Data & ML Engineer who wants to be the true owner of how data works for the teams they support, delivering solutions completely end-to-end, from initial scoping and design through to delivery, implementation, and full business adoption.
Operating with full autonomy, you will work directly with both commercial stakeholders (Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing) and engineering teams. You will translate complex needs into well-defined and well-modelled data products, using scalable processes and pipelines, ensuring those solutions are trusted, documented, and actively used to drive business value.
Beyond foundational data architecture, you will support and lead machine learning engineering efforts. You will lead machine learning engineering efforts by transitioning predictive models into production. This involves building the infrastructure, automated MLOps pipelines, and serving architectures required to deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning solutions at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Engineering and Platform
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations on Databricks using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Deploy, operationalize, and monitor machine learning models (MLOps) in production environments.
Build and maintain data marts as the primary source of truth for key business domains.
Apply data modelling practices (e.g., dimensional modelling, medallion architecture) to maintain data consistency and reusability.
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting.
Optimise pipeline performance and cost-efficiency.
Lead and actively contribute to engineering standards and process improvements across the data team.
Ownership and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary data partner for specific business areas, understanding their processes, goals, and pain points.
Deliver end-to-end solutions, managing scoping, discovery, design, delivery, user adoption, and iteration.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate with engineering peers and commercial stakeholders to define priorities and manage trade-offs.
Identify opportunities where data or machine learning can improve decisions, efficiency, or customer outcomes.
Enablement and Self-Service
Build and maintain datasets that power reporting and dashboards in Preset.
Onboard and support users on Preset to promote data self-sufficiency.
Promote data practices, including data definitions, documentation, and governance.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
5+ years of experience as a Data/ML Engineer, with a track record of independently owning data/ML solutions from scoping to adoption.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark/Spark.
Experience with modern data platforms, such as Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, workflows).
Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate commercial and engineering discussions, manage expectations, and drive cross-functional decisions.
Data modelling skills and experience designing data marts for analytics and reporting.
Experience building production pipelines with orchestration, testing, monitoring, and version control.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Preset, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI) and data usability principles.
Demonstrated accountability for project outcomes and commercial impact.
Clear, structured communication in English.
Nice to Have
Experience in ML Engineering, including deploying machine learning models to production, maintaining MLOps pipelines, and integrating models into data platforms.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or payments, particularly regarding transaction, reconciliation, settlement, or regulatory reporting data.
Experience with sensitive or regulated data and an understanding of data privacy and governance (e.g., GDPR).
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/Tofu), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data engineering CI/CD.
Experience mentoring engineers or analysts.
Interest in applying AI tools to improve data engineering productivity and quality.

Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

Use performance data to identify trends, understand challenges, and recommend practical improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns, resolve issues, and improve the restaurant-partner experience.
Prioritize your time across restaurant-partners of different sizes, balancing commercial impact with the needs of your wider portfolio.
Our humble expectations*
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong relationship-building skills and enjoys taking ownership of restaurant-partner growth.
Experience:
You have 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, or a similar commercial role. Experience working with SMB or enterprise restaurant-partners is a plus.
Commercial understanding, upselling, and negotiation skills:
You understand how to grow a restaurant-partner’s business, identify and convert upselling opportunities through advertising and promotional solutions, and confidently lead commercial negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

