An overview of this role
As the Senior Director, Global Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Solutions Architecture, you will build and lead GitLab's Subject Matter Expert organization: three regional teams in AMER, EMEA and APJ, each covering Security & Compliance, Platform, Core DevSecOps, and AI & Competitive. This team is the depth layer of GitLab's technical selling model. It wins the most complex opportunities, scales product expertise into the Account SA team, and turns field insight into product direction.
This is a leader of leaders role. You will manage three regional SME Managers, not individual contributors, and develop them as leaders in their own right. The SME organization is new, so we are looking for a transformational leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and has a track record of standing up high-performing technical teams in fast-growing, evolving businesses.
You will work as a peer to GitLab's regional Solutions Architecture Senior Directors and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing and Sales Operations. Together you will make sure GitLab brings the right depth to the right opportunities, and that what the field learns shapes what GitLab builds next.
What you'll do
Set the strategy, operating model and global standards for the SME organization, aligned to the VP Global SA and GitLab's go-to-market plan.
Build the resourcing model from product-level bookings and consumption targets. Size each product group by region based on where the plan needs specialist coverage.
Act as the field's senior partner to Product Management and Engineering. Run a structured feedback loop that shapes roadmap, launch readiness and early-access programs.
Hire, mentor and develop regional SME Managers and, through them, the full global team.
Own the engagement model with the regional SA Senior Directors, Post-Sales SAs and Customer Success: triage rules, coverage thresholds, the closed-won handoff to Post-Sales SAs, and escalation paths.
Create and improve upon the processes, metrics and KPIs for SME-led technical evaluations, workshops, demos and Proofs of Value.
Partner with CRO staff, regional sales leaders and AVPs on product-category performance, forecast risk and competitive strategy.
Partner with Enablement to drive field readiness for new product launches with Product Marketing and Enablement, including Duo Agent Platform, security and platform offerings.
Build strong relationships with key customers at the technical sponsor and executive level.
Use AI to change how the team works, including deal research, demo creation, PoV automation and knowledge sharing.
Drive organizational transformation by finding gaps early, building structure where none exists, and leading change without waiting for top-down direction.
What you'll bring
5+ years second-line leadership experience (managing managers) in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering or a technical specialist organization.
Experience building or scaling a specialist, overlay or global SA team in enterprise SaaS, DevSecOps, security or developer tools.
A record of tying technical-team design to bookings and consumption outcomes, with the data to show it.
The ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid organizational change, bringing clarity and direction while strategy is still forming.
Strong relationships with Product and Engineering leaders, and a history of shaping roadmap from field insight.
Fluency across the software development lifecycle, application security (SAST, DAST, SCA), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes and AI-assisted development, including LLM evaluation and production deployment patterns.
Executive presence with technical practitioners, managers and C-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to partner across Sales, Partners, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services.
A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it.
How you'll be measured
Global product-category commit attainment and consumption growth.
Time from technical win to first workload in customer’s production environment on SME-engaged opportunities compared with non-engaged opportunities.
SME coverage and engagement speed on the top 10% of opportunities.
Account Team capability lift: fewer escalations and more deals handled without an SME over time.
Product impact: field sentiment on the product feedback process along with field-sourced requirements adopted into the roadmap.
Team health: hiring against plan, manager development, engagement and retention.
About the team
The Subject Matter Expertise (SME) organization is part of GitLab's Solutions Architecture team, a trusted technical partner for the field. SMEs bring the deepest product expertise to GitLab's most complex opportunities and carry customer feedback into conversations about product direction, enablement and value messaging. The team is distributed and all-remote, and relies on clear communication, strong judgment and shared operating practices across regions.

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance

Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ruby labs is looking for a Senior CRO Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimization and delivers measurable results. In this role, you'll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter.

