Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the Security Observability & Data Platform (tens of TB/month and growing). This covers ingestion, normalization and retention, plus the query and detection layer on top. Detections are code: tested, reviewed, and measured for precision.
- Own endpoint security across the fleet: deploy, tune and respond with EDR; run and configure binary authorization; and set hardening baselines with IT Operations.
- Lead threat hunting, internal investigations and insider-threat work. Handle security incidents end to end: triage, containment, forensics, root cause, and the control that prevents a repeat.
- Build the next generation of security services and run them in production: zero-trust AuthN/AuthZ, a uniform blocking service, an application proxy, asset inventory, developer portal, and compliance as code.
- Build and run the agent platform (local and Kubernetes). Use LLM agents to automate triage, enrichment, investigation and response, with deterministic checks wherever a model's answer isn't enough.
- Review infrastructure and cloud designs (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, bare metal, CI runners) for security, and help engineering teams adopt the shared services instead of building their own.
- Run red-team and adversary-emulation exercises, and turn the results into detections and fixes.
- Write runbooks and post-mortems that someone who wasn't in the room can follow at 3 a.m.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in security engineering, detection and response, or infrastructure/SRE with a security focus, including hands-on incident response on endpoints and in the cloud.
- Experience operating an EDR, writing and tuning detections. Knowledge of macOS and Linux internals as attackers use them: persistence, credential theft, process injection, living-off-the-land binaries.
- Experience building or operating telemetry pipelines and a SIEM or security data lake at TB scale. Strong SQL, including detection logic over large datasets.
- Hands-on production engineering: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, at least one major public cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, and comfort with Rust or willingness to work in it (most of Mysten's stack are Rust).
- Working knowledge of identity: SSO (OIDC/SAML), phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and how session and token theft work.
- Strong written communication: can run an incident channel and write the post-mortem.
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building zero-trust access, identity-aware proxies or policy engines.
- Binary authorization or allowlisting at fleet scale
- Familiarity with the threat actors that target crypto companies and their methods, from social engineering and fake campaigns to supply chain compromises.
- Digital forensics (memory, disk, macOS unified logs) and malware analysis.
- Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work.
- Compliance as code (CIS benchmarks); experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments.
- Publications, conference talks or open-source security tooling.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

- Serve as an escalation point and technical resource for the IT Support team
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, identity engineering, or a related role
- Deep hands-on experience administering Okta, including Okta Identity Engine, Okta Workflows, authentication policies, and lifecycle management
- Strong working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and MFA implementations
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and experience working with REST APIs
- Experience administering Google Workspace and an MDM platform (e.g. Kandji or Jamf)
- Track record of designing and delivering automation that measurably reduced manual IT work
- Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to document systems for both technical and non-technical audiences

- Okta certifications (Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant)
- Experience managing identity or SaaS configuration as code (e.g. Terraform)
- Experience with AWS IAM or cloud identity
- Experience at a high-growth startup
BENEFITS

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

How we’re using AI today

We expect every team member to build at least one AI-powered workflow, and we’re committed to growing together through shared best practices, regular learning sessions, and team resources as we scale and collaborate across 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7–9+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, program management, or a related field, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior or executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong ability to translate broad objectives into practical plans, roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Sound judgment and confidence working through ambiguity, resolving dependencies, and constructively challenging assumptions when needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and concise status updates.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities while maintaining accountability from planning through delivery.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), cybersecurity, technology, product operations, or a similarly fast-moving environment, along with experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
What you can expect:

• Support company planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), objective tracking, and other operating rhythms that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Create clear roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations that improve visibility and accelerate decision-making.
• Bring teams together to resolve blockers, align priorities, manage change, and deliver shared outcomes.
• Use modern tools, including AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation, to generate insights, identify risks and dependencies, and scale program execution.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to produce the real-world experiences where traders, creators, partners, and builders meet MetaMask. You’ll lead production, help shape event strategy, and sharpen the creative execution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join the Experiential & Global Events team within MetaMask’s Creative Studio and report to the Director of Experiential Marketing. We concept, design, and produce the ways people meet MetaMask in real life across global conferences, community events, VIP experiences, co-branded activations, and more. Our calendar runs across the world with priorities across APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
You’ll lead production, taking each event from brief to on-site to recap. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, rallying people from planning through production and on the ground. Your focus will be experiences for our most active users and co-branded work with brands and creators, alongside community events for the builders who create on MetaMask.
Our formats are expanding to include live trading competitions, viewing events, product launches, and private experiences for VIP traders and creator partners.
How You’ll Do It
Produce events and experiences end to end: venues, run of show, fabrication, AV, F&B, and staffing, working alongside our production agency partners.
Own timelines, workback plans, and budgets for multiple events running in parallel across regions.
Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, venues, and vendors in APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
Run registration and guest management, from guest lists and approvals to VIP access and arrival.
Build programming for events and panels, including formats, session flow, and speaker coordination.
Keep the operational side tight: source-of-truth docs, trackers, internal team staffing, and on-the-ground comms during conference weeks. Build playbooks that make each event easier to run than the last, using AI tools to move faster.
Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business development and more to turn briefs into event plans with clear audiences, objectives, and success metrics tied to product and business goals.
Help develop and refine concepts with the creative team. Bring a point of view on formats, venues, and cultural trends, and work with designers and copywriters on decks and creative deliverables.
Work with content capture teams so every event produces strong stories and shareable content.
Track post-event results, including attendance, registration data, and social reach and sentiment, and write recaps that show what worked and what to change.
Over time, help source and manage co-hosts and sponsors for our owned franchises.
We’re looking for someone with
5+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, esports, or entertainment.
Experience producing large-format or competitive live events, such as tournaments, launches, or live viewing events.
A track record of delivering multi-city or international events on time and on budget.
Experience managing agencies and vendors and negotiating contracts under tight deadlines.
Experience producing premium or invite-only experiences for high-value guests.
Strong initiative. You spot what needs to happen and do it before anyone asks, and you stay steady when the plan changes.
Strategic and creative judgment. You connect an event to a product or business goal, and you bring ideas that sharpen a concept.
A systems mindset. You turn one-off events into repeatable processes.
Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership. Partners, vendors, and colleagues want to work with you again.
Based in the US or EU, and willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the year, typically 1 to 2 weeks per quarter across several markets.
Curiosity about money, markets, and how people trade, save, and spend. Finance experience isn’t required, but interest is.
It’s a bonus to have
Experience in crypto, whether producing events for digital asset audiences or at global conferences such as Token2049, Korea Blockchain Week, EthCC, or Devcon.
Experience sourcing or managing event co-hosts and sponsors.
Relationships with brands, creators, or communities that could become MetaMask partners.
An existing network of production vendors, agencies, and venues across multiple regions.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Luma.