We're hiring a Compensation Lead to build Perplexity's compensation function and own its day-to-day execution. You'll build the programs and processes that support how we hire, recognize, and retain people.
You should be comfortable moving between program design and an individual offer, building longer-term structure while keeping today's decisions moving. The goal is a compensation approach that is competitive, financially sound, and clear enough for people to use, without adding unnecessary complexity.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build the compensation foundation. Assess existing practices, data, and tools; prioritize the gaps; and develop recommendations on compensation philosophy, market positioning, and cash and equity guidelines.
- Develop salary ranges and market benchmarks. Establish a consistent approach to pricing roles across functions and locations. Partner with People and business leaders on job scope and leveling, and explain where market data is useful or incomplete.
- Own day-to-day compensation decisions. Be the primary partner for offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation questions. Evaluate recommendations against market data, internal equity, and budget, with clear approval paths for exceptions.
- Design and run compensation reviews. Build the calendar, planning models, manager guidance, and approval process. Coordinate with Finance, People Operations, Payroll, and equity partners to carry decisions through to accurate implementation.
- Inform leadership decisions. Model the cost and employee impact of proposed changes to salary and equity programs. Present a recommendation and its trade-offs, then own execution once approved.
- Identify and address inconsistencies. Assess pay compression and potential inequities across teams, levels, and locations. Partner with People leadership and Legal on appropriate reviews and recommend actions.
- Build processes people can use. Establish decision records, recruiter and manager guidance, and clear explanations of compensation programs. Improve recurring workflows so consistent decisions don't depend on individual knowledge or one-off conversations.
- Own the data and tools behind the work. Establish reliable compensation records, select and manage benchmarking resources, and improve reporting and quality checks. Use approved automation and AI tools where they help, with appropriate protection for employee information and verification of results.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience building compensation programs: You've established or substantially rebuilt compensation frameworks and processes with limited infrastructure, and stayed accountable for running them after launch.
- Technical compensation depth: Hands-on experience with market pricing, salary ranges, cash and equity programs, compensation reviews, and individual pay recommendations.
- Strong analytical judgment: You can build and audit models, reconcile imperfect data, and explain your assumptions. You know when a benchmark is a useful comparison and when it misses the role.
- Ability to influence decisions: You can turn analysis into a clear recommendation, discuss trade-offs with leadership, and constructively challenge an approach that isn't working.
- Independent, hands-on execution: You can set priorities, build a workable process, and manage urgent requests without losing progress on longer-term work. You're comfortable being both the person designing the program and the person checking the data.
- Discretion and clear communication: You handle sensitive information carefully and explain compensation decisions in language that recruiters, managers, and employees can understand.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle.
We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish.
- Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world.
- Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about.
- Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea.
- Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional.
- Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last.
- Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients.
- A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it.
- Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design).
- Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing.
- A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others.
- A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use.
- The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research.
- You’ve already built something interesting on Runway.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
As an Applied AI Security Architect, you will serve as Anthropic's trusted security expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with CISOs, security architects, compliance officers, and technical leaders at some of the largest healthcare and life sciences organizations to address their most critical questions about deploying Claude safely and securely.
This is a pre-sales technical role focused on security, compliance, networking, and data architecture. Your job is to walk into a room full of security professionals and demonstrate deep expertise in enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and data protection. You'll help customers understand Claude's security architecture, data handling practices, and deployment options, and partner with them to design solutions that meet their specific regulatory and organizational requirements.
You'll bring significant experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, and technical pre-sales within regulated industries. Whether you've been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or senior pre-sales engineer at a cloud or security vendor, what matters is that you understand how large institutions evaluate and adopt technology, especially in healthcare and life sciences, and can speak credibly to their security and compliance concerns.
We are looking for someone excited to help define how enterprises should think about security and compliance in the age of AI. How do MCP, autonomous agents, and RBAC work together? If working at the intersection of AI adoption and regulated industries excites you, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary security and compliance expert during customer engagements, addressing technical questions about Claude's architecture, data flows, encryption, access controls, and deployment models.
Partner with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams at healthcare and life sciences organizations to understand their security requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, federal mandates, etc)
Lead technical deep-dives on network architecture, data residency, API security, authentication/authorization, audit logging, and integration patterns for regulated environments.
Support enterprise security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence processes by providing detailed technical documentation and expert guidance.
Collaborate with GTM and Applied AI teams before and after customer engagements to align on strategy, prepare for security discussions, and ensure continuity from initial conversations through deployment.
Partner closely with Anthropic’s product and engineering teams to deeply understand Claude's security capabilities, provide real-time customer feedback on feature gaps and priorities, help assess technical feasibility of customer-specific security requirements, and influence roadmap priorities.
Develop and maintain security-focused collateral, reference architectures, and best practices documentation for regulated industries.
Lead enablement and create content for GTM and Applied AI Teams that helps them inform customers upstream about key security requirements and considerations.
Travel regularly to customer sites for security workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic account meetings.
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales, with significant exposure to regulated industries (healthcare and life sciences).
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise security concepts: network security, identity and access management, encryption (at rest and in transit), API security, and audit/logging requirements.
Experience navigating compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and life sciences organizations (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR).
A track record of engaging with CISOs, security teams, and compliance officers at large enterprises.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP), including VPCs, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a rapidly evolving market.
A collaborative mindset: sales at Anthropic is a team sport.
Excitement about AI's potential to transform highly regulated industries, and a genuine desire to help customers adopt it safely and responsibly.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$315,000
—

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, Compliance to join our team remotely! The primary goal of this role is to elevate decision-making by uncovering emerging trends and root causes, and by driving insights and actions that provide full visibility into business performance and operational efficiency.
Beyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on being a true business partner who combines data-driven insights with strategic thinking to deliver actionable recommendations, guide decision-making, and drive measurable impact across the organization.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end data management, from building and maintaining datasets and pipelines to designing dashboards and delivering insights for the Compliance team. A core part of this role is owning the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals. You'll also contribute to experimentation infrastructure, laying the groundwork for future ML and intelligence initiatives.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the logic and rule-setting behind transaction monitoring across deposits and withdrawals, partnering closely with Compliance to study patterns and refine detection logic
- Translate compliance requirements into production detection logic, preserving correctness across alert eligibility, thresholds, customer segmentation, date windows, and deduplication
- Develop and maintain Python and SQL pipelines for transaction data preparation, feature engineering, and detection workflows
- Evaluate detection rules and analytical models across coverage, alert quality, threshold sensitivity, and the impact of proposed changes
- Design reproducible evaluations on historical data that account for limited labels, class imbalance, and shifts in customer behaviour over time
- Own testing, deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational support for detection workflows, including investigating data quality issues, pipeline failures, and unexpected changes in detection results
- Execute historical backfills with clear validation and traceability, and maintain reliable downstream alert delivery and integrations with compliance systems
- Be at the forefront of data innovation by experimenting, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into action, while incorporating software engineering best practices into pipelines and dashboards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and data management within the fintech, crypto, financial services, or gambling industry, gained in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working with compliance, fraud, funding, finance, and customer support teams and analyzing large datasets, engineering features, and applying statistical methods to practical business problems
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building and supporting production data or analytical systems
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high-fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of workflow orchestration, plus strong software engineering practices including version control, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD
- Solid statistical foundation; ML exposure is a strong plus
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to build executive-facing dashboards
- Ability to investigate production issues independently and communicate technical findings and uncertainty to non-technical stakeholders
- You believe wholeheartedly in the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor, such as analytics, software engineering, statistics, or economics
- Based in Canada, the US, or Brazil, and fluent in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Fraud detection, AML, anomaly detection, or other risk applications
- Experience with Athena, Trino, Kafka, and Kubernetes alongside the core Airflow/dbt/S3 stack
- Transaction pattern analysis, customer segmentation, and detection threshold tuning
- Developing or productionising machine learning models, including experiment tracking and performance monitoring
- Working with sparse or delayed feedback from investigations to evaluate and improve detection
- Explainability, auditability, and change control in regulated environments
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process.
