Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The infrastructure underneath that experience must make it straightforward to launch services, isolate workloads, and run reliable systems at scale.
We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Cloud Infrastructure: the shared infrastructure as code (IaC), networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms that Replit's product and platform teams depend on. You'll lead and grow an existing engineering team building and operating these foundations, including Kubernetes, shared edge networking, service mesh and workload identity.
This is a platform-building role with production accountability. You should be comfortable going deep on a design or incident while developing a team that does not depend on you for every decision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the cloud-platform roadmap. Lead the team's IaC, networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms. Translate product, platform, reliability, and security needs into sequenced outcomes, balancing foundational investment, lifecycle work, and delivery commitments against the team's capacity.
- Make infrastructure repeatable and self-service. Build maintained IaC interfaces for services, cells, connectivity, identities, and shared resources. Enable internal customer teams to provision infrastructure without bespoke coordination or dependence on individual experts.
- Operate what the team builds. Own platform availability, upgrades, isolation, recovery, and incident remediation. Maintain clear SLOs, sustainable on-call coverage, and primary and backup owners for critical systems.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated infrastructure changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, set clear expectations, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Delegate meaningful ownership as the team grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented infrastructure depth. You have built and operated cloud platforms or distributed systems and can reason across infrastructure code, Kubernetes, networking, service identity, and stateful dependencies.
- Safe-change and production judgment. You have owned consequential migrations and incidents, can explain failure modes and rollback limits, and know when simplifying a system is better than adding another platform.
- Platform-product and engineering judgment. You understand internal customers, create interfaces other teams adopt, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, developer autonomy, engineering effort, and workload efficiency.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-tenant, cellular, regional, or dedicated enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GCP/GKE, Terraform or similar IaC systems, Cloudflare, Envoy/Istio, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and managed data services.
- Experience with large-fleet rightsizing, infrastructure consolidation, or migrating CI compute without disrupting developer workflows.
- A track record using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

As a staff software engineer in Reverse ETL, you’ll be on the front lines of integrating data activation capabilities into the Fivetran product along every dimension – authentication, billing, data model, UI and more. You’ll be a senior member of a distributed, collaborative, agile team of engineers of varying experience levels and diverse backgrounds.
This is a full-time position based out of our Toronto or Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Proven experience in system integration, including API consumption and development (experience with infrastructure management is a bonus)
Familiarity with leading cloud providers, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience being on-call
What You’ll Do
Make contributions to all parts of our tech stack, which comprises Ruby on Rails, Typescript, Vue, and AWS.
Be comfortable “filling in the gaps” in product / design specs. The prospect of being able to prototype to test ideas out before committing to building is exciting to you.
Work closely with our product team, leaders, and customers to help design and develop features that make Fivetran the one-stop shop for data activation.
Mentor early-career engineers, perform thoughtful and constructive code reviews, advise on best practices, provide project-level leadership, operate across teams, departments, and time zones.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Video is one of the most powerful ways we bring the Figma brand to life, and we are building the function to match that ambition. As a Video Strategist, you will define what video does for this brand and build the operation that delivers it: the strategy, the franchises people come back for, the production model behind them, and eventually the team that runs it all. You will sit within Brand Marketing and partner closely with design, creative, comms, product marketing, community, and advocacy to turn complex product and customer stories into work people want to watch and share.
This is a rare combination. Figma is a beloved brand with a creative community that already wants to hear from us, and a video function that is still yours to build.
