Location: United States; San Francisco; Canada; New York; Toronto Workplace: OnSite WHO ARE WE? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a design engineer to help build and maintain Waypoint, our design system, across both the Figma library and the production codebase. This is not a "designer who codes a little" or an "engineer who dabbles in Figma" role. You should be genuinely fluent on both sides, comfortable defining a component's behavior and states in Figma one hour and shipping the same component to npm the next. You'll take direct ownership of the Figma side of our library (structure, variants, tokens, documentation) while also contributing to the core Waypoint system: our component packages, our token pipeline, and the tooling that keeps design and code in sync. If the idea of being the single point of continuity between a Figma frame and a production component sounds exciting rather than exhausting, this is your role. We're also thinking beyond the system we have today. Waypoint isn't just meant to serve designers and engineers, it's meant to become something a model can read, reason about, and build with directly. We want someone who can help us get there: grounded enough to do the unglamorous work of making today's system solid, and forward looking enough to help define what an intelligent design system looks like next. WHY THIS ROLE Waypoint is still early enough that the decisions you make now will shape how the system scales. You'll have real ownership, not just a queue of component tickets, and you'll be working alongside a team that treats design and engineering as one discipline rather than two departments that hand work back and forth. And you'll be helping define what a design system becomes when it has to serve a third audience: the models that will increasingly build with it. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams. - Build and maintain core Waypoint components, contributing directly to our component packages alongside the design engineering team. - Work across our token pipeline, keeping design tokens in Figma and their code representations (CSS custom properties, Tailwind config) tightly synced. - Partner with product designers to translate new patterns into system components, and with product engineers to make sure those components are easy to adopt correctly. - Help define and refine the workflows and tooling that connect Figma and code (sync scripts, plugins, documentation sites) rather than relying on manual handoff. - Write clear documentation and usage guidance so the system scales without you being the bottleneck. - Weigh in on system architecture decisions: when to add a new component versus extend an existing one, how to version and package changes, how to keep the system consistent as it grows. - Help shape how Waypoint evolves to serve a third consumer beyond designers and engineers: the model itself. That means thinking about how components, tokens, and patterns get structured so they're legible to AI systems, not just to humans. QUALIFICATIONS - Own and evolve the Figma library for Waypoint: component structure, variants, properties, and documentation, so it stays a reliable source of truth for design teams. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience building or contributing to design-to-code sync tooling (Figma plugins, token pipelines, MCP-based workflows, or similar). - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to bake them into components rather than bolt them on. - Experience packaging and versioning component libraries for multiple consuming teams (npm scoped packages, semver, changelogs). - Exposure to multi-platform design systems work (iOS/SwiftUI, Android/Jetpack Compose, or token build tools like Style Dictionary). - Experience in an AI native product environment or genuine interest in how AI changes the way design systems get built and used. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching. - 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!) - Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite. HOW AND WHERE WE WORK: - Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon. - For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events. - For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city. - Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly. If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply. We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider. Location: Remote, Global ABOUT THE ROLE As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Supabase, you’ll join Cloud Engineering, part of Engineering Operations, and shape the foundations that let engineering teams build, ship, and operate infrastructure safely and independently across AWS and GCP. This is a role spanning cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations. You’ll work across AWS and GCP account structure, identity and access management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform primitives, security boundaries, and self-service workflows for engineers. You’ll be joining at a point where many of these foundations are being actively defined or reworked. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguous, messy, business-critical infrastructure problems and turn them into pragmatic systems, tools, standards, and written guidance that scale with the company and empower teams to go faster. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Designing and implementing cloud governance across AWS and GCP, including identity, account organization, access controls, and guardrails. - Building reusable infrastructure and building blocks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling teams to provision and manage infrastructure safely and consistently. - Creating self-service capabilities that reduce organizational friction and let engineers move more quickly within sensible boundaries. - Owning resource governance and visibility: management tagging, a trustworthy inventory of what exists and who owns it, and consistent cross-account billing data. - Developing reusable security primitives, including secrets storage, KMS, certificate management, token vending, direct service-to-service authentication, mTLS, and related platform services. - Owning cloud-level network and operational primitives: IP address management, DNS, and health signals such as service-limit and quota alerting. - Combining software engineering with hands-on operations and total ownership: building, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving what you own. - Establishing and sharing cloud engineering best practices through documentation, internal tooling, examples, and enablement. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, have operated production systems at scale, and carried on-call for them. - Have previously undertaken a significant migration, e.g. rearchitected an AWS account topology, introduced IaC for existing infrastructure, centralized identity/SSO, or brought a second cloud under governance. - Enjoy building internal platform and self-service experiences for other engineers. - Are genuinely deep in at least one—ideally two—of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity): - Tooling & ecosystem: You’re intimately familiar with the breadth of AWS services in general, and IAM/SSO in particular. You know their Well-Architected Framework, and when to reach outside. You have working knowledge of GCP. You use IaC routinely and have run it in production, whichever tool. You’ve probably collaborated with auditors on meeting compliance requirements. - Software engineering: You write real production code (Go, Rust, or a comparable systems language), and can build reliable, maintainable services. You thrive across all stages of the SDLC, set technical direction, know how to de-risk projects, and produce written artifacts such as RFCs. - Operations: You’ve run production infrastructure yourself: carried the pager, written the alerts and runbooks, used SLOs or similar to decide what to fix first, and made shared systems less risky over time. You like owning systems, simplifying complex infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable building blocks. - Are comfortable treating infrastructure as software and have relevant experience with IaC and automation. - Communicate clearly, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams. - Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - ~400 team members - 60+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) - 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for product-focused systems engineers to work on Teleport Core Product. You will work on the full product lifecycle from working with customers to understand their problems, writing RFDs for your proposed design, implementing, testing, and documenting. Teleport is an open core project, and most of the code you will write will be open source and written in Go. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Become an expert on scalability, performance, and reliability of Teleport in large deployments. - Design, develop, and ship outstanding, high-quality products. - Write most of the code in Go. - Closely collaborate with other teams at Teleport on matters related to scalability and performance. - Work directly with our customers to diagnose and remediate performance issues. - Grow your technical expertise. - Lead a distributed team of outstanding engineers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md as part of the interview process. - Builder mentality and experience -- you love building zero-to-one products - Extensive Go experience. - Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms. - Strong team leadership and management experience. - Linux systems engineering experience. - Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models. - Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies. - Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset. - Significant contributions in Open Source is a big plus. HOW WE HIRE Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do. For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout. 1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements. 2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions. 3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution. 4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport. Why Teleport You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for. Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will drive the transition from manual, repetitive legacy work to more accurate, streamlined, and automated models, dashboards, and data feeds. Your work will change from week-to-week and month-to-month as you partner with FP&A to redesign how the team plans and forecasts, build new dashboards, and train AI agents to do the tedious stuff automatically. We need someone who combines financial acumen with technical know-how — translating model assumptions and drivers into the right long-term solution, whether that's a Pigment model, a Python script, or an AI agent. You'll also own the trustworthiness of the numbers Finance leaders rely on, building systematic data-quality checks and partnering with the Data/Analytics Engineering team to resolve upstream data issues. And because a fix that only you can maintain isn't really a fix, you'll document your models clearly enough that analysts without a Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes — empowering the team with tools that completely solve problems without manual workarounds. This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Technologies You’ll Use Pigment, BigQuery, NetSuite, Omni, Sigma, Claude Code What You’ll Do Partner directly with FP&A business partners across Sales & Marketing, R&D, and G&A to understand how each team plans, forecasts, and reports today, then work together to identify manual, repetitive Finance work that Pigment integrations, Python scripts, and AI agents can streamline and automate. Own the end-to-end build of new and migrated Pigment models — data blocks, formulas, workflows, dashboards, and views — turning fuzzy business asks from FP&A into technical solutions people actually want to use. Collaborate on the design and maintenance of our Pigment architecture, ensuring we avoid a tangled mess of metrics, dimensions, and boards and keep our tools easy-to-navigate. Team up with your peers on the Finance Systems team to build durable integrations between Pigment, BigQuery, and other finance systems, so the data everyone needs shows up accurately and automatically instead of through manual workarounds. Put systematic data-quality checks in place — reconciliations, change monitoring, variance alerts — so business partners can trust the numbers without manual effort. Document what you build clearly enough that a Finance analyst with no Pigment or Python background can self-serve basic changes. Loop in the Data/Analytics Engineering team when a request needs a new data connection or you find an upstream data problem. Skills We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or analytics engineering, with