We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards those who exceed targets – top performers see substantial financial growth tied directly to their impact. If you're ready to apply your optimization talents in an environment where excellence is expected and rewarded, we want to talk to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
- Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
- Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding , able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
- Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
WHAT WE OFFER TO HIGH PERFORMERS
We value ambitious professionals who deliver results. We offer:
- A merit-based environment where performance directly impacts compensation
- Substantial bonus structure tied to exceeding KPI targets
- Rapid career advancement for those who consistently deliver
- Autonomy to implement your vision without bureaucratic barriers
- Opportunity to work with a team that moves fast and values excellence
If you're a CRO professional who thrives on measurable impact, loves owning the full optimization process, and wants compensation directly tied to your performance, we want to talk. This role is for someone who doesn't just want to suggest improvements – but wants to create them, implement them, and be rewarded for their success.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE MISSION
You will be the reference point for the most complex hardware interventions across our sites.
Mistral's compute is our largest investment and the foundation of frontier AI in Europe. As a Senior Data Center Hardware Engineer, you own the interventions that require the highest level of technical expertise: multi-node failures in production, full-rack deployments of GPU-dense systems, and vendor escalations where you speak as the technical authority for our sites.
You'll work end-to-end — compute, storage, interconnect, power and cooling interfaces — across our data center footprint, raising the bar on reliability as our capacity grows. This is a hands-on senior IC role: deep technical leadership and mentorship, no direct line management.
Location: Based at one of our data centers in the Paris region, with occasional visits to our other sites as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead complex interventions — vendor-level and multi-node operations in production: full rack builds and bring-up, GPU-dense platform deployment (H100/H200-class and next-gen, including liquid-cooled racks), intricate recabling, post-restart diagnosis. You own the plan, the risk assessment, and the rollback.
- Own vendor management — coordinate repairs, part replacements and escalations directly with hardware vendors; hold them to their SLAs; drive proactive fixes from failure trends.
- Diagnose at depth — correlate symptoms across compute, storage, interconnect and cooling; read BMC/IPMI consoles, OS logs and crash dumps; methodical root-cause analysis that ends in concrete corrective actions.
- Deploy and validate — structured bring-up and validation of new racks and platforms; work with networking and infrastructure teams to take installations from delivery to production-ready.
- Lift the team — mentor and pair with L1–L3 engineers on live operations; turn your knowledge into SOPs, checklists and training material; propose and build small automation (Python/Bash) to shorten MTTR.
- Work the facility interface — partner with critical facilities/engineering ops on power, cooling (air and liquid), PDU and monitoring (BMS/EPMS) boundaries; enforce ESD/LOTO/PPE and audit-ready change discipline everywhere.
- Own spares & reliability — plan spares strategy, track fleet failure trends, and run proactive vendor actions before incidents happen.
ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years in data center / server hardware or L2/L3 hardware support, including complex hands-on work in production environments (HPC/AI/cloud at scale strongly preferred).
- End-to-end hardware expertise: CPU/memory/PCIe (incl. accelerators), NICs, PSUs, drives, network, power and cooling interfaces (DLC included); strong judgment on when and how to escalate.
- Diagnostics depth: confident with BMC/IPMI logs, Linux logs and CLI checks; structured root-cause analysis.
- Deployment experience: you've taken racks from delivery to production, with concrete examples to show for it.
- Vendor fluency: you've managed hardware vendors — RMAs, field replacements, escalations — to concrete outcomes.
- Impeccable safety and discipline: ESD/LOTO/PPE without exception; clean, labeled, auditable work.
- Communication & mentoring: clear status updates and handovers; able to coach engineers during live incidents with composure.
- Mobility: willing to visit our other sites in the Paris region as needed.
NICE TO HAVE
- GPU-dense platform experience: NVIDIA H-series (H100/H200) or GB-series rack deployments.
- High-speed interconnects (InfiniBand/RoCE), RAID/storage (NVMe/SAS/SATA), vendor tooling (iDRAC/iLO/IPMI).
- Automation (Python/Bash) for ops tooling and reporting; ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory/RMA flows.
- Hardware qualification, burn-in or factory validation background.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Azul == Java. As the only company focused 100% on Java, Azul is building the Java platform for the modern cloud enterprise. We are reimagining how customers use Java, bringing them the tools and insight they need to deliver faster, more performant, more dependable, and less expensive Java services. It requires experts in many areas — hardcore experts in Java VM internals, application developers with deep knowledge of Java, backend and frontend developers, performance engineers, etc. Come join one of the most influential members of the Java and OpenJDK community and help influence the future of Java.
About the Product
Azul Optimizer Hub (OptHub) is a set of services external to the JVM within Azul Platform Prime that run in your cloud or on-premises environment. It consists of two major functions:
Cloud Native Compiler separates the heavy lifting of compiling bytecode to optimized machine code from the actual running of Java applications.
ReadyNow Orchestrator ensures consistent responsiveness and performance even as instances are brought up and down, and during critical times like a retail rush, start of the gaming day, or market open.
Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Optimizer Hub team, you will design and build the server-side services that sit at the heart of our JVM performance platform. You will work closely with product managers, performance engineers, and JVM experts to deliver high-quality, scalable backend components.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java services including protocols, APIs, data storage, and real-time optimization engines.
Build and evolve server-side OptHub components that communicate with the JVM at scale across cloud and on-premises environments.
Debug complex distributed systems issues with limited diagnostic data and under performance constraints.
Design and implement observability, profiling, and diagnostic tooling to support both internal development and customer-facing deployments.
Drive performance analysis and improvement: create benchmarks, interpret profiler output, and act on findings.
Participate in design discussions and code reviews, raising the bar for the whole team.
Key Requirements
5+ years of strong professional Java development experience, with a focus on backend and server-side systems.
Deep understanding of JVM internals: memory management, garbage collection, JIT compilation, and threading.