This is a full time role based in San Francisco or New York hub, or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Set the strategy: Define the role video plays across brand, social, editorial, product launch, community, and event moments. Own the format architecture and the prioritization framework that decides what we make and what we pass on
Build franchises: Create and run a portfolio of recurring video programs that compound audience over time, alongside the campaign and launch work. Own the development pipeline for new formats and the call to renew, evolve, or retire a series
Build the engine: Decide what we produce in-house, what goes to agencies and directors, and what we source from creators, with the economics behind each. Own the video budget and vendor relationships, and build the standards we are missing today around briefing, review, rights, and asset reuse
Lead the craft: Set and hold the quality bar for video made anywhere under the Figma brand. Write and approve briefs, run creative reviews, and enable cross-functional teams producing their own video with guardrails and coaching rather than gatekeeping
Measure what matters: Partner with our Brand Marketing Technologist to define what good looks like for each format and franchise, instrument it, and report it in a way that changes what we make next
Grow the team: Lead, hire, and develop the video team and the external bench, and make the case for the resourcing the strategy requires
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years across video, brand storytelling, editorial, content strategy, or production leadership, including several years leading a video function or team
A track record creating and running recurring video franchises that outlasted a single season and grew an audience
Experience owning a production model end to end: the in-house versus agency versus creator call, a real budget, and the partner relationships behind it
People leadership. You have hired, developed, and given hard feedback to producers, editors, or an external bench
Fluency across the format spectrum, from social-first short-form to long-form storytelling, launch films, and customer narratives, with clear opinions on what each format is good for
The ability to set a creative bar for work made by people who do not report to you, and to hold it without becoming the bottleneck
Comfort as the video voice in rooms with senior stakeholders, including the judgment to disagree productively and the measurement literacy to defend your decisions
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hands-on editing or motion graphics ability. We are not hiring you to sit on a timeline, but craft fluency sharpens judgment and helps you move fast
Experience with live event and conference content at scale
Familiarity with music licensing, talent releases, and usage rights at volume
Experience building creator and influencer partnerships
Experience scaling video inside a company going through rapid growth or a brand evolution
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

The Figma Research team is hiring an experienced researcher for our Rapid Research program. We're product builders who bring research expertise to the team, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify problems, test ideas, and recommend what to change—often in one- to two-week sprints.
You'll rotate across product areas, ramp up quickly, and build relationships as you go, energized by unfamiliar products and ambiguous problems and ready to take initiative rather than wait for a fully scoped brief. You bring strong opinions about what makes a great experience, grounded in the needs of the people using it, spot connections across product areas, and combine deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise with a flexible, resourceful approach to moving quickly without sacrificing rigor. Beyond individual studies, you bring a clear point of view on what to build or change, tailor your communication to your audience, and are willing to challenge assumptions and say the hard thing with care—asking for help when you need it and offering it when others do.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Scope and run focused research in quick sprints, using sound methods to answer the questions most likely to change a product decision
Turn findings into specific recommendations a designer or PM can act on, working through tradeoffs and helping the team put them into practice
Present product recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, telling the story behind the data, not just reporting insights
Rotate across product areas and teams as needed, building credibility and relationships quickly without being embedded long-term
Contribute beyond research studies by using our products, joining design reviews, and helping teams recognize when they have enough information to act
Bring clarity to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and adjust the scope or approach as you learn
Experiment with tools, templates, and workflows to make research faster and sharper
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in research at high-growth product organizations, UX/design agencies, or strategic consultancies focused on digital experiences
Proficiency in mixed methods research, including qualitative approaches such as interviews and quantitative approaches such as surveys and data analysis
Strong product judgment, with examples of specific recommendations you made and how they shaped the product, backed by strong communication and storytelling skills with a track record of securing executive buy-in
Experience ramping up quickly on new projects and delivering clear recommendations in one- to two-week research sprints, turning ambiguous problems into clear questions and a practical path forward
A scrappy, flexible approach, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines while maintaining sound research methods, including active use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, or scale
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in designing and prototyping, ideally within the Figma suite of tools
Familiarity with researching design tools, developer tools, creative software, or other products people use to build things
A background in product design, product management, or engineering
Ability to combine product analytics with qualitative research to inform recommendations

Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.