hands-on work in an EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) — or an equivalent analytics-engineering background (SQL, dbt, Python) with a strong interest in moving into EPM/finance systems work. Proven experience using AI agents/LLM tooling to automate finance workflows. Ability to sit with a Finance stakeholder, listen to a messy description of “how we currently do this,” and come back with a well-scoped technical plan. Working proficiency in Python — or willingness and ability to learn via Claude Code or Codex. Strong SQL skills and comfort working in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar). High attention to detail — this role will work on models that inform real business decisions, so the ability to audit models and build intuition on outputs matter as much as speed. Strong communication skills — able to explain a data discrepancy or a modeling trade-off to someone without a systems or data background. Bonus Skills Prior experience inside an FP&A or corporate finance function (not just building tools for one from the outside), ideally supporting a Sales, R&D, or G&A finance function specifically. Prior experience building a Sales Capacity/Planning model or a Supply Chain model in Pigment, Anaplan, or another similar planning platform. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Omni. Experience with dbt or another data-transformation framework. # LI-HYBRID #LI-DB1 Perks and Benefits 100% employer-paid medical insurance * Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. 🎯 Your main goal will be to own and help build a scalable renewal motion for our Scaled Customer Success segment: protecting revenue and ensuring contracts reach a signed outcome ahead of expiry. As our first dedicated Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers, typically €20k–50k ARR, with around 60 renewals per quarter. You’ll work closely with our Scaled CSMs while helping us build the processes, operating rhythms, and automation that will allow renewals to scale as n8n grows. You'll usually work with billing/procurement contacts and the n8n champion on the account (often a technical user or engineer). WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own renewals end-to-end. Prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth, create order forms, coordinate signatures, and ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in our CRM and billing systems. - Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline. Keep around 60 renewals per quarter progressing with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and enough lead time to avoid preventable last-minute slippage. - Partner with CSMs on renewal risk. Work closely with Scaled CSMs to understand customer health, identify potential churn or commercial risk early, and determine the right path to renewal. - Keep the forecast accurate. Maintain reliable renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene so we have a clear view of upcoming renewals and revenue retention. - Build a more scalable renewal motion. Identify where processes break down or create unnecessary manual work, and improve the workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation behind them. - Navigate the business independently. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers and keep renewals moving. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 🔄 B2B SaaS renewals experience: You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused Customer Success portfolio in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers. - 📚 High-volume portfolio management: You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and are comfortable keeping dozens of commercial conversations moving simultaneously. Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and roughly €20k–50k ARR contracts is particularly relevant. - 🤝 Commercial & contractual confidence: You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and navigating the practical mechanics of SaaS renewals — quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures. - 📈 Operational rigor: You manage your renewal pipeline with discipline. Forecasts, dates, next steps, and CRM data stay accurate, and you take ownership of getting contracts closed on time. - 🚀 High-growth startup experience: You’ve worked in a fast-growing environment where processes change quickly, ownership is high, and the answer isn't always already documented. - 🛠️ Builder mindset: You don't just execute a process — you notice where it isn't working and help improve it. You’re comfortable creating structure while doing the work at the same time. - 🤖 Automation mindset: You’re interested in using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work and make high-volume processes more scalable. NICE-TO-HAVES - ⚡ Scaled Customer Success experience: You’ve worked in a high-volume or scaled CS/renewals model before. - 🏢 Exposure to a mature renewals function: You’ve seen what strong renewal processes look like at a larger SaaS company and can bring some of those learnings into an earlier-stage environment. - 🛠️ Relevant tooling: Experience with CRM, CS, or renewals tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar. - 🤖 n8n experience: You’ve used n8n or another workflow automation platform and are excited about what automation can do. WHY JOIN US? At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully established renewal function - you’ll help create it. Our Scaled Customer Success team is still relatively new, while the number of customers and renewals we manage is growing quickly. As our first dedicated renewals hire for this segment, you’ll have real influence over how we structure the renewal process, what we automate, and how we manage retention efficiently as we scale. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on commercial ownership with building something from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and you'll be able to see the direct impact of your work on our customers and revenue. We’re particularly interested in using AI and automation to scale the function without simply adding more headcount, so if you enjoy finding smarter ways to eliminate repetitive work and improve processes, you’ll have plenty of room to experiment. Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on? Apply now and help us build the renewal motion that will support n8n’s next stage of growth. n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work. Our company language is English. You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too!