An overview of this role
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer with deep expertise in Site Reliability, Backend, or Platform Engineering to help shape the next phase of
GitLab Dedicated
, our fully managed single-tenant SaaS offering. This highly influential technical leadership role will set direction for how we scale a growing fleet of isolated, customer-specific environments while maintaining the reliability, security, and compliance our customers depend on.
You’ll lead platform and operating-model transformation across resilience and failover, tenant orchestration, change management, self-service tooling, and platform integrations. You’ll also help align Dedicated with GitLab’s evolution toward more modular and cell-based architectures, strengthen service ownership, and establish scalable patterns that reduce operational complexity. As a Principal Engineer, you’ll influence across teams, guide complex technical decisions, mentor senior engineers, and help raise the technical maturity of the platform as we scale.
What you will do
Set technical direction for GitLab Dedicated, shaping architecture and platform strategy as we scale a growing fleet of isolated, single-tenant environments.
Lead platform transformations across resilience, failover, tenant orchestration, change management, self-service tooling, and platform integrations.
Drive scalable, modular architecture that aligns Dedicated with GitLab’s broader
Cells
strategy while preserving its security, isolation, and compliance requirements.
Strengthen service ownership and operational maturity, helping engineering teams build, operate, and improve the production systems they own.
Identify and address systemic reliability and scalability risks using production signals, incident patterns, and architectural insight.
Establish reusable platform patterns and automation that reduce operational toil and allow Dedicated to scale efficiently.
Lead complex technical decisions across teams, balancing reliability, security, cost, maintainability, and customer needs.
Advance engineering excellence across the organization through architectural leadership, mentorship, and influence with senior engineers and engineering leaders.
What you will bring
Deep expertise in Site Reliability, Platform, Infrastructure, or Backend Engineering, with experience designing and operating large-scale production systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, infrastructure as code, and modern production engineering practices.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production systems or infrastructure tooling in languages such as Go, Ruby, Python, or similar.
Strong distributed systems and systems-design expertise, with sound judgment around reliability, failure isolation, scalability, and operational complexity.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Platform & UX, you will lead two teams reimagining Render's onboarding and activation experience for both humans and AI agents.
One team owns the experience a person sees the first time they come to Render: signup, onboarding, activation, and what drives them to adopt more of the platform. The other team builds the equivalent experience for agents, which reach Render through APIs rather than the UI, integrating with providers like Codex, Claude, and Cursor so agents can use Render the way humans do. You'll take an already-forming org through its next stage of growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow two teams, UX (human onboarding and activation) and Agent Platform (the equivalent experience for agents via programmatic interfaces like the MCP, CLI, API, SDK, and Blueprints)
- Own the roadmap for Render's self-serve user journey, from first touch through activation, initial monetization, usage expansion, new feature adoption, and PQL graduation
- Drive the agent-facing side of the platform: build the API-driven experience that lets agents integrate with and operate on Render
- Partner with the dedicated product and design partners on both teams to align roadmap with customer, growth, and platform needs
- Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping both teams' identities and focus areas clear as they scale
- Make key architectural and product decisions, balancing long-term platform investment against iterative improvements to onboarding and activation
- Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that already includes senior ICs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong people leadership - the top priority for this role
- Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset
- Proven experience building and scaling more than one team, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org
- Experience managing and developing senior (IC5+) engineers, including hiring and performance management
- Ability to partner closely with product and design without needing to fill those functions yourself
- Strong product instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to growth and activation outcomes
- Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Prior growth-focused engineering experience (onboarding, activation, funnel optimization)
- Experience building developer- or agent-facing product experiences, and integrating with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor
- Background in developer platforms or DevTools
- Experience helping a team split or reorganize as it scales into multiple teams
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at Fivetran + dbt Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the market perception of Fivetran+dbt Labs: building compelling narratives, driving product adoption, and shaping how our products are used and understood by our enterprise customers. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist technical PMM role that will support key product areas as needed and help scale technical product marketing across the organization. This role ensures our marketing efforts align with the technical depth, clarity, and value our customers expect. Technical Product Marketing Managers at Fivetran+dbt Labs stay current on the evolving data and analytics landscape, modern data infrastructure, and emerging trends such as AI. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable digging into the details of our features and our users’ needs as they are with telling a big-picture story about where our platform and industry are headed.
This is not a Product Marketing role focused solely on executing requests from the product or sales teams. Product Marketing at Fivetran+dbt Labs is highly strategic and cross-functional, collaborating across product, marketing, GTM, customer success, and executive teams to shape the direction of our product offerings and deliver customer impact. If you are passionate about driving strategy, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to transformative initiatives in the data and AI space, we’d love for you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Messaging: Create high-impact technical collateral across the Fivetran platform, including architecture diagrams, demos, white papers, blogs, pitch decks, technical guides, and other customer-facing content. Develop thought leadership that translates complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging for technical audiences. Review and edit materials across the product portfolio to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the modern data ecosystem to inform product positioning and messaging. Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand features, technical capabilities, and customer use cases across multiple product areas. Develop how-to guides, demo videos, case studies, and technical whitepapers that support adoption and expansion across key products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical marketing partner to GTM Product Marketers, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to support launches, campaigns, webinars, field events, and sales plays across priority product areas. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to showcase integrations and ecosystem partnerships through joint initiatives such as webinars, workshops, and hands-on labs.
Technical Expertise: Operationalize technical product marketing best practices across teams. Stay up to date with trends in data integration, cloud data platforms, AI, deployment models, governance, etc. Serve as technical SME on the Fivetran platform, articulating how it fits into customers’ broader data stacks and workflows. Provide best practices, reference architectures, and technical validation to support sales cycles and customer conversations.
Thought Leadership: Represent Fivetran as a platform expert through events, presentations, webinars, and hands-on labs. Support analyst relations and strategic conversations by providing detailed technical insights and validating product innovation across the portfolio. Help position Fivetran as a foundational component of modern, scalable data infrastructure.
Skills We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in product marketing, data engineering, product management, sales engineering, and/or data and analytics consulting
Data industry experience and expertise: Either hands-on work with or knowledge of data engineering with a focus on data integration, databases, data warehouses, and related technologies (e.g. SQL, dbt, python, Spark).
Technical aptitude and a desire to learn more: Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and tools, particularly in relation to data lakes and their role in analytics and storage. Has a keen interest in all things data integration and cloud destinations and a willingness to work on new product areas as they arise.
Experience working with multiple different teams: Proven experience partnering and coaching across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful results.
Strong in-person, virtual, and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different technical personas and mediums.
Highly-organized with an excellent project management track record: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and projects, maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

We’re looking for a
Program Manager
to serve as the operational backbone of our pricing and monetization strategy in addition to supporting strategic initiatives, as needed. Sitting within Product Program Management and partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Engineering, you'll own the cross-functional execution that turns pricing strategy into well-governed, shipped programs. You'll coordinate launches end to end, track commitments, resolve escalations, and expand the playbook that makes growth at Fivetran repeatable and scalable. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, GTM, and product strategy. You will be driving some of the most impactful business outcomes.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Google Workspace(sheets)/Excel, Jira, Looker/Sigma/Hex, Notion, Salesforce and Slack.
What You’ll Do
• Define and own the operating model and standards for pricing program management — the governance frameworks, templates, and decision rights adopted across Growth & Monetization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
• Lead the most complex, high-stakes, cross-org pricing initiatives end to end — navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and setting precedent for how future pricing programs are run
• Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments made to the CEO.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
• Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
• Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations that inform pricing decisions.
• Report on pricing outcomes — such as closed-lost-due-to-pricing and overall pricing impact — and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS and with consumption based pricing.
• A track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting on commitments to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tooling and processes (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools such as Looker).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
-Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based platforms
-PMP Certified
